Abstract

Model pembelajaran quantum learning merupakan model pembelajaran yang membiasakan belajar menyenangkan. Dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran quantum learning ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa sehinga pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar secara menyeluruh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Quantum Learning Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Materi Ruang Lingkup Biologi Kelas X Di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Sintang Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dan rancangan penelitian menggunakan eksperimen Quasi Eksperimental dengan menggunakan satu kelas yang dilakukan dengan memberikan pretest sebelum mendapat perlakuan dan dilanjutkan dengan pembelajaran lalu diakhiri dengan posttest. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik observasi keterlaksanaan dan teknik pengukuran. Hasil observasi keterlaksanaan model Quantum Learning ditinjau dari guru yaitu 88,23% dan ditinjau dari siswa yaitu 91,66 % dengan kategori “sangat baik”. Hasil penelitian dibuktikan dengan menghitung seberapa besar pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran model Quantum Learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pretest dan posttest dengan melihat t hitung 2,82 ≥ t tabel 2,70 sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Besarnya pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Quantum Learning Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa berada pada kriteria besar diperoleh hasil d = 1,94 dengan kriteria 0,8 ≤ d ≤ 2,0 atau 0,8 ≤ 1,94 ≤ 2,0 dan kriteria besar karena hampir mendekati 2,0.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Penyelengaraan Administrasi Sekolah di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 3 Ketungau Hilir. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui pedoman wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian: 1). Kepala Sekolah, 2). Kepala Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah, dan 3). Staf Administrasi Sekolah. Hasil penelitian Penyelengaraan Administrasi Sekolah Pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 3 Ketungau Hilir dengan indikator: a. Fungsi Administrasi Sekolah mengacu pada surat tugas yang diberikan kepala sekolah di buat pada awal tahun ajaran baru. Surat tugas memuat nama pegawai, jabatan, dan uraian tugas. b. Kompetensi Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 3 Ketungau Hilir tidak semuanya memiliki kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial, kompetensi teknis dan kompetensi manajerial. c. Kinerja Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 3 Ketungau Hilir berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Nomor 24 tahun 2008, standar tenaga administrasi sekolah. Faktor penghambat dan pendukung Penyelengaraan Administrasi Sekolah Pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 3 Ketungau Hilir dengan indikator: a. Sumber Daya Manusia di berjumlah 11 orang pegawai terdiri dari 2 orang Pegawai Negeri Sipil dan 1 orang Guru Kontrak Daerah, serta 8 (delapan) orang Guru Tidak Tetap (GTT). b. Sarana dan Prasarana yang dimiliki Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 3 Ketungau Hilir cukup memadai dan tidak mengalami kendala dalam kebermanfaatan sarana prasarana yang ada.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi pemerintah di Sekolah Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) Siloam Kids Desa Ulak Muid Kecamatan Tanah Pinoh Barat, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui pedoman wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian yaitu: 1). Kepala Sekolah, 2). Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bagian Kurikulum, 3). Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bagian Kesiswaan, 4). Bendahara Sekolah, 5). Kepala Bidang Sarana dan Prasarana, dan 6). Orang Tua murid dilakukan secara purposive. Hasil penelitian Penyelenggaraan Manajemen Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) Siloam Kids Desa Ulak Muid Kecamatan Tanah Pinoh Barat dapat dilihat dari: 1). Kurikulum dan program pengajaran sudah diterapkan berdasarkan Kurikulum Nasional. Manajemen kurikulum dan program pengajaran sudah sesuai jadwal pendidikan, kalender pendidikan, supervise guru, pengelolaan jadwal kegiatan penerimaan sampai kegiatan rutinitas pembelajaran.2). Tenaga kependidikan di Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) Siloam Kids Desa Ulak Muid ada 8 (delapan) orang. 3). Kesiswaan sudah berjalan sesuai dengan pelaksanaan administrasi kesiswaan dimulai dari surat pendaftaran siswa baru, daftar calon siswa baru, daftar siswa baru, pembagian kelas siswa baru, pencatatan data siswa pada buku induk, hingga data siswa kelulusan untuk kejenjang pendidikan taman kanak-kanak (TK). 4). Keuangan dan pembiayaan yaitu pengadaan biaya pendidikan melibatkan team pengelolaan. Berbagai bentuk bantuan dana yang diperoleh dari orang tua peserta didik, yaitu berupa iuran bulanan, sumbangan sukarela, dan 5). Sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yaitu berupa perabot kelas, alat permaianan, lahan sekolah, ruang kelas, ruang kantor/Kepala PAUD, ruang guru, ruang perpustakaan, ruang dapur dan gudang, ruang UKS, kamar mandi/WC dan ruang serbaguna/aula.

