Abstract

This research aims to analyze strategies for increasing employee work motivation at the One Stop Integrated Services and Investment Service (DPMPTSP) Karawang Regency. Employee work motivation is a key factor in improving service quality and work efficiency at DPMPTSP Karawang. Qualitative and quantitative approaches were used in this research by analyzing data from surveys, interviews and documentation studies.The research results show that strategies for increasing employee work motivation at DPMPTSP Karawang can be carried out through implementing training and development programs, providing fair rewards, increasing communication and openness, as well as sustainable promotions. Factors that encourage employee work motivation include existence, connectedness, self-actualization, and achievement. Meanwhile, factors that hinder work motivation are various internal disturbances and external threats that befall employees.

Abstract

One of the main activities of a bank is to disburse money to the public in the form of loans. Although credit disbursement to the public is based on the principles of prudence and sound lending, supported by the goodwill of the lending institution, the possibility of problematic loans still exists. There are several steps that a bank can take to resolve credit issues. One of the efforts made by banks in resolving non-performing loans is through credit restructuring. In this context, the research focuses on three main aspects: (1) The procedure for implementing credit restructuring in resolving non-performing loans at Bank BJB Karawang Branch, (2) The obstacles faced in implementing credit restructuring at Bank BJB Karawang Branch, and (3) Problem-solving strategies to overcome the obstacles in implementing credit restructuring at Bank BJB Karawang Branch. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted using descriptive analysis techniques, while data validity is tested using source triangulation. This research concludes that: (1) The procedure for implementing loan restructuring includes steps after restructuring and monitoring business and financial reports post-restructuring, (2) The bank faces significant obstacles in implementing restructuring measures and is unable to continuously control the commercial and financial affairs of the debtor, and (3) The bank's strategy to address these issues.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of price and product quality on the decision to purchase thrift clothes at Buyed Id. The research method used is a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to Buyed Id customers, especially women aged 14-30 years. The research results show that price and product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Affordable prices and good product quality are the main factors considered by consumers when buying thrift clothes. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression, partial t test, simultaneous f test, and coefficient of determination. In conclusion, both price and product quality have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions at Buyed Id.

Abstract

This researcher is a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is an independent small business run by community groups or families. As an important part of the economy, especially in Indonesia, SMEs have an important role in encouraging the economic growth of the community in various sectors, both trade, agriculture, industry, services and other sectors. This research uses descriptive qualitative data with the methods used, namely library research, field research and interviews. The information was obtained directly from the UMKM tofu factory by conducting observations and surveys based on interviews with respondents. Secondary data is information obtained in ready-to-use forms such as library research, literature, the internet and various existing documents, to maintain the quality of Bandung NR Tofu products it is necessary to check/verify the quality of these products. which is one part that cannot be separated from production control. to evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing strategy of tofu factories in Karawang UMKM Bandung NR. This can include analyzing the advertising, distribution, pricing and branding strategies implemented by MSMEs at the Karawang Bandung NR Tofu Factory to identify marketing strategies to improve the competitiveness of the Karawang Bandung NR Tofu Factory. As with small and medium industrial enterprises in general, under the leadership of the Bandung NR MSME Tofu Factory penj.

Abstract

Generation Z faces unique financial challenges, making financial literacy an important skill. This research aims to measure the influence of financial literacy on the financial behavior of Generation Z students at Buana Perjuangan Karawang University. The resealrch method used is al qualntitaltive alpproalch with al survey design, using questionnalires distributed to students. Daltal were alnallyzed using al simple linealr regression alnallysis method with the SPSS alnallysis tool. The resealrch results show thalt finalnciall literalcy hals al significalnt alnd positive effect on student finalnciall behalvior. The resealrch instrument wals proven to be vallid alnd relialble, alnd the residuall daltal met the normallity alssumption. This resealrch underlines the importalnce of increalsing finalnciall literalcy to improve student finalnciall behalvior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of financial institutions in improving access to capital for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Karawang, as well as to identify barriers faced by MSMEs in accessing financial services. A descriptive quantitative method was used using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The research focused on the role of financial institutions in providing access to capital to MSMEs, the constraints faced by MSMEs in accessing capital from financial institutions, and the effectiveness of financial programs and products offered by financial institutions in helping MSMEs obtain the required capital. The results of the study are expected to provide a deeper understanding of the important role of financial institutions in supporting the growth of MSMEs in Karawang. Through the analysis of quantitative data obtained from questionnaires, constraints faced by MSMEs can be clearly identified, thus providing a basis for financial institutions and the government to design more effective policies. In addition, the effectiveness of programs and financial products offered can be evaluated to improve access to capital for MSMEs. By understanding the dynamics between MSMEs and financial institutions in Karawang, this research is expected to provide useful recommendations for policy makers and financial practitioners in improving the quality of access to finance for MSMEs, thereby supporting more inclusive and sustainable local economic growth.

