Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini  yaitu untuk mengetahui penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar, problematika guru dalam penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar, dan bagaimana upaya guru dalam mengatasi problematika terhadap penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar pada siswa kelas I dan IV di SDN 17 Rejang Lebong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ialah kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa kelas I dan IV. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun  teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sedangkan uji keabsaan data dilakukan dengan Triangulasi Teknik.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama,di  SDN 17 Rejang Lebong sudah mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar dengan penerapan pembelajaran berbasis proyek, asesmen diagnostik, formatif, dan sumatif, pembelajaran berbasis mata pelajaran, IPAS, raport, ATP dan Modul Ajar dikerjakan berkelompok. Kedua, problematika guru dalam menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar pada perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan penilaian pembelajaran adalah kesulitan menganalis CP, merumuskan TP dan menyusun ATP dan Modul Ajar, menentukan metode dan strategi pembelajaran, minimnya kemampuan menggunakan teknologi, terbatasnya buku siswa, kurangnya kemampuan menggunakan metode dan media pembelajaran, materi ajar terlalu luas, menentukan proyek kelas I dan IV, kurangnya alokasi waktu pembelajaran berbasis proyek, menentukan bentuk asesmen dan bentuk asesmen pada pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Ketiga, upaya yang diterapkan guru dalam mengatasi permasalahan penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar adalah pertemuan rutin dengan KKG, pendampingan PMO dan khusus coaching kepala sekolah, menggunakan buku abjad, ketik, buat lembar kerja, dan membuat format untuk proyek sendiri, melanjutkan proyek di rumah, membuat catatan, dan mengikuti pelatihan implementasi Kurikulum.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the increase in students' listening skills through chain message games in Class II Indonesian Madrasah Ibtidaiyah subjects. The type of this research is Classroom Action Research using the Kurt Lewin model. The subjects of this research were class II MI students. Data collection techniques use participant observation, tests and documentation. Data analysis uses quantitative and qualitative analysis. The research results showed that in Cycle I the number of students who completed was 10 students with a percentage of 58.80%, while in Cycle II all students completed with a percentage of 100% and in the very good category. Increasing listening skills through chain message games in Indonesian language subjects in class II from pre-action, cycle I and cycle II experienced a significant increase where the average for pre-action was 68.8%, cycle I got 79.1% and cycle II namely 88.2%. It can be concluded that there is an increase in listening ability after using the chain message game technique in class II MI Indonesian language subjects.

Abstract

Background: Learning at the elementary school level plays an important role in forming children's cognitive foundations. One of the prominent theories in understanding children's cognitive development is Jean Piaget's theory. This theory emphasizes that learning must be adapted to the child's stage of cognitive development to achieve optimal results.Aim:  To analyze the implementation of learning according to Jean Piaget's theory in the context of cognitive development of elementary school children Method: Qualitative research method with library research type . The research objects are elementary school students, teaching and learning activities, and teaching materials. Data was collected via Google Scholar , Researchgate , Science Direct , and Semantics . Data analysis uses content analysis .Results: The cognitive abilities of elementary age children vary at each age level. Piaget in his theory that in elementary age children, children's cognitive development is divided into 2 stages, namely concrete operations which occur at the age of 7 years to 11 years, in this stage children are able to think about things that are logical, rational, scientific and objective at every thing that is real. The KBM process carried out must be contextualized in real life. The second is the formal operational stage, which occurs in children aged 11 to 12 years and over. In this stage, children begin to be able to think about things that will happen in the future and things that are imaginary or imagined. In the teaching and learning process, children can apply constructivist and inquiry learning models which in principle require high levels of reasoning and require students to actively think, think and draw meaning from empirical and abstract things.Conclusion: The application of Piaget's theory in elementary schools has a positive impact on children's cognitive development. Teachers who adapt learning methods according to students' cognitive development stages are able to help children understand the material better, improve critical thinking skills, and make the learning process more effective and enjoyable.

