The phenomenon of juvenile delinquency and its relation to deviant behavior makes education enthusiasts and practitioners continue to seek alternative solutions for this problem. This case is most important thing, because the phenomenon of dissemination is very worrying especially in the modernization era which marked by the rapid development of information technology and western culture into the private territory, until the millennia generation to form certain groups or gangs in accordance with the comfort of children, the formation of this group does not always have a positive impact on a person's development, but the vast majority of these particular groups have a negative impact on a person. This paper explores the issue to find alternative solutions for the problem. The paradigm of revelation used in this paper is QS. QS.49: 13. This study offers the idea of Law of acttractions theory which means that man as a social being can not necessarily break away from the social facts in which he is located and with whom he is socially dealing, what is necessary is to regulate the emotions and thoughts in order to always be positive for everything. Emotional and attitude arrangement can be done with constructive education process through heterogeneous communication, in this case man trying to realize, achieve and realize what is desired (dream) with positive thinking, will be achieved (get)".

The low results students in reading comprehension caused in the learning activities teacher do not use appropriate media that can support students understanding. English learning always consider as a hard subject by students and students are not interested to read any English textbook because in majority students are lack of English vocabularies, so they get difficulties to understanding in learning English. In this research, the researchers use word walls media of reading comprehension learning. The purposes of this research are to get the image about (1) reading comprehension learning process in fourth grade of elementary school through word walls media and (2) the results of reading comprehension learning in fourth grade of elementary school through word walls media. The research method use in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which developed by John Elliot and design in three cycles. The subject of this research the fourth grade of Nagrog Elementary School. The collection of data obtained through observation, interviews, field notes, tests and documentation. Data obtained from the implementation of research activities and then presented descriptive statistics. Based on the data obtained, it showed an increase of the reading comprehension skill through the use of word walls media. The students averages value in cycle I 55,30; 60,88 in cycle II and the averages value in cycle III 83,28. It can be concluded that reading comprehension learning in elementary school using word walls media can improve student learning results. Therefore, the researchers suggest that word walls as one an effective media to increase learning process and learning results of students in reading comprehension.

This research is motivated by the problem of writing the text of speech in SDN Adiyasa, Rancaekek, Bandung District. Based on the results of field observations found many students who are less able to write text speech, still difficult to pour ideas in making text speech. and ignore the spelling in writing. The problem arises not only caused by students, but also because of less effective, creative, and fun teaching lessons. The purpose of this research is to improve the process and ability of students in writing text of speech. The research method used is class action research method by using Elliot Design. This study was conducted with three cycles that each cycle consisted of three actions. In this study, researchers used instruments such as observation sheets, field notes, documentation and interviews. Data analysis was done by quantitative, qualitative and triangulation technique. Quantitative data is done by searching for average, while qualitative data is processed by descriptive method. Judging from the ability to write speech texts, each cycle has increased. This is evident from the average score of speech-writing ability obtained by students from each cycle. Cycle I: 55.23 Cycle II: 66.11 and Cycle III: 87.98 and thus the researchers recommend to teachers to use the Critical Writing Multiliteration method as one of the solutions to improve speech writing skills.

The purpose of this study was to provide an overview of student's understanding of the science concept of the nature of water with the application of POE (Predict, Observe and Explain) learning with the accompanying use of KIT in the nature of water. This study uses descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and tests. The sample used was grade 5 elementary school students in Bandung. The results showed that as many as 87,5% of students experienced an increase in the understanding of the science concept on the nature of water and 100% of students stated used experimental KIT very enjoyable.

The purpose of this qualitative case study is to get an in-depth understanding of how 13 grade 5 elementary school mathematics teachers in professional learning communities demonstrate their pedagogical content knowledge. Data collection uses triangulation techniques, namely document study, observation, and interview. The results showed that by learning in professional learning community teachers would assist in lesson plan, carrying out learning activities, and assessment so that they could improve their pedagogical content knowledge. It was also revealed that the practice of teaching math in class was in line with the learning plans they had prepared in advance. Based on the implementation of professional teacher learning activities it can be concluded that the knowledge and skills of teachers in teaching mathematics are well developed, develop the curriculum, and can better master the characteristics of students.

This research is motivated that to support the professionalism of prospective elementary school teachers, it is necessary to be equipped with the right pedagogy and also the ability in mastering teaching materials, the collaboration between them is called Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK). This research aims to analyze the ability of PCK prospective of elementary school teachers when planning, implementing and reflecting learning. This research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive design method. The three students sixth semester the involved as research subjects. Three participants were assigned to teach in class V about with water cycle material. Before implementing the lesson, each participant was asked to prepare the lesson plan, fill out the CoRe format and after carrying out the lessons asked to narrate the reflection on the implementation of the lesson in the PaP-eRs format. During the observations of execution of learning are conducted as complementary data. The research instrument used CoRe format, PaP-eRs format, RPP format and to plan instrument support that is observation sheet. The results showed that the ability of prospective teachers to plan the learning using CoRe is good enough because it is able to integrate pedagogical knowledge and content knowledge. But, it is still not been optimally implemented in making RPP. Prospective teachers have not yet fully formulated the objectives of learning, the selection of learning resources has not varied because it is only fixated on the student handbook, and in final activities do not tell about the present knowledge.

The purposes of this research are to study, 1) Overall Petanque Sport, 2) Learning Petanque Sport, 3) Benefits of Petanque Sport learning. This research was conducted in FOPI Central Java. This research is a qualitative research that is interpretative, and presented using descriptive approach. We made observations, analyzed documents, and conducted some interviews to collect our data. The results in this research are as follows. 1) Petanque Sport is a new sport from France that is growing rapidly in Central Java. 2) The most effective socialization and learning efforts are conducted in schools. 3) Participating in Petanque Sport can increase student concentration and achievement in Central Java. Based on the result of the research, Petanque Sport is one of sport branches that has been growing fast in Central Java since 2016. Although classified as a new sport, Petanque can be accepted by children in Central Java because the type of game is very fun, easy to learn, minimal of risk and no physical contact. Petanque game is likes traditional games, for example kelereng or gundu. Application of petanque sport learning in school can improve concentration and achievement of students in Central Java because in Petanque sport there are many numbers that are contested.

The goal of the study was to investigated how R-A-D-E-C step (Reading-Answer-Discuss-Explain-Create) by Sopandi integrated with language learning in Elementary Education. This study was qualitative descriptive research with observation and interview as an instrument. It explained the R-A-D-E-C Step and the four-language ability which are Listening, Reading, Speaking, and Writing. Based on this study, R-A-D-E-C learning model gives the children an opportunity to developed the language ability. R-A-D-E-C also optimize the function of the whole language learning approach in Elementary School.

The 21st century is characterized by the availability of abundant information, advanced technology, a rapidly changing society, greater convenience in daily lives, and keener international competition. In response to these change, innovation in education is no longer simply encouraged; it has to become an imperative because school are at the front line of this change and need to think about how they can prepare young people for the future workplace. The science fair project is a long-term project where you will plan, conduct, and share results from your own independent investigation. Science Fairs offer students the opportunity to create original scientific research, innovative projects and develop 21st Century learning skills; critical and creative thinking, collaboration and communication The project includes complete the pre-planning steps, conducting a science experiment, recording your data, analyzing your data, and creating a tri-fold poster to share your project. By means of literature study, it obtains the result that the steps done by the students in science fair project are able to improve the ability of 21st century elementary school students.
