Abstract

The problems that occur in grade V elementary school students are related to their knowledge and understanding of the environment and their awareness of the importance of preserving the environment. This research is only focused on grade V elementary school students, and discusses the development of LiteraCraft-based modules as a solution in improving students' knowledge and understanding of the environment and increasing students' responsibility of environmental behavior. This research uses the R&D method with the ADDIE model which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Conducted at SDN 09 Sungai Nanam, this study collected data from interviews, tests, and questionnaires during the first semester of the 2023/2024 school year. The research results showed positive results. The expert assessment stated that the media, language, and material of the module were very good. The correctness of the material, feasibility of presentation, and technical quality are the highest aspects. Small group trials with 5 students showed the module was good and appropriate, with efficiency as the highest aspect. Field trials with 20 fifth grade students showed excellent results, with participation in environmental conservation as the highest aspect. The attitude test with 28 students showed the module was very appropriate, with respect for the earth as the highest aspect. T-test showed a significant difference in environmental responsibility behavior before and after using the module. The N-Gain test showed a 61.3% increase in students' environmental responsibility scores

Abstract

This study is conducted based on the research in Medelan-Lenteng Sumenep. The purpose of the research is to determine the reconciliation of ba‟in kubra divorce which is commonly conducted by the community and how the Islamic law views such a controversial practice. The techniques of collecting data are through interview and documentation. The collected data are then analyzed by using descriptive-analysis and deductive method. This research has found that the practice of reconciliation which is practiced in Medelan-Lenteng-Sumenep is a kind of ba‟in kubra divorce. The statement of reconciliation and divorce is cited in the presence of a kyai (a leading figure in Islam) in many times. Although it is cited three times, it cannot be said as a legal divorce since there is no witness. According to Undang-undang No. 1, 1974 article 30 and 39, Undang-undang No. 7, 1989 about Peradilan Agama (the Religious Court), and KHI (Islamic Law Compilation) chapter XVI article 115, divorce which is cited outside of the religious court is invalid. In contrary, the divorce will be valid if it is stated before the religious court hearing. While, based on the Islamic law, reconciliation is merely allowed for woman who is in the waiting period of raj‟i divorce. The ba‟in kubra divorce should not do the reconciliation since it is unlawful. If the couple want to remarriage, then there should be a muhallil. The reconciliation conducted by the community in Medelan has not in accordance with the Islamic law as opposed to the verse of Allah in chapter al-Baqarah: 229 and in KHI, article 1,2, and 167-169 about the reconciliation procedures. [Tulisan ini merupakan laporan penelitian yang dilakukan di desa Medelan Kecamatan Lenteng Kabupaten Sumenep. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana rujuk talak ba‟in kubra dilakukan masyarakat serta bagaimana analisis hukum Islam terhadap praktik tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Setelah data terkumpul melalui dua teknik tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis dengan pola pikir deduktif. Penelitian ini menemukan, bahwa praktik rujuk masyarakat Desa Medelan Kecamatan Lenteng Kabupaten Sumenep, adalah rujuk dari talak ba‟in kubra. Rujuk tersebut dilakukan di hadapan seorang kyai saja serta lafal talaknya diucapkan berkali-kali. Walaupun hal itu dilakukan sampai berkali-kali belum bisa dikatakan jatuh talak 3, karena tidak ada saksi. Menurut Undang-undang Nomor 1 tentang Peradilan Agama bagian kedua, paragraf 1 pasal 65, dan KHI Bab XVI bagian kesatu pasal 115, tidak sah talak yang dilakukan di luar Pengadilan. Talak baru sah jika dilakukan di hadapan sidang Pengadilan Agama. Sedangkan ditinjau dari hukum Islam, rujuk hanya diperbolehkan bagi wanita yang sedang dalam masa iddah talak raj‟i. Talak ba‟in kubra tidak boleh melakukan rujuk dan hukumnya adalah haram. Jika pasangan suami isteri tersebut ingin bersatu lagi, maka harus ada seorang muhallil. Rujuk yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Medelan, belum sesuai dengan syariat Islam karena bertentangan dengan firman Allah SWT. yang terdapat di dalam Q.S al-Baqarah ayat 229 dan di dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI) pasal 163 ayat 1, 2, dan pasal 167-169 tentang tata cara rujuk. Abstract

