Abstract

In general, there are three inheritance regulations that apply in Indonesia, namely Islamic inheritance regulations, customary inheritance regulations, and inheritance regulations governed by the state. The research focuses on: How is the practice of land inheritance in the Awo community of Baraka District? What are the obstacles in the implementation of Islamic inheritance in the customary inheritance law of the Awo community in Baraka District? And how is the Maslahah perspective on the land inheritance system in the Awo community of Baraka District? This study uses a qualitative field research method with a normative theological and ethnographic approach. The data sources are community leaders, religious leaders, and the Awo community. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and document studies. The findings of this study show that the land inheritance system in the Awo community has been maintained across generations through oral tradition. Inheritance land, known as "manah," is a family asset managed collectively. This system is based on the bilateral principle, which provides equitable inheritance rights to descendants. The implementation of the Islamic inheritance system in the Awo community faces challenges, as there is a conceptual difference between customary inheritance, which grants equal rights to both men and women, and Islamic law, where inheritance distribution differs. There is also a strong influence of local traditions and a lack of understanding of Islamic law. The land inheritance system in the Awo community can be analyzed through the Maslahah approach, which aims to achieve benefits in accordance with Islamic jurisprudence principles. Unlike Islamic law, this land inheritance practice provides benefits by maintaining the unity of assets and ensuring the sustainability of livelihoods. The collective system applied supports the Maqasid al-Syariah. By maintaining the inheritance system, the land remains a heritage passed down through generations, which has implications for the preservation of wealth (hifz mall) and descendants (hifz nasl).

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus kepada kerjasama Program Studi dengan Sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sinergitas antara prodi HKI dan sekolah di kabupaten terkait pencegahan pernikahan anak dan mengubah pola pikir masyarakat terkait dengan isu pernikahan anak. Penelitian ini mengambil data siswa perempuan di SMPN 2 Balocci. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan penelitian participatory action research (PAR). Data yang diperoleh berasal dari instrumen angket. Selain itu penelitian ini membuat focus group dicsussion (FGD) dan penyuluhan guna membangun kesadaran siswa dan pandangannya mengenai pernikahan. Hasilnya kemudian dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan memetakan kecenderungan siswa dalam memahami pernikahan anak. Hasilnya adalah siswa-siswa perempuan SMPN 2 Balocci telah memiliki kesadaran awal yang tinggi terkait dengan hak-haknya sebagai manusia merdeka dan di saat yang sama mengenai pentingnya mereka berpendidikan dan berkeinginan untuk mengenyam pendidikan tinggi di masa depan. Meski demikian mereka belum memahami dengan jelas terkait pernikahan anak dan dampaknya meskipun kasus pernikahan anak terjadi di daerah tersebut. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini berupa pembentukan peer group untuk membangun lingkungan yang supportif bagi anak-anak dengan teman sebayanya.

