Abstract

Intellectual intelligence can influence the memorization process more easily, conversely memorizing the Al-Qur'an in small or large amounts can make someone smarter, both intellectually, emotionally, or spiritually. The standardization of the Mathla'ul Anwar Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Islamic Boarding School includes the amount of memorization expected from students at each class level. Each student can achieve the target set by the Islamic Boarding School, which is 6 juz. Although in general all students have the same activity schedule and methods used by the mentor, however, from the results of the recapitulation of the student achievement report in the middle of the first semester of 2024, there are striking differences in memorization achievements among students. Some students may have achieved the target of memorizing juz 2 and 3 well, while others face significant difficulties in achieving these targets. Factors that influence this difference can include various aspects, such as individual learning methods, motivation levels, support received, and other personal factors.

Abstract

Islamic religious education teachers have a key role in guiding students, providing an understanding of religious values and ethics that can protect them from sexual harassment. Teachers also play a role as mediators in handling cases of sexual harassment that occur in the school environment. However, there are challenges in the implementation of these roles that need to be overcome, such as a lack of adequate training and support. The implication of this study is the need to increase the role of Islamic religious education teachers, more comprehensive training, and cooperation between teachers, students, parents, and schools in efforts to prevent and overcome student sexual harassment.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menggali pendidikan Islam di Masyarakat dalam upaya mensosialisasikan ajaran-ajaran Islam, kerena pendidikan berkepentingan untuk menginternalisasikan nilai iman, takwa dan moral. Supaya masyarakat memiliki komitmen religius dalam mengembangkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk beramal dan berkarya yang pada gilirannya melahirkan budaya yang agamis. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan enografi yang disadari untuk memahami berbagai peristiwa yang terjadi dalam masyarakat. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan informan yaitu warga desa Cipanas berjumlah tiga orang terkait dengan nilai pendidikan Islam dan implikasinya terhadap sosial keagamaan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer terdiri dari hasil wawancara, buku, jurnal dan data yang relevan terkait pendidikan islam dan implikasinya terhadap sosial keagamaan di Desa Cipanas. Sedangkan data sekunder berupa arsip, poto yang tidak langsung berkaitan dengan tema penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pendidikan Islam mengajarkan nilai-nilai moral dan etika yang kuat, seperti kejujuran, keadilan, kasih sayang, dan belas kasihan. Hal ini mempengaruhi perilaku masyarakat untuk membentuk karakter yang baik, dan menciptakan masyarakat yang harmonis. Urgensinya dapat menumbuhkan kekeluargaan dan meningkatkan nilai spiritual dalam pergaulan masyarakat.

Abstract

The aim of this community service is to enhance the skills and mastery of teachers in applying differentiated learning at state elementary madrasah 1 Cilegon, Banten. The method of community service used is PAR (Participatory Action Research) with the use of an LCD projector, sound system, and educational props to support differentiated learning activities. The results show that the teachers were able to understand and master differentiated learning. This was proven by the results of simulations and practices conducted by the teachers in applying differentiated learning in the Islamic Elementary class. In conclusion, the training session ran smoothly and successfully had a positive impact on improving the competence of the teachers at state elementary madrasah 1 Cilegon.

Abstract

Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture (Permendikbud) Number 26 of 2017 concerning Instructions and Techniques for School Operational Assistance is a form of the state's commitment to fulfilling the demands of the opening of the 1945 Constitution. Through this Minister of Education and Culture Regulation, it is hoped that national education will be able to guarantee equal distribution of educational opportunities, improve the quality and relevance and efficiency of education management especially on financing standards to face challenges in the era of globalization. Several important points in this Permendikbud are the ease of learning with the existence of free compulsory education (fair) for 12 years, namely SD/MI, SMP/MTs and SMA/MA. Thus, the commitment made by the government must of course be supported by other stakeholders so that this program can be realized and is on target. So that there will be no issues related to the free 12th compulsory education program which is none other than the existence of BOS/BOM funds.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of PAI teachers' perceptions of the Movers School Program in an effort to instill student morals. This program is a government initiative that aims to improve the quality of education through a more innovative and character-based approach. In the context of Islamic Religious Education (PAI), the role of teachers is very important in shaping students' morals in accordance with Islamic values. Therefore, this study focuses on how PAI teachers perceive the effectiveness of Sekolah Penggerak Program in supporting their duties in guiding and shaping students' characters. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation methods to gain a deeper understanding of teachers' perceptions. The results showed that the majority of PAI teachers have a positive view of this program, as it is considered capable of providing space for the development of students' morals in a more systematic and structured manner. However, there are some challenges in the implementation of the program, such as limited resources and the need to improve teachers' understanding and skills in applying the concepts promoted by the Movers School Program. Therefore, further support from various parties is needed to ensure the success of this program in forming a generation with good morals.