Plutella xylostella are one of the pests that attack BPDASHL (Watershed Management Agency and Protected Forest) nurseries in Pekanbaru. One of the plant seedlings attacked by this pest is the Phitecellobium jiringa. Pest control efforts that have a positive impact are botanical pesticides. This study aims to determine the best concentration of a mixture of Citrus aurantifolia leaf extract and Piper betle leaf against hanging Plutella xylostella pests on Phitecellobium jiringa plants. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD), with the treatments namely: P1 = a mixture of C. aurantifolia leaf extract and P. betle leaf 50 g/L, P2 = a mixture of C. aurantifolia leaf extract and P. betle leaf 100 g/L, P3 = a mixture of C. aurantifolialeaf extract and P. betle leaf 150 g/L, and P4 = a mixture of C. aurantifolia leaf extract and P. betle leaf 200 g/L. The observation variables in this study were temperature and humidity, the initial time of death, lethal time50 (LT50), daily mortality, and total mortality. The results showed that the application of botanical pesticide extract of C. aurantifolia leaf and P. betle leaf was efficient on the mortality of hanging P. xylostella pests with a total mortality result of 100%. The best the best concentration is a mixture of C. aurantifolia leaf extract and P. betle leaf 200 g/L (P4).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara pada anak usia dini melalui penerapan metode bercerita di TK PGRI Sukajadi. Metode bercerita dipilih karena dianggap sesuai dengan karakteristik anak usia dini yang suka mendengarkan cerita. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah anak-anak kelompok B di TK PGRI Sukajadi yang berjumlah 10 peserta didik khususnya kelompok B. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode bercerita dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara anak usia dini. Pada pra siklus menunjukan 39,37% siklus I, persentase anak yang memiliki keterampilan berbicara baik mencapai 66,25%, dan meningkat menjadi 86,87% pada siklus II denagn jumlah IKM 71 %. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan metode bercerita efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara anak usia dini di TK PGRI Sukajadi.

Abstract

Saat ini kompetensi guru SD di Jakarta terkait penilaian keaksaraan efektif selama ini belum dikelola dengan baik. Masalah ini juga dihadapi oleh guru sekolah dasar di provinsi Jakarta di Indonesia. Mereka memiliki masalah untuk menghadapi penilaian literasi yang efektif di era pandemi covid-19. Solusinya adalah sosialisasi penilaian literasi yang efektif di era pandemi covid-19 kepada mereka. Metode yang digunakan dalam melakukan kerjasama internasional pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pembelajaran kooperatif, pembelajaran berbasis masalah, dan pemberian tugas. Sosialisasi ini dilakukan melalui video conference dalam bentuk kegiatan pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dalam menghadapi penilaian literasi yang efektif di era pandemi covid-19 untuk mencapai kualitas pembelajaran yang optimal bagi guru sekolah dasar di provinsi Jakarta di Indonesia. Kerjasama internasional pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di sekolah-sekolah dasar di Provinsi Jakarta di Indonesia karena sekolah dasar tersebut secara rutin dibina oleh Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Kerja sama pengabdian masyarakat internasional ini diawali dengan pre-test dan diakhiri dengan post-test setelah sosialisasi selesai untuk mengetahui keberhasilan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini. Implikasi dari pengabdian masyarakat ini, para guru dapat menerapkan berbagai macam teknik penilaian literasi yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa.

Abstract

The Talatik home industry has been around for about two years and has experienced several obstacles to maintain business sustainability. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of Talatik MSME human resources related to digital marketing and financial bookkeeping. The methods used are training and mentoring the implementation of digital marketing and MSME accounting. The results of the activity showed that Talatik MSMEs already have an Instagram account used for online promotion which has an impact on increasing sales by 15%. This is also supported by a new logo and packaging that strengthens product branding. In addition, Talatik SMEs have also been able to carry out simple bookkeeping so that they can determine business profits and future business strategies that lead to business sustainability.

