Abstract

The emergence of the concept of religious moderation initiated by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia and set forth in the 2020-2024 National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) indicates that the program for internalizing and strengthening the values of religious moderation is very important and urgent to implement. The values of religious moderation consist of four points, namely national commitment, tolerance, anti-radicalism, and accommodative to local culture. The direction to internalize the four values of religious moderation is also played by the Anak Jalanan At-Tamur Islamic Boarding School, Bandung. This article aims to reveal the role of the Anak Jalanan At-Tamur Islamic Boarding School in internalizing the values of religious moderation to students. This article uses qualitative research methods that are field research. The research data were obtained from two sources, namely field data sources and library data sources. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentaries. The data analysis techniques used are data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that success in internalizing the values of religious moderation to students could be seen from the indicators or values of religious moderation. The four indicators (values) of religious moderation are reflected in the routine activities and attitudes of students of the Anak Jalanan At-Tamur Islamic Boarding School. Commitment to nationalism, tolerance, anti-radicalism and accommodativeness to local culture is imprinted in the personalities of the students of the Anak Jalanan At-Tamur Islamic Boarding School. This is also due to two things: firstly, interfaith dialogue events are often held and secondly, the leader of the Anak Jalanan At-Tamur Islamic Boarding School who has a broad and open view and emphasizes morality in his education.

Abstract

Abstrak—Futsal merupakan salah satu olah raga yang paling digemari oleh kalangan masyarakat. Dizaman modern ini masih banyak tempat penyewaan futsal yang masih menggunakan cara booking secara manual seperti penyewaan lapangan yang mengharuskan penyewa datang langsung ke tempat ataupun melalui telepon, pencatatan penyewaan dengan kertas, pencatatan jadwal secara manual, dan lain sebagainya. Salah satunya penyewaan lapangan pada Kick Off Futsal masih bersifat manual. Penyewa harus datang langsung ke lokasi untuk melihat jadwal dan menyewa lapangan. Selain itu dalam proses penyewaan masih menggunakan banyak kertas atau buku untuk mencatat data data penyewaan, sehingga data data tersebut kemungkinan bisa hilang dan tidak terorganisir dengan baik dan benar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membantu dalam meningkatkan keefektifitasan proses penyewaan lapangan dan pengolahan data pada Kick Off Futsal. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Waterfall. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat menjawab kesulitan yang sering dihadapi oleh pengelola maupun konsumen sehingga bisa lebih efisien dan efektif. Kata kunci—aplikasi, penyewaan, lapangan, futsal

Abstract

This study aims to analyze strategies for transforming and managing human resources (HR) in community service programs based on innovation and collaboration to achieve social welfare and sustainable economic resilience. The method used is a literature review with a qualitative approach on 36 selected scholarly articles from 1951–2025. The findings indicate that the effectiveness of community service programs is highly determined by HR capacity in managing social innovation, building cross-sector collaboration, and applying transformational leadership. The application of Human Capital, Transformational Leadership, Social Innovation, and Cross-Sector Collaboration theories serves as the main conceptual foundation for understanding the role of HR as agents of social and economic change. The study confirms that HR transformation strategies based on collaboration, innovation, and sustainability can enhance community independence, strengthen social networks, and create inclusive economic impacts. This research contributes to enriching the academic literature and provides strategic recommendations for higher education institutions to integrate HR management in community service with sustainability principles and results-based governance.

Abstract

Koperasi Wanita Patra Balongan Indramayu merupakan koperasi yang beranggotakan istri pegawai pertamina Balongan Indramayu yang memiliki 6 unit usaha di bidang Ekonomi dengan laporan keuangannya merupakan tanggung jawab manajer unit usaha. Bidang usaha Catering, Dining, Nursery, extrafooding, patramart, dan ekonomi sendiri. Dengan unit usaha yang lebih dari satu diperlukan konsolidasi / kompilasi laporan keuangan  yang dipertanggungjawabkan secara central. Dengan pembuatan laporan keuangan yang dibuat oleh seorang lulusan dari manajemen,  maka seringkali timbul permasalahan menjelang Rapat Anggota Tahunan (RAT), yaitu kompilasi laporan keuangan yang manual. Oleh karenanya, kegiatan Pelatihan Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan dilakukan oleh penulis untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, khususnya  Laporan Perhitungan SHU dan Laporan Posisi Keuangan (neraca) yang telah dikompilasi. Kegiatan pendampingan tersebut dimulai dengan observasi catatan dan informasi dari bendahara dan staf administrasi. Catatan tersebut menjadi dasar dalam pendampingan yang disampaikan. Luaran dari pendampingan ini adalah pengetahuan dan pemahaman bagi pengurus koperasi sehingga mereka nantinya mampu membuat dan memahami  laporan keuangan yang dibutuhkan khususnya perhitungan sisa hasil usaha dan laporan posisi keuangan (neraca).  Kedepan, mereka mampu mengontrol dan memperbaiki laporan keuangan jika terdapat kekeliruan. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Auditor Opinion, Profitability, Liquidity, Company Size, Age of the company to Audit Delay on real estate and property companies listed on the BEI both simultaneously and partially. The population of this study is a real estate and property company listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015 until 2017. The sample method used is Purposive Sampling with the number of companies as many as 12and 61 samples used in this study. The data used is secondary data, namely date and financial statements of real estate and property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 until 2017. Analysis technique used in this study is multiple linier regression analysis. Based on the result of test which is tested with t test of variable profitability and company size have a significant effect to variable of Audit Delay. The variables of Auditor Opinion, Liquidity, Age of the company have no effect on audit delay. While based on simultaneous test (F test) of Auditor Opinion, Profitability, Liquidity, Company Size, and Age of the company have influence to Audit Delay. The amount of R2 in real estate and property in Indonesia amounted to 0.977 this shows the effect of independent variables ie auditor opinion, profitability, liquidity, company size, and age of the company to variable Audit Delay can be explained by this equation model of 97.7% while the remaining 2.3% influenced by other factors outside the study. Abstract

