Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of incentives and social security on the performance of shared service PT. Telkom Access Riau Area. The independent variable consists of incentives (X1) and social security (X2). While what is used as the dependent variable (Y) is performance. The study used a questionnaire with a measurement scale using a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination test, t test, and f test. Data analysis using linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 16 software.The population in this study were 37 employees of the shared service unit of PT. Telkom Access Riau Riau Area where the whole is sampled using the census method. From the results of tests conducted indicate that incentives have a positive and significant effect on performance, social security has a positive and significant effect on performance, and incentives and social security have simultaneous effects on performance. Keywords: Incentives, Social Security, Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of country of origin on customer loyalty with brand image as an intervering variable for consumer surveys of Samsung smartphone products in Pekanbaru. The independent variable is country of origin (X) and the intervening variable is brand image (Z). Meanwhile, what is used as the dependent variable (Y) is customer loyalty. This research uses a questionnaire with a scale of measurement using a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is SEM and PLS analysis. Data analysis using linear regression analysis using SmartPLS 3.3 softwareThe population in this study were 100 consumers of Samsung smartphone products in Pekanbaru who were obtained using the Slovin formula. The results of the tests conducted show that country of origin has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, country of origin has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and country of origin has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with brand image as a intervening variables.Keywords: Country of Origin, Brand Image, Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

 This research is motivated by business competition in the era of globalization which requires companies to compete to produce quality products and maintain their existence. Human resources are an important role for the success of the PT. Citra Riau Sarana II Kuantan Singingi Regency which needs to be maintained and developed to increase work productivity. This study aims to determine the level of work productivity of employees in the production division at the PT. Citra Riau Sarana II Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool which was distributed to 73 respondents to production employees. In this research, the method used is descriptive and quantitative. The data obtained from the results of interviews and the distribution of questionnaires/questionnaires were then tested with statistics through the SPSS program. The analytical method used in this research is simple and multiple regression analysis, and through validity and reliability tests. In this study the results obtained are that Occupational Safety and Health (K3) has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity and that Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and Work Discipline have a positive and significant impact on Productivity. Employees of the Production Division of the Palm Oil Mill PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of market orientation and product innovation toward marketing performance in the mansiang woven handicraft group in Jorong Taratak Kubang, Guguak District, Lima Puluh Regency, West Sumatra City. Sampling technique using simple random sampling method and obtained the sample of 45 respondents who were members of the Mansiang weaving craftsmen group in Jorong Taratak Kubang. This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The dependent variable (Y) in this study is the performance marketing. The independent variable (X) include market orientation (X1) and product innovation (X2), for the data processing program using IBM SPSS 21.0 statistics. The results of this study indicate that in partial market orientation positive and significant effect on the performance of the marketing of the test results  T count of 11.433 > T table 2.018 and variabel product innovation and significant positive effect on the performance of the marketing the results of the T count of 2.120 > T table of 2.018. While simultaneously variable market orientation and product innovation have a significant effect on the performance marketing with F count 73.780 > F table 3,212. The influential variable is the most dominant market orientation.Keywords: Market Orientation, Product Innovation and Marketing Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee loyalty at PT.Besmindo Andalas Semesta Duri. The independent variables are compensation (X1) and work environment (X2). While the dependent variable is employee loyalty (Y). In this research, the method used is descriptive quantitative analysis with SPSS 24.0 program. The population in this study were permanent employees totaling 65 people, with the sample technique used, namely census/total sampling. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews, types and sources of data using primary data and secondary data, measurement collection techniques using a Likert scale. From the data analysis which includes validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis and significance test with t test (partial) test, and f test (simultaneous). The results of this study indicate that the results of testing the first t test hypothesis, giving compensation to employee loyalty, namely t count (5,064) > t table (1,669) meaning that the effect of compensation has a significant effect on employee loyalty. The two work environments on employee loyalty are t count (8,469) > t table (1,669) meaning that the work environment has a significant effect on employee loyalty. The results of the f test of compensation and work environment have a significant effect on employee loyalty, namely f count (31,645) > (3.15) meaning that the provision of compensation and the work environment simultaneously has a significant effect on employee loyalty. Keywords: Compensation, Work Environtment, Employee Loyality

