Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of brand trust ( X1 ) and brand equity ( X2 ) customer loyalty ( Y ) in cosmetic products Wardah ( consumer survey on PT . Paragon technology and innovation branches pekanbaru ) . The method in this research is quantitatively using SPSS 21 program , where samples were used that consumers using cosmetic products Wardah by respondents as many as 100 people sampling technique is accidental sampling using the formula slovin . The results showed that the test results simultaneously obtained from the F count was 34.888 while the value of F table 3.090 . This means that F count> F table and significant value 0,000 < alpha of 0.05 . This means that brand trust and brand equity simultaneously significant effect on consumer loyalty to cosmetic products Wardah .Keywords : brand trust , brand equity , customer loyalty

Abstract

Human resources is one component that has an important role in achieving the goals of a company, including the existing human resources at PT. Pusaka Megah Bumi Nusantara Pelalawan Archipelago. The object of this research is PT. Pusaka Megah Bumi Nusantara Pelalawan Archipelago. This study aims to determine how much influence the work environment and work motivation have on employee job satisfaction at PT. Pusaka Megah Bumi Nusantara Pelalawan Archipelago. The research method uses quantitative data collection through questionnaires and interviews. The focus of sampling in this study were 79 employees of PT. Pusaka Megah Bumi Nusantara Pelalawan using purposive sampling technique method. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. Based on the results of the research hypothesis test, it shows that there is a partially significant effect between work environment on job satisfaction with tcount 5.487 > ttabel 1.991, work motivation on job satisfaction. with a value of 5,605 > ttabel 1,991. In this study, the strongest contribution to job satisfaction was the work motivation variable with an R square value of 0.290. Furthermore, it is also proven that there is a simultaneous influence between Work Environment and Work Motivation on Job Satisfaction of Employees of PT. Pusaka Megah Bumi Nusantara Pelalawan Archipelago. with the value of Fcount 20,842 > from Ftabel of 3.12. Overall, the results of the simple and multiple regression tests were well received. Next for PT. Pusaka Megah Bumi Nusantara Pelalawan is advised to pay attention to the work environment and work motivation so that employee job satisfaction will increase every year, and for further research to provide the latest theories to increase knowledge and strengthen the results of research. Keywords: Work Environment and Work Motivation, and Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence sales promotion and service quality to consumer buying interest. Samples in this study were taken as many as 100 respondents and techniques used Inccidental Sampling approach. The data in this study using survey method through questionnaires filled by consumers. Data were obtained by using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study show that Sales Promotion has a positive and significant impact on Consumer Buying Interest. Service Quality has a positive and significant impact on Consumer Buying Interest. And then simultaneously Sales Promotion and Service Quality have a positive and significant impact on Consumer Buying Interest. Subsequent research is suggested to use other methods in researching Consumer Buying Interest, for example through in-depth interviews of respondents.Keywords: Sales Promotion, Service Quality, and Consumer Buying Interest

Abstract

This research was conducted at Capture Studio Pekanbaru which is located on Marsan Sejahtera Street, Sidomulyo Barat, Tampan, Pekanbaru. The problem in this study is that in the last five years the company has only reached one target and even a decline in income in the last two years. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and digital marketing on consumer buying interest in capture studio Pekanbaru. In this study the method used was quantitative descriptive with the SPSS program. The population in this study were consumers who used services from capture studio Pekanbaru, which amounted to 408 consumers. Samples taken based on the method using the Slovin formula are 80 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses a simple linear regression analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis with the results showing that the quality of services and digital marketing have a significant effect on consumers' interest in buying capture studio Pekanbaru. With a simple calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) of service quality on consumer buying interest, the value of R Square of 0.646 or 64.6% and digital marketing towards consumer buying interest obtained values of 0.666 or 66.6% and the calculation of determination (R2) was obtained R Square of 0.756 or 75.6%. This shows that the quality of services and digital marketing have an influence of 75.6% on consumers buying interest in capture studio Pekanbaru, while the remaining 24.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Service Quality, Digital Marketing, Consumer Buying Interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and trust on customer loyalty at Bank BNI Syariah Branch Office Pekanbaru partially and simultaneously. This study used questionnaire as a data gathering tool distributed to 100 customers of Bank BNI Syariah branch office Pekanbaru. The questionnaire data is then processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPPS 17,0 by performing validity test, reliability test, linear linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, determinant analysis (R2) and hypothesis test with t test (partial) and f test (Simultaneous).The results showed that the results of the first variable hypothesis testing is the quality of service is t count (14,762) > t table (1,984), means that service quality variables significantly influence customer loyalty. The second variable is trust that is t count (13,928) > t table (1,984) means trust variable have significant effect to customer loyalty. The result of F test of service quality and trust is F count (191,603) > F table (3,090), means that the quality of service and trust simultaneously influence significantly to customer loyalty.Keywords: Service Quality, Trust, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

