Abstract

Skin disease is one of the most common health problems in society and is a disease that is still very dominant and a public health problem in Indonesia. Treatment of skin diseases depends on the type of cause, so the accuracy of drug use is critical to prevent therapy failure in patients. Therefore, in the proper and rational use of drugs, it is necessary to carry out various activities to guarantee quality, one of which is the prescribing of drug use. The purpose of this study was to analyze the pattern of drug use in skin patients at Delima Pharmacy in terms of patient characteristics, patient diagnoses, and drug treatment received by patients. The research method uses descriptive analysis with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research was conducted in May 2023. The population in this study was 990 sheets in March 2023 at Delima Pharmacy. The sample used in this study was 91 prescription sheets by the Slovin method, and the selection was made using the purposive sampling method, which met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Furthermore, the interview method was carried out with the pharmacist in charge of the pharmacy and pharmaceutical technical staff working at the Delima Pharmacy location to explore more about drug use in patients using skin disease drugs at the Pomegranate pharmacy by providing drugs based on the diagnosis given by the doctor. The classification of drugs is based on therapeutic class, namely antibiotics, antihistamines, antifungals, corticosteroids, anti-inflammatories, and vitamins. Preparations used in the treatment are orally and topically. The most extensive use is topical, with an anti-inflammatory therapy class of 21.94%.

Abstract

Drainage is a construction that becomes a medium for flowing water from one point to another which is considered very important to help the process of flowing water such as rainfall, so that puddles or flooding do not occur. In residential areas, drainage plays a role as a sanitation facility to avoid standing water which can disrupt environmental comfort and health, and functions to prevent flooding. MSMEs are regulated based on PP Number 7 of 2021 concerning Convenience, Protection, Empowerment of Cooperatives and MSMEs. Micro businesses are productive businesses owned by individuals or individual business entities that comply with the criteria set out in the law. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a significant role in Indonesia's economic development and are considered the main driver of the economy in a region. The high growth of MSMEs is certainly very encouraging because it can also reduce the unemployment rate. based on Medan Mayor Regulation No. 9 of 2009 concerning the Prohibition of Building Buildings Above Drainage Channels. Legal protection is an effort to provide protection for human rights that are harmed by other parties, as well as providing protection to the community so that they can enjoy all the rights regulated by law. In other words, legal protection includes various actions that must be taken by law enforcement officials to provide a sense of security, both mentally and physically, from interference and threats from anywhere.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine Return on Assets mediating the current ratio and accounts receivable turnover on company value. The data used were the financial statements of food and beverage sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2023. The findings of the study Current Ratio has no effect on Return on Assets. Accounts receivable turnover has a negative effect on Return on Assets. Current Ratio has a negative effect on Company Value. Accounts receivable turnover has no effect on Company Value. Return on Asset has a positive effect on Company Value. Return on Asset cannot mediate Current Ratio on Company Value. Return on Asset can mediate Accounts Receivable Turnover on Company Value.Keywords: Current ratio, Receivable turnover, ROA, Company value

Abstract

In the process of implementing the principles of credit union, credit union certainly focuses on the importance of realizing social and Human Development. (World Council of Credit Union's (WOCCU), 2007). In achieving this goal, the Indonesian credit union is required to implement the provisions of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs on the implementation of Cooperative Health Level examination No. 9 of 2020, the research Model used is an instrumental case study, this is used to make it easier for researchers to review the data on cooperative health examination results for 3 (three) years (Amir H, 2020). For the risk profile indicator, it is good that can be done by CU Madani is to continue to mitigate periodically if the discovery of risks that occur so that the small risk does not become a big risk. Provision of briefing to employees before the service needs to be applied so that events that may have not been resolved yesterday can be discussed and find a solution together.

Abstract

Training in research article writing is essential for English language teachers to strengthen their academic competence and enhance professionalism. This article discusses implementing training involving English language teachers in Ambon City, Maluku Province. Using an interactive and practical approach, the training comprises workshops, practical exercises, reading materials, technological utilization, and feedback with evaluation. Satisfaction survey evaluations indicate that most participants responded positively to the content, benefits, and discussion sessions. However, some expressed dissatisfaction with the clarity of materials and event organization. Future improvements are recommended through more detailed material development and efficient time management. Overall, the training met participants' fundamental needs. However, evaluations catalyze enhancing material quality, event organization, and training approaches to elevate the academic contributions of English language teachers.

Abstract

Tujuannya dilakukan penelitian ialah buat membuktikan dampak inflasi, suku bunga serta kurs terhadap harga saham perusahaan pertambangan Batubara yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2020-2021. Jenis penelitiannya Explanatory Research dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi terdiri dari data bulanan Inflasi, Suku Bunga, Kurs, serta Harga saham entitas tambangan batubara. Sampel yang dipakai ialah perusahaan pertambangan Batubara, dengan 72 sampel. Berdasarkan uji t inflasi dan suku bunga memberikan dampak signifikan bagi harga saham. sementara Kurs tidak memiliki dampak signifikan bagi harga saham. Berdadasarkan efek gabungan dari inflasi, suku bunga dan kurs terhadap harga saham mencapai 22,8%, sementara 77,2% sisanya diterangkan aspek lain yang tidak dipertimbangkan oleh penulis penelitian ini.  Untuk tahun 2020–2021, harga saham entitas  pertambangan batubara yang tercatat di BEI sangat dipengaruhi oleh inflasi. Thitung nilainya 3,997 > ttabel nilainya 1,668 adalah contohnya. Ambang batas signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dikemukakan bila harga saham agak dipengaruhi oleh inflasi. Jadi, menurut hipotesis pertama, "inflasi parsial berdampak signifikan terhadap harga saham." H1 Diterima. Untuk tahun 2020–2021, suku bunga akan berdampak besar bagi harga saham entitas pertambangan yang tercatat di BEI. Thitung penampakan -4,561 > ttabel 1,668 menunjukkan hal ini. Ambang batas signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dikemukan bila suku bunga secara langsung dipengaruhi harga saham. Dengan demikian, hipotesis kedua bila “suku bunga persial berdampak signifikan terhadap harga saham” didukung. (H2) Diterima.