Abstract

Brand image atau citra merek merupakan jenis asosiasi yang muncul di benak konsumen ketika mengingat suatu merek tertentu. Dalam era globalisasi dan persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat, brand image atau citra merek menjadi salah satu aspek yang sangat penting bagi keberhasilan suatu produk di pasaran. Brand image mencerminkan persepsi konsumen terhadap suatu merek, termasuk kualitas, keandalan, dan nilai-nilai yang dikomunikasikan oleh merek tersebut. Dalam industri skincare, di mana produk-produk berbagai merek ditawarkan dengan beragam manfaat dan formulasi, citra merek dapat menjadi faktor penentu dalam keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini bertuuan untuk mengetaui pengaru brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di kalangan Mahasiswa Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatiif dengan metode analisis regresi linear sederhana. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 30 responden Mahasiswa Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang yang pernah atau sedang menggunakan skincare The Originote. Dari hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk Mengetahui analisis Strategi Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Uptd Balai Latihan Kerja Kabupaten Karawang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggukan kualitatif. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu dengan menggunakan wawancara dan observasi untuk melengkapi informasi penelitian. . Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara penerapan strategi disiplin kerja dengan kinerja pegawai. Pembahasan pada penelitian ini terkait dengan menyoroti pentingnya pelatihan dan sosialisasi mengenai aturan dan nilai-nilai organisasi sebagai bagian dari strategi pengembangan disiplin kerja. Kesimpulan Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran yang jelas mengenai pentingnya implementasi disiplin kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di Balai Latihan Kerja Kabupaten Karawang.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia adalah penggerak utama operasional suatu organisasi, termasuk dalam pemerintahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai di Sekretariat Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Karawang. Motivasi kerja dianggap sebagai faktor penting yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam tentang bagaimana motivasi kerja mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja yang tinggi berkontribusi positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Faktor-faktor seperti pengakuan atas kinerja, peluang pengembangan karier, dan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif memainkan peran krusial dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja. Rekomendasi untuk manajemen termasuk implementasi program penghargaan, peluang pelatihan dan pengembangan, serta dukungan dari pimpinan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia di sektor pemerintahan dengan menekankan pentingnya motivasi kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi.

Abstract

Latar belakang implementasi program motivasi kerja sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai adalah sangat penting dalam konteks lingkungan kerja yang dinamis dan berubah dengan cepat. Tantangan seperti tekanan kerja yang tinggi, kurangnya dukungan dari atasan, dan kurangnya kesempatan pengembangan karier telah menjadi perhatian utama Dalam penelitian mengenai implementasi program motivasi kerja sebagai upaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, metode kuantitatif dapat memberikan wawasan yang mendalam tentang pengalaman subjektif pegawai, persepsi mereka terhadap program motivasi kerja, dan faktor-faktor kontekstual yang mempengaruhi implementasi dan dampaknya. Pemadam Kebakaran Kabupaten Karawang Program motivasi kerja di Pemadam Kebakaran Kabupaten Karawang menunjukkan pendekatan yang komprehensif dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan kepuasan karyawan. Dengan sistem insentif dan disiplin kerja yang jelas karyawan diberikan reward untuk kinerja yang baik dan hukuman untuk kinerja yang kurang. Tunjangan seperti asuransi kesehatan tinggi, BPJS, serta monitoring kinerja dan absensi secara real-time menjadi bagian penting dalam program ini. Dari temuan yang diungkapkan, program motivasi kerja di Pemadam Kebakaran Kabupaten Karawang menunjukkan komitmen yang kuat dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan kepuasan karyawan. Dengan menerkan sistem insentif dan disiplin kerja yang jelas, monitoring kinerja real-time, adaptasi terhadap situasi beragam, serta program motivasi yang komprehensif, program ini berhasil menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang memotivasi dan efisien.
