Abstract

The development of digital technology in the Society 5.0 era has had a major impact on the marketing patterns of micro, small, and medium enterprises, including the salted fish business in Jorong Village, Tanah Laut Regency. Digital marketing has become one of the strategies that can help business actors expand market reach, increase sales, and support community economic growth. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing on community economic growth in the salted fish business from a sharia perspective in the Society 5.0 era. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation involving salted fish business actors in Jorong Village. The results of the study indicate that the use of social media such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok has helped business actors increase salted fish sales and expand marketing reach to areas outside the region. In addition, the implementation of digital marketing has had a positive impact on increasing community income and creating new business opportunities in packaging and product distribution. From a sharia perspective, the digital marketing practices implemented by business actors generally apply the principles of honesty, transparency, and fairness in transactions, in accordance with Islamic economic values. Therefore, digital marketing can be an effective strategy in supporting sharia-based community economic growth in the Society 5.0 era.

Abstract

Service is a crucial element in efforts to increase customer satisfaction. Essentially, this service position is a supporting factor for PT. PLN (Persero)'s marketing activities. In order to improve the electricity supply services provided by PT. PLN (Persero) to the public in general and customers in particular. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze: 1. The influence of postpaid meter replacement service quality on customer satisfaction at ULP Pulang Pisau, Central Kalimantan. 2. The influence of company image on customer satisfaction at ULP Pulang Pisau, Central Kalimantan. 3. The influence of postpaid meter replacement service quality and company image on customer satisfaction at ULP Pulang Pisau, Central Kalimantan. This study employed a quantitative descriptive method. The population consisted of 280 customers who replaced postpaid meters at the Pulang Pisau ULP in Central Kalimantan. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 74 customers. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. Simple linear regression was used for data analysis. Based on the research results, the results of this study indicate that: 1. The quality of postpaid meter replacement services partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Pulang Pisau Central Kalimantan ULP. 2. Company image partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Pulang Pisau Central Kalimantan ULP. 3. The quality of postpaid meter replacement services and company image simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Pulang Pisau Central Kalimantan ULP.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to examine and analyze: 1) to determine the influence of work systems on employee performance at Graha Mandiri Taspen Barabai. 2) to determine the influence of compensation on employee performance at Graha Mandiri Taspen Barabai. This study used a quantitative descriptive research method. The population in this study were 28 Bank Mandiri Barabai employees. The sample in this study consisted of 28 employees, using total sampling. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. Based on the results of this study, the results indicate that 1) the work system influences employee performance at Graha Mandiri Taspen Barabai. 2) Compensation influences employee performance at Graha Mandiri Taspen Barabai. 3) Work systems and compensation influence employee performance at Graha Mandiri Taspen Barabai

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Electronic Human Resource Management (E-HRM) in improving the effectiveness of human resource performance in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Industry 4.0 era. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method through a literature study. The data used are secondary data obtained from scientific journals, books, and previous studies relevant to the research topic. The results show that the implementation of E-HRM plays an important role in improving the effectiveness of human resource performance, particularly in terms of time efficiency, productivity, work quality, and accuracy in decision- making. However, the implementation of E-HRM in MSMEs still faces several challenges, such as limited resources, low digital literacy, and inadequate technological infrastructure. Therefore, efforts are needed to enhance understanding and support from various parties to optimize the implementation of E-HRM in MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively examine the effect of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) on employee work efficiency in the Industry 4.0 era using a literature review approach. The rapid development of information technology encourages organizations to adopt digital systems in human resource management to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency. The research method employed is a literature study by analyzing relevant scientific articles published between 2015 and 2025 from various academic databases. The analysis technique involves identification, selection, evaluation, and synthesis of the literature.The findings indicate that HRIS has a positive impact on employee work efficiency through the automation of administrative processes, improved data accuracy, and real-time access to information. HRIS implementation also enhances employee productivity and supports more effective decision-making. However, its effectiveness depends on employees’ digital competencies, system quality, and organizational support. This study provides theoretical contributions to the development of technology-based human resource management and practical implications for organizations in optimizing HRIS to improve work efficiency in the Industry 4.0 era.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of Electronic Human Resource Management (e-HRM) in building digital employee experience and digital well-being in the era of Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0. The topic was selected because previous studies on HRIS and e-HRM commonly focus on efficiency or employee performance, while the employee-centered consequences of digital HR practices remain less discussed in national journal articles. This research uses a literature review method by analyzing relevant national and international studies on e-HRM, digital HRM, employee experience, digital well-being, digital transformation, Industry 4.0, and Society 5.0. The review process includes identification, selection, classification, comparison, and synthesis of literature. The findings show that e-HRM supports employee experience through faster HR services, integrated data access, self-service functions, transparent communication, and digital organizational support. However, e-HRM can also create digital fatigue, privacy concerns, and unequal access when implementation does not consider digital competence, system usability, and human-centered values. This article proposes a conceptual framework in which e-HRM quality shapes digital organizational support, digital employee experience, and digital well-being. The study contributes to the development of technology-based human resource management by shifting the discussion from efficiency and performance toward employee experience and well-being.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi kepemimpinan dan motivasi kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru, serta dampaknya terhadap hasil belajar siswa SD di Kecamatan Batumandi, Kabupaten Balangan. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori, data dikumpulkan dari 64 guru di 8 Sekolah Dasar Negeri melalui kuesioner skala Likert. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode path analysis menggunakan SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berada pada kategori sangat baik dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Namun, motivasi kepemimpinan ditemukan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara statistik terhadap kinerja guru dalam model ini. Kinerja guru terbukti menjadi faktor paling dominan yang memengaruhi hasil belajar siswa secara signifikan. Secara keseluruhan, sinergi antara kepemimpinan dan profesionalisme guru menjadi pilar utama kualitas pendidikan di lokasi penelitian.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the synthesis of organizational culture and human resource management based on humanism as part of the Indonesian National Police (POLRI) strategic transformation in the Society 5.0 era. The study was conducted using a literature review method with a qualitative descriptive approach through the collection of various relevant literature sources, such as scientific journals, books, and official police documents. The data search process was carried out systematically through Google Scholar, ResearchGate, and various other academic portals with a focus on the themes of organizational culture, human resource development, public communication, and digital transformation within the police institution. The data obtained were analyzed using content analysis and thematic analysis techniques on twelve selected literatures to identify key patterns related to professionalism, discipline, motivation, public service, and technology adaptation within the POLRI. The results of the study indicate that the POLRI transformation strategy requires strengthening an organizational culture that is adaptive, transparent, and oriented towards human values. Human resource development through continuous training, increasing digital competency, open public communication, and training-based discipline enforcement are important factors in building a professional and humanistic image of the police. In addition, the application of public service technology is considered capable of increasing the effectiveness of member performance if supported by work motivation, integrity, and a conducive organizational environment. This research also found that an overly rigid bureaucratic culture remains an obstacle in navigating the dynamics of the digital society. This study emphasizes the importance of reforming organizational culture and human resource management to be more flexible, collaborative, and responsive to societal needs in the era of Society 5.0.
