Abstract

This study aims to analyze The Effect of Marketing Mix Towards Intention become Partner on Perspective of Islam at The Branch Office of BMT Beringharjo in Madiun. The tests carried out using multiple linear regression method, where the endogenous variable (Y) is a intention become partners and exogenous variables (X) is the marketing mix that is identified with product (X1), price (X2), place/distribution channel (X3), promotion (X4), people (X5), process (X6), physical evidence (X7), promise (X8), and patience (X9). In this study added two variables in the marketing mix of services in accordance with Islamic values that promise and patience.This study uses a quantitative approach. The characteristics of the population in this studi is a partner at The Branch Office of BMT Beringharjo in Madiun are actively engaged in transactions in 2014 and live in Madiun. Total sample of the respondents is 100 (one hundred). These samples were selected using nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling method with particular consideration.The results of this study indicate that simultaneous and partially, marketing mix variables consisting of product, price, place/distribution channel, promotion, people, process, physical evidence, promise, and patience shown the effect to intention become a partner on perspective of Islam at the branch office of BMT Beringharjo in Madiun. Variable place/distribution channel is the most dominant variable to the intention become partners on perspective of Islam at the branch office of BMT Beringharjo in Madiun.Suggestion for the branch office of BMT Beringharjo in Madiun should increase promotional activity to be more diverse so it can attract attention to prospective partners or partners who have joined, socialize product from BMT Beringharjo more clearly and detail, especially the difference with the product from conventional bank, and make a direct sales pitch way more exciting and creative by adding facilities and infrastructure in the promotion or by making a series of interesting activities and carried out in the crowd with direct sales activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction factors on Islamic performance against Muslims employee of Workforce Education in Faculty of Economics and Business Airlangga University.This study used a questionnaire in the primary data collection and quantitative approach to the multiple regression analysis method. Criteria in this study population is Muslim employee education personnel status as a civil servant at the Faculty of Economics  and Business Airlangga University totaling 87 people, consisting of 85 Muslim employees and 2 non-Muslim employees. While the sample in this study amounted to 85 Muslim employees. Sampling using sampling saturated technique, because the population in this study is less than 100 people.The results showed that the factors work itself, salary or wages, and co-workers has a positive effect (unidirectional) and partially significant to the Islamic performance. While factors promotional opportunities and working conditions negatively (opposite) and partially not significant to the Islamic performance, and supervision factors and partially significant positive effect on the Islamic performance. While simultaneously, 6 exogenous variables have a significant effect on the Islamic performance Muslim employees of educational staff in the Faculty of Economics and Business Airlangga University.

Abstract

AbstractElectrical energy is one of the primary needs of Indonesian society that continues to increase. However, until now most of the electricity needs are still supplied by fossil fuel power plants. The fossil energy dependence affects the high cost of distributing electricity to remote areas. The picohydro power plant using propeller turbines is one solution for remote areas. The purpose of this paper is to conduct a theoretical study to obtain optimal propeller blade design with relatively easy design method. Based on the study results obtained geometry and design of turbine propeller that can produce efficiency 73,9% with head water 1,75 m and flowrate 64 l / s. While the propeller turbine design is the diameter of the turbine 200 mm the number of blades 5, and the inlet runner tip 65 °.

Abstract

A research on Syntax learning model in university is needed because such research is barely available for reference yet. Existing research on learning models are commonly carried out in high and middle schools, not university. This research aims to expose Syntax learning model in universities in Central Java and Yogyakarta.As object of research, two departments of Indonesian Language and Literature in Yogyakarta, one department of Indonesian language and Literature in Central Java, and one department of Indonesian Language and Literature Education in Central Java are chosen to be analyzed. The model includes: existence of lecture plan (RPP/RMP), teaching material, lecturer methods/strategy, learning media, and evaluation method. Data of research is collected through interview and document analysis, which is done quantitatively us- ing interactive and comparative models. This research reaches five conclusions. First, all departments in the research have both RPP (lecture plan) and RMP (lecture quality plan), even though with slight differences in names and details. Second, the departments have similarities and differences in term of teaching material. As a similarity, teaching material based on lecturer research is not found. Third, the departments have similarities and differences in term of teaching methods. Interestingly, some departments use unique learning method that synergizes with ideology of the particular university. Fourth, learning media between the departments is varied. Not every department is familiar with multimedia technology though some lecturers smartly use games as learning media to cover the lack of multimedia technology. Fifth, the departments use different evaluation method with different components. Some departments uses UKD (base competence test) while some are using UAS (end semester test).

