Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model belajar untuk meningkatkan etosbelajar siswa sekolah menengah di daerah pinggiran provinsi DIY. Penelitian ini merupakankelanjutan dari penelitian sebelumnya tentang etos belajar siswa sekolah menengah di daerahpinggiran provinsi DIY. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitianpengembangan, dengan langkah penelitian difokuskan pada dua tahap yaitu tahapprelimenary dan tahap formative evaluation. Pada tahap prelimenary akan dilakukanpersiapan dan prosedur kerja penelitian, sedangkan tahap formative evaluation dilakukanprototyping (penyusunan model belajar) yang di expert reviews,one-to-one dan small group,serta field test. Uji coba model belajar dalam penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu SD diKabupaten Bantul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa model pembelajaran centering themargine memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan etos belajar siswa di daerahpinggiran.Kata Kunci: model belajar, etos belajar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan ingin mengetahui dan menganalisis penyebab rendahnya etos belajar siswa dari perspektif sosial budaya, dan menawarkan solusi yang efektif bagi upaya meningkatkan etos belajar siswa di daerah pinggiran. Pilihan metode penelitian adalah metode survei dan penelitian kancah (field research). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa etos belajar siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas/Kejuruan (SMA/SMK) di daerah pinggiran ternyata masih dalam kategori sedang cenderung rendah. Indikatornya adalah bahwa dikalangan siswa sekolah pinggiran ditandai rendahnya minat baca, kurang menyukai tantangan atau rendahnya watak kompetitif, rendahnya kemandirian, tanggung jawab belajar yang tidak tinggi. Letak teritorial cenderung memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap rendahnya etos belajar siswa di sekolah pinggiran dan terdapat hubungan yang tidak linier antara persepsi positif terhadap belajar dengan praksis belajar di kalangan siswa sekolah daerah pinggiran.   Kata kunci: etos belajar, daerah pinggiran

Abstract

Partisipasi orangtua dalam menyusun program kemitraan dengan sekolah masih belum optimal, sehingga seringkali orangtua hanya menjadi objek dalam program pendidikan di sekolah. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, dilakukan penelitian untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran blended partisipatif kemitraan sekolah dan orangtua siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan dengan model ADDIE, dan teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terciptanya model pembelajaran blended partisipatif kemitraan sekolah dan orangtua siswa dengan tahapan (1) Analisis, meliputi analisis kebutuhan dan situasi, analisis tujuan umum dan materi, analisis karakteristik orangtua siswa, analisis lingkungan/perangkat teknologi, dan analisis waktu pembelajaran blended. (2) Desain dengan dua mode yaitu face to face (synchronous) dan online (asynchronous). (3) Pengembangan yaitu mengembangkan tujuan dan materi pembelajaran, merancang strategi pembelajaran blended, mengembangkan learning resource dan validasi ahli. (4) Implementasi pembelajaran blended meliputi tahap uji coba satu-satu dan uji lapangan terbatas. (5) Evaluasi meliputi pengembangan evaluasi formatif dan sumatif serta revisi model. Model ini dinilai layak oleh ahli, yang dinyatakan layak dengan skor 3.58, dan praktis untuk digunakan dengan skor 3,65. Penilaian ahli materi kemitraan sekolah dan orangtua yaitu 3,76 (layak), sementara penilaian ahli pembelajaran terhadap desain model pembelajaran blended dengan skor 3.76 (layak). Implikasi dari hasil kelayakan dan kepraktisan model ini dapat digunakan dalam lingkup yang lebih luas. Blended participatory learning model with school-parent partnership for studentParents' participation in compiling and developing partnership programs is still not optimal; parents tend to become objects in educational programs at schools This research aimed to develop a participatory blended learning model for school partnerships and parents. The research method used was development research with the ADDIE model. Data collection techniques at the model development stage used observation, interviews, and questionnaires, additionally, for data analysis using descriptive analysis. The results of the study have compiled a participatory blended learning model for school partnerships and parents of students with stages (1) Analysis which includes analysis of needs and situations, analysis of general objectives and materials, analysis of parents' characteristics, analysis of the environment/technological devices, and analysis of blended learning time. (2) Design with two modes, namely face-to-face (synchronous) and online (asynchronous). (3) Development by developing learning objectives and materials, designing blended learning strategies, developing learning resources, and expert validation. (4) Implementing blended learning includes one-on-one trials and limited field trials. (5) Evaluation includes the development of formative and summative evaluations and model revisions. Expert validation on the participatory blended learning model was generally stated to be feasible with a score of 3.58 (decent). The expert's assessment of school partnerships and parents was 3.76 (appropriate), while the learning expert's assessment of the blended learning model design scored 3.76 (decent). Ultimately, the results of the practicality test obtained a score of 3.65 (practical). The implications of the results of the feasibility and practicality of this model can be used in a wider scope