Abstract

Abstract. The objective of the present study was to analyze the budgetary trends and the effectiveness of fisheries subsidies in Aceh Besar district. The literature and survey methods were utilized in this study. The secondary data of Aceh Besars budget documents in the period of 2010-2012 and key person interviews with fishermen leaders were conducted to analysis the subsidy trend and fishermen perception. The data was collected in May through July 2012. The results showed the budget allocation to the fisheries sector were increased from year to year, in 2010 the total budget for the fisheries sector was Rp1, 9 billions (equivalent to 0.34% of total buget or 1.40% of the development budget allocation/indirect consumption), in it was increased to Rp2, 9 billion in 2011 (or 0.42% of total budget or 1.47% of the development budget allocation), then increased sharply in 2012 to Rp9, 2 billion (an increase of over 630%) from the previous year, equivalent to 1.11% of the total budget. In 2010, the proportion of subsidies were given mostly for aquaculture sub-sector, which reached 84% of the total budget that was managed by the Department of Marine and Fisheries of Aceh Besar, whereas in 2011 the proportion of subsidies occurred balance between aquaculture and capture fishery sub sectors. However, in 2012 most of the budget DKP Aceh Besar (63%) was allocated to the capture fishery sub-sector. The results of the study showed that fisheries subsidies by the Government of Aceh Besar district especially in the last two years have not yet met the criteria of sustainable fisheries subsidies. Abstract

Nobita Hill, a tourist site in Padang City, is undergoing development as a tourist destination that offers a bird's-eye view of Padang City. Unfortunately, the hilly topography with steep slopes increases the risk of landslides in this area. In order to address the problem, the community service team from the Physics Department of Andalas University has carried out a six-month community service program from July to December 2022. It focused on disaster awareness education and used a qualitative approach. This activity aims to socialize disaster mitigation efforts, especially those related to landslides and earthquakes, considering that Padang City is also prone to earthquakes. The results of this activity showed an increase in the knowledge of the local community after the socialization, but repeated activities are needed to achieve optimal results. This ongoing activity is essential to ensure continuous improvement in the community's understanding of disaster mitigation and to support efforts to make Bukit Nobita a disaster-resilient area. Thus, this activity makes a positive contribution to shaping a safe, sustainable, and disaster-resilient tourism environment.

Abstract

Fish growth is one of the problems faced by many grouper fish farmers, where this problem requires a large amount of money. The problem with growth is the lack of feed needed to increase protein for the growth of grouper fish. The aim of carrying out this research is: To determine the effect of feed on the survival of Cantang Grouper. The results of the research show that in providing feed at CV. Jaya Utama Abadi suits the nutritional needs of grouper fish, from natural food to artificial food. Natural food in the form of phytoplanton and zooplanton. The type of phytoplanton used is Chorella sp. and for zooplanton there are two types, namely Rotifera sp. and Artemia. The planton is cultured itself starting from fertilization, hatching, and harvesting. Butane feeding is also supplemented with rebon shrimp

Abstract

This research aims to describe forms of slang in the comments column on the Instagram account @jendamclover. This type of research is qualitative research. The data in this research is the slang language found in the comments column of the Instagram account @jendamclover. The data source in this research is the Instagram account @jendamclover. Data collection techniques in this research are observation techniques, documentation techniques, and transcription techniques. The results of the research show that the forms of use of slang in the comments column of the Instagram account @jendamclover consist of four forms, namely abbreviations, abbreviations, contractions and acronyms. The research data was found in the Instagram account @jendamclover as many as 58 data, consisting of 21 data in abbreviated form, 9 data in cutting form, 26 data in contraction form, and 2 data in acronym form.

Abstract

Cybercrime has become a serious threat to the stability of the world economy along with the increasing dependence on digital systems. The study analyzes the negative impact of cybercrime on the global economy, focusing on direct and indirect financial losses, disruptions to productivity and supply chains, and the implications of policies and mitigation efforts. The results of the study show that cybercrimes, such as ransomware, data theft, and phishing, cause significant financial losses to individuals, companies, and governments, and have an impact on consumer and investor confidence. In addition, cyberattacks on financial and industrial infrastructure disrupt business operations and exacerbate global economic inequality. Effective mitigation efforts involve strengthening cybersecurity regulations, investing in data protection technology, and increasing public awareness of the threat of cybercrime. With a deeper understanding of the economic impact of cybercrime, it is hoped that a more comprehensive strategy can be implemented to increase the resilience of the global economy against digital threats

Abstract

Political debates are one of the main instruments of democracy, serving as a platform for candidates to present their ideas and for the public to assess the credibility and capabilities of potential leaders. Rhetoric plays a key role in political debates, with the three main elements of Aristotle’s theory—ethos, pathos, and logos—forming the foundation of effective political communication. Ethos emphasizes the speaker's credibility, pathos appeals to the audience’s emotions, and logos relates to arguments based on logic and facts. However, in practice, many candidates use manipulative rhetorical techniques such as logical fallacies, including straw man argument, false dilemma, and ad hominem, which can mislead public opinion. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach with content analysis of the 2024 presidential election debates to identify the use of rhetorical techniques in political debates. The findings reveal that effective rhetoric can enhance a candidate’s electability and shape public perception, while manipulative rhetoric can create polarization in society. Therefore, strong political literacy is necessary for the public to analyze debates objectively and avoid being influenced by manipulative techniques.

Abstract

The political transformation in post-New Order Indonesia has opened up space for public participation and press freedom in democratic life. In this context, mass media and social media play an important role in shaping people's political awareness. They also influence political behavior. This research aims to analyze the contribution of print and digital media in delivering political messages. The media also plays a role in building public opinion and shaping the political image of certain actors. This research examines various political communication literature and theories as well as the involvement of actors such as politicians, media professionals, and activists with a qualitative method through a literature study approach. The research proves that the media has the ability to shape socio-political reality through agenda-setting mechanisms in addition to being a means of disseminating information. Social media is now an effective campaign tool as well, with a significant influence on people's political attitudes, depending on the credibility of the political communicator, the background of the audience, and the quality of the message. That the media is a strategic instrument in modern political communication and helps determine the direction of democratic dynamics in Indonesia has been confirmed by these findings.
