Abstract

ABSTRACT PT. Praweda Sarana Informatika is a company in the field of technology, using the DEA method and Islamic values as reflected in the prayer values of its employees during the 2018-2022 period and seeing the influence of input and output variables on the company's growth rate. The input variables used are the Accumulated Number of New and Renewal Customers and the Number of Leads (Potential Customers) Entering. As for the output variable itself, namely Operating Income. So that its effect on the effectiveness of performance can be seen using the calculation of the reflexivity of worship. The results of the study show the effectiveness of employee performance data, it can be concluded that the increase in the effectiveness of employee performance is in line with the increase that occurs in the value of worship. The peak of the increase in reflexivity values occurs in 2022, where the effectiveness of performance is seen from the output variable (operational income) which reaches a maximum point of 100% in line with a significant increase in the worship value of employees to 90%. So it can be calculated the value of the reflexivity is at a percentage of 90%.

Abstract

To address environmental pollution, we developed Ni/Al layered double hydroxide-graphene oxide (Ni/Al-GO) adsorbent materials for the purpose of eliminating methylene blue (MB) dye pollutants. The adsorption process was explored by examining many experimental factors, including temperature, regeneration/reuse procedure, pH, and time, and their effects on the material. The appropriate model for the isotherm is the Langmuir isotherm. The Ni/Al-GO material achieved a maximum adsorption capacity of 61.35 mg/g for MB dye at a temperature of 60 °C. The thermodynamic characteristics indicate that the adsorption process is both endothermic and spontaneous as the temperature increases. The regeneration method demonstrated that the Ni/Al-GO material has a highly stable structure, enabling it to be utilized for five cycles with a remarkable regeneration rate of 93.49% in the fifth cycle. The pH that yielded the best results for all materials was pH 10, and the kinetic model demonstrated a pseudo second-order behavior. Abstract

The removal of hazardous anionic dyes from wastewater is a critical environmental challenge due to their toxic effects and persistence in aquatic systems. This study investigates the adsorption performance of a new composite material, consisting of MgAl layered double hydroxide (LDH) and Lignin (MgAl LDH/Lignin), to remove three different anionic dyes: congo red, direct yellow, and procion red. The composite material was synthesized and thoroughly examined using various techniques, including X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, Brunauer-Emmett-Teller, and Barrett-Joyner-Halenda. The adsorption isotherm studies indicate that the adsorption of congo red and procion red onto the MgAl LDH/Lignin composite follows the Langmuir isotherm model, suggesting a monolayer adsorption on a uniform surface. On the other hand, the adsorption of direct yellow conforms to the Freundlich isotherm model, indicating the possibility of multiple layers being adsorbed on a surface with varying properties. The maximum adsorption capacities for congo red, direct yellow, and procion red were found to be 75.76 mg/g, 51.55 mg/g, and 74.63 mg/g, respectively. The results of this study demonstrate the promising capabilities of MgAl LDH/Lignin composites as highly efficient adsorbents for the treatment of wastewater contaminated with anionic dyes. This research provides valuable insights into the potential of these composites to address the pressing issue of water pollution in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Tuntutan pendidikan di abad 21 yaitu pendidik harus memiliki inovasi dengan bantuan teknologi. Proses asesmen merupakan hal yang penting dilakukan untuk mengukur keberhasilan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui validitas, kepraktisan, dan efektivitas insturmen asesmen keterampilan berpikir kritis berbasis quizizz dengan model pengembangan yang digunakan yaitu ADDIE. Teknik analisi data menggunakan lembar validasi, lembar hambatan, dan lembar angket respon peserta didik. Hasil penelitian validitas yaitu 86,19%, reliabilitas 0,80 soal pilihan ganda dan uraian singkat serta skor 0,70 soal esai. Hasil validasi butir soal, daya pembeda, dan taraf kesukaran butir soal cukup baik. Hasil kepraktisan instrumen yaitu praktis digunakan dan hasil efektivitas dengan skor 88,9%. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari penelitian ini yaitu pengembangan instrumen asesmen keterampilan berpikir kritis berbasis quizizz pada pembelajaran IPA SMP cukup baik dan reliabel untuk digunakan.

