Abstract

The interpretation of the Qur'an has continuously adapted over time, transitioning from a literal, text-centered approach to a more contextual method that aligns with contemporary social dynamics and scientific progress. The literalist approach concentrates on the direct linguistic meaning of the Qur'anic verses, drawing support from hadith and classical scholarly interpretations. Meanwhile, the contextual approach prioritizes understanding the Qur'an within its historical, societal, and cultural settings to extract meanings that resonate with modern-day realities. This study utilizes a qualitative literature review to explore the historical development of Qur'anic interpretive methods in Islamic thought. The results highlight that blending textual and contextual perspectives fosters a deeper and more holistic comprehension of the Qur’an. Such integration is crucial for developing interpretative models that are both true to the sacred text and adaptable to current times. Consequently, the ongoing refinement of interpretive methodologies is vital to ensure that the Qur'an continues to serve as a relevant and practical guide for humanity.

Abstract

The learning process is an important element in education, where learning media acts as a tool that helps deliver material effectively to learners. Learning media triggers students' interest, attention and engagement, which in turn can improve their motivation and learning outcomes. This paper discusses the classification of learning media based on the theoretical basis of their use, focusing on constructivist, cognitive, collaborative and motivational theories. Each of these approaches emphasizes different learning methods, ranging from active interaction with the material, deep information processing, to cooperation and motivation. In addition, this paper also outlines a variety of learning media, both technology-based and non-technology-based, that can be used to meet various instructional needs. The results of this study show that the selection of learning media in accordance with a particular learning theory can strengthen the effectiveness of the educational process and help students achieve optimal learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the basic concepts of financial management, costs, and Islamic education financing. This research uses a qualitative approach with a library study type. The data sources are obtained from books, journals, and scientific papers. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman approach, which consists of data reduction, data verification, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that management plays an important role in improving the quality of education, particularly in the financial management of educational institutions. Educational management must be well implemented to advance educational institutions, and effective and efficient financial management greatly supports the achievement of educational goals. The process of financial management in education includes planning, implementation, and evaluation, involving the management of financial resources such as budgets, accounting, and financial auditing. With proper implementation, educational financial management can help educational institutions achieve optimal and efficient results. The meaning of financial management and education financing involves a series of activities that include managing the finances of educational institutions. The implications of this research refer to the understanding of financial management and education financing. It emphasizes the importance of institutions understanding these concepts, which will lead to transparency in funding and accountability.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi digital mendorong perubahan signifikan dalam sistem evaluasi pembelajaran. Evaluasi tradisional dinilai kurang adaptif terhadap kebutuhan peserta didik di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji integrasi teknologi dalam evaluasi pembelajaran melalui pendekatan pedagogis berbasis model TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan adalah literatur review dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, menggunakan sumber dari jurnal baik nasional (Sinta) sebanyak 34 jurnal dan internasional (Scopus) sebanyak 5 jurnal yang membahas evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, model TPACK, serta tantangan dan solusinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi seperti Google Forms, LMS, dan learning analytics secara efektif meningkatkan objektivitas, fleksibilitas, dan akurasi evaluasi pembelajaran. Pendekatan pedagogis berbasis TPACK memungkinkan pendidik mengintegrasikan teknologi secara bermakna sesuai dengan isi materi dan metode pembelajaran yang relevan dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. Meskipun demikian, integrasi ini masih menghadapi hambatan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, kurangnya literasi digital guru, dan minimnya pelatihan digital berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa model evaluasi TPACK dalam integrasi teknologi berpotensi menciptakan sistem evaluasi yang adaptif, inklusif, dan mendukung penguatan kompetensi digital peserta didik di abad ke-21.

