Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Harga Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Pada Kedai Baracik BSD Tangerang Selatan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan sampel 96 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan angket/kuesioner, metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif teknik regresi linear berganda, analisis koefisiensi korelasi, uji hipotesis, dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil uji t variabel kualitas pelayanan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen (Y) pada Kedai Baracik BSD Tangerang Selatan.  Hal ini dibuktikan melalui uji t didapatkan t hitung sebesar 8,617 > t tabel sebesar 1,986 pada tingkat signifikan lebih kecil dari nilai probabilitas 0.05 atau 0.00<0.05. Berdasrkan hasil uji t variabel Harga (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen (Y) pada Kedai Baracik BSD Tangerang Selatan. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui uji t didapatkan nilai t hitung sebesar 11,035 > t tabel sebesar 1,986 pada tingkat signifikan lebih kecil dari nilai probabilitas 0.05 atau 0.00<0.05. Berdasrkan hasil uji F variabel Kualitas Pelayanan (X1) dan Harga (X2) secara simultan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen (Y) pada Kedai Baracik BSD Tangerang Selatan. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui uji F didapatkan nilai F hitung sebesar 67,400 > F tabel sebesar 3,10 pada tingkat signifikan lebih kecil dari nilai probabilitas 0.05 atau 0.00<0.05

Abstract

CV Central Grandfood Indonesia merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang produksi berbagai jenis croissant dan pastry danis. Sejak berdiri pada tahun 2020, usaha ini menunjukkan perkembangan yang cukup pesat. Sebagai salah satu UMKM di Kota Palembang, mitra membutuhkan laporan keuangan untuk mengetahui kinerja usahanya. Selama ini, pencatatan keuangan hanya terbatas pada transaksi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas secara umum. Untuk itu, diberikan pelatihan penyusunan laporan keuangan berbasis SAK EMKM. Pelatihan mencakup tahap pencatatan transaksi hingga penyusunan laporan keuangan secara lengkap. Laporan yang disusun pemilik usaha kemudian dievaluasi, dan diberikan masukan apabila terdapat kesalahan. Melalui kegiatan ini, manajemen CV Central Grandfood akhirnya mampu menyusun laporan keuangan secara mandiri.

Abstract

The problem lies in the inconsistent quality of M10 hexagonal head bolts with a spacing of 1.5 mm, a bolt length of 100 mm and slow production speed for manual production. The purpose of the analysis is to obtain consistent, standard, and productive quality of M10 hexagonal head bolts with a spacing of 1.5 mm, a bolt length of 100 mm. The analysis method includes the selection of AISI 1040 raw materials with a diameter of 10 mm in the form of rolls, the determination of the production process through raw material inspection, diameter reduction from 10 mm to 9.8 mm, the formation of hexagonal heads with a machine, cutting the length of the bolts and the bolt end chamfer, making M10 threads with a range of 1.5 mm with a machine, hardening, 10 m thick Zinc coating, thread profile inspection, sample hardness test, and sample tensile test. The results of mass production with the machine obtained a hexagonal head bolt with a thread size of M10x1.5 mm, a bolt length of 100 mm, a capacity of 500 units/hour in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard with a hardness of 30 HRC and a tensile strength of 830 MPa at a cost of Rp. 1133/bolt and a process duration of 8.3 minutes/bolt which implies that product quality can be more guaranteed to be consistent and uniform.

Abstract

Digitalisasi pendidikan menjadi salah satu strategi utama dalam transformasi pembelajaran di era teknologi digital. Integrasi teknologi digital dalam proses pendidikan tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat pendukung pembelajaran, tetapi juga mendorong perubahan paradigma pedagogis menuju pembelajaran yang lebih fleksibel, interaktif, dan berpusat pada peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep digitalisasi pendidikan, prinsip implementasinya, serta berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi dalam transformasi pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi literatur terhadap artikel jurnal, buku akademik, dan laporan institusional yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis isi untuk mengidentifikasi temuan-temuan utama secara sistematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi pendidikan berpotensi meningkatkan akses, kualitas, dan efektivitas pembelajaran apabila didukung oleh kompetensi digital pendidik, infrastruktur teknologi yang memadai, serta kebijakan institusional yang berkelanjutan. Namun demikian, penelitian ini juga menemukan adanya tantangan berupa kesenjangan akses teknologi, keterbatasan literasi digital, dan kesiapan institusi pendidikan yang belum merata. Oleh karena itu, digitalisasi pendidikan perlu dirancang secara komprehensif dan inklusif agar dapat mendukung transformasi pembelajaran yang berkelanjutan di era teknologi digital.

