Abstract

Based on the results of observations at UKM Unsyiah, not all athletes from UKM Muay Thai Unsyiah can hit "straight" well and quickly. There are still many who make shots that are not directed, not on target, and weak on the targets they do hit. This situation is caused by the lack of support from the physical ability of the athlete and the lack of mastery of hitting techniques properly and correctly. In addition, it was found that around 80% of beginners experienced weakness when hitting straight, which was caused by weak weight training. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of dumbbell weight training on the speed of straight strokes in the Unsyiah Muay Thai Student Activity Unit athletes. This research method uses quantitative research using a correlational technique design. The sample used was the UKM Muay Thai Unsyiah athletes, totaling eight people, consisting of four male athletes and four female athletes. The results showed that dumbbell weight training had an effect on the speed of straight strokes in the athletes of UKM Muay Thai Unsyiah. The results of this study mean that the better the straight stroke speed of an athlete, the better the results are obtained from dumbbell weight training.

Abstract

Character of education for students is very important, the implementation of an independent curriculum needs to pay attention to the character of students. The quality of future generations is influenced by the formation of student character. analyzing the character development of Islamic religious education students influenced by the independent curriculum is the goal of this study. Library research is used as a research method. Islamic religious education subjects through Pancasila student profiles, it was found that religious values must accompany character education. Student character education cannot be separated from religious education, for several reasons, including the meaning of piety to Allah SWT & adhering to the principles of the Al-Quran Hadith, and based on Pancasila will improve significantly. student character.

Abstract

Abstrak: Adanya sebuah pertunjukan seni yang besar dan megah tak luput dari peran serta sebuah manajemen yang baik dari kelompok kesenian tersebut selain wujud atau bentuk kesenian yang akan ditampilkan, sehingga hasil yang diharapkan dapat terwujud sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. PERSIT merupakan sebuah organisasi yang mencerminkan pengabdian sekelompok perempuan yang merupakan istri prajurit, hal ini diwujudkan dalam bentuk aktivitas sosial dalam masyarakat. Organisasi Persit menuntut adanya daya kreativitas para anggota-anggotanya untuk menciptakan pergelaran seni yang terstruktu dengan baik dan benar. Permasalahan yang dihadapi yakni belum mendalamnya pengetahuan mengenai management event pada seni pertunjukan. Tujuan pengabdian ini yakni untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mitra terkait menejemen seni pertujukan. Sasaran pengabdian ini yakni anggota PERSIT Kartika Chandra Kirana Asrama Yonif 762 Sorong Papua Barat. Metode pelaksanaan dalam pengabdian dilakukan dengan sosialisasi, workshop, pelaksanaan seni pertunjukan dan tahapan evaluasi secara langsung dengan melihat pelaksanaan seni pertunjukan dengan indikator meningkatnya pengetahuan mitra. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 95% dari mitra setelah dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian.Abstract: The existence of a large and magnificent art performance cannot be separated from the participation of good management of the arts group in addition to the form or form of art that will be displayed, so that the expected results can be realized as planned. PERSIT is an organization that reflects the devotion of a group of women who are soldiers' wives, this is manifested in the form of social activities in society. The Persit organization demands the creativity of its members to create well-structured and correct art performances. The problem faced is the lack of in-depth knowledge regarding event management in the performing arts. The aim of this service is to increase partners' knowledge regarding performing arts management. The target of this service is PERSIT member Kartika Chandra Kirana, Yonif 762 Sorong West Papua Dormitory. The implementation method in service is carried out through socialization, workshops, implementation of performing arts and direct evaluation stages by looking at the implementation of performing arts with indicators of increasing partner knowledge. Based on the results of community service carried out, it shows that there was an increase in knowledge of 93% of partners after carrying out community service activities.

Abstract

secretariat, with the aim of observing communication activities, leadership style, employee motivation and employee job satisfaction descriptively. And with path analysis trying to prove and measure: the influence of communication aspects and leadership style on employee motivation, the implications for job satisfaction of employees of the Bireuen DPRK secretariat. The results of the analysis show: a). there is a direct and indirect effect of communication aspects between employees and superiors on employee motivation, namely 49.78%, b). there is a direct and indirect effect of leadership style on employee motivation of 78.89%, c). simultaneously there is a significant influence of communication factors and leadership style on employee motivation of 62.8%, d). there is an effect of motivation on employee job satisfaction of 87.0%, e). there is a direct and non-communicative effect on employee job satisfaction of 54.56%, f). there is a direct and indirect effect of leadership style on employee job satisfaction of 96.5%, and g). simultaneously there is a significant influence of communication and leadership style on job satisfaction of employees of the Bireuen District DPRK Secretariat of 53.3%.