Abstract

Abstrak Keberhasilan belajar siswa di sekolah dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal yaitu dari kesehatan jasmani dari seorang siswa, faktor eksternal dipengaruhi oleh kondisi dari luar diri siswa yaitu berupa keluarga, teman, dan peralatan yang digunakan dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar berlangsung, tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan seberapa besar pengaruh penerapan modifikasi alat terhadap hasil belajar lompat jauh gaya jongkok. Modifikasi dengan memakai tali elastis dan alas kaki sebagai pengganti balok tumpuan dan tali elastis sebagai perangsang untuk siswa melakukan lompatan yang lebih jauh yang lebih tepatnya sebagai rintangan bagi siswa, yang diterapkan pada siswa kelas X BDP3 SMK Negeri 2 Blitar dimana pada kelas tersebut belum mendapatkan pelajaran lompat jauh gaya jongkok sehingga diharapkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dari treatment yang diberikan pada kelas tersebut. Jenis dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian semu dan menggunakan desain Randomized Control Group Pre-test and Pos-test Design. Sampel adalah kelas X BDP 3 sebagai kelompok eksperimen dengan jumlah 35 siswa dan kelas X BDP 2 sebagai kelompok kontrol dengan jumlah 36 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata pengetahuan saat pre-test sebesar 6.36 dan meningkat menjadi 7.11 dengan selisih 0.76 meningkat sebanyak 11.79%. Nilai rata-rata keterampilan saat preetest sebesar 6.07 meningkat menjadi 6.96 dengan selisih 0.79 meningkat sebanyak 14.66% Kata Kunci : Hasil Belajar, lompat jauh. Abstract Learners? learning success in school is influenced by internal and external factors. The internal factor is the learners? physical health, while the external factor is influenced by the learners? external condition which are family, friends, and the equipment used in the learning process. Based on that factors, the researcher conduct the research entitled The Influence of Modified Equipment to The Learners? Long Jump Squat Style Learning Result.The aim of this research was to figure out the influence and the amount of the modified equipment?s influence to the learners? long jump squat style learning result. The equipment was modified by using the elastic rope as the stimuli for the learners to make the further jump or as the obstacle for the learners and footwear as the alternate of support beam. This research was conducted to ten grader of BDP 3 in Senior Vocation High School 2 Blitar where the material of long jump squat style was not being taught yet, so it was expected that there were significant improvement from the treatment given to this class. The type of this research was quasi-research with Randomized Control Group Pre-test and Post-test Design. The samples of this research were 35 learners from ten grade of BDP 3 as the experimental group and 36 learners from ten grade of BDP 2 as the control group. The result of this research revealed that the average knowledge score at pre-test was 6.36 and it was increased to 7.11 with 0.76 difference, thus it was improved as much as 11.79%. The average skill score on pre-test was 6.07 and it was improved to 6.96 with 0.79 as the number of difference, thus it was increased as much as 14.66%. Keywords: Learning Outcomes, long jump.

Abstract

Liquidity risk is one of significant risk managed by financial intermediaries including Islamic Microfinance Institutions (IMFIs). The financial intermediaries accept short-term deposits and disburse these deposits in the form of long-term loans. This situation makes IMFI desperately need a lender of last resort (LOLR). Nevertheless, there has been no formal LOLR for Indonesian IMFIs. This study intends to construct the LOLR model for IMFI in Indonesia. This qualitative study applies a case study analysis. This study's subjects are IMFIs in East Java Province that was selected purposively with thirty managers as the key informants. Research findings show that the best model of LOLR is developing a secondary cooperative since the majority form of IMFIs in Indonesia are cooperative entities. With all members of a secondary cooperative deposit for reserve requirements, they can place excess liquidity in the secondary cooperative and ask for financial support.

