Abstract

Pada era revolusi industri 4.0 manusia dituntut mampu menjawab tantangan zaman dengan kesiapan kompetensi kerja. Hal ini sejalan dengan arah pendidikan vokasi dimana lulusan dipersiapkan untuk mampu memenuhi permintaan dunia industri. Sehingga dibutuhkan evaluasi secara sistematis terhadap lulusan vokasi dalam hal ini difokuskan kepada lulusan dengan kompetensi bidang IT agar mereka sepenuhnya siap untuk terjun ke dunia kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji literatur secara mendalam apakah evaluasi kompetensi lulusan vokasi bidang IT mampu memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap lulusan vokasi bidang IT untuk memenuhi standar kompetensi kerja industri. Evaluasi difokuskan pada beberapa metode pada bidang ilmu sistem pendukung keputusan. Untuk mengukur dan menganalisa kompetensi yang mereka miliki terhadap standar kebutuhan kompetensi kerja industri yang bergerak pada bidang IT. Kata Kunci : Evaluasi, Lulusan Vokasi Bidang IT, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the sentiment of the Indonesian public towards the 2024 presidential candidates on social media platforms X and Instagram. The main issue addressed is how to determine public opinion as disseminated on social media regarding the presidential candidates. To address this issue, two classification methods are used: Naïve Bayes Classifier and Support Vector Machine (SVM). The objective of this research is to measure public sentiment, both positive and negative, towards the 2024 presidential candidates using these two methods. The research findings indicate that the implementation of the Naïve Bayes method with manual labeling achieved the highest accuracy of 86% for X data and 85% for Instagram comments data. Meanwhile, with lexicon-based labeling, the highest accuracy was 60% for both X and Instagram data. The SVM method with manual labeling also achieved the highest accuracy of 86% for X data and 85% for Instagram data. With lexicon-based labeling, the highest accuracy was 60% for X data and 70% for Instagram data. This research concludes that both Naïve Bayes and SVM demonstrate strong performance in sentiment analysis on social media, with SVM slightly outperforming in some scenarios. The implementation of these two methods provides valuable insights into public opinion towards the 2024 presidential candidates on social media.

Abstract

This article discusses the modeling and analysis of Photovoltaic (PV) modules with irradiation and temperature variations using simulation technology. Modeling is carried out on solar modules through the p-n junction principle, a PV module model with temperature independence of photocurrent sources, diode saturation currents, and series resistances based on the Shockley diode equation. The photovoltaic process of solar radiation, PV cells convert a portion of the photovoltaic potential directly into electricity with I-V and P-V output characteristics. Electromagnetic radiation from the sun's energy is converted into electricity through the photovoltaic effect. The photovoltaic module simulation process with Matlab/Simulink, is carried out to observe the performance through the I-V and P-V characteristics of the solar module. The model, which is developed in a user-friendly manner using the Simulink block, shows the results of the PV characteristics when irradiation increases, the output current increases and the output voltage also increases. This results in a net increase in power output with increased irradiation at constant temperature.

Abstract

This research explores optimal strategies for integrating YouTube Kids on Android devices as a safe learning companion for children. With the rapid growth of digital content, it is crucial to understand how to effectively leverage this platform to support a positive and secure experience for children. The research methodology involves the analysis of YouTube Kids usage, evaluation of safety features, and assessment of the impact on children's learning. Key findings include the identification of common usage patterns, the effectiveness of safety features in protecting children from inappropriate content, and recommendations for optimizing the learning experience. Practical implications of this research provide guidance to parents, educators, and policymakers to maximize the positive potential of YouTube Kids in supporting children's development in a safe and beneficial manner. By focusing on safety and education, this research contributes to the literature on the use of technology in the context of children's learning.

