Abstract

This research was carried out to improve student learning outcomes in mathematics subject matter of addition using the addition straw media. The hypothesis of this research is that the use of addition straw media can improve student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects for class II students at SDN Sidotopo IV 51 Surabaya. This research is classroom action research which goes through 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and meetings. The subjects of this research were class II students, totaling 27 students. The data collection techniques used are tests and non-tests. Non-tests include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative and qualitative. The research results show that student learning outcomes after using the adding straw media have a good impact on student learning outcomes. This is proven by the increase in completeness in each cycle starting from pre-cycle to cycle 2. In cycle 1 the average classical completeness was only 60.62% with the number of students who completed it being 12 students and 15 students not yet completed, then in cycle 2 the average Classical completion rose to 80% with the number of students who completed it being 24 students and 3 students who had not yet completed it. Learning success can be determined by several factors, including the teacher. Teachers have a very important role, namely as implementers of the curriculum and delivery of teaching materials or materials. Teachers have abilities in the learning process that are very closely related to their teaching abilities. The teacher's role in the learning process includes, among others, as a communicator/informator, conductor, organizer, motivator, and educator. In a teaching and learning process as a whole the role of the teacher cannot be ignored.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus, metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan tes pilihan ganda. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada siswa kelas VIB SDN Pakis V Surabaya yang berjumlah 29 orang siswa. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Penerapan Kado Baru (kartu domino bangun ruang) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Matematika siswa kelas VIB di SD Negeri Pakis V Surabaya 2024/2025, diperoleh dari hasil pembelajaran pada siklus I didapat nilai rata-rata sebesar 70,34. Perolehan persentase daya serap pada penelitian siklus I ini adalah 70,34%, sedangkan ketentuan yang ditetapkan adalah 75%. Selain itu, ketuntasan belajar siswa yang diperoleh di siklus I ini yaitu sebesar 58,62% dengan jumlah siswa mendapat nilai di atas KKTP sebanyak 17 orang. Penelitian Tindakan kelas dilanjutkan pada siklus II. Pada siklus II diperoleh peningkatan hasil belajar muatan Matematika yakni nilai rata-rata sebesar 80,86. Perolehan persentase daya serap pada penelitian siklus II ini adalah 82,14%, sudah berada diatas dari ketentuan yang ditetapkan yaitu 75%. Selanjutnya, ketuntasan belajar siswa yang diperoleh di siklus II ini yaitu sebesar 80,86% dengan jumlah siswa mendapat nilai di atas KKTP sebanyak 25 orang. Sudah berada diatas ketentuan yang sudah ditetapkan yaitu sebesar 80%. Simpulan dari penelitian tindakan kelas adalah penerapan kartu domino bangun ruang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Matematika siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the causes of bankruptcy in broiler farms using the Altman Z-Score method using financial statements for the 2017-2019 period. This research was conducted from August to September 2021, this research was conducted by conductibf interviews with the Company Owner. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research, namely by collecting, classifying, analyzing and interpreting the data obtained from the company so that it can provide an overview of the actual situation. The method used by researchers for data collection is by interview and documentation. The results showed how to overcome bankruptcy based on financial data, the company had total debt which was one of the causes of the company going bankrupt and another reason the company closed because in 2019 the price of chicken decreased. Factors causing the decline in broiler prices in 2019 were due to oversupply from broiler chickens, oversupply from Day Old Chicks (DOC), a decrease in people's purchasing power and distribution channels that were disrupted due to the issue of the cartel mafia.

Abstract

Article 8 of Act Number 20 years 2008 affirmed the government's commitment to Micro and Small Medium Enterprises to funding accurately and help obtain financing and services or other financial products, both conventional and Syariah systems. Contracts play an important role in economic activity or business. Function contracts give legal certainty, rules of the game, and tools evidence. Syariah funding contracts have many kinds which can be applied for various needs. Contract law is an open system, but the type of contract must be chosen to efficiently secure the distribution of funds. The role of the state needed to be precise following the purpose, for example, they do not finance properly the empowerment of micro-businesses in the livestock field. One theory that could help in legal problems in determining excellent choices is the economic analysis of law. This theory over law problems choice does not this can be resolved, as of theories it has the central idea to efficiency, among others the rule of law through contract.

Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the influence of socio economic factors to the interest of youth at Modopuro Village, Mojosari District, Mojokerto Regency in raising ducks. The research was conducted in September - Oktober 2022 in Modopuro Village, Mojosari District, Mojokerto Regency and was done with quantitative method. The population and sample of this study were Modopuro Village youth aged 16-30 years, totaling 92 respondents chosen by the purposive sampling method. The variables of the research is the independent variables (income, family environment, community environment, and social status) and the dependent variables namely youth interest. The data obtained from observation, and questionnaires for respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple regressions. Variables that have a significant influence to the interest of youth in raising ducks are community environment and social status.

Abstract

This community service program aims to empower village communities through the establishment of waste banks as a solution for sustainable waste management. The background of the activity is the increasing volume of unmanaged household waste, which has led to environmental and health problems in the village. The waste bank was chosen as an instrument because it can integrate environmental, social, and economic aspects simultaneously. The service method is carried out using a participatory approach, including outreach, technical training on waste sorting, waste bank administration management, and mentoring community groups. The results of the activity show an increase in community awareness of the importance of waste management starting from the household level. The community has become accustomed to sorting organic and inorganic waste and submitting it to the waste bank. The collected waste is then processed or resold, generating economic value for the community. In addition to impacting environmental cleanliness, this program also creates a circular economic system in the village, where waste is viewed as a resource, not a burden. The waste bank has proven to be an effective instrument for empowering village communities, strengthening community participation, and supporting environmentally friendly sustainable development.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Integrated Service Vehicle Program organized by the Department of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries of Blitar Regency using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model as a framework for developing improvement strategies. A descriptive qualitative approach was applied with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The main informants consisted of program officers, while additional informants were farmers selected using the snowball sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman with the assistance of NVivo software to facilitate thematic coding and data triangulation. The results of the study indicate that the Integrated Service Vehicle Program has generally achieved its objectives by providing animal health services, extension activities, and technical assistance to farmers in remote areas. However, several challenges remain, including limited resources, inconsistent scheduling, and insufficient public outreach. Based on the SWOT analysis, the recommended improvement strategies focus on enhancing coordination, strengthening staff capacity, utilizing information technology, and expanding service coverage. These findings are expected to contribute to improving the quality and effectiveness of the Integrated Service Vehicle Program under the Department of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries of Blitar Regency.