Abstract

This study reviews the learning of the Engineering Design Process (EDP) with the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) approach that is operationalised. The review summarised and evaluated research articles published between 2014 and 2024, which specifically focus on the integration of EDP learning models with STEM approaches. This study uses the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) framework and follows the CRAAP Test, an evaluation tool used to assess the reliability, relevance, and credibility of the selected paper. After a rigorous search and selection process, 28 unique empirical studies were identified that explored the integration of EDP models with STEM approaches at various levels of education, from elementary school to college. The review revealed that there are only three topics that are suitable for integrating EDP learning models with STEM approaches in elementary schools. Limited research exists about the adaptability, obstacles, and support of STEM-based EDP implementation in primary schools, focusing mostly on identification rather than in-depth studies. In addition, various instruments can be leveraged to facilitate the integration of EDP-STEM learning models in primary education. This result found a gap for further research on STEM-based EDP in elementary schools as a trend of scientific contribution related to the use of STEM-based education in elementary schools.

Abstract

In the rapidly growing digital era, the implementation of Management Information Systems (SIM) is a crucial factor in increasing business efficiency and competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the importance of SIM implementation in the business sector and its impact on operational effectiveness and strategic decision-making. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey of various companies that have adopted driver's licenses. The results show that the implementation of SIM contributes significantly to improving operational efficiency, accelerating the decision-making process, and increasing customer satisfaction through more systematic data management. In addition, the study identified key challenges in SIM implementation, such as the cost of initial investment and resistance to change within the organization. Thus, a deeper understanding of the benefits and challenges of SIM implementation can assist companies in designing more effective strategies to optimize their business performance.

Abstract

Kawasan Ekowisata Gunung Api Purba Nglanggeran (KE-GAPN) seluas 48 hektare memiliki keunikan formasi geologi dan kekayaan keanekaragaman hayati yang dikelola secara kolaboratif oleh pemerintah daerah dan Karang Taruna Bukit Putra Mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi praktik pengelolaan kawasan, menilai potensi objek wisata (ODTW), dan menganalisis persepsi wisatawan dan penduduk setempat untuk merumuskan arahan strategis pembangunan berkelanjutan. Metode penelitian meliputi penilaian ODTW, mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengunjung dan masyarakat, melakukan wawancara mendalam dengan pemangku kepentingan utama, menerapkan analisis SWOT untuk mengidentifikasi isu-isu inti, dan mengusulkan strategi pembangunan di masa mendatang. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan berbasis masyarakat memegang peranan penting dalam menjaga kawasan, dengan ODTW mencapai skor kualifikasi 79,21%, yang menunjukkan potensi pembangunan yang kuat. Tingkat kepuasan wisatawan relatif tinggi, dengan 43,71% responden menyatakan puas dengan lokasi dan layanan. Selain itu, masyarakat setempat menyatakan keinginan kuat untuk tetap terlibat aktif dalam upaya pengelolaan dan pembangunan yang sedang berlangsung. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa pembangunan berkelanjutan KE-GAPN memerlukan perencanaan terpadu, pemantauan yang konsisten, dan evaluasi partisipatif yang melibatkan pemerintah, badan swasta, masyarakat lokal, dan wisatawan untuk meningkatkan nilai ekowisata sambil mempertahankan prioritas konservasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the lecturers and students perception of flipbooks and e-learning in enhancing English learning for teacher education students, the influence of technology integration on student-centered pedagogy for teacher education students, and the use of flipbooks and e-learning to improve English skills for teacher education students. Thirty students and nine lecturers from elementary school teacher education programs at three Indonesian universities participated in this study, which used the qualitative descriptive technique. They attend Universitas Halu Oleo Kendari in Southeast Sulawesi, Universitas Borneo Tarakan in North Kalimantan, and Universitas Negeri Jakarta in Jakarta. Data collection was conducted through documents, observations, interviews, and questionnaires. This study found that both lecturers and students positively perceive flipbooks and e-learning as tools for enhancing English learning in elementary school teacher education. Flipbooks effectively present complex concepts, while e-learning provides accessible, diverse resources that develop digital skills. Technology integration significantly benefits student-centered pedagogy but also poses challenges such as technical issues and increased workloads. The study highlighted the need for interventions to improve students listening and speaking skills, suggesting that combining effective teaching methods and digital media can enhance English language proficiency and the overall learning experience. It is suggested that more efforts should be directed toward promoting technology pedagogy content knowledge that fosters students higher-order thinking skills in English teaching materials for elementary school teacher education programs in higher education in Indonesia.
