Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of the teacher performance to the student geography learning outcomes. This study uses correlation. Samples numbered 44 students from the student population of 105 and were taken using a proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques are using the techniques of documentation, interviews and questionnaires. Analysis of the data is using the product moment formula as hypotheses testing that have been proposed. Based on data analysis, the results obtained are as follows: (1) There is a positive relationship a close and significant correlation between the performance of teachers in planning the learning with the students result learning geography. (2) There is a positive relationship, strong and significant correlation between the performance of teachers in implementing the learning of students geography learning outcomes. (3) There is a positive relationship, strong and significant correlation between teacher performance in evaluating learning process of students learning geography.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kinerja guru dengan hasil belajar geografi siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasi. Sampel berjumlah 44 siswa dari populasi 105 siswa dan diambil menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan rumus product moment sebagai pengujian hipotesis yang telah diajukan. Berdasarkan analisis data, hasil yang diperoleh sebagai berikut: (1) Ada hubungan yang positif, erat dan signifikan antara kinerja guru dalam merencanakan pembelajaran dengan hasil belajar geografi siswa. (2) Ada hubungan yang positif, erat dan signifikan antara kinerja guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan hasil belajar geografi siswa. (3) Ada hubungan yang positif, erat dan signifikan antara kinerja guru dalam evaluasi pembelajaran dengan hasil belajar geografi siswa.Kata kunci: guru, hasil belajar siswa, kinerja.

Abstract

The research was aimed at investigating the correlation between the interest of reading, the habit of studying, and the result of studying at geography subject at the third grade of IPS. The method was used in this research were the descriptive quantitative method and the approaching correlation.analysed technique by Analysis Correlation Product Moment. The result of the research was a strength positive correlation and significant between variable x1 and y from the correlation  coefficient score r counted r table= 0.849 0.3301. Furthermore, there was a strength positive correlation and significant between variable x2 and y from the correlation  coefficient score r counted r table= 0.829 0.3301. Then, there was a strength positive correlation and significant between variable x1, x2 and y from the correlation  coefficient score r counted r table= 0.908 0.3301.Penelitian ini berujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara minat baca, kebiasaan belajar, dengan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran geografi siswa kelas XII IPS. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. teknik analisis menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan positif yang kuat dan signifikan antara variabel X1 dengan Y dengan nilai koefisien korelasi yaitu rhitung rtabel = 0684 0,3301. ada hubungan positif yang kuat dan signifikan antara variabel X2 dan Y dengan nilai koefisien korelasi yaitu rhitung rtabel = 0,829 0,3301. Ada hubungan positif yang sangat kuat dan signifikan antara variabel X1, X2 dengan Y dengan nilai koefisien korelasi yaitu rhitung rtabel = 0,908 0,3301.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, kebiasaan belajar, minat baca

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the application of think pair share type cooperative learning models to the learning activities and learning outcomes of students of class XI IPS in Yadika Bandar Lampung High School.  The research method used in this study is Quasi Experiment. Data collection uses test techniques to measure student learning outcomes.  Observation technique to obtain data from the teaching and learning process in class and documentation.  The subjects of this study were students of class XI IPS 1 and XI IPS 2 totaling 52 students.  The results showed that: (1) there were differences in learning activities between classes using the TPS type model and those who did not.  (2) there are differences in learning outcomes between classes that use the TPS type model and those that do not.  (3) there is an influence of the use of TPS type learning models on geography learning outcomes.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think pair share terhadap  aktivitas dan hasil belajar geografi siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Yadika Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Eksperimen Semu (Quasi Eksperimen). Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes untuk mengukur hasil belajar siswa. Teknik Observasi untuk memperoleh data dari proses kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 1 dan XI IPS 2 berjumlah  52  siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) terdapat perbedaan aktivitas belajar antara kelas yang menggunakan model tipe TPS dengan yang tidak. (2) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara kelas yang menggunakan model tipe TPS  dengan yang tidak. (3) terdapat pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran  tipe TPS  terhadap hasil belajar geografi.Kata kunci: aktivits, hasil belajar, pembelajaran think pair share

Abstract

Abstract- The purpose of this research is to find out the basic system in the supply chain, and the dynamic system of the brown sugar supply chain in Banyuwangi Regency. This research is a combination of explanatory research and causal research and uses a system dynamics approach by considering the GAP between supply and demand for local markets. Data analysis was performed using a dynamic system simulation using the powers program with a validation test through the calculation of Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). The final results show that the basic system of brown sugar agroindustry supply chain in the Banyuwagi Regency can be identified as actors, activities, and outputs. Until 2019, the demand for meeting local brown sugar needs is greater than the supply of brown sugar in the Banyuwangi Regency. To accelerate the fulfillment of local needs for brown sugar, it is necessary to increase the productivity of the sap juice subsystem as the main raw material for the brown sugar agroindustry subsystem in the Banyuwangi Regency.