Abstract

The Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) is a new policy initiated by the Ministry of Education and Culture. The Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) a computer-based assessment that measures literacy and numeracy. The main key in the implementation of the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) is the teacher because the teacher is directly involved in the learning process. This research focuses on descriptive qualitative research.The purpose of this study is to describe the readiness of class V teachers for the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) in MI and SD. The techniques used in this qualitative research are by observing the implementation of the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) in SD/MI, interviews, and documentation in the form of a manuscript of the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) document. The results of the research on the readiness of class V teachers to the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) in SD/MI (1) The implementation of the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) in SD/MI has not been maximized because MI PUI Kuningan does not yet have a computer. (2) The readiness of class V teachers for the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) in SD/MI, teachers and principals have participated in socialization, tutoring, and training. (3) Supporting factors for the implementation of the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) in SD/MI in the form of evaluation. (4) The inhibiting factor for the implementation of the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) in SD/MI is not yet a computer at MI PUI Kuningan and has not yet obtained a library and reading books at SDN IV Kuningan.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to find out how the form of protection and empowerment of farmers in the lens of siyasah syar'iyyah. The method used is literature research and theological approach of syar'i. The results of this study show that the role of the government in implementing farmer empowerment as a regulator, facilitator, and catalyst. Concretely, the form of protection for farmers can be done by forming farmer groups to facilitate the distribution of information, dissemination, and training. Meanwhile, the form of empowerment can be carried out through 5 (five) steps, namely settlement, strengthening, protection, characterization, and maintenance. In the Islamic Perspective, the protection and empowerment of farmers is the responsibility and obligation of the government and must be carried out in a fair, mandated and non-discriminatory manner as a prerequisite for realizing welfare.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada "Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Divisi Piano PT. Samick Indonesia". Motivasi kerja merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, yang pada gilirannya berkontribusi pada keberhasilan organisasi. Studi ini mengeksplorasi hubungan antara motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan di PT Samick Indonesia, sebuah perusahaan pembuat piano terkemuka. Metodologi penelitian ini melibatkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana untuk menilai pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 42 karyawan Divisi Piano PT Samick Indonesia, dengan data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berbasis skala Likert. Analisis data mencakup uji normalitas, linearitas, regresi, dan determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan linier positif yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Koefisien determinasi (R^2) sebesar 0.729 menandakan bahwa sekitar 72.9% variabilitas dalam kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh motivasi kerja mereka. Temuan ini sejalan dengan studi sebelumnya yang mengindikasikan pentingnya motivasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Background: According to the Top Brand Index (TBI) statistics for 2021, Milo was ranked fifth in the ready-to-drink liquid milk category. Furthermore, in the Milk Powder category, Milo was picked third out of four milk brands in the same year. Aim: This study examines the impact of Brand Familiarity, Brand Love, and e-WOM on Brand Attitude and the Repurchase Intention of Milo brand consumers in Samarinda City. Method: This study uses a questionnaire with the object of research being the Milo Brand product. The sample of this study is 147 respondents conducted in the city of Samarinda. The method of sampling is accidental sampling, which means that data were collected from respondents while found. The research methodology for this study involves using a quantitative approach, including path analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), which were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistic 25 software and AMOS 5.0 software. Findings: The analysis of the structural model in this study found that three out of six hypotheses were significant: (1) the effects of Brand Familiarity, e-WOM, and Brand Love on Brand Attitude, and (2) the effects of e-WOM, Brand Love, and Brand Attitude on Repurchase Intention. The other three hypotheses were not significant: (1) the effect of Brand Familiarity on Brand Attitude, (2) the effect of Brand Love on Repurchase Intention, and (3) the effect of e-WOM on Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

This article examines Tudang Sipulung, a traditional deliberative forum within the Bugis community of Bone Regency, South Sulawesi, as a culturally embedded mechanism for the distribution of inheritance. Using an ecofeminist perspective alongside the framework of maqāṣid al-sharīʿah, the study employs an empirical legal approach combined with legal-anthropological analysis. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with religious leaders, local government officials, and heirs, supported by field observations and an examination of religious court decisions and village archival records. The findings show that women actively participate in inheritance deliberations and play a significant role in maintaining both family harmony and environmental sustainability. Their involvement reflects a close relationship between women’s economic responsibilities, household livelihoods, and ecological awareness. The practice of Tudang Sipulung demonstrates the protection of wealth (ḥifẓ al-māl) through negotiated and equitable distribution; the protection of lineage (ḥifẓ al-nasl) by reducing intrafamily conflict; and the protection of life (ḥifẓ al-nafs) by discouraging excessive accumulation and social tension. Conceptually, this study contributes to Islamic legal scholarship by reading customary inheritance practices through the combined lenses of ecofeminism and maqāṣid al-sharīʿah. In practice, it offers a gender-sensitive, environmentally grounded mediation model that may inform the resolution of inheritance disputes in pluralistic social settings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berawal dari rendahnya kemampuan membaca pada anak kelompok B di Kober Sabililhuda. Melalui media tersebut diharapkan dapat mengetahui dan terjadi peningkatan kemampuan minat baca anak, karena hal tersebut manjadi tujuan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang dijadikan metode dalam penelitian ini. Sebanyak 15 anak kelompok B yang dijadikan subjek dalam penelitian ini. Wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dijadikan sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis data memakai analisis kualitatif yaitu reduksi data, display data, kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian dalam delapan kali pertemuan melalui media tersebut terbukti anak kelompok B dapat mengulang kembali jawaban dari guru dan teman, mampu menjawab pertanyaan sesuai dengan gambar yang ditunjukkan oleh guru, mampu menjawab secara tepat sesuai dengan pertanyaan guru. Hal ini terlihat hasilnya dari 15 anak yang diteliti, delapan anak menunjukkan berkembang sangat baik kemudian yang berkembang sesuai harapan yaitu empat anak, hanya tiga anak saja pada pertemuan kedelapan yang masih membutuhkan bimbingan dari guru, yang berarti guru dinilai sudah melakukan kegiatan seperti yang peneliti inginkan.   This research was conducted in response to the low reading ability observed among Group B children at Kober Sabililhuda. The study aimed to identify and improve children’s reading interest through the use of appropriate learning media. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, with 15 Group B children participating as research subjects. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data were then analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing or verification. The findings from eight learning sessions revealed that Group B children were able to repeat responses from teachers and peers, answer questions based on images presented by the teacher, and respond accurately to the teacher’s questions. Furthermore, the results showed that out of the 15 children observed, eight demonstrated very good development, four developed according to expectations, and three still required guidance from the teacher during the eighth session. These findings indicate that the learning activities were implemented effectively and aligned with the objectives of the study.