Abstract

The growth of heavy industry leads to an increase in sulfur dioxide emissions, impacting health, economy, and the fulfilment of the ecological needs for society. Sulfur removal is carried out using the oxidative desulfurization (ODS) method. In this study, layered double hydroxide materials of Mg/Al, Mg/Al-TiO2, and Mg/Al-ZnO were successfully synthesized and analyzed using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR), and scanning electron microscope-energy dispersive spectroscopy (SEM-EDS) techniques. Those materials are used as catalysts for the desulfurization of 4-methyldibenzothiophene (4-MDBT) and 4,6-dimethyldibenzothiophene (4,6-DMDBT). Composite Mg/Al catalysts with metal oxides provide superior desulfurization process efficiency and enhanced stability, making them highly effective for repeated use. The conversion percentage of desulfurization of 4-MDBT and 4,6-DMDBT increases with time. The n-hexane is a suitable solvent for desulfurization of 4-MDBT and 4,6-DMDBT. All catalysts exhibit significant heterogeneity that greatly aids in the separation process.

Abstract

One of the factors in achieving student learning outcomes is scientific reasoning abilities (Scientific Reasoning) which will help students understand the main concepts of science. However, the PISA study categorized Indonesian students' scientific reasoning abilities as low, ranking 70th out of 78 countries in science and mathematics. This research aims to develop LKPD based on Learning Cycle 5E assisted by PhET Simulation that is valid, practical and effective. The type of research developed is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model. The research subjects were students of class IX semester 1 at SMPN 1 Jenggawah. The research data was analyzed based on several criteria. The results of the LKPD development obtained validity test results with a score of 91% (very valid). The practicality test results obtained an average score of 92.5% (practical). The results of the effectiveness test obtained an average N-Gain of 0.67 (medium). Based on the research findings, LKPD based on Learning Cycle 5E assisted by PhET Simulation can provide innovation in learning resources as an alternative to improve the scientific reasoning abilities of junior high school students.

Abstract

Keterampilan proses sains siswa di Indonesia masih tergolong rendah, hal ini karena masih menggunakan bahan ajar yang belum dilengkapi dengan KPS. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya peningkatan KPS siswa SMP setelah memakai e-modul berbantuan flip pdf professional. Adapun KPS yang diukur meliputi mengamati, mengklasifikasikan, mengkomunikasikan, mengukur, meramalkan, dan menyimpulkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. Teknik dan instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi angket yang mencakup lembar angket respon siswa dan lembar validasi, observasi dengan  instrumen pengumpulan berupa lembar keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, soal tes dengan pretest dan posttest untuk mengukur KPS siswa. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa e-modul berbantuan flip pdf professional ini memperoleh skor validitas sebsar 97% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Kepraktisan e-modul melalui lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran mendapatkan skor sebesar 86,9% dengan  kriteria sangat praktis. Penggunaan e-modul juga terbukti efektif melalui hasil  skor n-gain yang menunjukkan skor sebesar 0,82 dengan kriteria tinggi. Serta respon siswa terhadap e-modul sangat positif dengan skor sebesar 95%. Secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-modul yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh LKPD berbasis inkuiri berbantuan peta Vee terhadap kemampuan penalaran ilmiah siswa pada pembelajaran IPA di SMP. Penelitian quasi experiment melibatkan siswa kelas VIII G dan VIII H di MTsN 2 Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain non-equivalent control group design. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji independent sample t-test, kemudian dilanjutkan uji N-Gain untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan LKPD berbasis inkuiri berbantuan peta Vee berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan penalaran ilmiah siswa dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Hasil uji N-Gain sebesar 71,11% menunjukkan bahwa LKPD berbasis inkuiri berbantuan peta Vee cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran ilmiah siswa.

Abstract

This study is useful to know the influence of learning models problem based learning (PBL) accompanied multirepresentation based LKPD of science learning outcomes of Junior High School Class VIII. This is quasi-experimental study. Population wear class VIII students SMP Negeri 10 Jember. The research sample was determined using the method purposive sampling area namely class VIII G as many as 33students and class VIII H as many as 32 students. Learning tools in the form of (1) syllabus, (2) lesson plan, and (3) LKPD based on multirepresentation. The main data retrieval technique is test in the form of a description of 10 questions that lead to higher older thinking skill (HOTS) to see the result of congnitive learning carried out tests pretest, posttest, and the grid of the questions. Supporting data retrieval techniques are monitoring sheets, interviews, and documentation. The result of the research were normality test and homogeneity test approved so that the average score posttest different experimental and control class learning outcomes or learning models problem based learning (PBL) accompanied multirepresentation based LKPD affect the learning outcomes of Junior Hight School science class VIII. The statement proves that learning using PBL learning model with multirepresentation based LKPD allows achieving learning science learning outcomes.
