Abstract

Every company generally has a brand that serves as its unique identity and plays a crucial role in driving sales growth. In addition, accurate and effective distribution channels can also increase a company’s sales volume. This study aims to examine the influence of brand and distribution channels on the sales volume of an automotive company. The research employs a quantitative approach using both primary and secondary data. The population of this study consists of 37 respondents, all of whom were selected using a saturated sampling technique, meaning that the entire population was used as the research sample. The variables were measured using a Likert scale to obtain quantitative data. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results indicate that, simultaneously, brand and distribution channels have a significant effect on sales volume at PT. DSE. Partially, the brand variable has a significant influence on sales volume, while distribution channels also contribute positively and significantly. These findings suggest that strengthening brand strategies and managing distribution channels effectively are essential for increasing sales volume and enhancing the company’s competitiveness.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of a multimodal gamified learning platform in enhancing student engagement and computational thinking (CT) skills in K–12 classrooms. Building on evidence that gamification and multimodal learning can positively influence motivation and complex skill development, the research adopts a randomized controlled trial (RCT) design with an embedded qualitative approach. Two parallel classes at each grade level (upper primary and lower secondary) were randomly assigned to either an intervention condition, using a multimodal gamified platform, or a control condition, receiving conventional instruction. Data were collected through classroom observations, student focus group interviews, teacher interviews, and artefact analysis of students’ digital work. Thematic analysis was used to generate a comprehensive qualitative account of how gamified and multimodal affordances shaped students’ behavioral, emotional, and cognitive engagement, as well as their CT practices (decomposition, abstraction, algorithmic thinking, and debugging). Findings suggest that the multimodal gamified platform fostered sustained engagement, promoted collaborative problem-solving, and supported more explicit CT articulation compared to traditional instruction. However, the study also identifies challenges related to cognitive overload, inequities in participation, and teachers’ design capacity. Implications are discussed for the design of constructively aligned multimodal gamified curricula and for professional development in K–12 contexts

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the concepts and principles of religious moderation, examine its role in fostering tolerance and interreligious harmony, and identify the challenges and opportunities in implementing religious moderation within Indonesia’s multicultural society. Religious moderation is viewed as a strategic approach to maintaining social harmony amid the country’s religious, cultural, and ideological diversity. The research employs a qualitative approach using a library research method. Data were collected through a critical review and analysis of scholarly literature, including peer-reviewed national journals published after 2022, academic books, and relevant policy documents related to religious moderation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, thematic categorization, and descriptive-analytical interpretation to achieve a comprehensive understanding of the research focus. The findings indicate that religious moderation plays a crucial role in strengthening tolerance and interreligious harmony in Indonesia by promoting balance, justice, inclusivity, and respect for diversity. The study reveals that religious moderation is effectively implemented through education, interfaith dialogue, the involvement of religious leaders, and supportive public policies that encourage harmonious religious life. However, its implementation continues to face several challenges, such as exclusive religious interpretations, the spread of extremism in the digital era, uneven public understanding of religious moderation, and the politicization of religion. On the other hand, significant opportunities exist, including strong governmental support, the integration of religious moderation into educational curricula, the use of digital media to disseminate moderate values, and the development of community-based religious moderation initiatives. In conclusion, religious moderation is an essential and relevant approach for maintaining tolerance and interreligious harmony in Indonesia. The success of its implementation depends largely on the synergy between government institutions, educational establishments, religious leaders, and civil society. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of strengthening policies, education, and socio-religious literacy based on religious moderation in a sustainable manner to ensure that the values of tolerance and harmony become deeply embedded in Indonesian society.

Abstract

Cyberbullying has become a critical challenge in educational environments, with 30% of students experiencing victimization while only 23% of teachers report confidence in managing such cases. This research developed, implemented, and evaluated a Virtual Reality (VR)-based training program to enhance teachers' cyberbullying conflict management abilities. Employing a qualitative collective instrumental case study design, the research engaged eight junior high school teachers from four schools in Cibinong, West Java, through a participatory design approach. Data collection utilized methodological triangulation (in-depth interviews, participatory observation, focus group discussions, and reflective journals), analyzed through reflexive thematic analysis. The study identified five critical teacher competency domains: contextual digital literacy, early detection and behavior interpretation, strategic intervention skills, therapeutic communication, and capacity to build support and prevention systems. Five realistic VR scenario categories were developed—early detection, direct intervention, multi-stakeholder communication, victim support, and prevention/education—characterized by contextual authenticity, linguistic nuance, cultural relevance, relational complexity, and ethical ambiguity. Training effectiveness evaluation demonstrated substantial improvements: early detection accuracy increased from 25% to 87%, teacher confidence rose by 62%, and intervention likelihood increased by 57%. Follow-up interviews three months post-training confirmed sustained skill transfer to real classroom situations, with participants reporting systemic shifts from reactive to preventive approaches. Despite proven effectiveness, implementation challenges included technological accessibility constraints and variations in teachers' digital literacy levels. This research contributes the first empirical evidence that immersive VR technology can effectively bridge the theory-practice gap in teacher preparation for technology-mediated conflict management, offering a validated, scalable model for educational institutions worldwide.
