Abstract

Vegetative stage is an essential element for plants that shoot harvested. At that stage, the growth regulator application can directly increase the production quantively accelerate the potential formation and growth of roots and shoots. Coconut water is one of a  natural sources of growth hormone that has a potency to increase the early growth of the tea plant. This experiment aimed to find out the response of tea plant growth on the lowlands after centering with coconut water application. This experiment was conducted in experimental garden of Faculty of Agriculture Unpad, Jatinangor, Sumedang at an altitude of 750 m above sea level and Inceptisol terrestrial soil. The experiment began in February 2016 until June 2016 using Split Plot Design, consisting of two factors and three replications. The main plot is a type of clone (K) which consists of two levels, namely: k1 = GMB 7, k2 = GMB 11. Sub plot is a coconut water concentration (A) consisting of five levels: a0 = coconut water application (control), a1 = coconut water concentration 25%, a2 = coconut water concentration 50%, a3 = coconut water 75% concentration, a4 = coconut water 100% concentration. The experimental results showed that coconut water had a significant effect on all treatments. The interaction of plant height variable at 14 WAC - 16 WAC (Week After Centering), canopy width at 12 WAC - 16 WAC and stem diameter at 14 WAC - 16 WAC and no significant effect on plant height at 2 WAC - 12 WAC, canopy width at 2 WAC - 10 WAC, and stem diameter at 2 WAC - 12 WAC, at 2 WAC - 12 WAC. In general, GMB 11 clone tea plant that applied 75% coconut water performed the best growth response on tea growth in the lowlands after centering.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi dan pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan keuangan sederhana bagi Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Mulur Kecamatan Bendosari Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan di Desa Mulur kurang lebih 3 minggu dari tanggal 22 Mei sampai 12 Juni 2023. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat yang aktif, sehingga dosen dan mahasiswa hanya berperan sebagai fasilitator, dinamisator dan motivator. Program kegiatan pengabdian ini terdiri dari penyuluhan dan pendataan UMKM, serta pendampingan pengelolaan keuangan UMKM. Pendataan UMKM menghasilkan 30 pelaku UMKM yang kemudian di pilih sesuai dengan minat pelaku UMKM yang ingin dibantu dalam pendampingan keuangan UMKM. Dalam program kerja ini kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar dan sesuai dengan apa yang diinginkan. Pelaku UMKM merasa terbantu dengan adanya kegiatan ini setidaknya memberi ketrampilan pelatihan dan pendampingan terutama pengelolaan keuangan sederhana.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of influencer appearance, trust, and influencer content on purchase intention and the mediating role of brand attitudes in Indonesia with Tiktok social media. The analysis used uses the SPSS application program and SmartPLS modeling. This research was conducted throughout Indonesia. This research is causality research with variables including three independent variables, namely influencer characteristics, trust in influencers, and credibility of post content, and dependent variables including brand attitude and purchase intention. The population used is generation Z, which knows and uses Tiktok social media. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling, namely purposive sampling. The number of samples used was 197, and they were analyzed using SEM SmartPLS. The results of the data analysis show that influencer appearance has a negative and insignificant effect on brand attitude. Influencer appearance has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Trust has a positive and significant effect on brand attitudes. Influencer content has a positive and significant effect on brand attitude.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPembuatan semen terdiri dari beberapa tahap yaitu penambangan dan penyiapan bahan baku, pengeringan dan penggilingan bahan baku, pembakaran dan penggilingan akhir. Pengeringan dan penggilingan bahan baku dilakukan di raw mill unit. Proses ini penting dilakukan untuk mengurangi beban pada burning unit dan finish mill unit. Pada penelitian ini digunakan rotary dryer sebagai alat pengering bahan baku, kemudian grinding mill sebagai alat penggilingan dan pengeringan bahan baku. Rotary dryer berfungsi untuk menghilangkan/mengurangi kadar air sandy clay sebelum masuk grinding mill. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa input dan output diagram alir massa dan panas, menghitung efisiensi rotary dryer dengan kapasitas 34.000 kg/jam dan menghitung panas yang hilang di rotary dryer. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan Analisa Kesetimbangan massa dan panas. Hasil penelitian ini mengenai proses pengeringan bahan baku semen dengan menggunakan rotary dryer didapat bahwa masukan ke sistem pengeringan antara lain: sandy clay dan gas panas sedangkan keluaranya berupa sandy clay produk kering dan gas panas.Efisiensi hasil perhitungan panas dimana rotary dryer sebesar 60,76%. Panas yang hilang ketika proses pengeringa di rotary dryer sebesar 39.24%.Kata kunci :  kesetimbangan; massa; panas; rotary dryer; sandy clay  ABSTRACT Cement making consisting of several mining stages, namely, and the provision of raw materials , drying and grinding raw materials , burning and grinding the end of .Drying and grinding raw materials was conducted in raw mill unit .The process it is important be taken to reduce a load on burning units and crossed the finish line mill unit .To research is used rotary blow dryer as the dryer raw materials , then grinding mill as a means of milling and drying raw materials .Rotary blow dryer serves to dispel / reduce the moisture content of sandy clay prior to entering grinding mill .This study aims to to analyze the input and output mass and heat , counting efficiency rotary blow dryer with the capacity of 34.000 kg per hours and counting heat who went missing in rotary blow dryer .Was used in the study methodology analysis equilibrium mass and heat .The result of the drying cement raw material obtained by using rotary dryer that input to the system include drying: sandy clay and hot gas while output sandy clay products such as dry and the results of hot gas. efficiency where rotary 60,76. dryer by percent.