Abstract

Kredit mikro merupakan istilah untuk menyebutkan pinjaman yang satuan jumlahnya relatif kecil bempa uang tunai yang diberikan kepada pihak tertentu yang membutuhkan. Pihak yang memberikan pinjaman atau sering juga disebut dengan kreditur bisa berupa lembaga keuangan yang berupa bank, perusahaan pegadaian, koperasi atau lembaga-lembaga bukan keuangan yang mempunyai kepentingan untuk menyalurkan dana untuk tujuan tertentu. Sedangkan pihak yang meminjam atau sering juga disebut dengan debitur adalah pihak tertentu yang diberikan pinjaman sejumiah uang. Pihak yang meminjam inl sifatnya dapat perseorangan, beberapa orang yang tergabung dalam satu keiompok, lembaga, organisasi atau suatu badan hukum tertentu. Berbagai bentuk peminjam iniharus ada orang yang menjadi penanggung jawab atas pinjaman atau hutang yang didapatkan.Sampai saat ini telah banyak lembaga-lembaga di dunia yang telah menyalurkan pinjamannya melalui program kredit mikro, seperti Grameen Bank di Bangladesh. Grameen bank didirikan pada pertengahan tahun 1970 oieh DR Muhammad Yunus. Saat inl yang menjadi general manager di Grameen Bank adalah Muhammad Shahjahan. Jumlah nasabah yang terdiri dari orang-orang miskin yang diberdayakan melalui berbagai usaha saat ini di bank tersebut adalah sekitar 9,6 juta nasabah (Kompas, 21 Agustus 2010). Ini suatu perkembangan yang luar blasa dibandingkan dari jumlah nasabah pada tahun 2006 yang baru sekitar 2 juta orang (Abink, dkk, 2006). Kesuksesan program pemberian kredit mikro kepada masyarakat miskin dengan tanpa menggunakan jaminan ini telah memberikan inspirasi munculnya lembaga-lembaga yang meminjamkan kepada masyarakat miskin di beberapa negara seperti Bosnia, Rusia, Canada, Thailand, Indonesia, Paraguay dan masih banyak beberapa negara lainnya.Untuk memberikan gambaran dan sebagai perbandingai antara Program Kredit Mikro bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah, miskin dan yang usahanya informal ini dengan bank konvensioani perlu kami sampaikan arti kredit, manfaat dan beberapa persyaratan yang diwajibkan oleh bank konvensional.

Abstract

One variation of cooperative learning model to create a fun learning environment and can improve learning outcomes is the implementation of cooperative learning type NHT and STAD. The objectives of this research were to find out: (1) The differences on  average of geography learning outcomes by implementing the cooperative learning model type NHT and STAD, (2) a significant differences on  average of geography learning outcomes by implementing the cooperative learning model type NHT and STAD, (3 ) The difference on gain of geography learning outcomes by implementing the cooperative learning model type NHT and STAD, and (4) A significant difference on gain of geography learning outcomes by implementing cooperative learning model type NHT and STAD. The method used in this research was Quasi Experiment. The population in this research was the students of class XI Social year 2012-2013. The sampling was taken by using Puposive Sampling technique by determining the relative characteristics including the mastery of learning outcomes, selected class XI Social I and XI Social 3 SMA Negeri 4 Metro. Data collecting tool used was a test of natural resources matter. The software used to process the research data was SPSS version 17.0 For Windows. The conclusion in this study: (1) There is a difference on average of geography learning outcomes by implementing cooperative learning model type NHT and STAD, (2) The average of geography learning outcomes by implementing cooperative learning model type NHT is higher than type STAD, ( 3) There is a difference increase (gain) on the average of geography learning outcomes by implementing cooperative learning model type NHT and STAD ,and (4) The increase (gain) on the average of geography learning outcomes by implementing cooperative learning model type NHT is higher than type STAD. Key Word: Number Heads Together, Student Team Achievement Division, and Geography Student Learning

