Abstract

This study investigates the direct influence of psychological resilience on individual adaptability among remote workers in Indonesian digital startups during the era of digital disruption. Amid rapid technological change and evolving work structures, psychological resilience is increasingly seen as a core competency for navigating uncertainty and maintaining adaptive performance. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 150 remote employees through validated instruments: the CD-RISC-10 for resilience and Pulakos Adaptive Performance scale for adaptability. Statistical analysis using SPSS 25 revealed a strong positive correlation (R = 0.945) and a high explanatory power (R² = 0.893), indicating that 89.3% of individual adaptability can be explained by psychological resilience. The regression model was statistically significant (F = 1238.748, p < 0.001), with a regression coefficient (β) of 1.635, suggesting that each unit increase in resilience results in a 1.635-point rise in adaptability. These findings affirm the essential role of resilience as a predictor of adaptive capacity in remote digital work settings. The study contributes to the limited Indonesian literature by integrating psychological constructs within the context of remote work, offering strategic insights for human resource management in facing the ongoing digital transformation.

Abstract

Abstract

This study examines the relationships between Inclusive Hospitality Organizational Culture (IHOC) and employee service outcomes in five-star hotels in Yogyakarta, with Psychological Safety and Job Satisfaction serving as parallel mediating mechanisms. Grounded in Social Exchange Theory, this study explores how inclusive cultural practices are associated with employee behavioral outcomes in highly competitive hospitality environments. Data were collected from 346 employees working in seven five-star hotels in Yogyakarta, and the proposed model was analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that IHOC is positively associated with Psychological Safety and Job Satisfaction, which in turn are associated with higher levels of Employee Loyalty, Employee Engagement, and Service Quality. Furthermore, the findings revealed that IHOC influences employee outcomes through both direct and indirect pathways, supporting a partial mediation model. The mediation analysis demonstrates that Job Satisfaction serves as a stronger mediating mechanism, particularly in explaining Employee Engagement and Service Quality, while Psychological Safety contributes more strongly to Employee Loyalty and Service Quality. These findings highlight the important roles of psychological safety and job satisfaction in translating an inclusive organizational culture into positive employee service outcomes within five-star hotel settings.

Abstract

This study really wants to find out, in a kind of overarching way, how Top Management Support, System Usability, and Cybersecurity Readiness influence the Digital HRM Effectiveness for people working in the banking sector, yes, more or less. The research was conducted in a quantitative manner, through a survey approach aimed at banking workers. Purposive sampling was also used, but somehow it feels like it’s leaning a bit too much on one segment, like it’s overly directed toward that specific group. The data were gathered via an online survey, then processed using multiple linear regression. Before any hypothesis testing could even begin, validity and reliability checks were done, and of course the usual assumption scans were included, like normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity. So overall, it seems the dataset is a solid match. The findings indicate that Top Management Support, System Usability, and Cybersecurity Readiness all have a positive, and fairly strong impact on Digital HRM Effectiveness. That influence shows up in both partial effects and also, at the same time, through the combined model. Put more plainly, the results suggest that digital HRM in banking tends to be powered by manager backing, system clarity, and cybersecurity preparedness. In the end, this study contributes to the theoretical conversation on digital human resource management and also on how organizations undergo digital transition. It additionally provides hands-on direction for the banking industry, particularly for strengthening the real-world effectiveness of digital-based HRM.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of social support and recognition of achievement on employee job satisfaction in Indonesia. Job satisfaction is crucial for organizational success, influencing productivity, retention, and overall performance. While many studies focus on financial factors like salary, this research emphasizes non-financial factors, such as social support from colleagues and supervisors and recognition of achievements. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires from 86 employees across various sectors. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to evaluate the influence of both independent variables on job satisfaction. The results indicate that both social support and recognition of achievement significantly and positively affect employee job satisfaction, with social support showing a stronger influence. These findings highlight the importance of fostering a supportive work environment and implementing recognition programs to enhance employee satisfaction. The study contributes to the literature by addressing the gap in research on non-financial factors in job satisfaction, particularly in the Indonesian context. Future research should explore this relationship further using mixed methods and consider moderating variables such as organizational culture.