Differentiated inquiry-based learning represents a promising approach for addressing diverse student needs in elementary literacy instruction, yet empirical evidence regarding its implementation in Indonesian language contexts remains limited. This qualitative case study examined differentiated learning strategies in fourth-grade Indonesian language instruction at two elementary schools in West Jakarta. Data were collected through classroom observations, semi-structured interviews with principals, teachers, and students, and document analysis of teaching modules and assessments. Analysis followed Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña's framework, with triangulation ensuring trustworthiness. Pretest-posttest comparisons revealed substantial literacy gains, with reading scores improving 17.4 points and writing scores 17.6-20.7 points across schools. Student surveys indicated significant increases in motivation (68%), self-confidence (75%), and engagement (80%). Teachers successfully implemented content, process, and product differentiation while integrating inquiry-based activities. However, implementation faced challenges including time constraints (100% of teachers), resource limitations (88%), and pedagogical complexity (75%). Unexpectedly, peer learning dynamics emerged organically, with students spontaneously adopting teaching roles. Findings support Tomlinson's differentiation framework and Vygotsky's constructivism, demonstrating that inquiry-based differentiation enhances both cognitive and affective outcomes. However, successful implementation requires systemic support including dedicated planning time, graded resources, and sustained professional development. This study contributes theoretical understanding of integrating differentiation with inquiry using systematic planning models while offering practical implications for Merdeka Curriculum implementation.

Abstract

Students, as members of the digital generation, constitute the group that makes the most extensive use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in academic activities. They employ AI based services to complete various tasks, whether consciously or not. This trend indicates that education is increasingly shifting toward a more autonomous, flexible, and technology-driven learning model. This study aims to examine how the use of AI affects students at IAIN Fattahul Muluk Papua, both in terms of its benefits and its challenges, including its influence on creativity, independent thinking, and academic integrity. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through passive participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using an interactive model. The findings reveal that technological advancements, particularly AI, have transformed the ways in which students at IAIN Fattahul Muluk Papua search for information, comprehend learning materials, and complete academic assignments. AI enhances learning efficiency by providing rapid access to references, assisting with idea development, and offering concise information. However, the study also identifies the risks of excessive reliance on AI, which may weaken students’ critical thinking skills, creativity, and independence, as well as increase the potential for plagiarism. Thus, while AI can support the emergence of original ideas when used appropriately, it may also undermine academic abilities when misused. Therefore, digital literacy, ethical AI usage, and educator guidance are essential.

Abstract

Desa Cot Keumuneng di Kecamatan Sawang, Aceh Utara, merupakan desa dengan kondisi geografis berbukit dan jumlah penduduk sekitar 310 jiwa. Ekonomi masyarakat masih lemah, didominasi oleh petani, buruh, dan pedagang kecil, dengan tingkat pendidikan dan kesehatan yang rendah. Potensi pertanian, khususnya tanaman kakao, cukup besar, namun terkendala rendahnya pendidikan dan ketergantungan pada pupuk kimia yang mahal dan merusak lingkungan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, diperlukan pengenalan teknologi pertanian ramah lingkungan, seperti penggunaan enzim biometa dan pembibitan kakao organik dengan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada mitra. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Desa Cot Keumuneng telah  dapat  meningkatkan kemampuan  teknis  mitra dalam mengelola pembibitan kakao dan produksi enzim biometa, sehingga mitra dapat menerapkan pengetahuan tersebut dalam praktik secara mandiri. Secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pendampingan dan pelatihan berhasil meningkatkan minat, kesadaran, dan keterampilan mitra secara signifikan, yang pada akhirnya mendukung pertumbuhan bibit kakao yang lebih optimal dan pemanfaatan limbah organik yang lebih efisien dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

HIV/AIDS remains a major health concern among adolescents, with promiscuous sexual behavior identified as a key factor contributing to the rising number of cases. This study aims to examine the correlation between promiscuous sexual behavior and HIV transmission through a review of various scientific sources. A scoping review method was used, as it allows for broad and systematic mapping of the literature particularly on complex topics that have not been extensively studied. Articles were obtained from the Google Scholar, PubMed, and ScienceDirect databases, with publication years ranging from 2019 to 2025. The keywords used included “Pathophysiology,” “HIV,” “Free Sex,” and “Student.” A total of eight relevant articles were selected for analysis. The results showed that unprotected casual sex is the primary cause of HIV transmission, especially among university students. A lack of understanding about HIV and its modes of transmission contributes to high infection rates. In addition, students infected with HIV face significant psychosocial impacts. Therefore, education about the risks of promiscuous sexual behavior and the provision of psychosocial support are essential to reducing stigma and improving quality of life. Further research is needed to enhance understanding of the mechanisms of HIV transmission through risky sexual behavior.

Abstract

This article focuses on development plans through education and local wisdom in the Mandeh Tourism Area, South Pesisir Regency, Indonesia. The research methods used in this study were desk study, participatory qualitative method through focus group discussions (FGD), and direct observation at the research site. The results of this study describe several points, namely: an analysis of the empowerment and local wisdom of the Mandeh Nagari community, and an analysis of the development potential of the Mandeh Tourism Area. The recommendation from this study is that education and empowerment of local wisdom are very strategic in encouraging the growth and sustainability of the Mandeh area as a leading tourist destination that provides greater benefits in terms of culture and economic perspective and must involve the active participation of the community, the private sector, the central government, the regional government, and the Nagari government.
