Abstract

ABSTRAK Kesegaran jasmani cenderung mengalami penurunan seiring dengan bertambahnya usia seseorang. Senam lansia dirancang secara khusus untuk melatih bagian tubuh para lansia, dengan gerakan yang tidak berlebihan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan lansia tentang manfaat senam lansia di wilayah Kerja puskesmas simpang tiga Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan sample accidental sampling dengan jumlah 41 responden. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner dengan 15 soal terkait senam lansia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas lansia memiliki pengetahuan baik dengan presentase 49%, Cukup sebesar 34% dan kurang sebesar 17% . Diharapkan perawat dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan lansia tentang manfaat senam lansia agar meningkatkan motivasi lansia dalam mengikuti senam lansia di puskesmas sekitar. Kata Kunci : Tingkat Pengetahuan, Lansia, Senam Lansia ABSTRACT Physical fitness tends to decrease with increasing age. Elderly gymnastics is specifically designed to train the body parts of the elderly, with movements that are not excessive. This study aims to determine the level of knowledge of the elderly about the benefits of elderly exercise in the working area of the Simpang Tiga Public Health Center, Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City. This study used a descriptive quantitative method with accidental sampling technique with a total of 41 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire with 15 questions related to elderly exercise. The results showed that the majority of the elderly had good knowledge with a percentage of 49%, Enough at 34% and less at 17%. It is hoped that nurses can increase the knowledge of the elderly about the benefits of elderly exercise in order to increase the motivation of the elderly in participating in elderly exercise at the surrounding health centers. Abstract

The sophistication of technology is none other than supported by the development of AI. AI, or Artificial Intelligence, is a technology designed to create a system that mimics human capabilities. The capabilities of AI nowadays are beyond doubt as AI can analyze data quickly, make decisions very accurately, and help process existing data in a short period. ChatGPT is a chatbot developed by OpenAI, designed to understand and respond to natural language input. The utilization of AI-based chat systems like ChatGPT in the context of technology-based education 4.0 provides benefits for both students and educators. The purpose of this community service activity is to enhance the knowledge and creativity of elementary school teachers in the city of Padang.           Keywords: artificial intelligence; teaching materials; ChatGPT  Abstrak: Kecanggihan teknologi tidak lain didukung oleh perkembangan AI. AI atau Artificial Intelligence merupakan teknologi yang dirancang untuk membuat suatu sistem yang meniru kemampuan dari manusia. kemampuan AI untuk saat sekarang ini sudah tidak diragukan lagi dikarenakan AI dapat menganalisa data dengan cepat, bisa membuat suatu keputusan dengan sangat akurat serta dapat membantu dalam hal mengolah data yang sudah ada dalam jangka waktu yang singkat. ChatGPT merupakan chatbot yang dikembangkan oleh perusahaan OpenAI yang dirancang untuk memahami dan merespon masukan bahasa alami. Abstract

ABSTRAKPT PLN (Persero) UP3 Salatiga merupakan perusahaan penyedia energi listrik enam kabupaten di Jawa Tengah. Agar energi listrik yang mengalir ke pelanggan handal dan ekonomis, penyesuaian antara supply dan demand penting untuk dilakukan. Hal ini bisa dilakukan dengan perencanaan operasi sistem tenaga listrik dalam bentuk estimasi beban energi listrik. Pada penelitian ini, estimasi dilakukan dengan jaringan syaraf tiruan-multilayer perceptron. Sejumlah variasi jumlah layer dan node pada arsitektur perceptron diuji-cobakan untuk mendapatkan performa estimasi yang terbaik. Dari penelitian ini, diperoleh arsitektur terbaik yaitu TRAINGDA 4 hidden layer dengan 20 node hidden layer, dengan nilai MAPE sebesar 2.79% tahap training, serta nilai MAPE sebesar 3.24% tahap testing. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa metode jaringan syaraf tiruan-multilayer perceptron lebih akurat sebagai estimator beban energi listrik PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Salatiga.Kata kunci: estimasi, estimasi beban, energi listrik, multilayer perceptron ABSTRACTPT PLN (Persero) UP3 Salatiga is an electricity provider company for 6 districts in Central Java. To ensure reliable and economical electricity supply to customers, adjustment between supply and demand is important to be conducted. This can be achieved through planning of power system operation in the form of electricity load estimation. In this study, estimation was performed using artificial neural network-multilayer perceptron. Several variations of the number of layers and nodes in the perceptron architecture were tested to obtain the best estimation performance. From this study, the best architecture was obtained with TRAINGDA 4 hidden layers and 20 hidden layer nodes, resulting in MAPE value of 2.79% in the training phase and 3.24% in the testing phase. These results indicate that artificial neural network-multilayer perceptron method is more accurate as an estimator of electricity load for PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Salatiga.Keywords: estimation, load estimation, electrical energy, multilayer perceptron

Abstract

Petugas kesehatan berperan dalam pengawas minum obat pasien dimana mengawasi pasien konsumsi obat secara teratur, dukungan dan pengawasan pada pasien untuk periksa sputum ulang pada waktu yang telah ditetapkan. Mengedukasi pasien dan keluarga pasien juka memiliki gejala-gejala mencurigakan seperti TBC untuk memeriksakan diri ke puskesmas ataupun pelayanan kesehatan terdekat. Penelitian ini bertujaun untuk mengetahui hubungan peran petugas kesehatan terhadap kepatuhan klien TBC. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan desain kolerasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Perawang Kec.Tualang Kab.Siak. Populasi pada penelitian adalah seluruh pasien TBC yang berjumlah 150 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan tehnik Total Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan kuisioner yang berisi 30 pernyataan kemudian diolah dengan langkah-langkah editing, coding, dataentry, dan cleaning, dianalisa secara univariate dan bivariate. Hasil penelitian didapatkan p value=0,0001 yaitu adanya hubungan peran, peran petugas kesehatan terhadap kepatuhan pada pasien TBC.