Abstract

Proses pengembangan serta peningkatan pengelolaan pendidikan di Indonesia seyogianya berorientasi terhadap mutu pendidikan. Pola pengembangannyapun harus adaptif sesuai dengan tuntutan zaman (disruption era). Dalam hal ini pemerintah harus senantiasa melakukan transformasi dari pendidikan konvensional menuju pendidikan digital. Penjaminan mutu dapat dilakukan dengan perencanaan program kerja yang baik serta pelaksanaan evaluasi diri satuan pendidikan yang jujur dan objektif. Artinya harus ada sistem yang mampu mengakomodir keduanya dalam rangka memastikan penjaminan mutu internal satuan pendidikan berjalan dengan baik. Kemenag RI hadir dengan meluncurkan platform e-RKAM, tujuannya adalah untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut. Aplikasi e-RKAM ini merupakan terobosan yang menggabungkan menjadi satu kesatuan utuh antara pelaksanaan EDM dan penyusunan Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Madrasah. Oleh karena penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses perencanaan dan pengorganisasian implementasi aplikasi e-RKAM ini serta bagaimana keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Maka untuk mengetahui kedua hal ini harus dilakukan penelitian dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan teknis analisis data triangulasi sumber data agar ke objektifitasannya terjamin. Peneliti memilih MA Fathanul Burhan Tempuran dikarenakan merupakan salah satu MA yang masuk ke dalam fase pertama penerapan e-RKAM dilingkungan Kementerian Agama. Setelah dilakukan penelitian dengan metode tersebut didapatkan hasil bahwa proses perencanaan dan pengorganisasian implementasi aplikasi e-RKAM sudah sesuai dengan pedoman penggunaan dan standar operasional prosedur e-RKAM, kemudian keberhasilan dalam rangka peningkatan mutu pendidikanpun masuk ke dalam kategori baik dengan melihat perbandingan data antara Skor Kinerja Pencapaian Mutu tahun 2020 dan tahun 2021.

Abstract

This study aims to problematize the position of women as subjects in the discourse of kabhantapi, the traditional costume of the Muna ethnic group in Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. Drawing on Laclau and Mouffe's discourse analysis, the study unpacks the hegemonic processes through which dominant groups have shaped women’s subjectivities in the contestation surrounding kabhantapi. The findings reveal that women are positioned as consumptive subjects, shaped by the intersection of democratized clothing practices-framed as ‘freedom’-and market logics conditioned by fashion capitalism. Thus, the political subject born from dislocation cannot be reduced merely to an emancipatory subject as envisioned by Laclau and Mouffe, particularly in the context of fashion. This article argues that the lack not only creates space for political subjectivation but also operates as an arena of capitalist co-optation, underscoring the need to situate women’s subjectivity within the framework of the political economy of discourse.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze teacher and student activities in differentiated learning within inclusive education at SMPN 1 Yogyakarta. The research focuses on: (1) how differentiated learning is facilitated in inclusive education for students with disabilities, and (2) the role of teachers in implementing differentiated learning for students with disabilities. This study employed a qualitative case study approach, collecting data through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data validity was tested through triangulation of techniques and data sources, while analysis was conducted through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing stages. The findings indicate that differentiated learning facilitation has been applied through modifications of curriculum, processes, products/assessments, and learning environments. Teachers adapt materials, apply the pull-out model, implement heterogeneous group learning, and conduct individual assessments based on students' abilities. Teachers' roles in implementing differentiation include upholding ethical principles of equal educational rights, providing developmental opportunities for students with disabilities, fostering empathy among regular students, and enhancing self-confidence in students with disabilities. In conclusion, differentiated learning serves as an effective strategy in inclusive education, although its implementation remains limited to the product aspect and relies heavily on Inclusion Support Teachers.

Abstract

Purpose: This study investigates the autonomy of art workers within the Indonesian cultural industry through a case study of two local television stations, ADiTV and Bali TV. The main objective is to examine how art workers maintain their autonomy while navigating the demands of the market and the organizational values imposed by their institutions.   Methods: This study adopts a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with television managers, art workers, and observers. The observers interviewed in this study were individuals with a deep and long-standing concern for the dynamics of local television. ADiTV and Bali TV were selected as research sites due to their distinctive characteristics. ADiTV operates as a local television channel with an Islamic missionary orientation, while Bali TV is embedded within the Ajeg Bali cultural movement.   Findings: This study found that the autonomy of art workers in the cultural industry on local television shows a negotiated position. This study found that economic interests in pursuing profits and mass production within the cultural industry do not always harm the autonomy of art workers. Pressures on art workers actually come from non-market forces that are more cultural, such as Islamic values ​​on ADiTV or Ajeg Bali on Bali TV.   Originality: This research contributes to the debate on artists' autonomy in the local television. By taking non-economic factors into account in determining artists' autonomy, this study makes an essential contribution to the discussion on artists' autonomy in the cultural industry, which tends to emphasize commercial factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to conduct an in-depth examination of the implementation of the problem-based learning (PBL) process through SAR (Search and Rescue education and training) experienced by Basarnas Yogyakarta members. The PBL model, which is relevant to the needs of SAR personnel, helps them face emergency situations and prepares them through realistic and learner-centered education. This research used a qualitative method with a narrative approach. The subjects of this study are 10 SAR personnel. Data were collected using observation techniques, in-depth interviews, documentation, and triangulation. The data analysis technique follows the qualitative descriptive analysis model of Matthew B. Miles, A. Michael Huberman, & Johnny Saldana, which includes data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the learning process using the PBL model through SAR training is oriented toward student-centered learning. The extensive opportunities provided by the PBL model offer direct experience that aligns with the goals of SAR training, fostering the development of problem-solving skills, teamwork, motivation, and independent learning among SAR personnel. The results of this study are expected to make a significant contribution to SAR education literature, offer practical recommendations for developing more effective and responsive SAR training curricula, and provide practical guidelines for other training institutions. The results of this research can be a basis for developing SAR training policies and curricula that are more problem-solving oriented. Basarnas may consider adopting PBL as the main approach in SAR education and training across their units.
