Abstract

The results showed that the product (LKS) was contextually based with the operating material of calculating fractional numbers for elementary school V grade students using the research and development research type with the Borg and Gall Version with a research procedure using seven steps of work resulting in a contextual-based LKS teaching material development design that can improve the understanding of the operation of calculating fractional number multiplication of SDN class V students  The accuracy and validation results from material experts, media and teachers show a fairly high interpretation. Obtained percentage and eligibility criteria for content 87% (very feasible), eligibility for presentation 75% (feasible), contextual assessment 81% (feasible), feasibility of graphing 79% (feasible), and language assessment 85% (worthy). Contextual-based LKS affected cognitive learning outcomes indicated by a t test significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Gain test of 0.37 with medium criteria, percentage of student and teacher response after use of contextually based LKS is classically 90.9% with very positive criteria, student response percentage is classically 81.15% with positive criteria. The conclusion of this research is a contextual-based LKS developed for the operating material of calculating fractional numbers for elementary school V grade students in class V students is feasible and effective to use as an alternative teaching material in schools.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning Berbasis Adobe Flash pada materi bangun datar untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.  Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP N 2 Rembang. Popusasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP N 2 Rembang yang terdiri dari 8 kelas. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling. Dari 8 kelas tersebut dipilih 2 kelas sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kontrol. Di dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan penelitian eksperimental semu (quasi-experimental research), karena peneliti tidak memungkinkan untuk mengontrol semua variabel yang relevan. Sugiono (2015) menyatakan  bahwa tujuan penelitian eksperimental semu adalah untuk memperoleh informasi yang merupakan perkiraan bagi informasi yang dapat diperoleh dengan eksperimen yang sebenarnya dalam keadaan yang tidak memungkinkan untuk mengontrol atau memanipulasi semua variabel yang relevan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini berupa lembar tes. Adapun  pengujian  data adalah  (1) pada nilai hasil penelitian dilakukan uji prasyarat analisis yaitu  uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas (2) Uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t 2 sampel (independent sampel two test).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berbasis adobe flash pada materi bangun datar menunjukkan bahwa post test lebih baik daripada pre test. (2) penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berbasis adobe flash pada materi bangun datar menunjukkan bahwa kelas eksperimen lebih baik dari kelas kontrol Most of the students' achievement in learning mathematics is low. One of the factors is the teacher has not been able to choose the right method or strategy. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Adobe Flash-Based Problem Based Learning learning model on student achievement. This type of research is quantitative. This research was conducted at SMP N 2 Rembang. The population of this study was class VIII students of SMP N 2 Rembang. Sampling technique with simple random sampling. Of the 8 classes, 2 classes were selected as the experimental and control classes. Researchers use quasi-experimental research. The instrument in this study was a test sheet. Data analysis with analysis prerequisite tests, namely normality and homogeneity tests. Hypothesis testing includes: (1) Testing hypothesis 1 using the Paired Samples T Test, (2) testing hypothesis 2 with the Independent Samples T Test, and (3) testing hypothesis 3 by comparing the N-Gain Score and then testing the Independent Samples T Test. The results showed that the Adobe Flash-Based Problem Based Learning learning model was effective in increasing student achievement. The conclusions of the study: (1) the learning model of Problem Based Learning based on Adobe Flash post-test is better than pre-test. (2) the learning model of Problem Based Learning based on Adobe Flash in the experimental class is better than the control class, (3) the average increase in learning achievement in the experimental class is better than the control class.

Abstract

Abstrak-Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kemampuan komunikasi siswa masih sangatrendah sehingga hal tersebut mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa, untuk meningkatkankemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa diperlukan sebuah inovasi untuk mengembangkanmedia pembelajaran. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu; (1) mengembangkan aplikasi MabarEtnomatematika untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa, (2) mengujivaliditas aplikasi Mabar Etnomatematika untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasimatematis siswa, (3) mengukur tingkat kepraktisan aplikasi Mabar Etnomatematika untukmeningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. Pengembangan media pembelajaranini menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu; (1) Analyze, (2) Design, (3)Development, (4) Implementationt, (5). Evaluation. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba, makamemperoleh media pembelajaran valid dengan skor 83,7% . Dan hasil kepraktisan yangmencapai 84.09% dengan kategori praktis. sehingga produk layak digunakan sebagai mediapembelajaran siswa.

Abstract

Spatial abilities are very important for students to solve everyday problems, especially spatial ones. Materials are required in the form of applications on devices to make them engage for students. Local wisdom needs to be included in the material content to increase interest in learning. The use of an android-based application with ethnomathematics content is a recommended solution for learning geometry to develop spatial abilities. The research objective in this article is to analyze the practicality of android-based applications with ethnomathematics content on students' spatial abilities. The research method refers to research and development (R&D) methods. This article only examines one part of the R&D research, namely the practicality of android-based applications with ethnomathematics content. The data collection technique used was a learning response questionnaire sheet. The analysis technique used includes qualitative analysis for preliminary studies and quantitative analysis of students' and lecturers' responses to the use of android-based applications with ethnomathematics content. The results of the study show that android-based applications with ethnomathematical content are practically used to develop spatial abilities. The three aspects of practicality, namely presentation techniques, convenience, and spatial abilities show a very practical assessment. This means that Android-based applications containing ethnomathematics can be implemented in the learning process to develop spatial abilities.