Abstract

Kabupaten Bima merupakan wilayah dengan tingkat kerusakan lahan tertinggi di Provinsi NTB. Alih fungsi kawasan hutan menjadi lahan pertanian komoditas jagung berdampak negatif terhadap lingkungan, seperti banjir dan longsor saat musim hujan serta kekeringan di musim kemarau. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola krisis ekologi pada masyarakat adat Sambori, juga ingin mengetahui internalisasi nilai-nilai kearifan lokal “ngaha aina ngoho” dalam pencegahan krisis ekologi di Kabupaten Bima. Metode yang digunakan berupa penelitian hukum empiris, pendekatan konseptual dan pendekatan kasus. Sumber data meliputi data primer dan data sekunder, data primer berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, data sekunder berupa buku, jurnal, norma hukum, dan putusan hakim. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya krisis ekologi yang cukup besar di Kabupaten Bima akibat alih fungsi hutan menjadi lahan pertanian jagung, kondisi inilah yang menimbulkan banjir, longsor, dan kekeringan berkepanjangan. Maka lewat pendekatan kearifan lokal “ngaha aina ngoho” masyarakat mampu membentuk kesadaran kolektif, menjaga ekosistem dengan baik, dan menerapkan cara bertani yang berkelanjutan. Kesimpulannya, internalisasi nilai-nilai kearifan lokal menjadi strategi penting dalam pengelolaan lingkungan hidup berbasis kearifan lokal serta mencegah krisis ekologi di Kabupaten Bima. Pendekatan “ngaha aina ngoho” menjadi simbol tanggung jawab sosial, nilai pelestarian, dan simbol keseimbangan antara manusia dengan alam semesta.

Abstract

The science of dabt was developed to preserve the authenticity of Qur’anic recitation as Islam spread into non-Arab regions. However, its application in modern mushafs reveals certain inconsistencies. This study aims to examine these inconsistencies through a comparative analysis of the dabt system in three mushafs of the Qur’anic reading (qira'a) of Abu 'Amr, transmitted by ad-Duri, namely the editions from Madinah, Sudan, and the digital version of at-Taysir. Employing a descriptive-comparative method, the research identifies and analyzes the patterns of similarities and differences in diacritical marks among the three mushafs. The findings indicate uniformity in the fundamental elements of dabt, such as basic vowels (harakat), sukun, and tasydid, which largely follow the system of al-Khalil ibn Ahmad al-Farahidiy. However, significant variations are observed in markings such as imala, alif wasl, and the treatment of isqat. The study concludes that uniformity is primarily driven by the shared rasm and qira'a, while diversity arises from differences in dabt schools (masyriqiy and magribiy), the evolution of mediums (print and digital), and local scholarly ijtihad. This research underscores that the variations in dabt reflect the socio-cultural dynamics within the tradition of safeguarding the Qur'anic text.

Abstract

Manajemen pendidikan merupakan sistem pengatur pelaksanaan pendidikan agar sesuai dengan target yang diinginkan. Manajemen pendidikan akan mengatur berbagai kebijakan dalam suatu sistem pendidikan. Untuk dapat melaksanakan manajemen pendidikan, diperlukan suatu strategi yang dikenal dengan manajemen strategik. Manajemen strategik pendidikan mengarahkan para pelaksana pendidikan agar mereka mengasilkan output yang berkualitas. Dengan adanya arahan, maka akan muncul batasan-batasan tertentu untuk mencegah terjadinya hal yang tidak diinginkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1), Mendeskripsikan pengertian manajemen strategi, 2) Bagaimana manajemen strategi Pendidikan Islam 3) Bagaimana tantangan strategi manajemen Pendidikan Islam?Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa: 1). Manajemen strategik adalah ilmu mengenai perumusan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi keputusan-keputusan lintas fungsi yang memungkinkan organisasi mencapai tujuan 2). Manajemen strategik pendidikan Islam adalah kegiatan yang terstruktur yang terdiri atas perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penempatan staf (karyawan) dan pengawasan dalam seluruh unsur pelaksana pendidikan islam.3) Manajemen strategi pendidikan Islam menghadapi berbagai tantangan yang dapat memengaruhi keberhasilan implementasi pendidikan di lembaga pendidikan Islam. Abstract