Abstract

Article 435 of Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health prohibits any person from producing or distributing pharmaceutical preparations, including cosmetics, that do not meet safety, efficacy, quality, and licensing standards. However, the circulation of cosmetics without distribution permits is still frequently found, including in Bireuen Regency. This condition indicates that law enforcement against illegal cosmetic business actors has not been optimally implemented. This study aims to analyze criminal law enforcement against business actors involved in the distribution of cosmetics without distribution permits within the jurisdiction of the Bireuen District Court, examine the obstacles encountered, and identify the criminological factors underlying the commission of such offenses. The research method employed is empirical juridical research using statutory, case, and criminological approaches through library research and field research conducted by interviews with the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (BPOM), police, prosecutors, and business actors. The results of the study show that law enforcement against the distribution of cosmetics without distribution permits has not been effective due to weak supervision of digital trade, limited monitoring facilities, low public legal awareness, and relatively light criminal sanctions that fail to create a deterrent effect. From a criminological perspective, these offenses are influenced by economic factors, high public demand for instant cosmetic products, the development of social media and e-commerce, as well as weak supervision and social control. It is recommended that digital trade supervision be strengthened, inter-agency coordination among law enforcement institutions be improved, and stricter sanctions be imposed on offenders, particularly recidivists, in order to enhance public health protection and the effectiveness of law enforcement.

Abstract

Lapis Beton Aspal adalah lapisan penutup konstruksi perkerasan jalan yang mempunyai nilai structural. Salah satu jenis lapis beton aspal tersebut adalah Asphall Concrete - Wearing Course (AC-WC) sebagai lapisan yang paling atas dalam perkerasan lentur. Material utama penyusun adalah agregat dan aspal, termasuk jenis filler dalam penggunaannya. Dalam penelitian ini jenis filler yang di gunakan adalah abu batu,abu granit dan abu keramik sebagai pembandingnya. Sebelum dilakukan pengujian Marshall pada campuran, dilakukan pengujian terhadap material yang digunakannya. Hasil pengujian berat jenis pada filler keramik adalah 2,573 gr/cm3 dan 2,585 gr/cm3 untuk filler granit, sedangkan material lolos ayakan no. 200 (75 micron) pada filler abu keramik dan abu granit diambil 5%,10%,15%,20% dan 25% sedangkan sisanya merupakan abu batu dari 72 gram target gradasi. Kadar aspal rencana yang digunakan baik pada campuran dengan filler abu keramik maupun abu granit adalah pb = 5,5 % dengan rentang kadar aspal rencana 4%,4,5%,5%,5,5% dan 6%. Setelah dilakukan uji marshall dengan kadar aspal rencana, seluruh sifat marshall pada uji standar 2x75 tumbukan telah memenuhi spesifikasi yang disyaratkan. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah kepadatan dan stabilitas marshall dengan abu granit memiliki nilai lebih tinggi dari pada campuran dengan abu keramik. Pada seluruh rentang kadar aspal, nilai flow campuran dengan filler abu keramik lebih tinggi dari pada campuran dengan filler abu granit,Nilai tertinggi pada abu keramik sebesar 6,63 mm, sedangkan abu granit sebesar 4,87 mm. Marshall Quottient untuk kedua jenis filler, nilai terendah terjadi pada kadar aspal tertinggi (25%) yaitu sebesar 396 kg/mm untuk filler abu keramik dan pada kadar aspal (5 %) yaitu sebesar 452 kg/mm untuk filler abu granit. Filler abu granit memiliki nilai VFA lebih tinggi daripada abu keramik, namun nilai VMA lebih rendah. Sedangkan nilai Rongga udara dalam campuran (VIM), filler abu keramik lebih tinggi dari pada abu granit.Kata Kunci: Laston AC-WC, Filler granit dan Filler keramik Uji Marshall

