Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the work environment, communication, work facilities, and morale at the Ponorogo Regency Land Office, to determine and analyze the influence of work environment, communication and work facilities on employee morale of the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. The population in this study were 93 employees of the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. The number of samples used in this study were 93 people. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the variables of communication, work facilities and morale in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office are in good categories, only work environment variables are in the good enough category. Work environment, communication and work facilities have a significant effect on the morale of employees of the Ponorogo Regency Land Office.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the leadership, communication, reward, work motivation and performance of employees in the Bojonegoro Regional Coordinating Board for the East Java Provincial Government. To determine and analyze the influence of leadership, communication, reward on motivation. The influence of leadership, communication, reward, motivation on performance. The influence of leadership, communication and reward on performance through motivation. The population in this study were employees of the Regional Coordinating Board II of Bojonegoro, East Java Provincial Government, amounting to 34 people with a sample of 33 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used path analysis. The results of the study can be explained that the performance of employees is in very good condition, while for work motivation, leadership, communication and reward are in good condition. Leadership and giving rewards do not have a significant effect on motivation. Communication has a significant effect on motivation. Leadership, communication and motivation have a significant effect on performance. Rewards do not have a significant effect on performance. Leadership and rewarding do not have a significant effect on performance through motivation. Communication has a significant effect on performance through motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work motivation and leadership style on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at KPP Pratama Lamongan and the most dominant factors in influencing employee performance are Leadership Style and compensation. In this study, the research population refers to all employees of KPP Pratama Lamongan and samples taken are 64 respondents from a total of 76 respondents due to damage or defects in sampling. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study, the following regression equation was obtained:Y = α + β1 X1 + β2 X2 + β3 X3 + e. Based on statistical analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. In the classical assumption test, the regression model is normally distributed. In this study, the variable that has the greatest influence is compensation with a regression coefficient of 0.529; work motivation variable with a regression coefficient of -0.096; and leadership style with a regression coefficient of 0.436.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment, organizational culture and work motivation of employees at the Public Works Department (DPU) of Highways and Spatial Planning in Bojonegoro Regency. To examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on employee organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment. The population is 125 people with a sample of 125 people using total sampling. The data analysis technique uses Path Analysis SEM with Smart-PLS. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that organizational culture, work motivation, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior of DPU Bina Marga and Spatial Planning in Bojonegoro Regency are in good condition. Organizational culture and work motivation have a significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational culture and organizational commitment have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Work motivation has no significant effect on employee organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational culture and work motivation have a significant effect on employee organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to describe LMX, Employee Engagement and OCB at the Department of Industry and Manpower, Bojonegoro Regency. To examine and analyze the effect of LMX on Employee Engagement, the effect of Employee Engagement on OCB, the effect of LMX on OCB, and the effect of LMX on OCB through Employee Engagement at the Department of Industry and Manpower, Bojonegoro Regency. This type of research is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The population is all employees of the Department of Industry and Manpower of Bojonegoro Regency, amounting to 55 people. The sample was determined as many as 55 people with census sampling technique. To perform data analysis using path analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that LMX has a significant effect on Employee Engagement at the Department of Industry and Manpower, Bojonegoro Regency. Employee Engagement has no significant effect on OCB at the Department of Industry and Manpower, Bojonegoro Regency. LMX has a significant effect on OCB in the Department of Industry and Manpower, Bojonegoro Regency. LMX has a significant effect on OCB through Employee Engagement at the Department of Industry and Manpower, Bojonegoro Regency.

Abstract

To analyze the effect of organizational support and quality of work life on work engagement, the effect of organizational support and quality of work life and work engagement on organizational citizenship behavior, the effect of organizational support and quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior through work engagement. This type of research uses explanatory research with a quantitative research approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Public Works Department of Highways and Spatial Planning of Bojonegoro Regency with the status of PNS with a total of 52 people. The sample in this study were 52 people with the sampling technique used in this study was census sampling. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing of this study using analytical techniques using SEM with the alternative method of PLS. The results showed that organizational citizenship behavior, work engagement, organizational support and quality of work life of employees at the Public Works Department of Highways and Spatial Planning in Bojonegoro Regency were in the high category. Organizational support for work engagement has a positive and insignificant effect, quality of work life on work engagement has a significant effect, organizational support for OCB has a significant influence. Quality of work life on OCB has a significant effect, work engagement on OCB has a significant effect. Organizational support for OCB through work engagement has an insignificant effect. Quality of work life on OCB through work engagement has a significant effect

Abstract

The purpose of this study, among others, is to describe work motivation, organizational commitment, Servant Leadership Style and interpersonal communication of employees at the Pusda Office of Bojonegoro Regency. To analyze the influence between Servant Leadership Style and interpersonal communication on organizational commitment. To analyze the effect of Servant Leadership Style, interpersonal communication and organizational commitment on employee work motivation. To analyze the influence between Servant Leadership Style and interpersonal communication on employee work motivation through organizational commitment. This type of research is explanatory research and the approach in this research is quantitative. The population of this study were all employees of the Pusda Office of Bojonegoro Regency, amounting to 52 people. The right technique in this research is using total sampling or saturated sampling, so the sample used is 52 people. In this study, data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and PLS (Partial Least Square) software. The results showed Servant Leadership Style, interpersonal communication, organizational commitment and work motivation in the high category. There is no significant effect between Servant Leadership Style on organizational commitment. There is a significant influence between interpersonal communication on organizational commitment. There is no significant effect between Servant Leadership Style on work motivation. There is a significant influence between interpersonal communication on work motivation. There is a significant influence between organizational commitment to work motivation. There is no significant effect between Servant Leadership Style on work motivation through organizational commitment. There is a significant influence between interpersonal communication on work motivation through organizational commitment