This study describes the role of imum gampong in carrying out the bil oral da'wah method in ethical development for adolescents. Considering that adolescence is a period of transition, the entry of foreign cultures is enough to influence the formation of adolescent character. If teenagers are not guided and directed, it is not impossible that teenagers will be dragged into bad culture and associations. This study needs to find out about the method of preaching the bil-lisan of Imum Gampong Ulee Jalan Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City, the supporting and inhibiting factors of the billisan da'wah method, Imum Gampong Ulee Street, Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City. The research method used is qualitative research, the nature of descriptive research and sociological research approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Based on the results of the study, it can be found that the Da'wah bil-lisan method of Imum Gampong in fostering the ethics of teenagers in Ulee Jalan Village is carried out through routine recitations every Tuesday and Friday night which is provided with special recitation places, reprimands to teenagers who make mistakes and religious lectures that are held on Sundays. Islamic holidays. While the supporting factors for the Imum Gampong bil-lisan da'wah method in fostering adolescent ethics in Ulee Jalan Village are the availability of learning places for routine recitations and books that become learning references, support from all levels of society and awareness of each teenager. And the inhibiting factors are the availability of rudimentary reference books, lazy nature because they are busy with activities during the day and the less harmonious relationship between teenagers and teachers.

Abstract

Studi kajian ini perlu dilakukan untuk memahami hakikat dasar pembentukan komunikasi islam. Hal ini disebabkan, dalam dunia akademik, komunikasi Islam masih menjadi pertanyaan besar tentang pembentukan sebuah disiplin ilmu. Seharusnya komunikasi islam menjadi satu pandangan khusus yang harus ditemukan dalam satu bidang ilmu sebagaimana terbentuknya ilmu-ilmu lain. Sebenarnya komunikasi islam merupakan satu sistem yang memiliki proses interaksi dalam melakukan hubungan satu dengan lainnya dengan menggunakan nilai-nilai islam. Nilai-nilai komunikasi islam adalah berlandaskan nilai komunikasi yang tersebut dalam Al-Qur`an, seperti perkataan yang lembut, perkataan yang mulia, bijaksana, perkataan yang baik, tegas, tepat sasaran, dan lainnya. Adapaun pembentukan formulasi komunikasi Islam, harus ada satu nilai yang paling dasar sebagai hakikat dari komunikasi tersebut, sehingga konsep ini dapat diaplikasikan kepada semua aspek komunikasi. Berdasarkan pendekatan Alamtologi, ternyata komunikasi dapat dilakukan dalam bentuk hubungan dengan semua unsur yang wujud di Alam jagat raya ini berdasarkan satu aspek saja yaitu hubungan dapat dilakukan atas keperluan. Hubungan yang terbina atas keperluan adalah sebuah kemutlakan bagi manusia untuk dapat bertahan dalam menjalani kehidupannya. Adapun pendekatan metodologi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan saintifik yang dibangukan berdasarkan disiplin ALAMTOLOGI. Formulasi komunikasi Islam yang dibangunkan berdasarkan disiplin ALAMTOLOGI yaitu komunikasi dapat diapalikasikan pada semua aspek hubungan manusia dengan lainnya secara saintifik, sistematis dan universal dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dengan cara yang harmoni. Formulasi ini disebut TEORI ALAMIN yang bermakna Komunikasi Alamtologi. Teori Alamin adalah yaitu X + Z (Y) ⤇ gHp dan X – Z (0) ⤇ gCp. Berdasarkan konsep ini impelemtasi komunikasi dapat memastikan pencapaiannya kepada nilai harmoni atau nilai kepincangan. Maka komunikasi yang baik adalah komunikasi yang harmoni.

Abstract

Aceh is a region that has been granted special autonomy since 2001 as an effort to increase and accelerate development and prosperity in Aceh. This article tries to offer the concept of building Islamic communication to create harmonious relations between the Aceh government and the Aceh People's Representative Council (DPRA). This study was qualitative and carried out by applying content analysis methods. This analysis is related to the values, principles of Islamic communication contained in the book of the Quran, and also takes documentation data from the internet and news links related to the implementation of Islamic communication in realizing development in Ace. The results obtained show that Islamic communication is very important to be implemented in the institution by applying Islamic values and principles. Islamic communication has many contexts, including in building people's harmony and in da'wah activities as a development communicator. In addition, it is important to hold a key role in the effectiveness of government policy implementation by using good communication and compiling a comprehensive communication plan.
