Abstract

This study aims to analyze inclusive learning adaptation strategies with a focus on the cognitive and social-emotional development of students with special needs and gifted students at the secondary school level. Using a qualitative approach with a literature study method, this study integrates findings from various literature sources published between 2018-2024, accessed through trusted academic databases. Data analysis uses a qualitative metasynthesis approach with validation through source triangulation and peer debriefing. The results of the study indicate that effective inclusive learning adaptation strategies require a holistic approach including: (1) individual needs-based learning differentiation, (2) comprehensive support systems, (3) collaboration of teaching teams and parental involvement, (4) assistive technology and curriculum modifications, and (5) ongoing professional development. These findings provide practical implications for the development of inclusive learning programs that accommodate the diversity of students' learning needs.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the complex relationship between cultural capital, personality, and academic achievement in the context of the sociology of education. Through a qualitative approach based on a comprehensive literature study, the study analyzes the mechanisms of cultural transmission and their implications for individual learning orientations. The research method uses meta-qualitative analysis with systematic literature review techniques, conducting a systematic review of academic sources related to cultural capital and education. The data collection process was carried out through searching academic databases, with inclusion criteria based on theme relevance and publication quality. The results of the study revealed three main findings: (1) Cultural capital plays a fundamental role in shaping learning orientations through the mechanism of family cultural transmission; (2) Academic personality is a social construction formed through dynamic interactions between social structures; (3) The education system operates as an arena for the reproduction and transformation of cultural capital. The study recommends the development of a pedagogical approach that is sensitive to the diversity of cultural capital, with a focus on inclusive strategies that accommodate individual differences. Systemic transformation is needed in educational practices to reduce structural inequalities. The main contribution of this study is a holistic conceptual model that integrates sociological and psychological perspectives in understanding the dynamics of education, opening up space for more contextual and equitable pedagogical interventions.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the complementary relationship between Guidance and Counseling (BK) services and subject learning in the context of the educational ecosystem. Using a qualitative approach through a literature study method, this study analyzes various theories, previous research results, and relevant integration models. The results of the study indicate that synergy between BK teachers and subject teachers can improve the quality of learning and overall student well-being. This synergy is evident in the collaboration of learning planning, mentoring problematic students, and strengthening character in the learning process. However, role differentiation is still needed to avoid overlapping functions. BK teachers remain focused on the psychosocial and self-development aspects of students, while subject teachers on the academic aspects. This study also identifies an effective collaboration-based integration model, namely through a whole-school approach that unites various educational functions. The implications of this study are the need for cross-professional training and school policies that support structural synergy and role differentiation to create holistic and sustainable education.

Abstract

Reproductive health education plays a crucial role in enhancing students' understanding of the biological, psychological, and social aspects of reproductive health. However, conventional learning often faces challenges such as time constraints, a lack of interactivity, and limited access to materials. In the digital era, web-based learning media offer innovative solutions by utilizing interactive technologies, such as videos, quizzes, and discussion forums, to increase student engagement. This study aims to develop and test the feasibility of web-based interactive learning media for reproductive health education through expert validation. The research method used a Research and Development (R&D) approach, adopting the Borg & Gall model. The feasibility test phase involved six experts from the fields of materials, technology, evaluation, and education. The instruments used were a Likert-scale questionnaire and feedback sheets. The developed media included interactive features such as educational videos, quizzes, materials, and discussion forums. The expert validation results showed an excellent feasibility rating (87.44%). The findings of this study indicate that this web-based interactive learning media for reproductive health education is valid for use. Its main advantages lie in its flexibility, privacy, and appropriate media approach for sensitive topics. With these advantages, this media is not only valid but also has great potential to increase reproductive health literacy, combat misinformation and myths, and ultimately reduce risky behavior among students.

Abstract

Talent is an innate potential that plays a significant role in the success of mathematics learning in higher education, but its development still faces various obstacles. This study aims to review the latest literature (2020–2025) on the role of talent in mathematics learning, focusing on the definition of talent, types of talent, internal and external factors that influence it, and its relationship with learning interest. This literature review shows that mathematical talent is not limited to cognitive aspects, but also includes creative, visual-spatial, social, and psychomotor abilities. Internal factors such as cognitive abilities, motivation, and interest, as well as external factors such as family support, school, and educational policies, have been shown to greatly influence the development of student talent. The results of the study also confirm that talent without interest tends to be difficult to develop, while interest can strengthen motivation and perseverance in honing talent. In this context, educators play a central role as facilitators and motivators through strategies such as early talent identification, differentiated learning, extracurricular activities, collaboration with parents, and continuous evaluation. Thus, student talent development requires a holistic approach that integrates innate potential, motivation, and environmental support for optimal learning outcomes
