Abstract

This study aims were to analyze the development of Pineapple Chip Businesses (Medium Small Micro Business and next will be written as UMKM) of Berkat Bersama in Kampar District and to know the influence factors of the business development UMKM Berkat Bersama. In its development, the Berkat Bersama business has used various strategies in order to avoid major obstacles that can hamper the progress of Pineapple Chip Business. In this research, the data was gotten of the interview using key information to get accurate information. In determining the research subject, the researcher used a purposive sampling technique. Purposive sampling means the sample is taken deliberately. It means that the researchers determine their own based on certain considerations. So, the sample was not taken randomly, but determined by the researcher. The research method was a descriptive analysis that explains the research variable description and its explanation based on the research results of data reduction, data presentation, and the conclusion. After analyzing the data, the researcher concluded that the development of Pineapple Chip Business (UMKM) Berkat Bersama was a good product. Started from the planting, management, and packaging was keep the cleanness and taste. In supporting business development in the long term, UMKM Berkat Bersama collaborates with various partners. The collaborative effort was considered as one of the supporting factors to the development of Berkat Bersama Business. Another supporting factor was community participation and availability of raw materials, and so on. The community participation had a positive influence on Pineapple Chip business. Besides that, the hinder factors were limited time and high transportation costs.Keywords: Products, Human Resources, Network Marketing

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Silver Silk Tour & Travel Pekanbaru located at Kaharuddin Nasution road No.77, Simpang Tiga Pekanbaru. The problem in this research is the target of umroh congragetion have not achieve for last five years, this is suspected existence of problem at purchase intention.The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of brand image, brand awareness, and perceived service quality to purchase intention products umroh PT. Silver Silk Tour & Travel Pekanbaru. In this research the method used is descriptive quantitative with SPSS program. The sample of this study as many as 100 people from the population amounted to 4,217 obtained from the calculation of Slovin formula. Data obtained from the results of further questionnaires processed for later tested through SPSS 23. Testing data analysis using simple linear regression analysis method and multiple. The result of multiple linear regression analysis from this research is Y = 5,032 + 0,130X1 + 0,236X2 + 0,315X3.The research that has been done shows that the responses of respondents to the brand image, brand awareness, and perceived service quality in the category agree while in purchase intention is in the category quite agree. While t-test that has been done indicate that variable of brand image, brand awareness, and perceived service quality partially have significant effect to buying interest. F-test results show that simultaneously brand image, brand awareness, and perceived service quality have significant effect to purchase intention. As for the calculation of coefficient of determination (R2) obtained Adjusted R Square value of 0,716. This shows that the brand image, brand awareness, and perceived service quality give 71,6% influence to purchase intention of umroh service product PT. Silver Silk Tour & Travel Pekanbaru, while the remaining 28,4% influenced other variables not included in this study.Keywords: Brand Image, Brand Awareness, Perceived Service Quality, and Purchase Intention

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of expedition services in the face of business competition in PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) branch Kota Lama sub-district Kuntodarussalam regency Rokan Hulu. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of more and more companies enganged in the field of expedition or the like that have sprung up and there is still a lack of services provided by PT. Post of Indonesia (persero) branch Kota Lama sub-district Kuntodarussalam regency Rokan Hulu. In this study the Informants were taken as many as 5 respondents consisting of Key Informants namely the Head of Office and 4 suplementary informants namely the second staff and service users PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) branch Kota Lama. The technique used is Snowball Sampling Technique. The data in this study using the Triangulation method through interviews with consumers. Data obtained from the results of interviews with Key Informants were then cross-checked with complementary informants and then processed to be tested with qualitative methods. The results of the analysis using qualitative data analysis, because the data obtained in the form of information. The theory used in this study is Philip Kotler’s theory of the five characteristics of service delivery, namely reliability, responsiveness, cartainty, emphaty, tangiblity, showing the results the implementation of espedition service at PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) branch Kota Lama sub-district Kuntodarussalam regency Rokan Hulu already shows service and assignment of responsibilities that can be categorized as good, but there is a small portion of services that arre considered to be not optimal. In the face of business competition there are several efforts that can be made by PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) to achieve competitive advantage, especially in terms of service and service quality improvement contained in the theory of Fandy Tjiptono and Gregeorius chandra about service excellence, namely speed, hospitality, comfort, timeliness. Keywords: Services, Service Excellent, Business Competition, Qualitative Research

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence lifestyle, brand image and product attributes on the purchasing decision of the hijab zo. The sample in this study was taken as many as 100 respondents and the technique used was Pusposive Sampling. The data in this study used a survey method through questionnaires filled by consumers. Data obtained using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that lifestyle has a effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image has a effect on purchasing decisions. Product attributes affect purchasing decisions. And simultaneously lifestyle, brand image and product attributes have a effect on purchasing decisions. Further research is recommended to use other methods in examining purchasing decisions, for example through in-depth interviews with respondents. Keywords: Lifestyle, Brand Image, Product Attributes, and Purchasing                      Decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and work environment to employee loyalty at Syafira hospital Pekanbaru. Where the proposed two independent variables and the dependent variable, namely transformational leadership and work environment act as independent variables and loyalty plays as the dependent variable. This study took a number of respondents as many as 82 people and the population in this study is the employees on hospital syafirapekanbaru. In this study, the data was obtained using a questionnaire with a scale of measurement using a Likert scale further processed and analyzed using the validity, reliabelitas, statistical analysis such as linear analysis, t test and f test using SPSS. Results of analysis using multiple linear regression, t test and f test so that it can be seen that the variable transformational leadership of a negative effect on work employee loyalty (H1), that work environment have a significant effect on the employee loyalty (H2), and the significant influence of transformational leadership andwork environment to employee loyalty(H3). Abstract

