Abstract

This study aims to find out the pattern of PAI teachers in the implementation of the project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile based on coastal wisdom at SMP Negeri 4 Kumai, Central Kalimantan. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with the type of field research. The subjects of the study are Teachers, Principals, Curriculum Administrators and Students of SMP Negeri 4 Kumai who are involved in the implementation of P5 based on coastal wisdom. The results show that P5 is implemented through project-based learning, discussion and reflection, technology utilization, and collaboration with coastal communities. Students are involved in making coastal specialties such as kerbas, which teach skills while instilling Pancasila values such as mutual cooperation and creativity. Despite facing obstacles such as time and resource limitations, the program is effective in shaping the character of learners and preserving the local culture. With the right pattern, the implementation of P5 based on coastal wisdom can be a relevant and contextual learning model. In conclusion, the implementation of P5 based on coastal wisdom requires an active role of teachers as facilitators and innovators in integrating the values of Pancasila with local culture. Through exploration, discussion, and collaboration, this program instills mutual cooperation, independence, and environmental sustainability. Support from various parties is needed so that P5 is effective in shaping the character of students while preserving coastal culture.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of historiography in initiating the birth of the Arbische School (Pesantren Rasyidiyah Khalidiyah Awal) by examining the process and meaning behind history-making related to the pioneer leadership and influence of Tuan Guru H. Abdurrasyid in the religious community. Historical/historiographic research (descriptive qualitative) uses primary data sources, namely information from direct observation of the research location by observation and oral history interviews. The secondary source is data from documentation or literature studies to complete primary data. Data collection is carried out through field research. The results showed that the character of Mr. Guru H. Abdurrasyid as the first alumnus of al-Azhar Cairo Egypt at the Khalidiyah Rashidiya Islamic Boarding School is the capital of the international network of Rakha Pesantren towards the development of institutions and alumni who will continue their studies to the Middle East, especially Al-Azhar University in the future. In the early days of the establishment of the Arabische School, it was an educational institution with the function of broadcasting and purifying religion. Various religious approaches were carried out with politeness, and Tuan Guru H. Abdurrasyid tried to change these deviant behaviors. On the other hand, there is a strong desire of some Muslims themselves to study Islam so that their lives are by the Qur'an and al-Sunnah and avoid heresy and cheese.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kenyataan bahwa integrasi nilai – nilai pancasila dan nilai – nilai keagamaan dengan kearifan lokal sangat penting untuk membentuk karakter peserta didik. Sehingga guru PAI berperan dalam pembentukan karakter peserta didik melalui rancangan yang dibuat oleh kementerian pendidikan kebudayaan riset dan teknologi (Kemendikbudristek) berupa proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila (P5).Diharapkan adanya P5 dapat berintegrasi dengan kearifan lokal upaya menginternalisasikan nilai – nilai positif pada peserta didik dalam kehidupan sehari -hari. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pola guru PAI dalam implementasi proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila berbasis kearifan pesisir di SMP Negeri 4 Kumai, dan implikasi implementasi proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila berbasis kearifan pesisir di SMP Negeri 4 Kumai, Kalimantan Tengah. Metode yang digunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan jenis penelitian field research. Subjek penelitian adalah Guru PAI. Informan nya kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum dan peserta didik SMP Negeri 4 Kumai yang terlibat dalam implementasi P5 berbasis kearifan pesisir. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti berupa teknik triangulasi yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumetasi. Selanjutnya, analisis data yang digunakan oleh peneliti berupa pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian bahwa P5 diterapkan melalui pembelajaran berbasis proyek, diskusi dan refleksi, pemanfaatan teknologi, serta kolaborasi dengan masyarakat pesisir upaya guru PAI dapat membentuk karakter peserta didik sesuai dengan nilai – nilai pancasila dan nilai – nilai keagamaan berbasis kearifan pesisir. Adapun tantangan seperti keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya dalam pelaksanaan P5 dapat diatasi dengan dukungan dari kepala sekolah dan wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum sehingga program dapat berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

Fostering good morals is an important part of madrasa education, but at MA Darul Amin Palangka Raya, students are still found to lack discipline and lack polite behavior. This study aims to describe the role of Akidah Akhlak teachers in fostering good morals in students and to identify strategies, supporting factors, and inhibiting factors. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were obtained through observations of learning and religious activities, interviews with Akidah Akhlak teachers, the madrasah principal, the deputy head of curriculum, and students, as well as supporting documentation. The results show that Akidah Akhlak teachers play a role through role models, positive behavioral habits, educational reprimands, and a personal approach. Teachers also actively guide students in religious activities such as tadarus, dhuha prayer, and religious studies so that moral values ​​are more easily internalized. Supporting factors for fostering come from a religious madrasah environment, scheduled religious programs, and leadership support. Inhibiting factors include external environmental influences and unstable student discipline. This study concludes that the development of noble morals will be effective if exemplary behavior and religious activities are carried out consistently and supported by a conducive madrasa environment.