Abstract

This research was conducted at Selatpanjang Hospital which is located on Jalan Dorak Selatpanjang. The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the effect of career development and organizational commitment on morale partially and simultaneously. The research method used is descriptive quantitative analysis obtained from the results of questionnaires distributed to 117 respondents to non-medical employees of RSUD Selatpanjang, which is then processed with the SPSS program by conducting validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear analysis, analysis of determination (R2) and test the hypothesis by testing t (partial) and F (simultaneous). The tests conducted showed that career development had a positive and significant effect on morale, organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on morale, then career development and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on morale in non-medical employees of RSUD Selatpanjang.    Keywords: Career Development, Organizational Commitment, Morale

Abstract

Mangrove Bandar Mangrove mangrove ecotourism in the urban area of Dumai is an attraction between local and international tourists. The uniqueness of Bandar Bakau mangrove ecotourism is the school of nature, the potential for flora and fauna and its mangrove forests. Ecotourism Bandar Bakau is still relatively new, the division occurred in 1999 by community leaders and managed by non-governmental organizations and local communities. Mangrove ecotourism has 24 types of species and not all of their potential can be used to increase ecotourism because of the ability of people who do not understand, the high expectations of mangrove township communities for mangrove ecotourism make ecotourism management difficult to control professionally, so awareness is needed to build an agreement in building strategies local wisdom-based ecotourism development, therefore a mangrove ecotourism development strategy based on local wisdom is needed in Bandar Bakau. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and the data were analyzed using SWOT. The technique of determining the informants was purposive sampling with observation and in-depth interviews. The research results that have been analyzed illustrate that an alternative strategy for developing mangrove ecotourism based on local wisdom yields 4 important points, first to develop mangrove conservation and rehabilitation as a form of new tourism potential in mangrove ecotourism in Bandar Bakau, second to increase participation and empowerment based on local wisdom of the local community, third formulate regulations and policies to preserve mangroves based on local wisdom of the Malay community,

Abstract

This research aims to find out how big the influence of price discount, bonus pack and instore display against impulse buying. The samples on this research taken as many as 100 respondents and techniques used is probability sampling. The data in this study using the method of accidental sampling through a questionnaire filled out by visitors. Data retrieved using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this research show the price discount effect significantly to impulse buying. Bonus pack effect significantly to impulse buying. Instore display effect significantly to impulse buying. Abstract

This research was conducted at Kentucky Fried Chicken Metropoltan City Pekanbaru, located on Jalan Soebrantas Panam. The problem in this research is the decrease in the number of purchases, the percentage of achievement of the transaction target per year has decreased, and not achieving the target number of transactions per year, this is thought to be influenced by a decrease in consumer purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company image and product quality on purchasing decisions on Kentucky Fried Chicken. In this research the method used is quantitative descriptive with SPSS program. The population in this study are consumers of Kentucky Fried Chicken. Samples were taken based on the method using the Slovin formula, amounting to 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses simple linear analysis and multiple linear analysis with the results showing that the company's image and product quality significantly influence Kentucky Fried Chicken's purchasing decisions. With the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) simple company image of the purchase decision obtained an R square value of 0.560 or 56% and product quality on the purchase decision obtained an R square value of 0.687 or 68.7%. Calculation of multiple determinations of company image and product quality on purchasing decisions obtained an R value of 0.731. This shows that the percentage contribution of the influence of corporate image variables and product quality on purchasing decisions by 73.1% while the remaining percentage of 26.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this research variable. Abstract

This research aims to find out how the influence of price and product diversification towards customer satisfaction. The sample in this research consist of 100 respondents and used Incidental Sampling technique. The data obtained in this study used the survey method through questionnaire that was filled by the consumer. Data obtained used multiple regression analysis. The results of this research showed that diversification of products and prices have an partial effect towards customer satisfaction at Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) Metropolitan City of Pekanbaru. Then simultaneously diversification of products and prices has a positive and significant influence towards customer satisfaction at Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) Metropolitan City of Pekanbaru.