This research was conducted at the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) located in Cinta Damai Village, Tapung Hilir District, Kampar Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance and performance evaluation of farmer groups in the Cinta Damai Village Unit Cooperative (KUD), Tapung Hilir, Kampar. In this research the method used is descriptive qualitative. The sampling technique used in this study is snowball sampling. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and literature study. Types and sources of data use primary data and secondary data.               The results of this study are the results of the work (performance) of farmer groups based on an assessment that has been able to be said to be good or has been satisfactory for the KUD. The KUD does not judge by ranking, but through the process of taking a number of farmer groups that do work in accordance with the work standards that have been set based on the conclusions reported by the assessors to KUD for a certain period of time. Based on the analysis that has been done, the process of evaluating the performance of farmer groups in KUD has been done quite well. The assessor does not miss anything that becomes the evaluation criteria, in this case in accordance with what is in the field. Keywords: Performance, Performance Assessment

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Pekan Perkasa Berlian Motor Bagan Batu Rokan Hilir yang berlokasi di Jalan Lintas Riau Sumatera KM.8 Bagan Batu Rokan Hilir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelaksanaan promosi, kualitas produk dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil Mitsubishi Pajero Sport pada PT. Pekan Perkasa Berlian Motor Bagan Batu. Dalam penelitian ini metode yanng digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan program SPSS. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pembeli di PT. Pekan Perkasa Berlian Motor Bagan Batu. Adapun jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode sensus sebanyak 50 responden.Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan metode analisis linier sederhana dan analisis linier berganda dengan hasil menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan promosi, kualitas produk dan citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Mitsusbishi Pajero Sport pada PT. Pekan Perkasa Berlian Motor. Dengan perhitungan koefisien determinasi (R2) sederhana pelaksanaan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian diperoleh R Square sebesar 0,476 atau 47,6%, kualitas produk 0,549 atau 54,9% dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian diperoleh R Square sebesar 0,633 atau 63,3% dan perhitungan determinasi (R2) berganda pelaksanaan promosi, kualitas produk dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian diperoleh R Square sebesar 0,644 atau 64,4%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan promosi, kualitas produk dan citra merek memberikan pengaruh 64,4% terhadap keputusan pembelian Mitsubishi Pajero Sport pada PT. Pekan Perkasa Berlian Motor Bagan Batu, sedangkan sisanya 35,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Promosi, Kualitas Produk, Citra Merek Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of human resources in a company to be able to produce quality products amid business competition in the globalization era. Human resources are an important role for the success of the PTPN V palm oil mill company Lubuk Dalam unit, Siak Regency because humans are living assets that need to be maintained and developed. To increase work productivity company employees must pay attention to what factors serve as a support in influencing work productivity. This research was conducted at the PTPN V palm oil mill company Lubuk Dalam unit, Siak Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of Employee Production Prooductivity at the PTPN V Oil Palm Plant in Lubuk Dalam unit, Siak Regency. The sample of this study was taken as many as 104 respondents but due to the impact of Covid19, the researchers only obtained 60 respondents using the sampling method. In this research the method used is descriptive and quantitative. Data obtained from interviews and questionnaires / questionnaires were then tested with statistics through the SPSS program. The analytical method used in this study is simple and multiple regression analysis, and by passing the validity test and the reliability test. In this study the results obtained were that Occupational Safety and Health (K3) had a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, and Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity. at the Palm Oil Mill PTPN V Lubuk Dalam unit, Siak Regency.Keywords: Occupational Safety Health (K3), Discipline Work, Productivity Work

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the store atmosphere and store location on customer satisfaction. Samples in this study were taken as many as 100 respondents and techniques used Inccidental Sampling approach. The data in this study using survey method through questionnaires filled by consumers. Data were obtained by using multiple regression analysis. From the results of this study shows the variable Store Atmosphere has a positive and significant impact on Consumer Satisfaction at Texas Chicken Plaza Citra Pekanbaru. And Store Locatin variables have a positive and significant impact on Consumer Satisfaction at Texas Chicken Plaza Citra Pekanbaru. Then simultaneously Store Atmosphere and Store Locatin positive and significant influence on Consumer Satisfaction at Texas Chicken Plaza Citra Pekanbaru. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Sandalwood Putra Lestari. The independent variable is work motivation (X) and the intermediary or mediating variable is job satisfaction (Z). while the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). This study uses a questionnaire with measurements using a Likert scale. Linear regression analysis technique with the help of software SmartPls 3.2.6. the population in this study were 94 employees of PT. Cendana Putra Lestari. From the results of the tests conducted, it shows that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as a variable. intervention.Keywords: Work Motivation, Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction
