Abstract

Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) is a non-pharmacological therapy method used to reduce pain, including in burn patients. Burns cause complex pain, both acute and chronic, thus requiring multidisciplinary management. This study is a literature review aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) in reducing pain in burn patients. Data were collected from 10 scientific articles published within the last ten years, including clinical studies, pilot studies, and meta-analyses. The review findings indicate that Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) is effective in reducing pain intensity, accelerating wound healing, improving sleep quality, and decreasing the need for pharmacological analgesics. Additionally, the use of Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) has been reported as safe and does not cause significant side effects. However, most of the analyzed studies still have limitations, such as small sample sizes and short intervention durations. Therefore, further research with stronger experimental designs is needed to strengthen clinical evidence and support the implementation of Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) as part of pain management in burn patients.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kedai Kebun Roti Yogyakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap proses keputusan pembelian produk roti di Kedai Kebun Roti Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode studi kasus. Metode penentuan responden menggunakan insidental   sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 81 orang. Macam data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, pengujian instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa produk, harga, tempat, promosi, karyawan, sarana fisik, dan proses mempengaruhi proses keputusan pembelian di Kedai Kebun Roti. Pada variabel bebas produk, harga, tempat, promosi, orang, sarana fisik, dan proses secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat proses keputusan pembelian. Pada uji t variabel produk, harga, tempat, promosi, orang, sarana fisik, dan proses secara individu berpengaruh positf dan signifikan terhadap proses keputusan pembelian.Keywords: Bauran Pemasaran, Kedai Kebun Roti, Proses Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membangun literasi, imajinasi, dan karakter antibullying pada anak usia dini melalui kegiatan storytelling di taman kanak-kanak. Metode yang digunakan berupa pendekatan storytelling yang dipadukan dengan permainan edukatif, kuis interaktif, dan lagu bertema antibullying pada 20 anak dan 2 guru pendamping di Taman Kanak-Kanak Tunas Harapan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan storytelling efektif meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan imajinasi anak serta menanamkan nilai karakter antibullying, seperti saling menghargai, empati, dan sikap tidak mengejek teman. Simpulan pengabdian masyarakat ini menegaskan bahwa storytelling merupakan metode yang efektif dan menyenangkan dalam membangun karakter antibullying anak usia dini, serta direkomendasikan untuk Dilaksanakan Secara Berkelanjutan Guna Memperkuat Pendidikan Karakter Sejak Dini. Abstract

ABSTRACT Breast milk is the best source of nutrition for babies which provides many benefits for children's health, growth and development. The success of a breastfeeding mother depends on many things. One of them is the level of knowledge of mothers, fathers and families regarding breast milk and breastfeeding. In Indonesia, there are still various myths, beliefs and traditions passed down from generation to generation regarding breastfeeding that are not in accordance with scientific evidence. The aim of this research was to find out whether there was a relationship between maternal anxiety and husband's support and maternal self-efficacy for breastfeeding at the Buah Hati Jambi Clinic. The design used in this research was cross-sectional to see the relationship between maternal anxiety and husband's support with maternal self-efficacy for breastfeeding in the past. The population in this study is the population in this study is postpartum mothers in the first three months postpartum. The sample for this study was 45 postpartum mothers in the first three months postpartum. The sampling technique uses proportionate stratified random sampling. Analysis of research data is univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of the study explained that based on the Fisher's exact test, it was found that there was a relationship between maternal anxiety and husband's support with maternal self-efficacy for breastfeeding at the Buah Hati Jambi Clinic. The conclusion of the research is that there is a relationship between maternal anxiety and husband's support with maternal self-efficacy for breastfeeding at the Buah Hati Jambi Clinic. Keywords: Anxiety, Support Husband, Self-Efficacy, Breast-Feed  ABSTRAK ASI merupakan sumber nutrisi terbaik bagi bayi yang memberikan banyak manfaat untuk kesehatan, pertumbuhan, maupun perkembangan anak. Keberhasilan seorang ibu menyusui tergantung banyak hal. Salah satunya adalah tingkat pengetahuan ibu, ayah, dan keluarga mengenai ASI dan menyusui. Di Indonesia masih sering terdapat berbagai mitos, kepercayaan, tradisi turun temurun mengenai menyusui yang tidak sesuai dengan bukti ilmiah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan kecemasan ibu dan dukungan suami dengan efikasi diri ibu untuk menyusui di Klinik Buah Hati Jambi. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional untuk melihat hubungan kecemasan ibu dan dukungan suami dengan efikasi diri ibu untuk Menyusui pada masa yang telah berlalu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu nifas dalam tiga bulan pertama postpartum. Sampel penelitian ini adalah Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu nifas dalam tiga bulan pertama postpartum sebanyak 45 orang. Tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling. Analisa data penelitian adalah anlias univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa berdasarkan uji fisher’s exact di dapatkan bahwa ada hubungan kecemasan ibu dan dukungan suami dengan efikasi diri ibu untuk menyusui di Klinik Buah Hati Jambi. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah ada hubungan kecemasan ibu dan dukungan suami dengan efikasi diri ibu untuk menyusui di Klinik Buah Hati Jambi. Kata Kunci: Kecemasan, Dukungan Suami, Efikasi Diri, Menyusui

Abstract

Batu Hula villages is one of the villages in kecamatan Batang Toru ,Kabupaten tapanuli selatan. Batu Hula Village is recorded to have a fairly high stunting rate, it is known that the latest data until August 2022 there are 2 children in Batu Hula Village who are indicated to be stunted. Stunting is caused by a lack of nutritional intake for a long time in the first 1000 days of life (HPK), which is a critical period, the lack of parental knowledge will greatly affect children's nutritional intake. So in this case, it is necessary to prevent stunting problems by providing understanding to the community in deciding the high stunting rate in Batu Hula Village. In this case, Batu Hula Village Stunting-Thematic KKN students carried out Stunting Counseling activities which were also coupled with the distribution of PMT (Supplementary Food Provision) for pregnant women and Toddler children aimed at increasing the knowledge of parents how important it is to maintain children's nutritional intake even during pregnancy to prevent stunting.

Abstract

The integration of PowerPoint as an innovative tool has significantly transformed Islamic Religious Education (IRE) learning. Teachers can capture students’ attention by presenting content in a more visual and interactive manner, incorporating text, images, animations, and live quizzes. This makes IRE material more engaging, efficient, and time-saving. The purpose of this study is to explore and analyze the benefits of utilizing innovative media in teaching IRE, with a particular focus on PowerPoint as the primary medium. Conducted through a qualitative field study at UPTD SD Negeri 3 Makmur, Bireuen, the research investigates how PowerPoint enhances the teaching and learning process, from fostering student motivation to improving comprehension. Findings reveal that PowerPoint-based innovation produced positive and responsive outcomes among sixth-grade students. While previous lessons often felt abstract due to lengthy verbal explanations, the integration of videos and visuals made concepts more concrete, accessible, and effective for learners.

Abstract

Village youth have great potential in community development as they are in a phase of character building, skill development, and work ethic formation. However, in Gampong Cibrek Baroh, this potential has not been fully optimized due to low education levels, limited training opportunities, and a lack of self-development spaces. The Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) is expected to serve as a platform for youth empowerment, yet it still focuses mainly on asset management without addressing human resource development. This situation results in low participation and readiness among youth in village economic activities, as well as increasing dependence on parents. Through a community service program in the form of soft-skill training and the establishment of a productive work culture integrated with BUMDes activities, it is hoped that the capacity of youth as local development actors can be strengthened. The results of the program indicate improved awareness, participation, and collaborative spirit among youth. Quantitatively, the average pre-test score of 72.75 increased to 88.50 on the post-test, showing a general and more evenly distributed improvement in participants’ abilities. In addition, qualitative findings reveal enhanced reflective ability, communication, and teamwork, indicating changes in attitudes and behavior toward greater productivity and participation.
