Abstract

The Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) is a government initiative aimed at enhancing students' character through various learning activities. The method used in this community service project is Participatory Action Research (PAR). This article discusses the guidance provided in creating posters about conflicts among teenagers to boost students' creativity at SMPN 8 Palangka Raya, where students are taught to be more creative in making informative and appealing posters on conflict resolution. The main objective is not only to enhance students' creativity in producing informative and attractive posters but also to facilitate meaningful learning processes for the students. The results of the P5 guidance show that the students are very innovative and creative, demonstrating their understanding of the material provided. The P5 project aims to produce informative and attractive posters while also facilitating a meaningful and transformative learning process for the students. It is hoped that this project can contribute to the formation of a younger generation that is not only creative but also possesses a high social awareness and is capable of becoming positive change agents in society.

Abstract

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas merupakan kendala yang sering dihadapi guru dalam mengembangkan profesionalismenya. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan tentang penulisan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh para guru di MTs. Islamiyah Kota Kota Palangka Raya, sebanyak 16 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah 1) memberikan materi teoretis dan praktis penelitian tindakan kelas, 2) memberikan pendampingan dalam pembuatan proposal penelitian tindakan kelas, 3) mengevaluasi kegiatan pelatihan penelitian tindakan kelas. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa para guru MTs. Islamiyah Kota Palangka Raya memiliki pemahaman dan kemampuan membuat proposal penelitian tindakan kelas. Pelatihan ini dapat efektif karena para guru MTs. Islamiyah Kota Palangka Raya memang memerlukan materi pelatihan penelitian tindakan kelas.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pendampingan metode Tilawati dalam meningkatkan kualitas membaca Al-Qur'an pada siswa di SMPN 8 Palangkaraya, khususnya pada siswa kelas IX. Latar belakang kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pentingnya kemampuan membaca Al-Qur'an secara fasih dan sesuai dengan kaidah tajwid, yang merupakan keterampilan esensial bagi umat Islam. Metode Tilawati dikenal sebagai metode yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur'an karena pendekatannya yang sistematis dan mudah dipahami. Pendampingan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini melibatkan serangkaian kegiatan pembelajaran intensif yang menggabungkan teori tajwid, praktik membaca, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Diharapkan siswa kelas IX mampu mengaplikasikan tajwid dengan benar, serta lebih percaya diri dalam membaca Al-Qur'an baik di hadapan guru atau teman-teman sekelas. Kesimpulannya, metode Tilawati terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas membaca Al-Qur'an siswa di SMPN 8 Palangkaraya, dan disarankan agar metode ini diterapkan lebih luas di sekolah-sekolah lainnya untuk membantu meningkatkan literasi Al-Qur'an di kalangan siswa.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren is a unique Islamic religious education institution. Pesantren as the oldest Islamic education system in Indonesia, socio-religious institutions, and educational vehicles for Muslims who want to explore religious knowledge. Pesantren is a center for the study and exploration of the treasures of Islamic knowledge and the center of the da'wah movement to spread Islam in Indonesia. Abstract

The low participation and contribution of students in group discussions result in a lack of cooperation among them. The purpose of this study was to improve the collaborative skills of XI MA Darul Ulum Palangka Raya students by applying the quick on the draw learning model. This research used a classroom action research (CAR) method. The findings of this study indicated that many students needed encouragement to actively participate, as the research found that their average score for cooperation skills reached 54% in the first cycle. Teamwork abilities improved significantly during the second cycle, with the average score rising to 81%, a 27% improvement compared to the first cycle. Students began to cooperate better, showing appreciation for others' efforts, taking turns and sharing responsibilities, respecting others' differences, staying in their groups during activities, and completing work on time, according to the findings. Additionally, the number of students falling into the “Very Good” category increased from 12 in the third meeting to 23 in the fourth meeting, demonstrating substantial progress.

