Abstract

Abstract_ Behavioral architecture is architecture whose implementation always includes behavioral considerations in design. Humans are the center of the environment and at the same time also become part of the environment. In general, the application of behavioral architecture contains elements that must be taken into account, including social activities that are accommodated in the building, the flexibility required for each activity, activities that influence or are influenced, and Background and goals of space users. Descriptive study identifying hijab behavior and Islamic brotherhood in the case of a design study for women's fitness and beauty centers. The identification results found behavioral groupings in the form of private space zones for beauty care activities, fitness activities and semi-private activities in shared space zones such as commercial and information areas. Neutral colors are used in the room to make visitors safe and comfortable.

Abstract

Beef is one of the main staples in Indonesia. This is evidenced by the demand for beef which continues to increase every year, this is not matched by the supply of beef. The breeders are increasingly having difficulty getting adequate land areas for livestock locations and there is still a lack of knowledge about clean and modern farm rearing processes. Makassar City, which is the capital city of South Sulawesi Province with a population of more than 1.5 million people, along with the increase in population in Makassar City, meat consumption also continues to increase with an average meat consumption reaching 15-20 tons of meat. The farm system, which still relies on traditional methods of raising cattle, cannot meet the demand for beef in Makassar City. The presence of this modern farm will increase the supply of meat in Makassar City by accommodating the number of cattle in Makassar City, of course with a breeding process in order to maintain the existing cattle population. The design of this farm applies the concept of eco-friendly architecture, which focuses on waste management, lighting and natural ventilation as a zero waste effort in the farm area.

Abstract

The construction of a rest area is essential to provide a comfortable resting place for drivers when they experience fatigue and decreased body endurance, according to Law Number 22 of 2009. This writing aims to obtain the results of designing a rest area using a behavioral approach. The discussion method begins with data collection, which is processed through field surveys by collecting physical/location data information according to the needs of the design concept approach. Then, function and approach and collect precedent studies. After the data collection method, a literature study was carried out in the form of theoretical data collection/standardization of data estimates. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive, synthetic, and exploratory methods. The research results obtained a territorial design concept in the rest and eating areas, which were grouped based on visitor characteristics. The idea of territory is applied to function as an area divider to provide comfort to its users. In using the concept of territory, three forming elements are needed. Namely, fixed elements, where these elements cannot be shifted or moved easily by the user; semi-fixed elements, where these elements are semi-fixed and can be turned or transferred at any time; and non-fixed elements are free elements is space resulting from change, this element is more related to humans as users of space, for example the movements and gestures of the human body..

Abstract

The development of science and technology that is integrated with the Islamic knowledge wishes to create a potential religious generation. Islamic education institution creates a religious Islamic individual through two approaches; those are natural and cultural approaches. Method that is applied is descriptive, that is collecting and analyzing the primary and secondary data. Then, planning and designing approaches are done to review various aspects oriented with architect knowledge, basic theoretic and standard. The pressure of green architecture concept enclose energy efficiency because in architect concept that is friendly environment, continuing, holistic and based on the efforts to reach designing to create energy efficiency.

Abstract

Orchestral music could be a new color for the type of music that exist, especially in Makassar, so as to provide knowledge and understanding of orchestral music for the community and lovers of music, so the need for container for orchestral music performances and educational tool for the public in Makassar. Another factor affecting the emergence of the idea to plan the building Orchestra is due to increase public interest in the art of classical music that needs to be supported with container musical performances are adequate considering the sound / acoustics, stage design and lighting in the design, so that the message expressed renderer art can be caught well in order to achieve optimum performance quality and satisfaction for the audience. Based on the above conditions produces a phenomenon that in Makassar requires a means lug activities pengaktualisasian art, especially for orchestral music that has a character in accordance with the development of science and technology in modern times, according to the futuristic concept in line with the development of technology which with the rapid advancement of technology then the existence of man-made futuristic it also will grow. Futuristic is an attempt to create a better future. Thought to be a futuristic itself far more creative and innovative in the future and far ahead of his time, so as to create a building that is not only environmentally friendly, but do not rule out the aesthetic values so as to create the impression of a comfortable and safe.

Abstract

Football is a sport that uses a ball which is played by two teams, each team consists of 11 (eleven) persons. School football serves as a container or a place of education and training young players in which summarizes various educational activities, among others, the basic tools and techniques that supports football training program in this container. The soccer school students get grinding their talents. South Sulawesi as one of the national football business recognizable enough. Makassar city has a lot of young players with the potential to be developed in order to be able to become a professional player. Moreover Makassar city since Ramang era until modern era none who do not know the figure of the young talents of Makassar, both Indonesian National team in various competitions Internasional. Therefore, we need a way to increase the achievements in Makassar city, one of them is withsetting up a football school. With the football schools, each individuals can be nurtured from an early age so that talented young players can hone his talents by providing good guidance between theory and its application in the field.

Abstract

Alauddin State Islamic University or UIN Alauddin State Islamic University is located in the university Makassar.Sebagai berinisialkan Islam, of course, this university has facilities such as a facility to worship the mosque. Amir Saud Bin Fahd Mosque Campus II Alauddin State Islamic Uinversitas is also commonly used as a place to socialize among students there. However, the area of the mosque at the State Islamic University Alauddin less well ordered. Landscaping areas such as mosques, parking lots that are not clearly make that parked vehicles do not fit in place, access to the mosque that is not directed to make the students or Juma'ah not know the direction toward the mosque, which is less street furniture such as street lights, trash and furniture, as well as other landscape elements that can support student activities. To that end, the need to redesign the region Amir Saud Bin Fahd Mosque Campus II Samata Alauddin State Islamic University Gowa as the infrastructure is not only used as a place of worship, but also can serve as a place to socialize as well as ordering a science for students.

