Abstract

This research examines the influence of work motivation on employee performance at the Karawang Regency Fire Department. Work motivation, as an internal drive that encourages employees to achieve organizational goals, is the main focus of this research. This research is based on the inconsistency of previous research findings regarding the influence of work motivation on employee performance in the firefighting sector. A quantitative method with a survey approach was used, involving 35 employees as a sample. Data was collected through questionnaires, observation and documentation. The research results show that work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance, proven through the t test and F test. This research concludes that work motivation is an important factor in improving employee performance at the Karawang Regency Fire Department.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja guru di SMPN 3 Cikampek, Desa Kalihurip, Kecamatan Cikampek, Kabupaten Karawang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menjadi suatu kesimpulan dari proses penelitian. Temuan dari penelitian diketahui bahwa kinerja guru sekolah dasar di SMPN 3 Cikampek masih tergolong kurang baik karena dari dua variabel aspek pengukuran kinerja yang diteliti yaitu kompetensi mengajar dan interaksi dengan siswa hanya kompetensi mengajar saja yang dinilai sudah cukup baik. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama di SMPN 3 Cikampek, maka diharapkan agar guru lebih efektif dan efisien dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga tujuan- tujuan pendidikan dapat terlaksana dengan baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya pengelolaan retensi karyawan dalam strategi sumber daya manusia perusahaan untuk mengurangi biaya pelatihan ulang dan mempertahankan pengetahuan serta keterampilan yang berharga. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja dan retensi karyawan di Pemadam Kebakaran Kabupaten Karawang, dengan fokus pada lingkungan kerja dan pengembangan karir. Metode kualitatif melalui wawancara menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja yang nyaman, hubungan baik dengan rekan kerja dan atasan, serta kesempatan pengembangan karir merupakan faktor utama yang memengaruhi kepuasan dan retensi karyawan. Temuan ini didukung oleh penelitian sebelumnya yang menyatakan bahwa kepuasan kerja berdampak positif pada komitmen dan kinerja karyawan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perlu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung dan adil, serta menyediakan peluang pengembangan karir yang berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan, kinerja, dan retensi karyawan. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of brand equity, measured through brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, brand loyalty, and brand attitude, both collectively and partially, on purchasing decisions of Wardah products. The study employs a quantitative method with a causal problem formulation. Data collection is conducted through questionnaire distribution. The sampling technique used is non-probability purposive sampling, focusing on consumers using Wardah products within the University Buana Perjuangan Karawang student community, with a sample size of 30 respondents. Multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing are used for data analysis. Wardah brand has become one of the leading local brands in Indonesia, known for its halal skincare products that have garnered a large following, especially among Muslim women

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan dakwah mingguan mushola al- huda terhadap Kompetensi Sosial Warga. Metode kualitatif berusaha memahami, memaparkan serta menafsirkan makna suatu peristiwa interaksi tingkah laku manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan pengumpulan data. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui mengenai Pengaruh Kegiatan Dakwah Mingguan Mushola Al-Huda terhadap Kompetensi Sosial Warga Rt01 Desa Cikarang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze employee training needs in improving performance at the Karawang Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP). Using qualitative methods with in-depth interviews and observations, the research identifies three main skill areas needed: mastery of management information systems, effective communication skills, and understanding of current regulations. Performance analysis shows that 85% of employees meet or exceed work targets, with generally good team performance. The results reveal a strong positive relationship between participation in needs-based training and performance improvement. Based on these findings, a comprehensive training program is recommended, covering information systems training, effective communication, regulatory updates, and investment project management. The implementation of these recommendations is projected to significantly improve service efficiency and investor satisfaction in the long term.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of employee training and development methods at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office (DPMPTSP) in Karawang to enhance employee competence. Using a qualitative approach, this research involved interviews and observations of 3 DPMPTSP Karawang employees. The results show that DPMPTSP Karawang has implemented various training methods, including classroom training, e-learning, and on-the-job training. The majority of respondents reported significant improvements in technical and soft skills. However, several challenges were identified, such as time constraints and difficulties in applying new knowledge. Nevertheless, the training programs positively impacted employee performance, with increased efficiency and work motivation. This study recommends adjustments in program design and implementation, including improving evaluation systems and adopting more flexible learning methods to enhance the effectiveness of employee training and development programs at DPMPTSP Karawang.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate how workload and work environment conditions affect employee performance employees at the JMC Cikarang workshop. This research uses a descriptive qualitative qualitative descriptive approach with a case study. Data was collected through in-depth interviews interviews, direct observation, and documentation analysis. Research findings findings show that heavy workload and unsupportive work environment negatively impact employee performance. have a negative impact on employee performance. Conversely, a balanced workload balanced workload and a conducive work environment encourage increased effectiveness of employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to increase understanding of organizational culture and employee performance. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. The dfescriptive qualitative method is a method used by researchers to fine knowledge or theory regarding research at a certain time. Organizational culture is an organization’s value sustem and will influence the way work is done and the way employees behave. Resinda Hotel Karawang is a four star hotel in the city of Karawang. Resinda Hotel Karawang has a 256 rooms. The result of this article is that organizational culture has agood effect on employee performace.
