Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam pembelajaran berbasis STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) untuk meningkatkan literasi sains mahasiswa. Seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi, AI memberikan potensi besar untuk mendukung pembelajaran yang lebih personal dan adaptif. Melalui metode studi literatur, penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai sumber terkait implementasi AI dalam pendidikan STEM dan dampaknya terhadap peningkatan literasi sains. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran sains, mempercepat pemahaman konsep, serta memberikan umpan balik instan yang sangat penting untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sains mahasiswa. Namun, penelitian juga mengidentifikasi beberapa kendala, seperti infrastruktur yang belum memadai, kurangnya pelatihan untuk pengajar, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan metode pembelajaran tradisional. Selain itu, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa belum banyak model pembelajaran berbasis AI yang secara khusus dirancang untuk pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menyarankan pengembangan model pembelajaran berbasis AI yang lebih terintegrasi dan disesuaikan dengan karakteristik pendidikan tinggi untuk meningkatkan literasi sains mahasiswa. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan metode pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang lebih efektif dan relevan di perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Apabila suatu perusahaan mampu memanfaatkan sumber dayanya, khususnya personel yang ada saat ini, secara profesional, optimal, dan efektif, maka perusahaan tersebut dianggap berhasil. Karena tenaga kerja merupakan sumber daya terpenting dalam suatu organisasi, baik swasta maupun publik, maka persoalan sumber daya manusia tidak bisa diabaikan begitu saja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kinerja karyawan, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja. Memanfaatkan metodologi kuantitatif, penyelidikan ini. 180 responden diberikan kuesioner sebagai bagian dari proses pengumpulan data. Populasi penelitian ini adalah para pekerja kantoran yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia, dan digunakan software Smart PLS untuk analisisnya. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan dan beban kerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja. Namun penelitian ini menemukan bahwa beban kerja tidak dipengaruhi oleh kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance the competence and understanding of academic supervisors in guiding and supervising the final project writing of students in the Diploma IV Airport Electrical Engineering Program at the Indonesian Civil Aviation Polytechnic of Curug (PPIC). The background of this activity is based on the essential role of academic supervisors as guarantors of academic quality and the scientific integrity of students’ final projects, in accordance with the regulations of the Directorate General of Higher Education (DIKTI) as stipulated in the Ministry of Education and Culture Regulation (Permendikbud) No. 3 of 2020 concerning National Higher Education Standards. The main issues faced by the study program include the lack of uniformity in supervision guidelines, limited supervision time, and differing perceptions among lecturers regarding the implementation of academic guidelines. The activity was conducted through a one-day socialization and interactive discussion under the theme “Optimizing Final Project Supervision for Diploma IV Airport Electrical Engineering through the Socialization of Academic Guidelines in Accordance with DIKTI Regulations.” Participants included lecturers and laboratory staff from the study program, who received material presentations on supervision guidelines, principles of effective supervision, and the implementation of a structured supervision format. Evaluation was carried out through a post-activity questionnaire to assess the relevance and benefits of the program in improving supervision quality. The results show that this program is highly relevant and beneficial, providing clearer understanding of the application of DIKTI guidelines in the supervision process of final projects. This PKM activity successfully increased lecturers’ awareness of the importance of structured supervision, strengthened the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education in the aspects of community service and vocational lecturer competence development, and supported the improvement of both the quality and timeliness of student final project completion.

Abstract

The increasing adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) necessitates the development of efficient charging solutions. Wireless power transfer (WPT) technology has emerged as a promising method for enhancing the convenience and efficiency of EV charging. Understanding the efficiency of WPT systems in high-speed charging applications is critical for their widespread implementation. This research aims to evaluate the efficiency of wireless charging systems for high-speed electric vehicles. The study investigates various factors affecting energy transfer efficiency, including alignment, distance, and frequency of operation. An experimental setup was created to test a wireless charging system under controlled conditions. Efficiency measurements were taken at different distances and alignments between the transmitter and receiver coils. Data were analyzed to identify optimal operating conditions and performance metrics. The findings indicated that the wireless charging system achieved an overall efficiency of 85% under ideal conditions. Efficiency decreased with increased distance between the coils, with a notable drop at distances exceeding 20 cm. Optimal alignment was found to enhance energy transfer, significantly improving overall system performance. The study demonstrates that wireless charging systems can be efficient for high-speed electric vehicles, with potential for practical applications in urban environments. These findings highlight the importance of optimizing system design and alignment to maximize efficiency.
