Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the necessity of Managerial Skills of the school principal of Madrasah on the Implementation of Development Planning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Fatah Abepantai Jayapura City, as well as supporting and hindering factors in the Implementation of Development Planning of Al-Fatah Abepantai Madrasah Al-Fatah Jayapura City. The research method was quantitative research. An associative model leads to a causal relationship, survey method, using deductive logic starting from theory, hypothesis, observation, generalization, and accepting or rejecting the hypothesis. Using the ordinal scale -without going through the instrument validity test, using non-parametric statistics- the number of samples is 13 people using the Spearman Rank correlation. The research results are some factors that strengthen and weaken the urgency of leadership skills. While the relationship between the two variables has a significant relationship level. For an error rate of 5%, the Rho table price = 0.6318681319 > 0.591 if n = 12 and 0.6318681319 > 0.544 if n = 14. Moreover, the value of the T count is greater than the T table, then Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted (price 2.7 > 2.160). The significant test of the correlation coefficient (whether the correlation coefficient can be generalized or not) using either table ρor using the formula both resulted in the rejection of Ho and acceptance of Ha.

Abstract

This research explores the Gayonese culture of marriage through an analytical view of the Islamic law. There has been a shift in marriage system in the Gayonese society, in which the Juelen and the Angkap, the two formerly known systems shifted to Kuso Kini. This is an empirical research using the law historical approach to allow the author restropectively explore the construction of law and its shift from time to time.  The data was gathered through an in-depth analysis of the literature and semi-structured interviews of the community leaders. The findings suggest that marriage systems are shifting and the Gayonese communities do not problematize this transformation. In fact, they are not in the position to force their children to adopt both the Juelen and the Angkap marriage system. This is so, since most communities in the present times prefer Kuso Kini marriage system to the other two. The Kuso Kini marriage system gives freedom for spouses to decide where they should stay, either with their parents or find their own living. This shift in marriage system is the result of cultural intermingled, in which some non-Gayonese migrated to the Gayonese Island and brought with them their own cultural values. The same is true to the Gayonese communities migrating to places beyond the Gayonese Island. It is therefore believed that a shift in marriage system is a must as the world today allow people across different cultural values to integrate with each other. The integration for sure gives changes to a certain cultural value. However, changes in cultural practices do not result in cultural-religious clashes. In fact, it is expected that the changes contribute to the family resilience and the marriage cultural system, the Kuso Kini, prevails.

Abstract

Abstrak Daerah Irigasi Pesayangan merupakan daerah irigasi yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Tegal Jawa Tengah, dengan luas areal layanan 1.870 Ha. Desa Cangkring merupakan desa yang dilayani oleh Daerah Irigasi Pesayangan dengan areal layanan terluas yaitu 665,30 Ha, sehingga kebutuhan air dan kapasitas daya tampung salurannya perlu diperhatikan sebagai upaya pengelolaan sistem irigasi guna mempertahankan dan meningkatkan produksi pertanian di Kabupaten Tegal. Pengumpulan data yang dibutuhkan berupa Data Sekunder seperti data curah hujan wilayah, data klimatologi, dan data teknis bendung atau jaringan irigasi Pesayangan yang didapat dari instansi terkait. Selanjutnya dapat dilakukan perhitungan analisis data guna mendapat kesimpulan. Kebutuhan air tertinggi untuk irigasi di Desa Cangkring dengan luas areal 665,30 Ha menggunakan pola tata tanam padi – padi – palawija dimana palawijanya berupa tanaman jagung, didapatkan hasil bahwa pada pola tanam alternatif I kebutuhan air tertinggi terjadi pada pertengahan bulan Oktober sebanyak 1,26 m3/detik. Pada pola tanam alternatif II terjadi pada pertengahan bulan November sebanyak 0,96 m3/detik. Sedangkan pada pola tanam alternatif III terjadi pada pertengahan bulan November sebanyak 0,96 m3/detik. Dari analisis kondisi kapasitas daya tampung saluran didapatkan hasil bahwa saluran sekunder cangkring mampu menampung debit rencana pada periode 2, 5, sampai 10 tahun mendatang. Kata kunci: Kebutuhan Air, Irigasi, Bendung.

Abstract

Urban traffic congestion worldwide leads to air pollution, increased vehicle noise, and longer travel times for both private and public transit. Congestion adversely affects the well-being of road users and urban residents, and traffic accidents are closely linked to congestion. Traffic composition, road infrastructure, environmental conditions, vehicle design, and human behavior can cause congestion. Concrete block pavement is a practical option for improving traffic safety and increasing driving comfort at intersections with traffic lights. Concrete block paving roads are a cost-effective engineering solution for residential, commercial, municipal, and industrial environments. The study uses the Autocad program to create a simulation of a paved surface and a research tool to analyze the model of the research subject. Results indicate that pavement types subjected to higher loads exhibit more deformation than those under lower loads. Pavements with higher weights are more likely to deform, with the Herringbone 90° pavement type able to withstand a maximum load of 2100 kg and exhibiting the highest load deformation rate of 0.21 cm/kg. The study investigates the load-bearing abilities of different pavement kinds and patterns. The Basketweave pavement type has the lowest load capacity at 2077.9 kg and the lowest load deformation rate of 0.41 cm/kg.