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas satuan lingual penanda tokoh sentral dalam peranannya sebagai pembentuk kekohesifan wacana cerita pendek Indonesia. Teori yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini ialah teori struktural, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan unsur dan struktur wacana narasi. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Tokoh sentral dalam cerita pendek pada umumnya ditampilkan pertama kali oleh narator sebagai subjek-pelaku atau subjek-pengalam. Tokoh sentral itu dipertahankan cara menyebutnya dengan pengulangan atau penggantian dalam rangka pembentukan kekohesifan wacana cerita pendek. Dalam peranannya sebagai pembentuk kekohesifan wacana cerita pendek Indonesia, tokoh sentral dapat berupa pronomina persona, nama diri, dan nama jabatan atau frasa nominal yang memiliki unsur nama jabatan. This study discusses the lingual unit marker central figure in his role as a shaper of short stories discourse cohesiveness Indonesia. The theory used in this research is the structural theory, especially with regard to the elements and structure of narrative discourse. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. The central character in the short story in general displayed the first time by the narrator as subject-actor or subject-experiencer. The central figure was sustained manner by repetition or replacement call for the creation of short stories discourse cohesiveness. In its role as a shaper of short stories discourse cohesiveness Indonesia, the central figure can be a personal pronoun, proper name, and the name of the nominal position or phrases that have an element of function name.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tipe kalimat inversi dalam bahasa Jawa ngoko, yang masih terfokus pada kalimat tunggal. Teori yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini ialah teori tata bahasa fungsional (functional grammar), khususnya yang berkaitan dengan fungsi sintaktis. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam penyediaan data digunakan metode simak yang diterapkan dengan teknik sadap dan teknik catat. Dalam analisis data digunakan metode distribusional yang diterapkan dengan teknik bagi unsur langsung dan teknik permutasi. Dalam penyajian hasil analisis data digunakan metode formal. Berdasarkan kemungkinan perubahan pola urutan P-S, kalimat inversi dalam bahasa Jawa dapat dibedakan atas dua tipe, yaitu tipe kalimat inversi opsional dan tipe kalimat inversi wajib. Berdasarkan kemungkinan pemunculan konstruksi relatif, ada satu tipe kalimat inversi yang memunculkan konstruksi relatif dengan kata kang/sing yang sebagai penanda relatif.This research aimed to discuss tlrc types of inversion sentence in ngoko (the low level of Javanese speech) Javanese, of which focus is still more on the single-sentence. Theory used in this research is functional grammar with syntaxtic function is the main focus. Method used is qualitative desciptive. ln preparing the data, the writer uses the observation method by previously applying the tapping and recording techniques. Then, the distribution method is used to analyze the data. The distribution is applied through both the immediate divisions of the sentence elements and permutation techniques. At last, the formal methods are applied to represent the analyzed data. Based on the possibility of P-S conversions, the inversion sentence in Javanese can also be distinguished into two types, i.e. optional and obligatory. Based on the possibility of the relative construction occurrence, there is particulaily another inversion type that features the relative construction with kang/sing (the relative pronoun) to be its relative indicator.

Abstract

Energy harvesting is a process whereby energy produced is derived from an external. As for external sources consisting of sunlight, sound, the wind, vibrations, the press, and others. One potential that could be used the style press derived from a footrest man while walking. The device that can be used to harvest energy by using the style press is piezoelectric. Piezoelectric is a material when given style tap hence will generate electricity. But, electricity produced piezoelectric is a signal impulse so it needs a coherent rectifier and devices series of electronic another so that the energy harvested can be stored on a battery, in this research using a module BQ25570. Module BQ25570 is an electronic device in which there are DC-DC converter, charging battery and protection, and super capacitor as media temporary storage. The research was conducted by making a prototype with size 80 cm × 50 cm, use piezoelectric kind of PZT as many as 50 strung together in parallel. Testing conducted by using the style press from the average weight of a human body. The results of tests carried out the power produced at the time of heavy 42 kg is 1,345 mW, 52 kg is 2,251 mW, 67 kg is 4,729 mW, 70 kg is 10,646 mW,  and 82 kg is 17,218 mW.

Abstract

Vegetative stage is an essential element for plants that shoot harvested. At that stage, the growth regulator application can directly increase the production quantively accelerate the potential formation and growth of roots and shoots. Coconut water is one of a  natural sources of growth hormone that has a potency to increase the early growth of the tea plant. This experiment aimed to find out the response of tea plant growth on the lowlands after centering with coconut water application. This experiment was conducted in experimental garden of Faculty of Agriculture Unpad, Jatinangor, Sumedang at an altitude of 750 m above sea level and Inceptisol terrestrial soil. The experiment began in February 2016 until June 2016 using Split Plot Design, consisting of two factors and three replications. The main plot is a type of clone (K) which consists of two levels, namely: k1 = GMB 7, k2 = GMB 11. Sub plot is a coconut water concentration (A) consisting of five levels: a0 = coconut water application (control), a1 = coconut water concentration 25%, a2 = coconut water concentration 50%, a3 = coconut water 75% concentration, a4 = coconut water 100% concentration. The experimental results showed that coconut water had a significant effect on all treatments. The interaction of plant height variable at 14 WAC - 16 WAC (Week After Centering), canopy width at 12 WAC - 16 WAC and stem diameter at 14 WAC - 16 WAC and no significant effect on plant height at 2 WAC - 12 WAC, canopy width at 2 WAC - 10 WAC, and stem diameter at 2 WAC - 12 WAC, at 2 WAC - 12 WAC. In general, GMB 11 clone tea plant that applied 75% coconut water performed the best growth response on tea growth in the lowlands after centering.