Abstract

Kawasan Riung terletak di pantai utara Pulau Flores, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur, Ngada. Kawasan ini memiliki banyak pulau yang membentuk suatu kawasan pariwisata yang saling melengkapi satu sama lain dan membentuk sebuah taman laut surgawi yang unik. Banyak keunikan-keunikan yang ditawarkan oleh Riung, diantaranya keanekaragaman hayati, pantai berpasir putih dengan birunya air yang sangat jernih, hingga pulau-pulau yang masih “suci” dengan keunikan alamnya yang tidak dapat ditemukan di daerah lain. Namun, keindahan akan Riung belum banyak terekspos baik secara nasional bahkan internasional, sehingga wisatawan yang datang masih cenderung sedikit. Menindaklanjuti permasalahan yang ada maka tim Kuliah Kerja Nyata, Universitas Sebelas Maret (KKN UNS) merekomendasikan untuk dilakukan pemetaan dengan menggunakan drone sehingga potensi wisata yang ada di Riung bisa disebarkan dengan lebih menarik dan secara luas di dunia. Pemetaan dilakukan secara professional menggunakan drone yang telah dimodifikasi oleh tim KKN UNS, sehingga menghasilkan video yang menarik untuk disaksikan. Hasil pemetaan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat banyak lokasi wisata yang ada di Riung masih belum terekspos media, padahal lokasi ini mempunyai potensi besar untuk menarik wisatawan dalam maupun luar negeri. Beberapa lokasi tersebut adalah pegunungan, air terjun dan rumah adat yang ada di kabupaten Ngada, Nusa Tenggara Timur.

Abstract

Basan Kulon, Desa Sambi Kecamatan Sambirejo, Kabupaten Sragen merupakan daerah dengan predikat zona merah tentang kesejahteraan masyarakatnya. Dusun ini terletak Di kaki gunung Lawu sehingga secara geografis terletak di dataran tinggi dan perbukitan. Wilayah ini tidak dilalui jalur PUAM Pemerintah, sehingga untuk mendapatkan air bersih harus mengandalkan air sungai yang dialirkan menggunakan pipa PVC dengan jarak 5 km dari dukuh tersebut. Pada saat musim kemarau warga kesulitan mencari air karena sungainya kering, sedangkan saat musim penghujan air sungai menjadi keruh kerena telah terkontaminasi dengan air hujan. Kondisi ini telah terulang terus menerus setiap tahun dan belum ada solusi. Bak penampung akan berfungsi untuk media penampungan sementara saat musim penghujan sehingga air menjadi tidak keruh dan pada musim kemarau dapat menjadikan tampungan dengan kapasitas besar, baik air cadangan dari sungai ataupun bantuan/swadaya pembelian air melalui tangki dari pemda sehingga masyarakat dapat mengalirkan air setiap saat. Dengan peningkatan kualitas air bersih yang digunakan oleh warga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan taraf kesehatan dan menjadikan lingkungan Dusun Basan Kulon lebih produktif.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to described connection mathematical ability and mathematical disposition of seventh grade students of Junior High School reviewed by Keirsey Temperament Sorter (KTS) were Artisans, Idealist, Guardian, and Rational personality in Eliciting Activities Mathematics Learning Model. And was to described the quality of Eliciting Activities Mathematics Learning Model in connection mathematical abilities and the disposition. The subject of research are the two students in each category of personality types. So the subject of this study are 8 student of class VII B SMP Negeri 1 Selogiri 2015/2016. The results Showed a description of (1) the quality of Eliciting Activities Mathematics Learning Model was fine qualified learning model (2) the mathematical connection abilities of (a) Artisan student in succed 1 - 2 indicators means the category is medium, as a level as their mathematical disposition level (b) Guardian students in the category of low, succed only 1 indicator and the rate of disposition was medium (c) Idealist students succed 3-4 indicators and very high levels to the mathematical dispositions (d) Rational students suceed all indicators and entry high level of the mathematical disposition.
