Abstract

The tiktok application is a social media that has been widely used by Indonesian people, including students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Buana Perjuangan University, Karawang class of 2020. As students who both use the tiktok application, of course, they have heard of the phenomena that occur in this application, because a content that is posted on the tiktok application is very fast viral. The features in the tiktok application can be used to market a product such as in E-commerce and also content about products that are currently viral on fyp tiktok can influence buying interest among students. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of using the tiktok application on buying interest in Management Study Program students at Buana Perjuangan Karawang University Class of 2020. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This research study focuses on how the impact caused by the use of the Tiktok application on the buying interest of students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Buana Perjuangan University, Karawang Class of 2020. The results showed that there were positive and negative impacts from using the tiktok application on student buying interest , the positive impact is that it is easy for students to find information about products, can buy products at lower prices because of promos on tiktok live streaming. The negative impact that is caused is the emergence of consumptive behavior because spending money without careful consideration.

Abstract

PT Karya Asri Mandiri provides employee welfare in increasing employee morale. The welfare provided includes pensions, bonuses, holiday allowances, office clothing, facilities and services. To achieve common goals where the interests of the company can be achieved and the needs of employees can be met. This study aims to explore the influence of work welfare and morale on the employees of PT Karya Asri Mandiri. This study used descriptive qualitative methods, data collection techniques were carried out qualitative research to produce and process descriptive data, such as interview transcripts and observations. It can be concluded that PT Karya Asri Mandir has a pretty good social program for some of the services offered, such as travel bonuses and bonuses. money, can increase the motivation and well-being of employees. However, there are also conditions that must be met, such as one customer per month to receive a payday. This can cause pressure and stress for employees, so it is necessary to think about how the company can help employees achieve these goals.

Abstract

Setiap perusahaan selalu berusaha untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya, dengan harapan tujuan perusahaan akan tercapai. Untuk mencapainya membutuhkan sumber daya yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Rekrutmen, Seleksi dan Penempatan Karyawan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT.Yangtze Optical Fibre Indonesia. Sampel dari penelitian ini berjumlah 37 orang. Metode yang digunkaan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 20 dan tehnik analisis dengan menggunakan uji validitas,uji realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik di mana terdiri dari uji normalitas data, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas dan regresi linaer berganda, uji hipotesa yang terdiri dari uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa rekrutmen dan seleksi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Yangtze Optical Fibre Indonesia sedangkan penempatan tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pimpinan PT.Yangtze Optical Fibre Indonesia haruslah lebih memperhatikan perekrutan dan seleksi bahkan penempatan karyawan, agar kinerja karyawan semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Toserba Yogya Grand Karawang. Toserba Yogya merupakan salah satu mall supermarket yang ada di Kota Karawang dengan jumlah pelanggan yang cukup banyak. Toserba Yogya Grand karawang dalam melayani konsumen yang mengantri untuk melakukan transaksi pembayaran di kasir selama ini memerlukan waktu yang relatif lama sehingga antrian menjadi panjang. Jika antrian panjang, akibatnya konsumen akan merasa tidak nyaman. Analisis dengan menggunakan sistem antrian metode tingkat aspirasi menunjukan bahwa jumlah kasir di Toserba Griya Yogya Grand Karawng ini harus ditambah, yaitu dari yang semula hanya ada pelayanan dengan 7 kasir, menjadi 12 kasir pada waktu-waktu sibuk yaitu pada hari Sabtu dan Minggu dari pukul 17.00 hingga pukul 21.00. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada Toserba Yogya untuk menambah 4 pelayanan kasir menjadi 12, dengan tujuan agar pelayanan kepada pelanggan dapat lebih efektif.

Abstract

The study, entitled "Information Dissemination Through Social Media on the Indonesian Central Statistical Authority", aims to find out how the Karawang District Statistics Authority uses social media, especially Instagram. The data collection method in this study uses documentation from the Instagram media BPS Karawag. The method used is qualitative. As a result of this study, Instagram has been widely used by BPS Karawang as a media of statistical promotion at 53.8 percent, the media of general information at 30.7 percent, and statistical knowledge media and job information at 7.6 percent, respectively. The average number of interactions on the Instagram posts of the Center for Statistics of Karawang District is 50. Agriculture, Census, Indonesia, and 2023 are the main topics of information spread through activity posts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of promotion and service quality on donor trust and loyalty to the Mentari Ilmu Foundation. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method of 30 people. Measurement of variables using a Likert scale with a weight of 1 to 5. This study found that promotion has a positive and significant effect on loyalty, service quality has a positive and significant effect on loyalty, trust has a positive and significant effect on loyalty, promotion has an effect on loyalty through trust.

Abstract

The work environment is divided into two, namely the physical work environment can affect employee performance including equipment, office buildings, furniture and room layout. This includes the physical conditions of employees working, including layout design, light (illumination), color, temperature, humidity and air circulation. . Meanwhile, what is included in the non-physical environment is related to work relationships, both with superiors and with fellow co-workers or relationships with subordinates. Employee performance (employee performance) can also be better if the environment around employees is good in terms of comfort, peace, and in terms of good communication between superiors and subordinates.

Abstract

This research aimssto analyze the influence offorganizational culture on employee work discipline at PT Gangsar Lumintu Berkah Lestari. The research method uses quantitatitve methods with a verification approach through case studies. To be collected through questionnaires and interviews withhemployees at various levels of the company. The results of this study show that there is a significant influence of organizationallculture on the level of employee work discipline. The focus of the research is to understand the relationship between organizationallculture and employee work discipline and the related factors that can influence this relationship. The research implications regarding the importance of companies paying attention to and strengthening organizational culture that can support work discipline among employees in order tooimprove the company's overalllperformance and productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze strategies for increasing employee work motivation at the One Stop Integrated Services and Investment Service (DPMPTSP) Karawang Regency. Employee work motivation is a key factor in improving service quality and work efficiency at DPMPTSP Karawang. Qualitative and quantitative approaches were used in this research by analyzing data from surveys, interviews and documentation studies.The research results show that strategies for increasing employee work motivation at DPMPTSP Karawang can be carried out through implementing training and development programs, providing fair rewards, increasing communication and openness, as well as sustainable promotions. Factors that encourage employee work motivation include existence, connectedness, self-actualization, and achievement. Meanwhile, factors that hinder work motivation are various internal disturbances and external threats that befall employees.

Abstract

One of the main activities of a bank is to disburse money to the public in the form of loans. Although credit disbursement to the public is based on the principles of prudence and sound lending, supported by the goodwill of the lending institution, the possibility of problematic loans still exists. There are several steps that a bank can take to resolve credit issues. One of the efforts made by banks in resolving non-performing loans is through credit restructuring. In this context, the research focuses on three main aspects: (1) The procedure for implementing credit restructuring in resolving non-performing loans at Bank BJB Karawang Branch, (2) The obstacles faced in implementing credit restructuring at Bank BJB Karawang Branch, and (3) Problem-solving strategies to overcome the obstacles in implementing credit restructuring at Bank BJB Karawang Branch. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted using descriptive analysis techniques, while data validity is tested using source triangulation. This research concludes that: (1) The procedure for implementing loan restructuring includes steps after restructuring and monitoring business and financial reports post-restructuring, (2) The bank faces significant obstacles in implementing restructuring measures and is unable to continuously control the commercial and financial affairs of the debtor, and (3) The bank's strategy to address these issues.