Abstract

The research aims to explore Islamic education in an effort to socialize Islamic teachings, because education has an interest in internalizing the values of faith, piety and morals. So that the community has a religious commitment in developing knowledge and skills for charity and work which in turn creates a religious culture. This study uses qualitative research with a conscious enographic approach to understand various events that occur in society. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation with informants, namely the residents of the village of Cipanas totaling three people related to the value of Islamic education and its implications for socio-religious. The values contained in Islamic education can grow and save themselves and their citizens from moral and ethical damage. In addition, the urgency is to foster balanced happiness by providing guidance so that they have noble character and all their actions are always guided by Islamic teachings. Rather, it is to increase the spiritual values of society and family in social relations within a framework of practices that are filled with values and morals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali standarisasi manajemen sebagai pengejewantahan pragmatisme hingga perlu mengetahui kontribusi manajemen mutu yang diadopsi oleh lembaga pendidikan berdasarkan perspektif Deming, Juran dan Crosby. Ketiga tokoh tersebut memiliki dasar pemikiran dan strategi untuk penjaminan mutu yang kuat sebagai rujukan dalam meningkatkan produk yang bermutu atau berkualitas. Penelitian ini, menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka yang bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan informasi, menganalisis literatur yang relevan, dan mengembangkan pemahaman mendalam tentang pemikiran Deming, Juran dan Crosby terhadap manajemen mutu pendidikan karakter. Hasil dan Pembahasan dalam penelitian ini terkait pemikiran dan kontribusi Deming, Juran dan Crosby terangkum dalam istilah Total Quality Management (TQM). TQM dianggap sebuah pendekatan yang cukup tepat, maka lembaga Pendidikan diharuskan mencoba, mengadopsi dan mulai beradaptasi dengan konsep ini, sebagai langkah strategis guna meningkatkan pelayanan maksimal pada pelanggannya. TQM perlu diterapkan pada setiap satuan pendidikan guna mendorong kualitas pelayanan prima kepada stakeholders dalam menerapkan Pendidikan karakter.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Islamic education has played a pivotal role in shaping the character, morality, and intellectual development of Muslim communities since the 7th century CE. This study examines the historical evolution of Islamic education, focusing on the role of madrasahs as formal educational institutions, and analyzes the challenges and opportunities presented by globalization and digital transformation. This study uses a qualitative approach based on a literature review to analyze various dimensions of Islamic education, from the history of its development to the challenges faced in the modern era. Employing a critical literature review methodology, the research encompasses a historical analysis of Islamic education's development and foundational principles, a critical evaluation of madrasahs' role in providing holistic education, and a contemporary analysis of the challenges and opportunities arising from globalization and digital innovation. Findings indicate the necessity for curriculum reform that integrates Islamic values with 21st-century competencies, enhancement of educators' digital proficiency, and optimal utilization of technology to ensure the continued relevance of Islamic education amidst dynamic social changes. In conclusion, Islamic education must preserve its core values while adapting to contemporary demands to cultivate generations endowed with moral integrity and modern competencies. ABSTRAK Pendidikan Islam telah memainkan peran sentral dalam membentuk karakter, moral, dan intelektual komunitas Muslim sejak abad ke-7 M. Penelitian ini mengkaji evolusi historis pendidikan Islam, dengan fokus pada peran madrasah sebagai lembaga pendidikan formal, serta tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi dalam era globalisasi dan transformasi digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis tinjauan literatur untuk menganalisis berbagai dimensi pendidikan Islam, mulai dari sejarah perkembangannya hingga tantangan yang dihadapi di era modern. Melalui tinjauan literatur kritis, analisis dilakukan terhadap perkembangan pendidikan Islam dan prinsip-prinsip dasarnya, evaluasi peran madrasah dalam menyediakan pendidikan holistik, dan identifikasi tantangan serta peluang yang muncul akibat globalisasi dan inovasi digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlunya reformasi kurikulum yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai keislaman dengan kompetensi abad ke-21, peningkatan kompetensi digital pendidik, dan pemanfaatan teknologi secara optimal untuk memastikan relevansi pendidikan Islam di tengah perubahan sosial yang dinamis. Kesimpulannya, pendidikan Islam harus mempertahankan nilai-nilai inti sambil beradaptasi dengan tuntutan kontemporer guna mencetak generasi yang memiliki integritas moral dan kompetensi modern.

Abstract

Technological advances in the digital era have influenced nearly every aspect of life, including education. Islamic Religious Education (PAI), as an essential part of the national education system, is also encouraged to adapt to these rapid changes. This study aims to identify the key difficulties PAI teachers face when integrating technology into their teaching, as well as to explore the promising opportunities that can be leveraged to enhance the learning process so that it is more engaging and aligned with the characteristics of today’s students. This research employed a qualitative approach using a literature review and interviews. The literature review was conducted to establish a strong theoretical background, while interviews gathered direct insights from PAI teachers about their practical experiences in implementing technology-based learning. The findings revealed that despite these technical and non-technical barriers, some teachers successfully utilize digital tools, including Google Classroom, WhatsApp, and educational videos, to make learning more interactive, flexible, and relevant. Moreover, with adequate infrastructure, ongoing training, and support, technology integration holds significant potential to improve learning effectiveness and foster the development of religious values in a meaningful and context-based manner.
