Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the urgency of Islamic activities for the social and emotional development of early childhood. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study type. Literature studies were chosen to explore and analyze various scientific literature, books, and other relevant sources that discuss Islamic activities, instilling Islamic values, social and emotional development of early childhood, and the relationship between the two. The results of this literature study indicate that Islamic activities have a significant role in instilling Islamic values ​​such as honesty, compassion, cooperation, and respect for others in early childhood. Instilling these values ​​is an important foundation in forming positive social behavior and the ability to build healthy relationships. Furthermore, this study also identified that Islamic activities contribute to children's emotional development through the introduction of calming religious concepts, learning about emotional management, and fostering empathy and caring. Islamic activities not only provide religious knowledge, but also actively stimulate children's social development through positive interactions, understanding social norms, and developing empathy. In addition, Islamic activities also play an important role in shaping children's emotional maturity through recognizing emotions, developing self-regulation skills, and fostering resilience. Thus, this study concludes that Islamic activities are a crucial element in supporting the holistic social and emotional development of early childhood.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the application of a holistic approach in learning is used and its impact on student development at Al-Azzam Kindergarten Munjul Pandeglang. This research emphasizes the importance of developing children's potential as a whole, which includes cognitive, affective, psychomotor, emotional, social, and spiritual aspects. Using descriptive qualitative methods, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving teachers as participants in the learning process. Analysis followed the stages of data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the holistic approach improves children's understanding of life values, fosters moral character, and builds strong social awareness. The results of this study indicate that holistic learning is very relevant for early childhood education, as it makes a significant contribution in shaping individuals who have strong faith and integrity.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent to which religious moderation based on the values of wasathiyyah is implemented within the environment of MIS Mathla’ul Anwar Cibongkok, Pandeglang, Banten, particularly in the context of Islamic Religious Education. A qualitative approach was employed, with data collected from 110 students through direct observation, semi-structured interviews, documentation, and focus group discussions (FGDs) involving 3–5 students per group. In addition, field notes were taken by the researcher to capture undocumented observations. The findings reveal that the implementation of religious moderation policies at MIS Mathla’ul Anwar Cibongkok Menes, Pandeglang, Banten, is still strongly upheld by many students. This is largely attributed to the foundational religious upbringing provided by their parents. The study underscores that parents serve as the first educators for their children, instilling Islamic values and guiding them to avoid actions that deviate from shar’i (Islamic law). These findings can serve as a valuable reference for the development of parenting education programs organized by educational institutions across Indonesia.

Abstract

Gender issues have been a continuous topic of discussion from the era of Jahiliyyah until today. The idea of gender equality in education has become increasingly important to be studied, resolved, and implemented in both educational institutions and society. For thousands of years, discriminatory practices against women have created a doctrine that women should not be involved in economic, political, religious, or educational spheres. This social inequality has led to limited access for women to formal education and an increase in gender-based violence. In Islamic teachings, however, women are highly respected and honored, even though certain boundaries are set by religion. This study uses a library research method by collecting various literatures related to the strengthening of gender roles in Islamic education. The findings show that gender empowerment in Islamic education today can be seen through the increasing access of women to education, the development of gender-responsive curricula, the emergence of female scholars and academics, supportive government and institutional policies, and Islamic character education that emphasizes justice and equality. The study concludes that Islamic education is currently moving toward justice and gender equality while maintaining the fundamental Islamic values that uphold morality and spirituality in human life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam urgensi kegiatan Islami terhadap perkembangan sosial dan emosional anak usia dini. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya pendidikan nilai-nilai agama sejak usia dini sebagai fondasi pembentukan karakter dan kepribadian anak, serta relevansinya dalam mendukung perkembangan sosial dan emosional yang optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi pustaka. Metode studi pustaka dipilih untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis berbagai literatur ilmiah Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam urgensi kegiatan Islami terhadap perkembangan sosial dan emosional anak usia dini. Abstract