The implementation of the Independent Curriculum requires teachers to create innovative and interactive learning processes, but the limitations of interesting media and strategies are often a challenge, especially in areas with limited access. This service activity aims to increase the professional capacity of 30 teachers from SMPN 49 and SMPN 53 Central Maluku in integrating board games as an effective learning medium and supporting the creation of Deep Learning. The method of implementing the activity is centralized training (hands-on workshop) and subject group assistance which is carried out for 1 day with a total duration of 3 hours. This training focused on sample board game analysis (My Favorite and Word Brick) and a prototype design mini-workshop by seven subject groups. The results of the evaluation showed a very satisfactory level of participant satisfaction with an average score of 3.75 out of a scale of 4.0, indicating that the applicable training method was in accordance with the needs of the teacher. In addition, 85% of participants stated that there was a significant increase in knowledge and self-efficacy on the potential of board games as a teaching medium. The concrete output produced is 7 board game prototypes that are ready to be implemented. The main benefit obtained is the diversification of teachers' learning strategies. In conclusion, this training successfully equips teachers with new skills in designing effective interactive media and makes a significant contribution to improving the quality of teaching at partner schools.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pertolongan pertama merupakan keterampilan dasar penting bagi siswa, khususnya anggota Palang Merah Remaja (PMR), agar mampu memberikan bantuan awal saat terjadi kegawatdaruratan di sekolah. Di SMAN 16, keterampilan tersebut belum optimal akibat kurangnya kaderisasi dan minimnya pengulangan materi, terutama dalam teknik pembidaian. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa PMR melalui pelatihan pertolongan pertama berfokus pada pembidaian. Metode yang digunakan mencakup teori dan praktik melalui pre-test, pemberian materi, demonstrasi, simulasi keterampilan, serta post-test untuk evaluasi hasil belajar. Sebanyak 30 siswa PMR menjadi mitra kegiatan. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan tes tertulis dan observasi praktik. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan (rata-rata nilai naik dari 70 menjadi 96) dan keterampilan pembidaian yang lebih sistematis serta sesuai standar. Peserta juga menunjukkan peningkatan kepercayaan diri dan kesiapan menjadi kader kesehatan sebaya. Pelatihan ini efektif meningkatkan kapasitas siswa dan direkomendasikan untuk dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan di sekolah.Abstract: First aid is an essential basic skill for students, especially members of the Indonesian Red Cross Youth (PMR), to be able to provide initial assistance in case of emergencies at school. At SMAN 16, these skills are not yet optimal due to a lack of training and minimal repetition of material, especially in splinting techniques. This service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of PMR students thru first aid training focused on splinting. The methods used include theory and practice thru pre-tests, material delivery, demonstrations, skills simulations, and post-tests to evaluate learning outcomes. A total of 30 PMR students partnered for the activity. Evaluation is conducted thru written tests and practical observation. The results showed a significant improvement in knowledge (average score increased from 70 to 96) and more systematic and standardized splinting skills. Participants also showed increased confidence and readiness to become peer health educators. This training is effective in increasing student capacity and is recommended for continuous implementation in schools.

Abstract

Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, peluang bisnis di sektor air minum terus berkembang seiring dengan meningkatnya permintaan masyarakat akan air minum yang bersih dan mudah diakses. Pasokan air bersih yang terbatas, yang disebabkan oleh pertumbuhan populasi dan polusi lingkungan, telah membuat sektor ini semakin penting untuk dikembangkan. Akibatnya, bisnis distribusi air minum yang dijalankan oleh UMKM memiliki prospek yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana pemahaman pelaku usaha UMKM terhadap prinsip-prinsip akuntansi dan penerapan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan untuk Entitas Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (SAK EMKM), serta menilai kesiapan mereka dalam mengimplementasikannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data, penyajian data, pengurangan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan merupakan langkah-langkah yang membentuk proses analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UMKM yang bergerak di bidang distribusi air minum di Kabupaten Karawang Timur belum sepenuhnya merancang laporan keuangan sesuai dengan peraturan SAK EMKM. Hal ini disebabkan oleh keterbatasan sumber daya manusia yang mampu merancang laporan keuangan berdasarkan standar tersebut. Oleh karena itu, pembinaan berkelanjutan, peningkatan literasi keuangan, dan keterlibatan aktif pemerintah serta lembaga pendidikan tinggi melalui program pengabdian masyarakat merupakan strategi penting dalam mendorong pemahaman dan penerapan pelaporan keuangan berdasarkan standar SAK EMKM.