Abstract

المدخل الطبيعي هو الطريقة الأساسية لتعليم اللغة الثانية التي أحدثت تغييرًا في الطباعة من الكواكنين المتمعمد في دراشا. وتشير هذه المدخل إلى ترشيح د تراكيز باسم "Natural Aproach" في السنت 1977 م. أما الآهداف من هذا المدخل (المدخل الطبيعي) هو لزيادته كفاءة التعليم في اللغة الهدف من كل مهارة. يعني مهارة الكلام، والاستماع، والقراءة والكتابة. وتطبق مدخل الطبيعي قابلة إلى أنوع الأساليب التي تهدف إلى تركيز مهارة الكلام ومهارة الكتابة في التعليم. أما الأنشطة الدراسية في لغة الأساسية تتربط إلى ثلاث مرتبات وهي مرتبة الفهم، ومرتبة الفهم، ومرتبة الاستماع. والمزيج الرئيسي لهذا المدخل يش أن هذه المدخل يهدف إلى التعليم في الأساليب التي تؤدي إلى تركيز مهارة الكلام في التعليم ويهدف إلى تحسين الأداء الفكري إلى مستوٍ عالى.

Abstract

Rendahnya kemampuan membaca Muqaddam pada anak-anak prasekolah serta minimnya pendekatan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kondisi kebutuhan mereka masih menjadi permasalahan yang larut dari waktu ke waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas Bimbingan Belajar Muqaddam (Alif Ba Ta) dengan mengaplikasikan Metode Klasik (Magrib Megaji) pada anak prasekolah di Desa Sipiongot menggunakan kolaborasi metode Repitasi dan Bermain Peran (Role Playing). Penelitian in menggunakan jenis kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, bagi anak-anak Prasekolah dan guru-guru mengaji di Desa Sipiongot. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman huruf Arab dan kemampuan membaca Muqaddam anak-anak Prasekolah. Keberhasilan tersebut merupakan hasil dari pengaplikasian metode pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan sekaligus mampu meningkatkan motivasi dan kretifitas anak-anak. Dengan begitu penggunaan metode Repitasi dan Bermain peran (Role Playing) dianggap sangat memberikan kontribusi yang besar bagi petkembangan kemampuan anak-anak prasekolah Desa Sipiongot dalam belajar Muqaddam (Alif Ba TA).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore the local wisdom of Satu Tungku Tiga Batu and its integration in religious harmony education. Qualitative research method by describing the real conditions in the implementation of harmony on Doom Island, Sorong City. The results showed that First, the local wisdom of Satu Tungku Tiga Batu encourages and supports dynamic, humanist, and democratic interfaith harmony on Doom Island. Second, the contextualization of religious harmony education in the real life of students can be done by integrating local wisdom values to strengthen the learning materials of elementary school subjects.  The recommendations of this research are as follows: (1) The government should pay more attention to efforts to instill values through education. Government policies in preparing facilities and other needs are sustainable. (2) The value of local wisdom for strengthening elementary school subject learning materials is important for teachers when implementing the Merdeka Curriculum

Abstract

The Muhammadiyah organization, as one of the largest Islamic organizations in Indonesia, has many waqf land assets throughout the country, including in Sorong district, West Papua Province. Waqf land assets owned by Muhammadiyah in Sorong Regency have great potential to provide benefits to the local community, but despite the enormous potential value, the management of waqf land is often faced with a number of problems that can hinder the achievement of waqf goals. Problems with partners in service that occur in the field include a lack of understanding and awareness, many Muhammadiyah residents do not have adequate understanding and knowledge about the concept of waqf land. Complicated administration and access to legal aid, administrative processes related to waqf land, including licensing and monitoring are often complicated and time consuming. The method of implementing the service is in the form of counseling, workshops and training located at the Muhammadiyah Regional Leadership Office or Hall in Sorong Regency. The results of the service are (1) With the existence of special autonomy for Tanah Papua or Sorong so that the customary laws that apply in that area make it possible for several things to become challenges and obstacles for the service team, lecturers and students, (2) The members of the Muhammadiyah organization still lack human resources. who have an advocate background or work as a lawyer, (3) Incomplete data on waqf land means that the service process is not yet comprehensive in carrying out outreach aspects to Muhammadiyah members who have waqf land with problems or disputes in the customary legal process of the Papuan people.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak Implementasi Corporate Social Responsibility PT. Inti Kebun Sejahtera terhadap citra perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan menggunakan program statistik SPSS versi 23, maka diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut : Nilai Adjust R Square (R2) sebesar 0,785,  berarti bahwa ke tiga variabel Corporate Social Responsibility PT. IKS (Inti Kebun Sejahtera) yaitu dimensi ekonomi, dimensi sosial dan dimensi lingkungan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh sebesar 78,5% terhadap citra perusahaan Sedangkan sisanya sebanyak 21,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Hasil analisis uji F diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,050, berarti bahwa secara simultan ke tiga variabel Corporate Social Responsibility PT. Inti Kebun Sejahtera yaitu dimensi ekonomi, dimensi sosial dan dimensi lingkungan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap citra perusahaan. Hasil analisis uji t diperoleh hasil bahwa dari ke tiga variabel Corporate Social Responsibility PT. IKS (Inti Kebun Sejahtera) yaitu dimensi ekonomi, dimensi sosial dan dimensi lingkungan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap citra perusahaan