This study aims to analyze in depth the impact of halal tourism implementation on regional economic growth dynamics in the rich province of Banten, which has great opportunities to utilize halal tourism as a new catalyst for sustainable economic growth. It also seeks to identify how the development of a halal tourism ecosystem, which includes the provision of facilities and services in accordance with sharia principles, can increase the number of tourist visits and encourage investment in related sectors. The research method used is qualitative with a literature study type. This approach was chosen to comprehensively collect, review, and analyze various secondary data sources, such as previous research reports, scientific journals, official local government publications, and policies related to halal tourism and the regional economy in Indonesia, particularly in Banten Province. Through a literature study, researchers can map relevant concepts, theories, and empirical findings to build a strong analytical framework and identify patterns, trends, and gaps in the discussion of the contribution of the halal tourism sector to indicators of regional economic growth in Banten. The results of the discussion show that the implementation of halal tourism in Banten Province has had a positive and significant impact on accelerating regional economic growth. This strategy has succeeded in expanding the target market to domestic and global Muslim tourists who are sensitive to sharia aspects, which has led to an increase in foreign exchange and money circulation in the region. Furthermore, the development of halal tourism has clearly boosted the local economy, especially in the micro, small, and medium enterprises sector engaged in halal culinary, Muslim fashion, and handicraft products. This indicates that halal tourism not only increases revenue in the tourism sector but also drives diversification and resilience in the overall regional economy of Banten.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of the concept of Islamic insurance in the Amanah Card product at Amanah Takaful Banten. In Indonesia, there are various economic activities such as trade, savings and loans, and Islamic financial institutions. Currently, the insurance sector is growing rapidly in Indonesia. There are two types of insurance in Indonesia, namely Islamic insurance and conventional insurance. However, conventional insurance poses concerns for Muslims due to the presence of elements such as riba (interest), gharar (uncertainty), and maysir (gambling). Therefore, Islamic insurance emerges as a risk protection system that prioritizes Sharia principles. The objectives of this study are: (1) to identify the concept of the Amanah Card product at Amanah Takaful Banten, (2) to examine the implementation of Islamic insurance principles in the Amanah Card product, and (3) to analyze how Amanah Takaful Banten improves the accessibility of the Amanah Card product. This research employs a qualitative approach using a field study method (direct observation in the field). Data were collected through interviews with informants, as well as observation and documentation methods. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Relevant literature includes theories on insurance, Amanah Card, and zakat management institutions, as well as previous studies that examine the implementation of Islamic insurance concepts in insurance products such as Amanah Card. The results show that the Amanah Card product is categorized as a microinsurance product. It implements Islamic insurance principles, including the use of contracts (akad) and management practices that comply with Sharia principles and do not violate existing regulations. The Amanah Card product can be accessed offline through registration with Duta MT Bertaawun and online through social media and the Amanah Takaful website. In conclusion, the Amanah Card product is considered compliant both from a Sharia perspective and regulatory standards.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan desain pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis Problem-based learning yang berorientasi pada pembentukan karakter siswa di SMK Mardhatillah Pandeglang. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran PAI yang mengintegrasikan model PBL dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter seperti religius, disiplin, tanggung jawab, kerja sama, dan sikap kritis peserta didik. Melalui penerapan pembelajaran berbasis masalah, siswa didorong untuk aktif menganalisis permasalahan nyata yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari berdasarkan perspektif ajaran Islam, sehingga pembelajaran tidak hanya berorientasi pada aspek kognitif, tetapi juga mampu membentuk sikap dan perilaku yang mencerminkan karakter Islami. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pendekatan ini dipilih karena mampu memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif terhadap fenomena pembelajaran yang terjadi secara alami di lingkungan sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan guru dan pihak terkait, observasi terhadap proses pembelajaran di kelas, serta dokumentasi berupa perangkat pembelajaran dan data pendukung lainnya. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara sistematis untuk menemukan pola, makna, dan keterkaitan antar data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PBL dalam pembelajaran PAI mampu meningkatkan keaktifan, kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan sikap tanggung jawab siswa, serta menumbuhkan karakter religius melalui pemecahan masalah kontekstual yang relevan dengan kehidupan nyata. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi meliputi kesiapan guru dan siswa, pengelolaan waktu, penilaian karakter, serta keterbatasan sarana pembelajaran. Meskipun demikian, kolaborasi antar guru dan dukungan sekolah menjadi faktor pendukung utama dalam mengoptimalkan penerapan PBL sebagai strategi pembelajaran yang efektif untuk membentuk karakter Islami di lingkungan sekolah kejuruan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali standarisasi manajemen sebagai pengejewantahan pragmatisme hingga perlu mengetahui kontribusi manajemen mutu yang diadopsi oleh lembaga pendidikan berdasarkan perspektif Deming, Juran dan Crosby. Ketiga tokoh tersebut memiliki dasar pemikiran dan strategi untuk penjaminan mutu yang kuat sebagai rujukan dalam meningkatkan produk yang bermutu atau berkualitas. Penelitian ini, menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka yang bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan informasi, menganalisis literatur yang relevan, dan mengembangkan pemahaman mendalam tentang pemikiran Deming, Juran dan Crosby terhadap manajemen mutu pendidikan karakter. Hasil dan Pembahasan dalam penelitian ini terkait pemikiran dan kontribusi Deming, Juran dan Crosby terangkum dalam istilah Total Quality Management (TQM). TQM dianggap sebuah pendekatan yang cukup tepat, maka lembaga Pendidikan diharuskan mencoba, mengadopsi dan mulai beradaptasi dengan konsep ini, sebagai langkah strategis guna meningkatkan pelayanan maksimal pada pelanggannya. TQM perlu diterapkan pada setiap satuan pendidikan guna mendorong kualitas pelayanan prima kepada stakeholders dalam menerapkan Pendidikan karakter.