Abstract

Kebutuhan para pengguna akan adanya tempat beristirahat sejenak membutuhkan adanya  kawasan peristirahatan yang sesuai standar dan layak memenuhi syarat dengan tidak mengesampingkan arsitektur lokal daerah setempat. Suatu kawasan peristirahatan yang baik harus dapat memfasilitasi kebutuhan-kebutuhan para pengguna yang beristirahat berdasarkan hasil pengamatan kebutuhan pengguna selama melakukan perjalanan. Malino merupakan daerah yang terkenal akan wisata alamnya yang ditempuh selama 2 jam perjalanan dari Kota Makassar memerlukan adanya kawasan peristirahatan dengan fasilitas yang lengkap. Tujuan laporan perancangan ini adalah memfasilitasi para pengguna jalan poros malino yaitu kawasan peristirahatan sebagai aktivitas istirahat sejenak untuk melepas lelah. Kawasan perencanaan nantinya akan menggunakan pendekatan arsitektur lokal setempat dimana daerah tersebut masih kental dengan adat Bugis-Makassar. Perencanaan fasilitas kawasan peristirahatan harus memperhatikan hubungan dan kedekatan antar fasilitas, serta kemudahan akses dan pencapaian.

Abstract

Abstrak-Kantor Walikota Palopo merupakan salah satu wadah dari pemerintah Kota Palopo dalam mendukung pelayanan terhadap masyarakat. Namun, kondisi Kantor Walikota Palopo saat ini sebagai pusat aktifitas pemerintahan kota sudah tidak layak pakai. Redesain Kantor Walikota Palopo merupakan upaya  untuk merancang ulang bentuk dan tampilan bangunan yang mencerminkan suatu lambang pusat pemerintahan yang representatif. Bangunan kantor yang memadai, diharapkan dapatmenciptakan sebuah sistem atau mekanisme kerja instansi pemerintah kota yang terintegritas dan menyeluruh, mewujudkan pola layanan masyarakat yang efektif dan efisien, mengembangkan dan meningkatkan pembangunan fisik, ekonomi maupun social. Dalam meredesain Kantor Walikota Palopo, dibutuhkan sebuah konsep dasar rancangan yang lebih baik dan tidak merusak lingkungan serta sesuai dengan konsep kearifan Arsitektur Lokal masyarakat setempat. Kata Kunci :Arsitektur Lokal, Kantor Walikota Palopo, Redesain

Abstract

Abstrak— Berdasarkan data informasi yang dihimpun dari media cetak maupun elektronik banyak atlet berkualitas dengan prestasi nasional yang dimiliki oleh kota Makassar dan Sulawesi Selatan pada umumnya. Salah satunya dari cabang olahraga tenis lapangan, seperti yang dilansir oleh pelti kota Makassar beberapa waktu yang lalu, dua atlet Sulawesi Selatan  meraih emas di kejuaraan nasional Yunior Piala Telkom Peltha. (Pelti Makassar tahun 2013, diakses 13 November 2014,10:00 Wita). Namun, dari beberapa klub tenis lapangan yang ada di kota Makassar tak ada satupun klub yang memiliki lapangan tenis dengan status kepunyaan sendiri melainkan menyewa dengan membayar iuran perbulan dikantor, instansi mapun kampus   terkait.   Hal   ini   menjadi   masalah   yang  serius   mengingat   untuk membentuk kualitas atlet yang professional diperlukan fasilitas-fasilitas yang maksimal, bukan hanya kondisi lapangan yang berstandar internasional melainkan penunjang penunjang. Tujuan Laporan ini adalah Untuk merancang desain bangunan Pusat Pelatihan dan Gelanggang Olahraga Tenis Lapangan di Makassar dengan menerapkan konsep arsitektur kontemporer. Hasil dari laporan ini meninjau hal spesifik bangunan, berupa syarat-syarat perencanaan yang meliputi perancangan tapak, bentuk, struktur layout ruang, serta kebutuhan ruang berdasarkan standar.    Kata kunci: Makassar, Tennis Lapangan, Arsitektur Konteporer  Abstract- Based on the data of information which is written in printed and electronic media that there are many national athletes in quality achievement that is owned by the city of Makassar and South Sulawesi in general. One of them from the courts sport, as reported by Makassar Pelti some times ago two athletes from South Sulawesi won gold from the Junior National Championships in Peltha Telkom Cup. (Pelti Makassar in 2013, accessed 13 November 2014.10: 00 pm). Fact from some of tennis club free Makassar City no oe of the club has their own twnnis courts but but rented by paying free monthly at the office, campus used also related campus. This becomes a serious problem considering to establish the quality of professional athletes who need maximum facilities, not only international standard field conditions but also another supporting tennis. The purpose of this report is to design the training centre building and circular area of tennis in Makassar by applying the concept of contemporary architecture. The results of this report reviews the specific buildings, such as the requirement of the planning like the tread design, form, structure, space layout and space requirements based on standards. Keywords: Makassar, Tennis Court, Contemporary Architecture