Abstract

Children’s stories play a strategic role in character building, literacy development, and the enhancement of imagination among elementary school students. However, the quality of children’s stories available in society remains relatively low in terms of language use, storyline, and thematic variation. Elementary school teachers have significant potential to become producers of educational children’s stories, yet many face limitations in writing skills and the use of digital technology. This community service program aimed to assist SD/MI teachers in developing children’s stories using Artificial Intelligence (AI). The program employed the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, consisting of discovery, dream, design, define, and destiny stages. The participants were 10 teachers from SDIT Bilingual Alma Asy-Syauqi Cirebon. Assistance was provided through face-to-face training sessions, online mentoring, and hands-on practice using AI tools for developing story titles, outlines, narratives, and illustrations. The results indicate that the program was successfully implemented in accordance with the ABCD stages and effectively enhanced teachers’ competencies in creating children’s stories. Approximately 70% of participants succeeded in producing complete AI-assisted children’s stories. These findings suggest that integrating AI into teacher mentoring programs is effective in strengthening teachers’ capacity as creators of contextual and educational children’s literature.

Abstract

Tulisan ini mengkaji tentang pelaksanana Suscatin di KUA Tamalanrea dan KUA Biringkanaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian (field research) kualitatif deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian berada pada dua (2) wilayah kecamatan di Kota Makassar yakni KUA Tamalanrea dan KUA Biringkanaya. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan teologis (syar'i), pendekatan yuridis formal, dan pendekatan sosiologis. Sumber data yakni Kepala Kantor Urusan Agama dan beberapa Pejabat dan Penyuluh Kantor Urusan Agama di Kecamatan Biringkanya dan Kecamatan Tamalanrea serta beberapa resopnden lainnya. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokuementasi dengan instrumen pedoman observasi dan pedoman wawancara. Data diolah dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses penyelenggaraan kursus calon pengantin pada Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Tamalanrea dan Biringkanaya Kota Makassar masih jauh dari target waktu yang diharapkan yaitu sekurang-kurangnya 16 jam pelajaran, semetara realisasinya hanya berkisar  kurang lebih 2 jam, sehingga berpengaruh terhadap target materi yang ingin disampaikan. Dengan demikian proses pelaksanaan suscatin pada Kantor Urusan Agama di Kecamatan Tamaranrea dan Kecamatan Biringkanaya Kota Makassar terkesan hanya menjalankan peraturan tetapi mengabaikan apa yang sebenarnya yang menjadi esensi dari pelaksanaan suscatin tersebut. Suscatin atau bimbingan yang diberikan kepada calon pengantin merupakan dasar dari tujuan membangun keluarga yang harmonis.
