Abstract

This research based on the many users and information that available on YouTube, one of which is diet YouTuber called Yulia Baltschun. Yulia is a diet influencer with 2.5 million subscribers who provides diet information with interesting explanations and refutations of many diet myths. This study aims to determine the correlation between the quality of information on Yulia Baltschun's YouTube channel, by the indicators are accuracy, timeliness and relevance of information with subscribers’s attitude. Researchers used quantitative research methods by distributing questionnaires to 100 samples determined by purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and inferential statistics. The population in this research is Yulia Baltschun's YouTube channel subscribers. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between the qualities of information on Yulia Baltschun's YouTube channel with subscribers’s attitude. Based on the results of Rank Spearman's correlation analysis, it shows that the quality of information on Yulia Baltschun's YouTube channel has a very strong affinity with a correlation coefficient is 0.722. In addition to each indicator, accuracy has a strong correlation with a correlation coefficient is 0.546, timeliness has a moderate correlation with a correlation coefficient is 0.470, and information relevance has a strong correlation with a correlation coefficient is 0.689. It can be concluded that Yulia Baltschun's YouTube channel has quality information with accurate, timely, and relevance indicators related with subscribers’s attitude.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan implementasi program literasi pada Kurikulum Merdeka di SD Negeri Karangasem 1 Surakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan program literasi sekolah sudah disusun dengan baik namun belum ada program kerja administratif yang secara khusus dirancang untuk mendukung program literasi. Tahapan pelaksanaan program literasi sekolah melalui tiga tahapan yaitu tahap pembiasaan, pengembangan, dan pembelajaran. Evaluasi program literasi sekolah sudah terlaksana melalui tiga jenis instrumen evaluasi, yaitu evaluasi formatif, evaluasi sumatif, dan ANBK. Faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan program literasi sekolah pada SD Negeri Karangasem 1 Surakarta meliputi komitmen kepala sekolah, guru yang mengemas program literasi secara menarik, terjalinnya kerja sama dengan beberapa organisasi, adanya hibah buku, dan pemanfaatan media sebagai sumber literasi yang tepat. Sedangkan faktor penghambat meliputi keterbatasan media pembelajaran dan sarana, kebiasaan yang belum tertanam pada diri peserta didik dalam membaca, alokasi waktu yang kurang serta peserta didik yang belum fasih dalam membaca dan menulis.

Abstract

Minat baca masyarakat yang rendah menunjukkan tingkat literasinya juga rendah. Upaya untuk mengatasi minat baca yang rendah adalah dengan penyelenggaraan Taman Bacaan Masyarakat. Tersedianya koleksi bahan bacaan di TBM menjadi komponen penting dalam penyelenggaraan TBM. Tujuan penelitian: untuk mengetahui hubungan koleksi bahan bacaan dengan minat baca pada anak di TBM Bina Kreasi Muda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan pengambilan sampling menggunakan convenience sampling (n=35). Sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan Chi-square untuk analisis data nominal. Hasil dan pembahasan: pada α = 0.1 dengan diketahui Chi-square hitung = 5.92 dan df = 2 diperoleh hubungan signifikan antara koleksi berbasis kebutuhan dengan minat baca anak. Diketahui Chi-square hitung = 4.11 dan df = 1 diperoleh hubungan signifikan antara keberagaman koleksi dengan kegemaran membaca pada anak. Diketahui Chi-square hitung = 3.20 dan df = 1 diperoleh hubungan signifikan antara ketersediaan koleksi fiksi dengan inisiatif membaca pada anak. Diketahui Chi-square hitung = 3.47 dan df = 1 diperoleh hubungan signifikan antara . ketertarikan anak pada koleksi dengan penggunaan gadget. Diketahui Chi-square hitung = 2.19 dan df = 1 diperoleh hubungan non-signifikan antara koleksi bahan bacaan dengan frekuensi membaca anak. Kesimpulan: menyediakan koleksi beragam sesuai kebutuhan anak seperti koleksi fiksi dapat mempengaruhi inisiatif dan minat baca sehingga tumbuh kegemaran membaca dalam diri anak.

Abstract

Based on literature studies and researcher observations, the problems encountered in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum are reflected in the difficulty of changing teachers' mindsets, changing the learning process from teacher centered to student centered, low spiritual morals, low reading and research culture, lack of mastery of technology by teachers, weak mastery. in the field of administration, the tendency of teachers to emphasize more on cognitive aspects, there are still many teachers who do not want to become human learners, a teacher is required to continue to increase knowledge and broaden his horizons, especially after the implementation of the 2013 curriculum. These problems make the 2013 curriculum difficult for some schools to accept, including high schools spread across Padang City. Similar to other regions, Padang City also complained about learning based on the 2013 curriculum. One of the subjects affected by this curriculum change was geography.  As is the case in high school (SMA), geography learning has been given specifically since the first grade of school, while in grades two and three geography learning is only given to students who choose the Social Sciences major. The KTSP problem can be seen from the lack of creativity of teachers who are trusted as educators.

Abstract

The second flash flood in Ten Koto District, Tanah Datar Regency occurred in the same place in Lembah Anai Village. The large water discharge and high flow speed caused the river to overflow and worried the residents living around the river. This was due to the very high intensity of rain in the river catchment area of ​​Lembah Anai Village which fell an hour earlier. This flash flood condition is a historic phenomenon because this is the second time. The first flash flood occurred in the Anai Valley. In 1892, the Anai Valley was also hit by a major flood. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method by making a comparative study of rivers in the Sepuluh Koto District area. The research results show that the river morphology in Lembah Anai Village has the highest catchment area of ​​400 meters above sea level (MDPL), which is the widest of the surrounding rivers and decreases in the downstream area of ​​20-meter MDPL. The highest order of average bandang potential scores is first, namely the Lembah Anai Village River, second to the Kayutanam Village River, and third to the Sicincin River. The disruption of transportation routes disrupted food supplies. Ingredients such as vegetables, potatoes and meat cannot be sent through the Anai Valley. As a result, all foodstuffs in the cities of Padang and Bukittinggi experienced price increases for months because reconstruction efforts were long and expensive.