Abstract

Pneumonia merupakan penyebab kematian kedelapan secara umum dan menjadi penyebab kematian menular utama, dengan tingkat kematian mencapai 23% untuk pasien yang dirawat di unit perawatan intensif karena pneumonia berat. Polusi udara berpotensi meningkatkan keluhan pernapasan pneumonia, kunjungan ke unit gawat darurat, rawat inap, dan risiko kematian. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengamati hubungan antara polusi udara PM 2,5 dan pasien rawat inap pneumonia di rumah sakit di Kota Bekasi pada tahun 2019-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi ekologi dengan pengumpulan data sekunder, khususnya rekam medis pasien pneumonia rawat inap dari 42 rumah sakit yang terdaftar di bawah pengawasan Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel total. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara polusi udara PM 2,5 dan jumlah pasien pneumonia yang dirawat pada tahun 2019 dengan nilai p-value 0,05 dan r = -0,576 serta tahun 2019-2023 dengan p-value 0,005 dan r = -0,613, menunjukkan korelasi negatif antara tingkat PM 2,5 dan penerimaan pasien pneumonia. Pada tahun 2021, 2022, dan 2023, tidak terdapat korelasi yang signifikan. Terdapat hubungan antara tingkat PM 2,5 terhadap jumlah pasien rawat inap pneumonia, sehingga disarankan memasukkan variabel COVID-19 untuk memahami pengaruhnya terhadap tingkat rawat inap pasien pneumonia. Kata Kunci : PM 2,5, Pneumonia, Pasien Rawat Inap, Kota Bekasi --- Pneumonia is the eighth leading cause of death in general and the leading infectious cause of death, with mortality rates reaching 23% for patients admitted to intensive care units for severe pneumonia. Air pollution has the potential to increase pneumonia respiratory complaints, emergency department visits, hospitalizations, and mortality risk. This study aimed to observe the relationship between PM 2.5 air pollution and pneumonia hospitalizations in hospitals in Bekasi City in 2019-2023. This study used an ecological study design with secondary data collection, specifically medical records of hospitalized pneumonia patients from 42 hospitals registered under the supervision of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. The sampling method used a total sample. The results showed a relationship between PM 2.5 air pollution and the number of pneumonia patients admitted in 2019 with a p-value of 0.05 and r = -0.576 and 2019-2023 with a p-value of 0.005 and r = -0.613, indicating a negative correlation between PM 2.5 levels and pneumonia admissions. In 2021, 2022, and 2023, there was no significant correlation. There is a relationship between the level of PM 2.5 and the number of pneumonia hospitalizations, so it is recommended to include COVID-19 variables to understand its effect on pneumonia patient hospitalization rates Keywords : PM 2.5, Pneumonia, Patient Hospitalization, Bekasi City

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Investment Opportunity Set, Company Growth, dan Firm Size terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2019–2023. Nilai perusahaan merupakan indikator penting dalam menilai keberhasilan manajemen dalam menciptakan nilai bagi pemegang saham. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode library research dan dokumentasi. Data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan tahunan yang dipublikasikan di situs resmi BEI (www.idx.co.id) dan situs masing-masing perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 35 perusahaan selama lima tahun pengamatan, sehingga total terdapat 175 data observasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 27 dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Investment Opportunity Set berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sehingga hipotesis pertama (H1) diterima; (2) Company Growth tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sehingga hipotesis kedua (H2) ditolak; dan (3) Firm Size juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sehingga hipotesis ketiga (H3) ditolak. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peluang investasi merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan nilai perusahaan, sementara pertumbuhan perusahaan dan ukuran perusahaan tidak selalu menjadi penentu utama. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu memaksimalkan potensi peluang investasinya untuk meningkatkan nilai perusahaan di tengah persaingan dan dinamika pasar yang kompetitif.

Abstract

This paradigm shift in learning at integrated Islamic primary school Cahaya Rabbani Kepahiang aligns with the demands of the Merdeka Curriculum, which requires teachers to implement differentiated instruction as an approach to accommodate the diverse characteristics of students in the classroom. This study aims to describe the implementation of differentiated instruction in the second-grade Bahasa Indonesia subject at integrated Islamic primary school Cahaya Rabbani Kepahiang, as well as to identify the supporting and constraining factors affecting its implementation. This research used a descriptive qualitative techniques included interviews, observations, and documentation, while data analysis involved data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification, with data validity ensured through technique triangulation. The findings indicate that (1) differentiated instruction was implemented through the stages of pre-instruction, instruction process, and reflection, with the development of two main components: process differentiation and product differentiation; (2) supporting factors included the availability of adequate facilities and enthusiastic students, whereas constraining factors comprised teachers’ limited understanding of differentiation strategies within the Merdeka Curriculum, time constraints, and fluctuating student learning motivation. In conclusion, differentiated instruction has the potential to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes when implemented effectively. Therefore, it is recommended that teachers receive ongoing professional development and sufficient time allocation to plan and execute differentiated strategies aligned with the Merdeka Curriculum