Abstract

UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah) memainkan peran penting dalam perekonomian global. Namun, sebagian besar UMKM sering menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan visibilitas dan meningkatkan penjualan mereka. Salah satu cara efektif untuk mengatasi tantangan ini adalah melalui peningkatan kreativitas dalam strategi promosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan program pelatihan desain khusus untuk pemilik UMKM dengan fokus pada meningkatkan kreativitas dalam promosi bisnis mereka. Metode pelatihan ini mencakup pemahaman dasar desain grafis, penggunaan perangkat lunak desain populer, dan aplikasi praktis dalam konteks promosi UMKM. Selama pelatihan, peserta akan memperoleh keterampilan praktis dalam menciptakan materi promosi yang menarik dan efektif. Workshop dan proyek praktis akan memberikan kesempatan untuk menerapkan konsep desain langsung pada materi promosi UMKM mereka sendiri. Pendekatan evaluasi yang holistik akan digunakan untuk mengukur dampak pelatihan ini pada kreativitas dan efektivitas promosi UMKM. Survei pra-dan pascapelatihan akan mengumpulkan data mengenai tingkat keterampilan desain, pemahaman konsep promosi, dan peningkatan penjualan setelah implementasi strategi baru. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan praktis bagi UMKM dalam meningkatkan kreativitas promosi mereka melalui peningkatan keterampilan desain. Selain itu, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman umum tentang bagaimana pelatihan desain dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam mendukung pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan UMKM..

Abstract

This study evaluates earthquake-induced ground acceleration in Indonesia, which is located in the Pacific Ring of Fire zone, using Donovan's empirical method and comparing two clustering algorithms, Self Organizing Map (SOM) and K-Means. The main problem faced is the high risk of earthquakes in Indonesia and the need for effective methods to predict potential damage to buildings and infrastructure. The research objective is to evaluate earthquake-induced ground acceleration and identify acceleration distribution patterns using clustering techniques. The solution methods used include the application of the Donovan method to calculate ground acceleration based on BMKG data, as well as the use of SOM and K-Means algorithms to cluster the ground acceleration data. GIS and Python applications are used to visualize the clustering results. The results show that the Donovan method integrated with SOM and K-Means provides significant insights into the distribution of ground acceleration, thus assisting in risk evaluation, disaster mitigation planning, and the development of more effective earthquake-resistant infrastructure development strategies in Indonesia

Abstract

Kemampuan Seorang Siswa Dalam Memecahkan Masalah Pencernaan Manusia Amat Sangat Rendah Karena Dalam Menyelesaikan Masalah Biologi, Dikarenakan Dalam Proses Pembelajaran Tidak Membiasakan Siswa Untuk Berpikir Dengan Lebih Kreatif. Hal Tersebut Dikarenakan Proses Pembelajaran Dikelas Guru Masih Menerapkan Metode Konvensional, Dan Membuat Peserta Didik Yang Ada Di Kelas Belum Mencapai Nilai Di Atas Kkm. Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Melihat Model Pembelajaran Media Video Sebagai Suatu Rangkaian Pembelajaran Dalam Penyelesaian Dan Pemecahan Masalah Secara Sistematis Berdasarkan Kreativitas Yang Dimiliki Siswa Untuk Menghasilkan Solusi Yang Efektif. Penelitian Ini Adalah Penelitian Menggunakan Metode Quasi Eksperimen Menggunakan Teknik Purposive Sampling. Populasi Dalam Penelitian Ini Adalah Siswa Kelas Xi MIPA Sekolah Al-Ittihad Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024. Sampel Dalam Penelitian Ini Ada Dua Kelas, Yaitu Satu Kelas Xi Ipa-3 Sebanyak 35 Peserta Didik Sebagai Kelas Eksperimen Dan Satu Kelas Xi Ipa-2 Sebanyak 36 Peserta Didik Sebagai Kelas Kontrol. Instrument Yang Digunakan Dalam Penelitian Ini Adalah Bentuk Tes Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Pencernaan Manusia Dalam Bentuk Tes Tertulis, Tes Hasil Dan Lembar Pengamatan Keterlaksanaan Proses Pembelajaran. Teknik Analisis Data Yang Digunakan Adalah Analisis Statistik Deskriptif Dan Analisis Statistik Inferensial. Berdasarkan Hasil Pengolahan Data Diperoleh Nilai ????ℎ???????????????????? =  4.925 > ???????????????????????? = 1.666, Dengan Demikian Ho Ditolak, Yang Berarti Bahwa Terdapat Pengaruh Pembelajaran Media Video Terhadap Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Biologi Siswa Kelas Xi MIPA Sekolah Al-Ittihad.