Abstract

Kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa masih dikategorikan rendah berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan, sehingga salah satu solusinya melalui penerapan model Problem Based Learning berbantuan media SWOTE-MATH. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis pencapaian kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa yang diajar menggunakan model PBL berbantuan media SWOTE-MATH berbasis etnomatematika Candi Borobudur dan (2) Menganalisis peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa sebelum dan sesudah diterapkan model PBL berbantuan media SWOTE-MATH berbasis etnomatematika Candi Borobudur. upenelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi experimental design dengan pre-test and post-test control design. Penelitian dilakukan di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Nalumsari dengan melibatkan dua kelas yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji normalitas, homogenitas data, dan uji kesamaan rata-rata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa yang diajar menggunakan model PBL berbantuan media SWOTE-MATH berbasis etnomatematika Candi Borobudur lebih baik dibandingkan siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung. Selain itu, terdapat peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa sesudah diterapkan model PBL berbantuan media SWOTE-MATH berbasis etnomatematika Candi Borobudur, dengan kriteria peningkatan sedang.

Abstract

Pembelajaran matematika reaslistik yang terintegrasi dengan media interaktif masih jarang diteliti, khususnta berkaitan dengan budaya lokal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis perbedaan rata-rata kecerdasan logis matematis siswa sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan model Pembelajaran Matematika Realistik (PMR) berbantuan modul digital interaktif berbasis keunggulan lokal Pantai Utara Jawa Tengah pada siswa kelas IV. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pre-experimental dan design penelitian one-group pretest-posttest design. Kami melibatkan 10 siswa kelas IV SDLB Sunan Kudus. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan paired sampel t test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan rata-rata kecerdasan logis matematis siswa sebelum dan setelah diajarkan menggunakan model Pembelajaran Matematika Realistik (PMR) berbantuan modul digital interaktif berbasis keunggulan lokal Pantai Utara Jawa Tengah.

Abstract

The aims of this study were 1) to find out whether the big book media is suitable for fractional material for class II MI students in Rembang Regency. 2) to find out whether or not the ledger of fraction material in class II MI Rembang Regency can be implemented. 3) To find out how well the fractional data of class II MI students in Rembang Regency is processed using ledger media. This research strategy uses experimental product testing in conjunction with quantitative R&D methods. gather information from tests, especially protests and pretests. The steps taken in this study are as follows: 1) Issues and possibilities; 2) Obtain data; and 3) Product design. 4) Perform expert product evaluations. 5) Make the product better or change it. 6) Field tests and 7) Preparation of reports Data analysis using descriptive analysis. Results of analysis and research results (a) Big book media made of fractional material meets the requirements for use (c) This shows that the experimental group using bigbook media was more successful than the control group in improving learning outcomes in fractional material.

Abstract

Berpikir kritis adalah suatu komponen dari berpikir tingkat tinggi yang sangat penting untuk dipelajari siswa. Kemampuan berpikir kritis dapat membantu siswa untuk mengingat materi pembelajaran yang sudah dan akan dipelajari. Dengan dikembangkannya kemampuan berpikir kritis maka siswa akan terbiasa menganalisis, mengidentifikasi suatu permasalahan kemudian mengaitkannya dengan yang lain dan mengevaluasi sebelum diambil suatu kesimpulan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang dilaksanakan di SMA N 1 Gebog. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah kelas XI IPS 2 dipilih menjadi subjek penelitian sebanyak 6 siswa berdasarkan adversity quotient dengan kategori quitter ,camper ,dan climber dengan menggunakan angket ARP. Pengumpulan data dari angket, tes kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis pada materi barisan dan deret aritmatika, dan wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu reduksi data . Kemudian penyajian data, Setelah itu mencocokkan data wawancara dan hasil tes menggunakan triangulasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh deskripsi kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa quitter, camper dan climber adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Siswa dengan AQ quitter memenuhi indikator kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis yaitu interpretasi, dan (2) Siswa dengan AQ camper memenuhi indikator kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis yaitu interpretasi, dan inferensi, dan (3) Siswa dengan AQ climber memenuhi indikator interpretasi, analisis, evaluasi, dan inferensi.

Abstract

This study aims to explain in detail how the objective conditions of motivation experienced by students in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative approach with the observation method. The research was conducted at SDN 01 Buantan Lestari, Bungaraya Subdistrict, Siak Regency, involving 24 students of grade 6 C. The data collection techniques in this study used observation sheets. The data analysis technique used in this study is to calculate the percentage of data from each indicator, then interpret the data presentation score and analyze each indicator in depth. The results of this study indicate that the student's learning motivation is obtained from the percentage score of the motivation which amounts to. This research is expected to be an evaluation of various parties in organizing online learning at SDN 01 Buantan Lestari, especially those involving motivation in it, this research is also expected to be research material for other researchers in analyzing and developing student learning motivation in online learning during emergencies in elementary schools

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the mathematical communication skills of students who have multiple types of anxiety, namely mood and motor types. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with the type of case study research. The research was conducted in class VI of Al-Hikmah Mayong Integrated Islamic elementary school in the 2022/2023 academic year. The instrument used is a non-test instrument in the form of interviews and documentation. Interviews were used to group students into 4 types of anxiety, namely mood, motoric, cognitive, and somatic. While the documentation used is the results of students' answers regarding mathematical communication tests, test questions are used to measure their mathematical communication. The technique used in the selection of informants is purposive sampling. The subjects used in this study were 2 students, this was because students had multiple types of mathematical anxiety, namely mood and motor types and other considerations. The data analysis used is 1) the data collection stage; 2) the data selection stage; 3) the data processing stage; 4) the data presentation stage, and; 5) the stage of conclusion. The results showed that students who had a dual type of mathematical anxiety in the mood and motoric types were unable to write text, were unable to draw, and were unable to use symbolic language. This is because students feel trembling and their hearts are pounding during mathematics learning, but students can communicate verbally well mathematically.