Abstract

As a teacher today has various challenges that are not easy, in addition to facing various administrative demands, teachers also face challenges from students who have diverse characteristics, one of which is technological advances. For this reason, the aim of this research is how teachers can develop students' learning readiness at MAN Kotawaringin Timur. This research offers that religion teachers need to have various abilities in order to build student readiness, considering the condition of students when they tend to have low motivation and interest. The purpose of the study is how the teacher's ability to build student learning readiness at MAN Kotawaringin Timur. This research uses quantitative with a descriptive approach and data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation and surveys, then to validate the data researchers use source triangulation techniques and techniques while data analysis uses percentages, data reduction and conclusions. The results of this research show that the ability of Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers is considered very good (86.39). This is because in opening lessons the teacher is able to create the right conditions so that students can focus on learning, the teacher also actively provides responses or reinforcement to students, besides that the teacher also explains the material systematically so that it is easily understood by students and the teacher also uses various variations in explaining the subject matter as well as the ability to manage the class, the process of guiding students well. While the ability of Fiqh teachers in building students' learning readiness is considered very good (85.83), this is because teachers are able to apply good lesson opening skills, questioning skills and reinforcement skills so as to increase student participation and interest in learning, explaining skills and organizing skills and individual learning skills as a way of building student learning readiness. This is because teachers have applied basic teaching skills as an ability to build students' learning readiness. In addition, teachers are able to apply lesson opening skills, questioning skills, reinforcement skills, explaining skills, variety skills and individual learning skills as a way to build student learning readiness.  The results of this study can provide implications for schools and teachers as a reference to improve optimal student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide recommendations for further research related to the flashback of Imam Al-Ghazali's thoughts through bibliometric analysis. The research uses a qualitative approach and bibliometric analysis. Data source from google scholar, the publish or perish (PoP) application with 100 articles as a sample with the keyword Imam Al-Ghazali's thoughts in the publication time range of 2020-2024 resulted in 100 articles analyzed using the VOSViewer application version 1.6.20. The results of this study show that based on searches through the google scholar database (search time span 2020-2024) the development of publications has gradually increased, but has decreased in 2020, 2021, and 2024. The development of research on Imam Al-Ghazali's thought occurred the most in 2023, namely 26 publications, and decreased in 2021 to only 12 publications relevant to the topic of Imam Al-Ghzali's thought. The research shows the productivity of researchers who examine the topic of Imam Al-Ghazali's thought consisting of 6, namely Janwari, Jubaidah, Putri, yasin, Faizin, and Padhil. Then, based on the results of network analysis, overlay, and density vizualitation, in general, previous research only focused on researching Imam Al-Ghazali's thinking broadly, but did not associate Imam Al-Ghazali's thinking with character education, study, thought, and perspective. So that the findings are highly recommended for future researchers.

Abstract

The tilawati method is a method that lies in teaching techniques that focus on talaqqi (listening to direct reading), intensive repetition, and emphasis on tajwid from the early stages. This method is effective for various ages, from children to adults, because it combines visual, auditory, and direct practice elements in learning. In addition, this method usually uses a classical approach with a structured learning duration, allowing students to achieve optimal results in a relatively short time. Research on the Tilawati method aims to see the impact of this method on students' reading and understanding of tajwid, and to assess the effectiveness of the method compared to other methods in the context of learning the Qur'an in Indonesia. The results of the study are expected to provide a positive contribution to the development of Qur'an learning methods in Islamic educational institutions. The research method used is a combination research (mixed method). Combination research is used to collect, analyze, and mix qualitative and quantitative methods. While qualitative research is used to answer the formulation of the problem, namely how to apply the tilawati method in reading the Qur'an at the Darul Amin Islamic Boarding School, while quantitative is used to answer the formulation of the problem, namely whether the tilawati method affects the fluency of students at the Darul Amin Islamic Boarding School. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kenyataan bahwa integrasi nilai – nilai pancasila dan nilai – nilai keagamaan dengan kearifan lokal sangat penting untuk membentuk karakter peserta didik. Sehingga guru PAI berperan dalam pembentukan karakter peserta didik melalui rancangan yang dibuat oleh kementerian pendidikan kebudayaan riset dan teknologi (Kemendikbudristek) berupa proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila (P5).Diharapkan adanya P5 dapat berintegrasi dengan kearifan lokal upaya menginternalisasikan nilai – nilai positif pada peserta didik dalam kehidupan sehari -hari. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pola guru PAI dalam implementasi proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila berbasis kearifan pesisir di SMP Negeri 4 Kumai, dan implikasi implementasi proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila berbasis kearifan pesisir di SMP Negeri 4 Kumai, Kalimantan Tengah. Metode yang digunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan jenis penelitian field research. Subjek penelitian adalah Guru PAI. Informan nya kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum dan peserta didik SMP Negeri 4 Kumai yang terlibat dalam implementasi P5 berbasis kearifan pesisir. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti berupa teknik triangulasi yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumetasi. Selanjutnya, analisis data yang digunakan oleh peneliti berupa pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian bahwa P5 diterapkan melalui pembelajaran berbasis proyek, diskusi dan refleksi, pemanfaatan teknologi, serta kolaborasi dengan masyarakat pesisir upaya guru PAI dapat membentuk karakter peserta didik sesuai dengan nilai – nilai pancasila dan nilai – nilai keagamaan berbasis kearifan pesisir. Adapun tantangan seperti keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya dalam pelaksanaan P5 dapat diatasi dengan dukungan dari kepala sekolah dan wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum sehingga program dapat berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the strengthening of character values in Islamic Religious Education learning for students at SMP Negeri 8 Palangka Raya. The character values in question include aspects such as religious, honesty, discipline, responsibility, curiosity and environmental care by using character strengthening strategies through advice methods, exemplary methods and habituation methods which are considered essential in forming students with noble character and good personality. The research method used is qualitative. Data were collected through structured interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the application of character values in Islamic Religious Education Learning at SMP Negeri 8 Palangka Raya is carried out through various forms of reinforcement, including the integration of values in Islamic Religious Education learning. In conclusion, strengthening character values in Islamic Religious Education learning has a positive impact on the development of students' character, although there are several challenges that need to be overcome, such as limited time and support from the family environment. This study provides recommendations for the development of more comprehensive and sustainable learning programs to increase the effectiveness of strengthening character values in religious education.
