Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya suatu permasalahan terkait dengan pola asuh toxic yang menyebabkan terhambatnya perkembangan kognitif seorang anak. Seperti lambatnya anak dalam merespon pembicaraan dengan orang lain, anak sering tertinggal jauh dengan anak-anak seusia mereka, serta anak sulit dalam membedakan antara perilaku yang benar dan perilaku yang salah. Adapun jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 72 orang anak usia 7-12 tahun yang terdiri dari 33 orang perempuan dan 40 orang laki-laki. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 27 orang anak usia 7-12 tahun. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu 0,364 yang tergolong kedalam kategori tinggi. Yangmana r hitung ≥ r tabel dengan taraf signifikansi ≤ 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, artinya terdapat pengaruh antara Pola Asuh Toxic Terhadap Perkembangan Kognitif Anak.

Abstract

Pada tahun 2017 Desa Bangun Purba mendapat bantuan PAMSIMAS (program nasional penyediaan air minum dan sanitasi berbasis masyarakat) yang menyediakan air bersih kapasitas 1 liter/detik dengan sumber air dari mata air yang dialirkan ke sungai. Akan tetapi airnya tercemar dan mengandung besi (Fe) dan mangan (Mn) yang ditandai dengan warna air yang berubah menjadi kuning-coklat setelah kontak dengan udara. kegiatan Program Pengembangan Desa Mitra (PPDM) diharapkan dapat memberdayakan masyarakat desa melalui KKM dan BUMDES selaku mitra sebagai subjek (pelaku) program dengan upaya peningkatan kapasitas sehingga terbentuk desa mandiri air bersih yang berkelanjutan melalui penyediaan sarana berupa teknologi tepat guna (TTG) instalasi pengolahan air bersih layak konsumsi dan air minum isi ulang serta peningkatan kapasitas dan tata kelola kelembagaan. Tujuan khusus dari kegiatan PPDM ini adalah Perluasan prasarana jaringan sambungan rumah tangga kepada masyarakat desa bangun purba, peningkatan kapasitas KKM Paya Ambar dan BUMDES bangun purba dalam mengelola TTG instalasi air bersih dan unit usaha air minum isi ulang, Peningkatan kualitas kesehatan dan ekonomi masyarakat melalui unit usaha air isi ulang yang dikelola oleh BUMDES. Metode pelaksanaan dalam program pengabdian antara lain: 1) peningkatan infrastruktur, 2) penyediaan teknologi, dan 3) peningkatan kapasitas lembaga agar dihasilkan Desa Bangun Purba yang mandiri air bersih yang berkelanjutan. Hal ini menjadi objek edukasi bagi masyarakat desa, dunia akademik dan desa lain. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu penyediaan teknologi tepat guna pengolahan air bersih menjadi air layak konsumsi kapasitas 30 L/min, peningkatan pengetahuan pengurus KKM yang mengoperasikan sistem pengolahan air bersih layak konsumsi dan depot air minum, Unit usaha depot air minum telah terbentuk dengan kapasitas 200 galon/hari, unit ATM air minum dengan kapasitas 200 galon perhari telah dirancang. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kehidupan masyarakat desa baik dari aspek kesehatan maupun ekonomi.

Abstract

Problems in Citizenship Education learning the teacher is still dominated by the teacher as a source of information. In addition, teachers are less precise in selecting and using learning models and teachers rarely have discussions. For that researchers took Model Cooperative Learning type Group Investigation (GI) in the hope of improving learning outcomes Civics. This type of research is used classroom action research. The study used a qualitative approach and quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the learning outcomes of students has increased. First cycle average result was 66.65 cognitive, and the affective is 63.6. And the second cycle increases the average being 81.9 and cognitive aspects of the affective aspect of 80.9. From the research done it can be concluded that by using a model of Cooperative Learning Group type investigation (GI) can improve student learning outcomes in the classroom teaching Civics at V SDN 20 Tigo Suku Paninjauan District. Abstract

Nowadays, the opportunity for women to develop their potential widely open. For instance, it can be found in the workplace. Women can occupy a position as normally as men. The burden of work at office and house chores at home which is finished by women cause problem for her. It is called by mental disorder. This unbalanced conditions between function and the role become a part of mental unhealthy. Therefore, based on this situation, it is necessary an assistance through career counseling. Career counselors can help individuals both in work and in family life. This is important because career and family can not be separated. Kesempatan bagi wanita untuk mengembangkan potensinya dewasa ini sewanita juga makin terbuka. Salah satunya dalam dunia kerja. Wanita dapat menempati posisi yang biasa ditempati oleh laki-laki. Beratnya tuntutan tugas dan tanggung jawab di rumah serta beban pekerjaan di kantor atau tempat kerja yang mesti diselesaikan oleh wanita membuat wanita dihadapkan pada persoalan ketidaktenagan jiwa. Kondisi tidak tenang jiwa sehingga berdampak pada ketidakharmonisan fungsi dan peran yang harus dilakukan merupakan bagian dari mental yang tidak sehat. Menyikapi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh wanita karir ini, maka perlu suatu bantuan melalui konseling karir. Konselor karir dapat membantu individu baik dalam pekerjaan maupun dalam hidup berkeluarga. Hal ini menjadi penting karena antara karir dan keluarga tidak dapat dipisahkan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine: 1) Analyzing the conditions of converted land use due to the construction of the Padang-Sicincin toll road. 2) Analyzing the area of ​​land use conversion and the type of land use converted due to the construction of the Padang-Sicincin toll road. This type of quantitative descriptive research with identification data processing techniques and accuracy test. The research results obtained include: (1) The land use conditions before and after the construction of the toll road show that the land use conditions before the construction of the toll road amounted to 15403.17 Ha, and after the construction of the toll road the land area changed to 15306.39 Ha. (2) The area of ​​land use conversion. The area of ​​converted land use in Batang Anai District is 96.78 Ha with a percentage of 0.63% with the type of converted land use, namely rice fields with an area of ​​52.84 Ha with a percentage of 54.60%. With the construction of the toll road, many people's lands have changed professions, such as rice and garden farmers to become laborers at PTs in Batang Anai District.