Abstract

AbstrakArtikel ini mengkaji peran agama sebagai kebutuhan fundamental manusia dalam masyarakat yang majemuk, berdasarkan tafsir QS. Al-Hujurat [49]:13. Ayat tersebut menegaskan bahwa keberagaman suku dan bangsa merupakan kehendak Tuhan untuk mendorong saling pengakuan dan bukan perpecahan. Dengan menggunakan metode kajian pustaka, artikel ini menganalisis bagaimana agama berfungsi sebagai kebutuhan manusia dalam masyarakat yang majemuk. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa agama dapat memenuhi kebutuhan manusia secara holistik apabila dipahami secara inklusif dan substantif. Dengan menjadikan ketakwaan sebagai tolok ukur utama, ayat ini mendorong terciptanya masyarakat yang adil, rukun, dan saling menghormati. Integrasi teks-teks agama dengan teori-teori kebutuhan manusia modern dapat menjadi solusi untuk membangun masyarakat yang damai dan beradab, sekaligus mengatasi permasalahan identitas dan disintegrasi dalam masyarakat yang majemuk.Kata Kunci : Agama, Kebutuhan Manusia, Masyarakat Pluralistik.

Abstract

Learning the Qur’an is a central pillar of Islamic education, which not only focuses on memorization but also emphasizes tajwid accuracy, comprehension, and spiritual formation. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the talaqqi method in Qur’anic learning at Darul Amin Islamic Boarding School in. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving teachers and students. The findings reveal that the talaqqi method is applied intensively through direct teacher–student interaction, conducted individually and in small groups with a rotation reading system. Regular evaluations are carried out through memorization submissions and observation of students’ attitudes. The results indicate that the talaqqi method significantly strengthens tajwid accuracy, improves memorization quality, and fosters discipline, focus, and spiritual awareness in students. Supporting factors include competent teachers, student motivation, a conducive pesantren environment, and consistent learning routines, while the main challenges are limited time, large student numbers, and minimal technology integration. This study highlights the relevance of the talaqqi method as a traditional Islamic pedagogical approach that remains effective in preserving Qur’anic authenticity and character building

Abstract

The implementation of deep learning approaches within Indonesia’s Independent Curriculum requires teachers to demonstrate both conceptual understanding and pedagogical readiness. However, limited empirical evidence exists regarding teachers’ readiness to operationalize deep learning principles in Islamic secondary education. This study aims to analyze the readiness of Fiqh teachers in implementing a deep learning approach within the Independent Curriculum at MTs Muslimat NU Palangka Raya. The research employed a qualitative descriptive design involving Fiqh teachers as the primary participants. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and analysis of instructional documents, including teaching modules and lesson plans. Data validity was ensured through triangulation of sources and techniques. The findings indicate that teachers possess an adequate conceptual understanding of deep learning and attempt to implement it through discussion-based learning, problem-solving strategies, and reflective learning practices. However, the systematic integration of deep learning principles into instructional planning—particularly in the development of structured teaching modules—remains limited. Consequently, teachers’ readiness can be categorized as moderate. This study highlights the need for targeted professional development and continuous mentoring to strengthen teachers’ pedagogical competence. The originality of this study lies in its focus on teacher readiness for deep learning implementation within the madrasah context under the Independent Curriculum reform.

Abstract

The multidimensional crisis that is currently happening to the Indonesian state, if we look for the causes of the problem, comes from weak development of the nation and character which causes moral and moral shifts for the nation's successors such as becoming perpetrators of physical and psychological violence. This study aims to describe the Islamic character of students at Sekolah Sahabat Alam Palangka Raya and to describe the formation of Islamic character in students through religious culture at Sekolah Sahabat Alam Palangka Raya. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that: 1) the character of the students at Sekolah Sahabat Alam Palangka Raya can be said to have good Islamic character. This can be seen from their independent attitude which spontaneously applies religious habituation activities in behaving so that they are well organized without any encouragement or coercion. 2) the formation of the Islamic character of students through religious culture at Sekolah Sahabat Alam Palangka Raya, namely when reciting the Koran, traveling around nature, camping and exploring the environment around the school, praying dhuha in congregation, shaking hands and greeting teachers and students and teachers of the opposite sex do not shake hands directly . In addition, love the environment by disposing of trash in its place.
