Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelago with the level of risk of earthquakes is high enough, it is because the Indonesian archipelago was among four (4 ) active tectonic system. Region Minahasa is one of Indonesia is prone gempa. Arsitektur architectural wooden house on stilts, ie construction techniques that use the connection without nails or tools and materials other than wood connector.The purpose of this study was to determine the safety system of earthquake resistant buildings on the home stage of Manado wuloan aspect forms, layout, structure and construction as well as lingkungan. Kajian is done by comparing the descriptive standards and the fact the field. The results of the study stated that the Wuloan including earthquake-resistant houses stage because, of all the main frame of wooden beams Iron, each intertwined beams, the walls of the board it is not easy to crack or break and tested at the origin surrounded by volcanoes and frequent earthquakes.Key words: Main Stage, Wuloan, Earthquake Resistant.

Abstract

The development of the use of the building of the Faculty of Science & Technology has increase in students, faculty and staff of the environment. Increased building user switha high frequency impact damage have been seen in some parts of the building. The existence of such defects as early as possible will require an analysis of building defects that would affectless than the maximum functionality on the performance of the building. If damage occurs early and do not get immediate attention and repair searly, it will cause further difficulties in handling. Study sites are in the laboratory building repair science & technology faculty. Descriptive analysis of the examination of damage that occurs in the components/ elements of the main building and the cause than try to find the appropriate repair system. Based on the study based on the standard of maintenances concluded that there is heavy damage on the ceiling and the lighten the plumbing, walls, columns and floors. System repair needs to be done on the ceiling and light repair on the part of besides ceiling. Repair epoxy injection method in mild and moderate damage, severe damage repacked concrete. The need for attention to some of the conditions of the building that has been damaged from the building by doing a real improvement in the not too long. This if left unchecked will affect other parts of the building are around.

Abstract

This study aims    to  investigate   the factors affect the material and structure of the  house, and also the age of the building has a strong influence on the durability. Degradasi of Structure and house material not yet reached the simple house endurance standard    (20 year). So this research aim to identify the factor influencing durabilitas of structure and simple house material. This research take  house type 36 in Perumnas Bumi Tamalanrea, Chief Of Village Tamalanrea, Subdistrict Tamalanrea, Town Makassar. Population as much 2342 house and sampel selected in group as much 117 house from 18 block . Data analysed statistically in the form of tabulation traverse. Interpretation opened by joining analysis qualitative and kuntitatif of] scale ordinal. Result of Research show the Factor age of building have an effect on the strength to durabilitas. Keyword: structure, material, degradation

Abstract

Perilaku aktivitas fisik berbeda berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan usia yang  dibentuk sesuai dengan sosialisasi, norma, dan harapan yang terkait. Kajian literasi Ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakter aktivitas yang terjadi di Delta Lakkang-Makassar ditinjau dari segi gender dan usia dan mengetahui pendapat  yang mendukung maupun  tidak. Teknik analisis dekriptif dilakukan dalam pembahasan dalam bentuk tabulasi silang.  Aktivitas yang dilakukan di daerah Delta Lakkkang ditinjau dari aspek gender menemukan aktivitas yang bekerja dan belajar di luar wilayahnya. Aktivitas ditinjau dari aspek usia diketahui bahwa usia dewasa laki-laki  memiliki peran dalam meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga. Ditinjau dari aspek aktivitas penunjang, terdapat fenomena aktivitas pengunjung lebih sering kelihatan dibandingkan aktivitas penghuni Delta Lakkang sendiri

Abstract

Abstract: The need for housing is an essential thing in the development of human life, including the provision of accommodation for the lower middle class with subsidized housing. Simultaneous and large number of subsidized housing developments occur in the buffer areas of Makassar City, one of which is Moncongloe District. Changes and additions to the core house occurred in less than five years since it was built. Control of additional space requires supervision from the aspect of the function and health of the occupants. This study aims to determine the characteristics of changes in position and spatial patterns in the post-occupancy period. The study location is in the Bumi Salam Sejahtera (BSS) 2 housing complex in Moncongloe District using a purposively selected sample of houses that have undergone changes. The data from the observations were then analyzed descriptively by comparing with the floor plan of the main house. The results of the study found that changes in location occurred in the bathroom space and the addition of sleeping space, business and drying. Occupants need to pay attention to the factors of good lighting and air circulation in the post-change or addition of space to the house.

