Abstract

The preservation of cultural heritage is the duty and responsibility of all components of society, because the identity of a region can be seen from the culture owned by the region concerned. This article was made according to the experience during the Real Work Lecture in Ciasmara Village through a complete and in-depth description of the sustainable heritage of Dongdang cultural traditions. The method used is Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD). Data were collected through observation and interviews. The results of the study show: Dongdang cultural heritage is a tradition that must be maintained, protected, developed, and preserved and utilized for human welfare. The main priority of tradition development is to build its people, especially the empowerment of local communities and the preservation of cultural heritage as a community resource. The synergy between the welfare of the local community, and the preservation of past heritage is fulfilled, it means that the development of a sustainable dongdang ciasmara tradition can be realized.

Abstract

This research aims to empower the community of Sukmajaya Village Rt.5/Rw.5 through training in the production of organic fertilizer from kitchen waste. This training is expected to increase the knowledge, skills, and environmental awareness of the community in managing kitchen waste productively. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, where data is collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results show that the training successfully improved the community's knowledge and skills in processing kitchen waste into organic fertilizer. The application of organic fertilizer to agricultural land had a positive impact on soil fertility and crop yields. Additionally, this training successfully increased environmental awareness and opened new economic opportunities for the community. However, challenges such as limited composting facilities and the need for ongoing assistance remain obstacles to the optimal implementation of this program. This research suggests continued support, infrastructure development, and market access to strengthen the positive impacts of this program in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of the Merdeka Curriculum in learning Islamic Religious Education at the Sekolah Alam Cikeas. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of literature reviews, observations, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the application of active learning methods with a holistic approach such as: Nature Based Learning, Experience Based Learning, Fun Learning and Project Based Learning can create an atmosphere interactive classes, encourage student participation, and foster a deeper understanding of teaching materials such as faith, worship, and morals. In this way, students' religious understanding can be significantly improved, so that they are able to practice Islamic teachings in their daily lives.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of rental agreements and the legal protection provided to boarding house tenants, particularly in the context of oral agreements supported only by receipts. It also seeks to identify the challenges faced by tenants in such arrangements and the mechanisms available for resolving disputes and compensating losses. The research method employed in this thesis is empirical legal research, also known as sociological legal research or field research, which analyzes both the existing legal norms and their actual application in society. The findings reveal that lease agreements between boarding house owners and tenants are generally implemented in good faith; however, when disputes arise—particularly when one party suffers losses—the aggrieved party has the right to seek remedies such as specific performance, compensation for breach of contract, or even annulment of the agreement with restitution. Conflict resolution in cases of oral lease agreements is commonly conducted through non-litigation methods, particularly mediation or negotiation, reflecting the mutual intention of both parties to resolve issues amicably. Regarding oral lease agreements, termination by the lessor must follow customary practices by providing prior notice to the lessee. Furthermore, Articles 1709 and 1710 of the Indonesian Civil Code hold the landlord accountable for the loss of tenant belongings within the rented premises. However, specific legal regulations governing boarding house leases are not yet clearly defined in the Civil Code, highlighting the need for more tailored legal provisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tentang pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap etos kerja Dosen Perguruan Tinggi Islam LLDIKTI Wilayah IV Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik survey untuk menjawab uji hipotesis yang telah dirumuskan. Responden penelitian berjumlah sebanyak 120 dosen, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik cluster random sampling. Kuesioner kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan etos kerja divalidasi dengan rumus korelasi product moment, sedangkan reliabilitas diukur dengan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap etos kerja dosen, budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap etos kerja dosen. Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi. Sehingga untuk meningkatkan etos kerja dosen dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan efektifitas kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi yang kondusif

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) terhadap kinerja keuangan perbankan syariah di Indonesia pada periode 2021–2023. Mekanisme GCG yang dikaji mencakup Dewan Direksi, Dewan Komisaris, Dewan Pengawas Syariah, Komite Audit, dan Kepemilikan Institusional. Kinerja keuangan diukur menggunakan indikator Return on Assets (ROA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya Dewan Direksi yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, namun dengan arah negatif. Sementara itu, Dewan Komisaris, Dewan Pengawas Syariah, Komite Audit, dan Kepemilikan Institusional tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya efektivitas struktur dan fungsi tata kelola dalam meningkatkan profitabilitas bank syariah. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia, independensi, serta peran aktif dari setiap organ tata kelola perlu diperkuat agar penerapan GCG dapat berkontribusi optimal terhadap kinerja keuangan perbankan syariah di Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini hanya mencoba melihat pemanfaatan modal dalam kaitannya dengan kemenangan Tjhai Chui Mie pada Pilwako Singkawang Tahun 2017. Tjhai Chui Mie berhasil menjadi walikota perempuan etnis Tionghoa pertama di Singkawang bahkan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumen dalam kurun waktu April-Juni 2018. Hasil penelitian ini Tjhai Chui Mie memiliki modal sosial, modal ekonomi, modal budaya dan modal simbolik yang kemudian dapat saling dipertaruhkan untuk mendominasi dengan caramelestarikan atau mempertahankan modal yang dimilikinya. Memiliki kedudukan yang mendominasi dari partai maupun organisasi masyarakat, pengalaman politik yang sudah dibangunnya dari menjadi anggota DPRD Kota Singkawang selama 3 periode, dan dukungan penuh dari etnis Tionghoa kepadanya baik dari suku Hakka di Singkawang maupun pengusaha etnis Tionghoa di Jakarta maupun kota lainnya membuat Tjhai Chui Mie mudah membangun relasi dan kepercayaan dengan masyarakat yang memilihnya.