Abstract

Trade secrets are important economic commodities and require effective protection by the state. The existence of trade secrets is closely related to product sales value, business continuity, and fair competition among competing products. As a rule-of-law country that guarantees freedom of business, Indonesia has prepared various instruments to guarantee the protection of trade secrets. By using a juridical-normative analysis approach, this study focuses on efforts to find out the form of trade law protection in Indonesia, with a comparison of the trade secret leaks of CV Bintang Harapan. Trade secret protection in Indonesia is provided through preventive and curative efforts. The state is present to record trade secret registration and make countermeasures to complaints offences However, the low level of public awareness of business owners to register their trade secrets is still an obstacle because proving the disclosure of trade secrets can be difficult. In addition, the delict nature of the complaint also limits the government's efforts to directly follow up on trade secret violations

Abstract

Pangulu inauguration ceremony is an activity for appointment of traditional leaders that occurs in West Sumatera region. The strong oral tradition in Minangkabau region causes the lack of written works and documentation that has an impact oncultural preservation. This study aims to document the process of holding the pangulu in tanah tasirah in Kanagariah Lareh Nan Panjang, Padang Panjang City. The research method used is a qualitative method with an action research approach. This research also uses the documentation process model. Sources of data were obtained from interviews and document studies related to the pangulu inauguration ceremony. The result of the research is a product of cultural documentatuon in the form of a reference book. This cultural documentation book is available in two froms: printed and electronic (e-book). The results of the public test show that this cultural documentation book is easy for readers to understand.

Abstract

The WvS Criminal Code of the Dutch colonial legacy does not formulate the objectives and guidelines of punishment in it, there are only rules for retaliatory criminal provision. The National Criminal Code has formulated explicitly the purpose and guidelines of punishment in it as a reference for judges in sentencing crimes. The purpose of this study is to analyze the basic idea of the objectives and guidelines of punishment which then the objectives and guidelines of the punishment will be a progressive consideration of judges in deciding the criminal conviction of criminal offenders. The research method used is normative legal research. The focus of the research analysis is on the concept of norms Article 51 to Article 54 of the National Criminal Code concerning the objectives and guidelines for punishment. Using the Law approach and analytical approach in explaining problems with the study of literature literature. The results of the study concluded that the basic idea of the purpose and guidelines of punishment is how criminal punishment can be humanist and in accordance with the values of Pancasila. There are at least 3 points that are considered as the basic idea of the goals and guidelines for punishment, namely uphold goals, strengthen principles and review guidelines. Furthermore, the purpose and guidelines of sentencing will be the affirmation and progressive consideration of the judge in sentencing the crime. Judges in enforcing the law become less rigid so that the balance between intellectual and spiritual intelligence plays an important role. Imposing crimes with a sense of humanity and justice. Punishment must contain humanitarian, educative and justice elements

Abstract

Penelitian ini menelisik fenomena “centang biru” di Instagram dari perspektif simulakra yang dikemukakan oleh filsuf Perancis Jean Baudrillard. Fenomena centang biru menandakan keaslian sebuah akun dan telah menciptakan dampak yang signifikan dalam masyarakat konsumen saat ini. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dengan beberapa pengguna Instagram yang memiliki akun centang biru, serta analisis konten dan interaksi dalam platform. Wawancara mendalam memberikan kesempatan kepada partisipan untuk mendiskusikan secara terbuka persepsi mereka tentang fenomena centang biru, alasan menginginkannya, dan bagaimana hal tersebut berkaitan dengan citra dan status sosial mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fenomena centang biru di Instagram merefleksikan bagaimana masyarakat konsumen terlibat dalam proses simulakra. Para partisipan menyatakan bahwa mereka menganggap centang biru sebagai simbol prestise dan status sosial di dunia maya. Banyak dari mereka yang mengasosiasikan kesuksesan dan popularitas melalui centang biru, meskipun pada awalnya tujuan utama dari fitur ini adalah untuk memverifikasi keaslian akun publik. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa fenomena centang biru berkaitan dengan presentasi diri di media sosial. Para partisipan menyatakan bahwa mereka cenderung memanipulasi citra mereka untuk menciptakan representasi diri yang diinginkan di depan para pengikut dan audiens mereka. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa fenomena centang biru di Instagram mencerminkan kecenderungan masyarakat konsumen yang lebih mengutamakan representasi dan citra diri ketimbang realitas. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang mendalam dan pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif mengenai persepsi dan pengalaman individu terkait fenomena sosial di era media sosial yang semakin dominan.

Abstract

The protection of whistleblower witnesses (whisteblower) in handling corruption crimes is still an unresolved problem to date. Referring to the LPSK report, there was a rapid increase in the number of complaints in 2021, with the number of corruption also increasing and requiring immediate resolution. Amid the complexity of these demands, both the LPSK and the KPK have not been able to effectively provide guaranteed protection for witnesses reporting corruption crimes. As a result, there are still many cases that cause victims, whether whistleblower witnesses who died, were criminalized, or received threats and intimidation. In fact, in criminal procedural law in Indonesia, witness statements are part of valid evidence. For this reason, the government needs to increase efforts to protect whistleblower witnesses as mandated in Law No.13 of 2006 concerning Witness and Victim Protection. This research uses juridical-normative methods, and seeks to present solutions in policy making to optimize efforts to protect witnesses reporting corruption crimes in Indonesia.