Abstract

Lack of knowledge about the world of work, the lack of students who work according to the program of expertise, some students follow friends in choosing majors, are not too sure whether the chosen major is correct or not, and still lack knowledge or training about the world of work. The research objective was to determine the readiness of vocational high school students to face the world of work at SMK Negeri 1 Bukittinggi. The research sample comprised 40 respondents, 21 class XII TITL students, and 19 T.GEO students. This type of research is the quantitative descriptive method of field research (field research). Quantitative descriptive is research that seeks to describe or describe a phenomenon or event that is happening. The population of this study amounted to 498 students. The technique for collecting data is a questionnaire/questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement scale. The sampling technique used random sampling. Data analysis techniques use descriptive quantitative methods. From all the data, it can be concluded that the overall average score is 57.7% with a standard deviation of 0.58 which is classified as in the medium category. Based on the research that has been done, it is known that students' readiness to face the world of work is moderate. Hopefully, this research can be used as material for future consideration in vocational schools to prepare students to face the world of work.

Abstract

Sex education is essential from an early age to help children understand the functions of sexual organs, personal responsibility, the boundaries of what is permissible and forbidden, and to serve as a guide in preventing deviant sexual behavior. This study aims to determine students' level of understanding of sex education before and after receiving information services. The research employed a pre-experimental design using a one-group pretest-posttest model. The population consisted of seventh-grade students at MTsN 5 Lima Puluh Kota, with a sample of 25 students selected through purposive sampling. The research instrument was a sex education questionnaire that had been validated and tested for reliability, consisting of 15 valid statements with a reliability coefficient of 0.821, indicating the instrument was suitable as a measurement tool. Data analysis was conducted using the Wilcoxon test, which showed an Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 (< 0.05), leading to the rejection of H₀ and acceptance of Hₐ. These results indicate a significant change in students' understanding after the delivery of the information service. The study concludes that information services are effective in enhancing the understanding of sex education among students at MTsN 5 Lima Puluh Kota. The implication is that information services can serve as an educational strategy to equip students with accurate knowledge to navigate the complexities of sexual development during adolescence.

Abstract

This study is driven by growing concerns over the widespread influence of social media in students’ lives and its impact on academic performance and learning interest. Phenomena such as declining academic achievement and reduced concentration due to notification distractions during study sessions have become significant issues in educational settings. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of social media on students' academic performance and learning motivation at SMP Negeri 3 Kinali. A quantitative approach was employed using simple linear regression analysis. The sample consisted of 35 randomly selected students from a total population of 136. A Likert-scale questionnaire was used as the research instrument, and data were analyzed using an F-test. The findings indicate that social media significantly affects students' academic performance, with an F-value of 424.674 > F-table value of 4.15 and a significance level of 0.0001. The impact on learning motivation is also significant, as shown by an F-value of 246.006 > F-table value of 4.15 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on these results, the alternative hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected. The study concludes that uncontrolled use of social media negatively affects students’ academic performance and learning motivation. The implications suggest the need for intensive supervision by teachers and parents regarding social media use, as well as the importance of integrating educational approaches to promote its constructive use in the learning process.

Abstract

Students behave unsupportively such as skipping class, lack of motivation and doing assignments. The collaboration between the BK teacher and the subject teacher only occurs regarding data such as academic grades or student achievement, students experience learning difficulties. The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the description of the forms of cooperation between the guidance counselor and subject teachers in overcoming student learning difficulties at SMP Negeri 02 Mungka. This research is descriptive qualitative, the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The key informants were 1 counseling teacher and 2 subject teachers and supporting informants were students of SMP Negeri 02 Mungka. Data collection techniques with interviews and documentation. The analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, data verification, drawing conclusions. The data validation technique is data triangulation. The results showed that the form of cooperation between guidance and counseling teachers and subject teachers in helping to overcome learning difficulties was more in providing student data from guidance counselors and subject teachers in the form of written data regarding student values and behavior. It can be concluded that this collaboration depends on the problems faced by students and the frequency is also greater at the stages of student data collection, data processing and evaluation. The author's suggestion is that the Bk teacher and subject teachers should be more active in collaboration and open communication so that efforts are made to minimize learning difficulties in students.