In the era of globalization that is increasingly advanced and developing, a company or organization must be able to develop human resources, including human resources in hospitals. The object of this research is the Tampan Pekanbaru Mental Hospital, abbreviated as RSJ Tampan. This study aims to determine how much influence job training, job skills, and job promotion have on the work performance of non-medical employees at the Tampan Mental Hospital Pekanbaru. The research method uses quantitative data collection through questionnaires and interviews. The focus of sampling in this study were 83 non-medical employees of the PNS (Civil Service) section at the Tampan Hospital with the Purposive Sampling technique method. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. Based on the results of the research hypothesis test, it shows that there is a partially significant effect between job training on job performance, work ability on job performance, and job promotion on job performance. non-medical employees of the Handsome Hospital, then the simultaneous effect of job training, job skills, and job promotions on the work performance of non-medical employees at the Tampan Hospital Pekanbaru. Keywords: Job Training, Job Ability, Job Promotion, and Job Performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Wana Jingga Timur Cerenti District Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT. WanaJinggaTimurCerenti District KuantanSingingi Regency. Work discipline (X1), work environment (X2) and employee performance (Y).             The research method used is quantitative descriptive analysis obtained from the result of the questionnaire measured by a Likert scale which is then processed by the SPSS program. The sample of this study was 51 respondents from the population which was calculated using the Slovin formula. This study used the method of simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.The result showed that work discipline had an effect on employee performance with t count > t table (6,597 > 2,821) and significance (0,000 < 0,05). The work environment affected employee performance with t count > t table ( 7,056 > 3,298) and significance (0,000 < 0,05). Work discipline and work environment have an effect on employee performance with F arithmetic value > F table (30,555 > 3,19) and significance (0,000 < 0,05) it can be concluded that work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Abstract

Promotional mix is a combination of the best strategy of the variables of advertising , sales promotion , publicity , personal selling all of which are planned to achieve sales program . The sales volume is the end result achieved by the company from the sales generated by the company. PT . Dasatama Cemerlang Motorindo Dumai is a company engaged in the sale , service and spare parts of motorcycles yamaha . In the normal course of business the last few years the company was not able to achieve sales targets and sales volumes decreased . Promotion strategies used are promotional mix such as advertising , sales promotion , publicity , personal selling . The results of this study indicate that the analysis of the implementation of promotional mix effect on the increase in sales volume . Judging from the responses of respondents who chose a variable advertising compared to many other variables that will further optimize the increase in volume of sales at PT . Abstract

This research was conducted at Rafa Laundry Klindocare Duri. This business is engaged in cloth washing services. The purpose of this research is to formulate competitive strategy formulation at Rafa Laundry Klindocare. This research is descriptive research with qualitative approach, where in this research do not use population and sample only use key informant to get information needed. The data used are primary and secondary data. From the analysis results can be seen that there are several alternative strategies that can be used as a tool to win the competition on Rafa Laundry industry. Abstract

For controlling the negative impact of Covid-19 outbreak, the Indonesia government instructs the citizen to work from home (WFH). Unfortunately, the WFH productivity is still questioned. This study is an attempt to elaborate work productivity and the effect of digital skill as individual driver, digital collaboration as group driver, and perceived organizational support or POS as organizational driver. For supporting the arguments, this article has conducted a quantitative study which involved 824 working citizens as the respondents from all over Indonesia. The respondents are mostly the first timers of working from home. They were working for governmental institution or business organizations from various industries in Indonesia. Collected data was structured and calculated by PLS structural equation modelling) and SmartPLS application version 3. This study concludes that digital skill and POS affect directly on work productivity, but digital collaboration impacts indirectly. Digital skill becomes a mediator in linkage between digital collaboration and work productivity