Abstract

Abstrak_ Masjid merupakan tempat ibadah sekaligus pusat peradaban umat Islam. Adapun pusat peradaban islam di Indonesia bagian Timur yaitu Masjid Al-Markaz Al-Islami Makassar. Selain sebagai tempat ibadah, Masjid Al Markaz Al Islami juga menjadi pusat pengembangan dan penelitian, sosial budaya, pendidikan hingga ekonomi. Secara khusus, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk:  (1) Mengidentifikasi bentuk dan ornamen yang terdapat pada fasade bangunan masjid Al-Markaz Al-Islami, (2) Menganalisis makna simbol yang ada pada fasade bangunan Masjid Al-Markaz Al-Islami Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan melalui kajian semiotika untuk menemukan arti/ pesan dan makna melalui tanda-tanda atau simbol-simbol yang ada pada arsitektur bangunan Masjid Al-Markaz Al-Islami Makassar. Hasil penelitian ini kemudian memberikan informasi tentang (1) Bentuk dan ornamen pada fasade Masjid Al-Markaz Al-Islami  diadopsi dari Masjidil Haram di Makkah, Masjid Nabawi di Madinah Al Munawwarah, bentuk rumah masyarakat bugis-makassar serta Masjid Katangka di Kabupaten Gowa, (2) Penciptaan unsur arsitektur bangunan Masjid Al-Markaz Al-Islami merupakan simbol yang memiliki makna.Kata kunci: Semiotika; Bentuk; Ornamen dan Makna Simbol.  Abstrak_ The mosque is a place of worship as well as the center of Muslim civilization. The center of Islamic civilization in Eastern Indonesia is the Al-Markaz Al-Islami Mosque in Makassar. Aside from being a place of worship, Al Markaz Al Islami Mosque is also a center for development and research, socio-cultural, educational to economic. Specifically, this study aims to: (1)  Identify the shapes and ornaments found on the facade of the Al-Markaz Al-Islami mosque building, (2) Analyzing the meaning of symbols that are on the facade of the Al-Markaz Al-Islami Mosque in Makassar. The results of this study then provide information about: (1)  Shapes and ornaments on the facade of Al-Markaz Al-Islami Mosque adopted from the Grand Mosque in Makkah, Nabawi Mosque in Medina Al Munawwarah, a form of Bugis-Makassar community house and Katangka Mosque in Gowa Regency, (2) The creation of architectural elements of the Al-Markaz Al-Islami Mosque building is a symbol that has meaning.Keywords: Semiotics; Shape; Ornaments and meanings of symbols.

Abstract

Abstrak_ Fasad pada masjid menjadi salah daya tarik tersendiri bagi jamaah untuk datang. Sering kita jumpai masjid dengan fasad yang terabaikan salah satunya adalah dari segi pemeliharaan dan perawatan bangunan, hal ini dapat mempengaruhi faktor kenyamanan, kelayakan, kesehatan pada jamaah masjid. Guna mengetahui tingkat kerusakan struktur pada fasad masjid Muhammad Cheng Hoo dilakukan identifikasi. Identifikasi ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang kerusakan struktur pada bagian fasad Masjid Muhammad Cheng Hoo dan di harapkan mampu memahami pentingnya menjaga kondisi masjid, utamanya di bagian fasad agar keberlangsungan masjid tetap terjaga.Kata kunci: Kerusakan Strktur; Fasad. Abstract_ The facade of the mosque is one of the main attractions for the Jamaah to come. Frequently we encounter mosques with facades that are neglected, one of which is in terms of maintenance and maintenance of buildings, this can affect the comfort, feasibility, health factors in the mosque congregation. Abstract

Abstrak_ Bentuk fasad sebuah rumah tradisional sebagai identitas sebuah kota dan Pasar Sentral merupakan ikon sebuah daerah. Kondisi pasar sentral kota Takalar yang mengalami degradasi visual sehingga perlu diredesain kembali. Tujuan penulisan yaitu melakukan redesain kembali pasar Takalar dengan menerapkan bentuk fasad rumah Tradisional  Takalar. Metode Analisis terhadap lokasi, kondisi bangunan, ruang dan bentuk fasade rumah tradisional Takalar dan sintesa pada konsep bentuk desain pasar . Hasil Pembahasan meliputi lokasi yang berada di Jalan Poros Sungguminasa – Takalar, kabupaten Takalar, kondisi bangunan ini tidak tarawat dan tidak tertata, serta tidak menarik  dan konsep bentuk “Sulappa Appa” dan ornament rumah dari rumah tradisional Takalar. Perpaduan antara konsep Bentuk atap, Bentuk Rumah panggung ruang dan ornament pada fasade rumah tradisonal Takalar dan pasar sentral mampu menemukan bentuk desain baru pasar yang unik dan bisa dijadikan sebagai tarikan dan  ikon kota Takalar.Kata kunci : Fasad Pasar, Rumah Tradisional,  Takalar  Abstract_ The façade forms a traditional house as the identity of a city, and the central market is an icon of an area. The primary market conditions of Takalar City are visually degraded so that it needs to be redesigned. The purpose of writing is redesigning the market by applying traditional house facade Takalar. Methods of analysis of the location, conditions of the building, space, and the form of façade traditional house Takalar and synthesis on the concept of the shape of the market design. The results of the discussion include the location located on Poros Road. However, Minasa-Takalar, District Takalar, the condition of the building is not attractive and unorganized and is not exciting and the concept of the form of "Sulappa Appa" and a house ornament from the traditional house Takalar. The combination of the roof shape concept, the shape of the house stage space and decoration on the façade of the conventional house of Takalar and Central Market can find a new design of the market unique. Abstract

Abstrak_ Sektor pariwisata di Papua Barat semakin meningkat, salah satunya adalah kawasan wisata Pulau Mansinam yang tepatnya terletak di Kabupaten Manokwari. Fasilitas yang perlu dikembangkan dari kawasan wisata ini salah satunya berupa penginapan. Perlunya obyek wisata cottage menggunakan tema yang mendukung ciri khas dan budaya Provinsi Papua Barat khususnya Kabupaten Manokwari. Salah satu pilihan yang dapat diterapkan yaitu dengan menggabungkan unsur tradisional dan modern ke dalam perancangan waterfront cottage atau cottage di tepian pantai Pulau Mansinam ini. Penerapan Arsitektur Eklektik cocok untuk digunakan dalam perancangan desain Waterfront Cottage di Pulau Mansinam ini karena tema ini adalah tema yang menggunakan atau memakai unsur tradisional dan modern. Tujuan penulisan yaitu menghasilkan desain bangunan Cottages yang menekankan unsur tradisional dan modern.Kata kunci: Waterfront; Cottage, Ekletik, Pulau Mansinam Abstract_ The tourism sector in West Papua is increasing, one of which is the man Sonam island tourism area which is precisely located in Manokwari Regency. Facilities that need to be developed from this tourist area, one of which is lodging. The need for cottage tourism objects uses themes that support the characteristics and culture of West Papua Province, especially Manokwari Regency. One option that can be applied is by incorporating traditional and modern elements into the design of waterfront cottages or cottages on the shores of Mansinam Island. The application of Eclectic Architecture is suitable for use in the design of Waterfront Cottage on Mansinam Island because this theme is a theme that uses or uses traditional and modern elements. Abstract

Abstrak_ Perpustakaan Umum sangatlah penting keberadaannya bagi pelajar dan masyarakat, perancangan Perpustakaan Umum di Bulukumba untuk menyediakan sarana pembelajaran bagi seluruh kalangan masyarakat dari anak-anak sampai orang dewasa maupun lansia. Kajian bertujuan untuk membuat desain Perpustakaan Umum dengan mempertimbangkan aspek lokasinya, kebutuhan dan kegiatan serta kenyamanan bagi calon penghuninya. Metode perancangan yang akan digunakan adalah ekslporasi desain yang menggunakan konsep Kenneth Yeang pada  penerapan penghawaan alami/ventilasi alam. Konsep ini akan menjadi tolak ukur perancangan perpustakaan berlantai, agar perpustakaan ini direncanakan dapat memberikan kenyamanan bagi penggunanya dengan menerapkan sistem penghawaan alami pada bangunan. Perancangan perpustakaan ini di desain dengan menerapkan konsep penghawaan alami dengan memperhatikan hubungan antara bentuk arsitektur dan lingkungannya dalam mempertimbangkan iklim di daerah tersebut. Hasil desain berupa visual tata ruang, tampak dan persepktif bangunan perpustakaan.Kata kunci: Perancangan; Perpustakaan; Umum; Penghawaan Alami. Abstract - Public Libraries are vital for students and society, the design of public libraries in Bulukumba is to provide learning facilities for all people, from children to adults or the elderly. The study aims to create a shared library design by considering aspects of its location, needs and activities as well as comfort for potential users. The design method that will be used is an exploration design that uses the Kenneth Yeang concept on the application of natural ventilation / natural ventilation. This concept will be a benchmark for the creation of a floor library, so that this library is planned to provide comfort for its users by applying natural ventilation to buildings. The design of this library is designed by using the concept of natural ventilation by taking into account the relationship between architectural forms and the environment in considering the climate in the area. The design results are in the form of visual spatial layout, looks and perspectives of the library building.Keywords : Design; Library; Public; Natural Enforcement.