Abstract

This research aims to design and build a reporting system application for field workers at Metro Interior, a company specializing in interior design. In its operations, Metro Interior faces challenges in efficiently monitoring and managing field workers' activities, which affects report delays, data accuracy, and suboptimal coordination. The designed application will serve as a solution to these issues by providing a platform that allows field workers to create reports directly from the work site. The main features of this application include real-time reporting, task management, project progress tracking, and data collection related to field activities. The application development methodology involves user needs analysis, system design, software development, and system testing. The application is designed using the latest technology to support both mobile and desktop devices, enhancing accessibility for users both in the field and in the office. The expected outcome of this research is to improve reporting efficiency, data accuracy, and coordination between field workers and management teams at Metro Interior. With the implementation of this application, Metro Interior will be able to better monitor and manage projects, reduce administrative errors, and accelerate data-driven decision-making.

Abstract

The Bilah river is known to have a fairly high fish biodiversity. Some species of Gobiidae are usually caught by fishermen in the estuary area. But until now there is no data and information related to the biological aspects of the Gobiidae family. The purpose of this study was to determine aspects of the size class and long relationship of the weight of Gobiidae fish caught by fishermen in the Bilah river. This study is exploratory, where fish sampling stations are determined based on fish habitat from fishermen's information (purposive sampling). Fish are caught using traditional fishing gear in the form of splint. The fish caught is then measured in total length and weight. Then the fish obtained based on the catch are grouped in small, medium, and large sizes. Data analysis using Microsoft Excel 2010 applications. In this study, three species of fish that are included in the family Gobiidae namely Butis butis, Butis aureus, and Eleotris fusca. The small category B. butis (9-11.9 cm) fish size class is obtained as many as 2 individuals, medium size (12-14.9 cm) 9 individuals, and large size (15-17.9 cm) 2 individuals. The small size class (6-8.9 cm) of B. aureus fish obtained 2 individuals, medium (9-11.9 cm) 8 individuals, and large 12-14.9 cm) 4 individuals. Small size class (9-11.9 cm) E. fusca as many as 6 individuals, medium (12-14.9 cm) 7 individuals, and large (15-17.9 cm) 3 individuals. The growth pattern of the crazy fish (B. butis) (value b = 0.10), B. aureus (value b = 0.27), and E. fusca (value b = 0.20).

Abstract

Doryichthys boaja is a species of pipefish. Natural habitat is found in the lower reaches of the Barumun River. So far, it has been used as ornamental fish and medicinal materials. But its production still relies on natural catches. Ongoing fishing activities can threaten population decline and even extinction of D. boaja species. It is necessary to immediately make cultivation efforts to reduce fishing activities from nature. Data related to sexual dimorphism and sex ratio of D. boaja are needed so that it will facilitate spawning efforts. The research is exploratory discriptive with the method of determining the monitoring station by purposive sampling. Fish sampling using a scoopnet. The results of this study describe the sexual dimorphism of D. boaja, where male fish have longer bodies, small eyes, gill caps are small, and under the abdomen there is a deeper hollow for storing eggs of females while and female fish have a shorter body shape. The eyeballs are rather large, the gill caps are larger, and the lower part of the cap has no hollows. Based on the results of data analysis for sex ratio, a ratio of females and males was obtained 1: 1.79. It was concluded that the condition of the sex ratio between female and male fish is unbalanced.