Abstract

Era Globalisasi saat sekarang ini telah menjadi kenyataan yang menyatukan seluruh negara di dunia ini melalui aktifitas ekonomi, ilmu pengetahauan dan teknologi, politik, dan sosial budaya. Salah satu dampak globalisasi adalah munculnya Regional Economic Integration diberbagai belahan dunia ini salah satunya adalah Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA). Kelanjutan komitmen seluruh negara ASEAN setelah memasuki MEA 2015 adalah MEA 2025. Cetak biru 2025 bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas integrasi dan pertumbuhan ekonomi di kawasan. Peningkatan integrasi ini akan dilakukan melalui lima Pilar MEA 2025 yaitu (1) Ekonomi ASEAN yang terintegrasi dan kohesif; (2) ASEAN yang kompetitif dan dinamis; (3) peningkatan konektivitas dan kerja sama sektoral; (4) ASEAN yang tangguh, inklusif, dan berorientasi serta fokus ke masyarakat; serta (5) ASEAN Global. Hal yang sungguh memprihatinkan adalah persoalan sosialisasi dan edukasi yang kurang gencar sehingga para stakeholders atau pemangku kepentingan banyak yang tidak mengetahui secara jelas berbagai skim perdagangan bebas tersebut. Sehingga, dengan demikian tidak ada persiapan matang menghadapi kompetisi bebas dalam MEA itu. Baru menjelang saat dilaksanakan kita kerja keras menyiapkan diri, sementara sebagian pesaing kita sudah jauh didepan dengan berbagai strategi untuk memenangkan atau mendapatkan keuntungan terbesar dari keterbukaan atau integrasi ekonomi yang terjadi. Capacity Building tentang Pemahaman Asean Economic Community (AEC) atau Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean kepada siswa-siswi Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Bandar Lampung adalah judul pelaksanaan penyuluhan tentang Capacity Building Asean Economic Community (AEC) dalam menyongsong Indonesia Emas 2045 di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung, yang diselenggarakan pada hari Sabtu, tanggal 29 Agustus 2020 dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut; Tingkat pengetahuan dan pemahaman siswa-siswi di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung tentang Asean Economic Community (AEC) dalam menyongsong Indonesia Emas 2045 sebelum dilakukan sosialisasi masih rendah. Hal ini tercermin dari pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang diajukan kepada narasumber dari peserta penyuluhan. Pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta penyuluhan tentang konsep Asean Economic Community (AEC) sebagai Upaya menyongsong Indonesia Emas 2045, sesudah penyuluhan meningkat. Indikator kesimpulan ini didapat dari terjawabnya dengan baik pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh narasumber kepada para peserta sekitar masalah konsep Asean Economic Community (AEC).

Abstract

Milkindo Agrotourism, located in Malang Regency, was an educational tourism destination that combined modern livestock and agricultural activities. This study examined the influence of attraction, accessibility, amenity, and ancillary factors on visitor perceptions. Data were collected in February 2025 through questionnaires distributed to 100 visitors. The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability, and classical assumption tests were performed to ensure the appropriateness of multiple linear regression analysis. The results revealed that visitors rated the clarity of registration information and memorable experiences the highest. Regression analysis showed that attraction significantly negatively affected visitor perception, while accessibility, amenity, and ancillary factors had significant positive effects. This indicated that enhancing accessibility, amenity, and ancillary improved visitor satisfaction, whereas increasing attraction elements unexpectedly lowered visitor perception. In conclusion, effective management of attraction, accessibility, amenity, and ancillary was essential to foster positive visitor perceptions and enhance the competitiveness of Milkindo Agrotourism as a leading educational tourism destination. The study recommended continuous innovation and improvement to support sustainable development in education-based agrotourism.

Abstract

Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dalam pembelajaran IPA di tingkat SMP masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, khususnya terkait kesiapan guru, ketersediaan fasilitas pendukung, serta penerapan asesmen yang sesuai dengan karakteristik kurikulum. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka pada pembelajaran IPA di tingkat SMP di Kota Palangkaraya dengan fokus pada kesiapan guru, ketersediaan fasilitas, dan penerapan strategi asesmen autentik.. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan campuran (mixed methods) dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner tertutup skala Likert dan pertanyaan terbuka yang diisi oleh tujuh guru IPA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara konseptual, guru memiliki pemahaman yang sangat baik terhadap komponen kurikulum, seperti Capaian Pembelajaran (CP) dan Alur Tujuan Pembelajaran (ATP), dengan persentase skor di atas 91,4%. Namun, ditemukan kesenjangan antara pemahaman dan praktik. Aspek pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis proyek memperoleh persentase tertinggi (80,6%), namun guru mengalami kesulitan signifikan dalam asesmen autentik (42,9%) dan penyusunan modul ajar diferensiasi (45,7%). Ketersediaan sarana laboratorium dinilai baik (77,1%), tetapi dukungan eksternal dari pemerintah dinilai masih kurang optimal (40%).  Implikasi dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pelatihan berkelanjutan yang berfokus pada keterampilan praktis, penyediaan contoh perangkat ajar, pengembangan rubrik asesmen, serta peningkatan fasilitas pendukung untuk memastikan keberhasilan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka.