Abstract

This study is motivated by teaching practices that tend to be monotonous and lack variation in classroom management, which negatively affect student motivation and learning outcomes, particularly in the subject of Islamic Religious and Character Education (PAI and BP). The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of Project Based Learning (PjBL) within the Merdeka Curriculum, analyze the learning outcomes achieved, and examine the influence of the PjBL model on the learning outcomes of sixth-grade students at SDN 02 Pariangan. The research method used was quantitative with a correlational approach, involving a sample of 29 students. The results of simple linear regression analysis show a positive and significant relationship between pre-test and post-test scores (R = 0.807; significance = 0.000). The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.651, indicating that 65.1% of the variation in students’ post-PjBL learning outcomes was influenced by their initial condition. In addition, the paired samples t-test showed a significant difference between pre-test and post-test scores (mean difference = -3.966; significance = 0.000), with a significant increase in post-test scores. These findings demonstrate that the implementation of PjBL within the Merdeka Curriculum has a positive impact on improving students’ learning outcomes in PAI and BP. The conclusion of this study is that PjBL is effective in enhancing learning achievement, encouraging active engagement, and fostering deeper understanding of the subject matter. The implications of this study suggest the need to adopt contextual and collaborative learning models such as PjBL in PAI and BP instruction at the elementary school level.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the active involvement of youth members at Nurul Iman Mosque in various religious activities, despite the persistence of behaviors among some adolescents that do not reflect strong religious character, such as infrequent attendance at congregational prayers, inconsistent participation in religious studies, and a lack of respect toward elders. The purpose of this research is to understand the role of the Nurul Iman Mosque Youth Group in shaping the religious character of adolescents in Nagari Koto Gadang. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological design was used, involving 30 adolescent participants. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and validated using data triangulation techniques. The findings show that the Nurul Iman Mosque Youth Group plays a significant role in fostering religious character among adolescents through religious activities such as reciting the Quran with proper tajwid, tahsin sessions, tahlil, yasin recitations, and short-term Islamic boarding school programs (pesantren kilat). These activities strengthen spiritual connections with Allah SWT and enhance religious awareness among youth. The conclusion of this study is that mosque youth organizations contribute meaningfully to cultivating and reinforcing religious character through systematic spiritual development. The implications of this research emphasize the need to optimize the role of youth religious organizations in character formation and to develop more consistent and inclusive religious programs for adolescents within the mosque community.

Abstract

Sociability is a continuation of the process of social interaction that exists between individuals and their social environment, then motivation is one of the things that affects the success of learning activities, without the learning process will not run well. This study aims to determine the effect of association on the learning motivation of PAI students class of 2020 UNP. This research includes quantitative research with the type of correlation and descriptive statistical analysis techniques. The data collection method uses primary data. In this study using validity test and reliability test. There were 60 PAI 2020 UNP students who were sampled in this study. Data data were collected through instrument questionnaires from socialization and learning motivation variables. The results of the data data are processed through statistical calculations and average correlations obtained through the use of SPSS 16.0. The data shows that there is a positive and significant influence between socialization on learning motivation by 59.3%. The results showed that association partially had a positive and significant effect on learning motivation, which means that learning motivation is influenced by association. Researchers recommend that be smart in choosing associations.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of parenting patterns on the religious behavior of class V students at SD N 43 Sungai Sapiah whose address is Jl. Air Paku, Kel. Sapiah River, RT.02/ RW.06, Kec. Kuranji, Padang City, West Sumatra Province. The research method used is a quantitative approach research method. The population in this study were fifth grade students at SD N 43 Sungai Sapiah. The research sampling technique used the Slovin formula. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the Pearson product moment correlation formula. The research results show that the calculated t value of variable X is 4.872 and the t table value obtained is 2.303 (4.872 > 2.303) and the significance value of variables And from the F test, the calculated F value of variable So it is concluded that partially or simultaneously there is a significant influence between parental parenting patterns and the religious behavior of class V students at SD N 43 Sungai Sapiah.