Abstract

Penelititian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi air kelapa dan lama perendamanbenih terhadap perkecambahan benih kacang panjang kadaluarsa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Kuta Blang, Kecamatan Banda Sakti, Kota Lhokseumawe, dan di Laboratorium Fakultas Pertanian, Desa Reuleut Timur, Kecamatan Muara Batu, Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Waktu pelaksanaan penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September sampai Oktober 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial terdiri dari 2 Faktor yang diacak secara lengkap dengan 3 ulangan. Ada 2 faktor yang diteliti yaitu konsentrasi air kelapa fermentasi (K) terdiri dari 3 taraf,yaitu K0 : 0% air kelapa, K1 : 25% ml air kelapa dan K2 : 50% air kelapa. Faktor kedua yaitu lama perendaman (P) terdiri: P0: perendaman 0 jam, P1: perendaman 12 jam dan P2 : perendaman 24 jam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Konsentrasi air kelapa terbaik terdapat pada konsentrasi 50%. Perendaman terbaik dijumpai ada perendaman selama 12 jam. Konsentrasi 50% air kelapa dan perendaman air kelapa selama 12 jam dapat meningkatkan viabilitas dan vigor benih kacang panjang yang sudah kadaluarsa.

Abstract

In this study, researchers found that 44.4% of people had blood pressure less than 120/80, 58.2% had fasting blood sugar <= 99, 47.7% had hemoglobin > 17.2, and 62% had oral problems and teeth caused by smoking. This research was carried out by visualizing the impact of smoking on blood pressure, fasting blood sugar, hemoglobin and the mouth and teeth in the body using body signal of smoking data obtained from Kaggle which was analyzed and presented in the form of a pie chart using Python.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana model pembelajaran berbasis proyek mempengaruhi kemampuan siswa untuk berpikir kreatif. jenis quasi experiment dugunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan desain Nonequivalent (Pretest dan Posttest) Control Group Design. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 34 siswa. Berdasarkan indikator berpikir kreatif, kelas eksperimen posttest memiliki indikator fluency sebesar 88,97%, flexibility sebesar 79,41%, dan originality sebesar 69,12%. Teknik pengumpulan data beberapa uji dilakukan yaitu normalitas, homogenitas, uji N-gain dan uji t independen. Hasil uji t independen diperoleh dengan nilai signifikansi 0.00 pada kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen, hal ini membuktikan bahwasanya hasil signifikansi t 0.05 dan di peroleh t hitung (9.739824) t tabel (1.7396) . Maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya rata-rata populasi kedua sampel secara statistik signifikan berbeda.

Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang pesat mendorong dunia pendidikan untuk menjembatani teori dan praktik melalui kegiatan Praktek Kerja Lapangan (PKL). PKL memberikan kesempatan bagi mahasiswa untuk mengenal dunia kerja secara langsung serta menerapkan ilmu dan keterampilan yang diperoleh selama perkuliahan. Lembaga Penyiaran Publik (LPP) TVRI Stasiun Sumatera Barat sebagai lembaga penyiaran nasional memiliki peran strategis dalam memberikan layanan informasi kepada masyarakat dan turut mendukung program PKL bagi mahasiswa. Kegiatan PKL di TVRI Sumatera Barat mencakup berbagai bidang seperti teknik penyiaran, produksi berita, administrasi keuangan, dan manajemen konten media. Meski pendaftaran PLI telah dilakukan secara online, pengelolaan data magang masih bersifat manual, yang berisiko menyebabkan kesalahan pencatatan, kehilangan data, dan keterlambatan pelaporan. Hal ini mengindikasikan perlunya sistem manajemen data magang yang lebih efisien dan terintegrasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program PKL di lingkungan TVRI Sumatera Barat

Abstract

Rotan jernang (Daemonorops spp) termasuk salah satu jenis tanaman  dari keluarga Arecaceae yang bernilai jual tinggi karena pada kulit buah muda menempel atau terdapat gatah yang mengandung resin. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah sebagai transfer ilmu pengetahuan dan inovasi hasil penelitian yang telah didapatkan dari hasil-hasil penelitian khususnya dalam Teknik budidaya tanaman jernang mulai dari penyediaan benih/bibit, Teknik budidaya, panen, pengolahan pasca panen hingga pemasaran.  Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan perpaduan antara teori 25% dan praktek langsung di lapangan 75%. Peserta yang iku dalam kegiatan ini adalah anggota kelompok tani pecinta jernang Gampong Teupin Reusep Kecamatan Sawang Kabupaten Aceh Utara sebanyak 20 orang. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah terjadi peningkatan pemahaman pengetahuan khususnya dalam teknik budidaya mulai dari perkecambahan dan pembibita, teknik budidaya, tekanik panen dan pasca panen serta pengolahan hasil dan teknik pemasaran berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test dengan nilai rata-rata 25% untuk semua variable yang dievaluasi.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the weton tradition in determining the auspicious day for marriage in Javanese Muslims society, particularly in Arso IX, Papua Province, and its impact on the social and spiritual life of the community. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The results show that the weton tradition has a deep philosophical value, serves as a guide in determining auspicious days, and strengthens cultural identity and social ties among the community. From a social perspective, the use of weton calculation in marriage can be understood as the parents' desire to choose the best partner for their children. The wedding day carried out based on weton calculations is still considered valid as long as it fulfils the pillars and conditions stipulated in Islamic law, without violating the principles of the Islamic religion. This research confirms the importance of dialog between religious teachings and traditional practices in preserving the harmonious relationship between religious social practices and lokan cultural wisdom.