Abstract

Internusa Tribuana Citra Multifinance is a national scale company engaged in consumer finance. Declining employee performance can be seen from a lot of work that was not completed on time and the existence of work results that was blamed for resulting in the employer being disappointed and the work results of employees did not meet the standards of both quality and quantity of work. Job promotions are often ignored by superiors and decision-making for promotions of employees is less in reference to work evaluation. Decreased employee morale. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work performance and job promotions on employee morale at PT. Internusa Tribuana Citra Multifinance Regional Branch II. The population of this research is 40 employees of PT. Internusa Tribuana Citra Multifinance Regional Branch II. The sampling technique is done saturated sampling. The sample of this study also amounted to 40 employees of PT. Internusa Tribuana Citra Multifinance Regional Branch II. Data collection techniques used were: questionnaire, interview, document study and literature study. Analysis of the data used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Job Performance and Job Promotion have simultaneous and partial effect on the morale of the employees of PT. Internusa Tribuana Citra Multifinance Regional Branch II. Keywords: Job Performance, Job Promotion and Work Spirit.

Abstract

Pengodean diagnosis penyakit akurat merupakan hal yang penting. Dalam konteks kasus cedera, ICD-10 memerlukan penggunaan digit ke-4 dan ke-5 untuk menunjukan lokasi dan aktivitas saat terjadi cedera. Studi pendahuluan di Rumah Sakit Jasa Kartini menunjukan bahwa 80% pada rekam medis tidak akurat dalam pengodean injury dan 100% kode external causes tidak akurat. Hal ini disebabkan karena belum diadakan pelatihan kodefikasi petugas koder terkait pengodean injury dan external causes. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui akurasi pengodean injury dan external causes berdasarkan ICD-10 dan ICD-9 CM di Rumah Sakit Jasa Kartini. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi 77 rekam medis data Triwulan IV 2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data observasi. Analisis data univariat. Akurasi kode diagnosis injury sebagian besar tidak akurat 66,2% dan 33,8% akurat. Akurasi kode external causes 100% tidak akurat. Akurasi kode tindakan sebanyak 83,08% akurat. Ketidakakuratan pengodean tersebut sebagian besar disebabkan oleh kondisi fracture yang tidak menerapkan kode digit kelima untuk menentukan fracture closed atau open. Sementara ketidakakuratan kode external causes disebabkan karena tidak dilakukan pengodean.

Abstract

The curriculum is an important instrument of a country's education system. It is the main foundation in determining educational objectives, subject matter content, teaching methods, and evaluation systems. In the world of education, the role of the curriculum is very important, it can even be said that the curriculum plays a key role in the education system. Because the curriculum is closely related to determining the direction, content, and educational process. In addition to curriculum development, it is necessary to pay attention to the character building of students and this has a very important role. Along with technological advances and information flows, as well as the continuing process of globalization in various aspects of public life, it will affect the mindset and pattern of action of the wider community. To fortify and minimize things that have bad consequences, an education is needed that can improve morals and build human character itself. The methodology used in this research is a qualitative method, which is a type of literature review by reviewing books and journals that have been publishedHistory of curriculum development in Indonesia has undergone ten changes that occur due to changes in social and political conditions. In Indonesian Dictionary, the word character is defined as character, psychological qualities, morals or ethics that distinguish a person from others, and disposition. Character person means a person who has personality, behavior, character, character, or character. Character education is a conscious and planned effort that aims to internalize moral values, morals so that they are manifested in the implementation of good attitudes and behaviors.The implementation of character education involves aspects of knowledge theory (cognitive), feelings (feeling), and action (action). The purpose of education should be directed at developing all the potential that a person has towards his perfect development, namely physical, intellectual and ethical development. Success in building student character will automatically help the success of building the nation's character. Therefore, the progress of a nation will also depend on the character and intelligence capabilities of its citizens