Abstract

Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) mempunyai peran penting dalam meningkatkan perekonomian negara, sehingga pemerintah harus fokus mengembangkan strategi dan kebijakan untuk mendukungnya. Topik menumbuhkan UMKM untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, berbagai bentuk eksploitasi UMKM, dan perlindungan hukumnya dibahas dalam artikel ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan yuridis nomatik dan deskriptif analitis. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendirian UMKM mempunyai sejumlah kendala, antara lain terkait pemasaran, pendanaan, tenaga kerja, bahan baku, dan teknologi. Namun pola UMKM yang dieksploitasi terdiri dari akumulasi modal, terbangunnya ketergantungan sosial dan ekonomi, serta sistem pasar monopoli. Saat ini, pemerintah melakukan pengamanan terhadap UMKM dengan menyederhanakan persyaratan permohonan izin usaha, proses pengembangan, pengaturan kemitraan, dan menyiapkan mekanisme penyelenggaraan koordinasi dan pengawasan pemberdayaan UMKM serta tata cara penegakan sanksi administratif. Oleh karena itu, langkah-langkah lebih lanjut untuk melindungi UMKM harus diambil oleh pemerintah, termasuk mengawasi orang-orang yang tidak jujur ​​dan memberikan mereka perlindungan hukum yang lebih besar. Selain itu, negara juga harus melakukan perubahan, seperti memberikan bantuan hukum gratis kepada UMKM dan menurunkan pajak.

Abstract

Prophethood is a grace given to Allah SWT chosen man called a prophet. MostMuslims know that there are 25 prophets who must be trusted and believed in theirprophethood. Ibn Jarir Ath-Thabari's interpretation of Tafsir Ath-Thabari makesno explicit mention of the prophethood of Dzulkifli. Prophetic in Arabic isnubuwwah which has the origin of the word naba'a (news). Prophetic is someone whoconveys news and information from Allah Almighty. The news that was conveyedwas mostly related to the same thing. So in the story of Khidir in QS al-Kahfi, somescholars call him a prophet. Whereas in the tafsir ath-Thabari, Khidira believed andtaught him about the unseen (ghaib). Therefore, the author tries to emphasize thereality of diversity in interpreting prophethood. This research is a literature researchthat uses Hans-Georg Gadamer's hermeneutic analysis. Using this analysis, theauthor found that tafsir Ath-Thabari was written in the phenomenon of people notunderstanding the Qur'an well. The result of the fusion between the two horizons is:prophetic according to ath-Thabari is something that Allah gave to His chosen mansent for man with bright evidence from the Qur'an and hadith. In the modern-era, noone can be a prophet. The prophetic period has closed with the prophethood ofMuhammad SAW. Even more so with the convenience that can be obtained in thepresent time of sophistication of digital.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the largest Muslim-majority countries in Southeast Asia. Kordon Market is one of the traditional markets located in Bandung, precisely on Jl. Ibrahim Adjie, Kujangsari, Bandung. Kordon Market is like other traditional markets where there are many traders who sell basic or primary daily necessities. There is a fact that the majority of people around the Kordon market or 97% are Muslims and the remaining 3% of the population are non-Muslims. So, it requires food products that are in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law. The type of research used is a type of field research, namely research with the aim of obtaining data directly into the field and literature study, namely data collection by understanding and studying theories from various literature related to research. Halal certification is a fatwa written by the Indonesian Ulema Council stating that a halal product must be in accordance with Islamic law. The purpose of a halal certificate is to guarantee the halal certainty of a product so that it can calm the hearts of those who consume it.The results of this study indicate that the causes of the large number of SMEs that have not yet been halal certified are Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises who think that halal certification is not something important, because the products they manage use safe basic ingredients so that it has been proven that they are halal because there is no addition or mixture with ingredients or something haram, Lack of knowledge about halal certification, Assume the process of applying for halal certification is not easy or complicated, Have limited funds to obtain halal certificates.