Abstract

The community service activity titled "Sports Massage Training as a Technique for Relaxation and Muscle Recovery for the Community in Belitar Village" aims to provide education and practical skills to the community in maintaining muscle health through proper massage techniques. The training involved 30 participants from various backgrounds who actively attended two main sessions: theory and practice. The theory session provided an understanding of the benefits of sports massage, such as improving blood circulation, reducing muscle tension, and accelerating body recovery. Meanwhile, the practice session focused on mastering basic massage techniques that could be applied independently. The results of the activity showed very positive responses from the participants. Most participants stated that the training was relevant to their needs and offered tangible benefits for daily life. However, several challenges were encountered, such as the limited availability of teaching aids and the need to simplify theoretical materials to facilitate understanding. Recommendations for future activities include improving facilities, extending the duration of training, and developing more specific training themes. Overall, this activity successfully achieved its stated objectives and is expected to have a sustainable impact on the community of Belitar Village. It also strengthens the role of Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu in supporting community empowerment through relevant and practical service programs.

Abstract

One part of the influence of technological developments is fishermen's fishing gear. The aim of using modern fishing gear is to make it easier for fishermen to reach a wider range of fishing activities and optimize their catch. However, not all fishing gear used by fishermen can have a positive effect on preserving the aquatic environment. Such as the use of trawl nets, chemicals and explosives can damage the potential of marine resources. It is necessary to understand and raise awareness among fishermen regarding the use of fishing gear that is not environmentally friendly. The Method for Conveying Understanding of the Integration of Environmentally Friendly Fishing Equipment Technology for Fishermen in the city of Padang is a form of Tridharma tertiary service for lecturers at Nahdlatul Ulama University, West Sumatra in creating resources that understand the sustainability of water potential so that they can be utilized sustainably for future generations. The results of this service activity motivate fishermen to work together to protect the aquatic environment by not using fishing gear that can damage the waters and have the potential to protect aquatic resources in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem informasi penerimaan mahasiswa baru Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas proses penerimaan. Dengan menerapkan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall dan analisis SWOT, sistem ini mendukung pendaftaran online, pengolahan data, dan pengumuman hasil seleksi dengan cara yang transparan dan akurat. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini dapat mengurangi waktu dan biaya, serta meningkatkan kualitas layanan penerimaan mahasiswa baru.

Abstract

The development of information technology has brought significant changes in business management, including in the laundry industry. This research aims to develop and implement a web-based laundry management system that can improve operational efficiency and service quality. This system is designed to overcome various problems in conventional laundry business management, such as manual recording and limitations in report generation. The system was developed using PHP and HTML programming languages and PHP MyAdmin database. The system also allows business owners to monitor business performance in real-time and make more accurate data-based decisions.

Abstract

The public truly needs technological advancements, particularly internet networks, in order to access information such as phone, data, and video services, all of which are growing in volume. This requirement also holds true for isolated places without internet connectivity, like Nagari Rangkiang Luluih. The primary barrier to building telecommunications infrastructure, such as Base Transceiver Stations (BTS), which are more expensive than BTS, is geographic conditions. For isolated Indonesian locations without access to a telecommunications network, such as Rangkiang Luluih, VSAT technology offers a practical alternative in the form of dependable and constant internet connections. VSAT provides greater coverage and increased dependability by acting as a repeater for satellite communications. greater than BTS, particularly in regions with challenging topography. When compared to BTS technology, the design findings demonstrate that VSAT is a more cost-effective and efficient option. Planning the VSAT network design in Nagari Rangkiang Luluih yielded optimal parameter values for internet access services in the Tigo Lurah District, Solok Regency, and the hilly, forested, and valleyous remote areas. These values included an average delay of 34.08 ms, a throughput of 379.66 bps, a jitter of 10.58 ms, and a packet loss of 0%.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the gross motor skills of first grade elementary school students through the application of the Ninja Warrior learning model in PJOK activities. This collaborative Classroom Action Research was conducted in two cycles. The subjects of the study were 24 students of class 1B SDN Jajartunggal 1/450 Surabaya in the 2024/2025 academic year. Data collection was carried out using a knowledge assessment in the form of a multiple-choice test to measure students' understanding of basic movement concepts, as well as a skills assessment through a performance observation sheet that assessed motor aspects, namely coordination, balance, and agility. Data analysis used descriptive Wilcoxon statistics. The results showed that the knowledge aspect increased significantly (Z = 3.230, p = 0.001 <0.05) from 65.3 in cycle I to 77.7 in cycle II, increasing by 19.0%. The skill aspect increased significantly (Z= 2.929, p= 0.003<0.05) from 66.0 in cycle I to 75.6 in cycle II, an increase of 14.7%. The conclusion of this study is that the Ninja Warrior model is effective as a physical activity-based PE learning strategy that is fun and structured in improving student learning outcomes, both in terms of knowledge and skills.
