Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat internasional ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih rendahnya pemahaman dan keterampilan guru serta masyarakat dalam menangani anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK). Program dilaksanakan oleh Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Haji Agus Salim (ITB HAS) Bukittinggi bekerja sama dengan narasumber internasional dari Australia dan pakar pendidikan nasional. Kegiaan Pengabdian Masyarakat Internasional dilaksanakan di Happy Kids Montessori, Bukittinggi. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup penyampaian materi, pelatihan praktis, dan tanya jawab interaktif, dengan peserta terdiri dari guru PAUD, mahasiswa, orang tua, dan praktisi pendidikan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta terkait manajemen pendidikan inklusif dan strategi pembelajaran ABK, terbentuknya jejaring kerja sama , serta tersusunnya rencana tindak lanjut pelatihan lanjutan. Implikasi program meliputi penguatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia di bidang pendidikan inklusif dan mendorong transformasi paradigma pengelolaan sekolah ramah ABK. Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and farmer groups are a source of the community's economy in Kamang Magek District. SMEs are engaged in various fields such as food and processed products, crafts and carvings, furniture, agricultural and animal husbandry products, while farmer groups in Kamang Magek District also vary from horticultural crops, food crops and plantation crops. In the Livestock sector, there are also poultry livestock, both broiler and laying eggs, small and large ruminants as well as processed agricultural and livestock products. Several SMEs and farmer groups in the Kamang Magek sub-district raised the local wisdom of Kamang Magek, such as kamang crackers, kamang coffee, Kamang duck, Kamang mangosteen, embroidery, and kamang special furniture. Currently, SMEs and Farmer Groups are experiencing difficulties in developing their businesses due to business capital constraints and most of them are even trapped in loans with high interest rates. SMEs have not been able to determine the amount of working capital they need for business development, they do not take into account the size of the loan with their production capacity or business results, so the amount of loans made does not match the actual funding or working capital needs. This has resulted in the amount of the loan submitted being too large in excess of requirements or the amount of the loan being too small so that it is not sufficient for business needs. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to provide counseling to SMEs and farmer groups regarding financial management.

Abstract

Kampung Pisang is included in Nagari Koto Panjang, District IV Koto, according to its name, bananas are the main product of this village. Bananas with a distinctive taste are mostly sold to Bukittinggi in unprocessed raw form. The people in Nagari Koto Panjang are MSME actors engaged in selling bananas, but there is a lack of motivation for the people in Nagari Koto Panjang in developing their business. The implementation of PKM in Pisang Village aims to increase the creativity and innovation of MSME actors in Nagari Koto Panjang to create a wide variety of varied products and market their products to a wider network. It is hoped that in the future the people in Nagari Koto Panjang will be able to increase the variety of their products

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja anggota Satuan Intelkam Polres Dharmasraya dengan lingkungan kerja sebagai variabel moderasi. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner dengan sampel 68 responden anggota Sat Intelkam. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota, meskipun mendapat penilaian sangat baik, yang mengindikasikan perlunya evaluasi efektivitas pelatihan. Sebaliknya, pengalaman kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, menandakan bahwa semakin tinggi pengalaman kerja, semakin baik kinerja yang dihasilkan. Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, serta tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan antara pelatihan dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pengalaman kerja merupakan faktor dominan dalam meningkatkan kinerja anggota Sat Intelkam Polres Dharmasraya, sementara aspek pelatihan dan lingkungan kerja masih memerlukan penguatan agar memberikan dampak yang lebih optimal. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Pengalaman Kerja, Kinerja, Lingkungan Kerja

Abstract

This study attempted to determine the effect of job competence and Compensation on performance for fifty employees of the Padang City Regional Disaster Management Agency, with work commitment serving as an intervening variable. The general population is given questionnaires to complete in order to gather information for route analysis and hypothesis testing. The study's conclusion demonstrates the significant relationships between work commitment and performance, work competence and work commitment, compensation and work commitment, and work commitment as an intervening variable and work commitment. The Implementing Unit of the Padang City Regional Disaster Management Agency's pay and performance are impacted by work and performance as well as work commitment. It is advised that future policy makers target responders with policies in the areas of job competence, compensation, work commitment, and performance, granting them the right to facilities as a result of their high-caliber and productive work. Abstract

The Banto Royo tourist attraction is one of the tourist destinations located in Nagari Koto Tangah, Tilatang Kamang District, Agam Regency. At the beginning of its appearance, the Banto Royo tourist attraction seemed to be the main destination that people had to visit. However, after the Covid-19 pandemic that hit the world some time ago, it also had a significant impact on the Banto Royo tourist attraction. Therefore, Community Service is carried out in the Banto Royo tourist attraction area in order to attract visitors' interest in traveling to this tourist attraction. The method for implementing this Community Service activity is to carry out an event that can attract the interest of visitors, namely by holding a Colorful Festival at Kindergarten and Preschool Levels throughout Agam district and Bukittinggi city. This activity aims to reintroduce the Banto Royo tourist attraction to the community and attract tourist interest. With an increase in tourist visits, it is hoped that it will increase the income of this tourist attraction and the income of the surrounding community.

Abstract

This qualitative study explores market dynamics, asset pricing behavior, market efficiency, and the role of information in investment decisions within the financial markets. The research aims to provide insights into the underlying motivations, perceptions, and experiences of market participants, offering a comprehensive understanding of these complex phenomena. Employing qualitative methods such as semi-structured interviews and textual analysis, data was collected from a diverse range of participants including investors, financial analysts, and market regulators. The study found that market dynamics are influenced by various factors including investor sentiment, economic indicators, regulatory changes, and technological advancements. Behavioral biases among investors, such as herd mentality and overconfidence, challenge traditional theories like the efficient market hypothesis (EMH), indicating the presence of market inefficiencies. Moreover, information plays a central role in shaping investor perceptions and driving market trends, though concerns exist regarding the reliability of information sources in the era of social media and algorithmic trading. The study underscores the importance of investor education, diversified investment strategies, transparency, and regulatory interventions in fostering fair, efficient, and resilient financial markets. Moving forward, addressing these issues will be crucial for informed investment decision-making and advancing our understanding of financial market dynamics.

Abstract

Economic growth in Indonesia has consistently increased each year, leading to the COVID-19 pandemic. The pandemic has a considerable impact on the economies of countries worldwide, including Indonesia. Despite the challenging conditions brought about by social restrictions, the company has endeavored to maintain its performance. The pandemic’s negative impact on the national economy was felt across all sectors. The property, real estate, and building construction sectors have experienced a decline in performance. This study investigates the influence of tax planning and capital structure on firm performance, moderated by corporate governance. This research employs multiple regression as the analytical method, using data from 41 real estate, property, and building construction firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The findings reveal that tax planning has a negative impact on firm performance, capital structure has a negative impact on firm performance, and corporate governance has a positive impact on firm performance. Furthermore, our results indicate that corporate governance enhances the negative effects of tax planning on firm performance.

Abstract

Inovasi pelayanan publik berperan dalam optimalisasi kinerja pelayanan publik, hal ini sangat penting dalam rangka meningkatkan daya saing daerah dan mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasinya adalah 39 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Pemrosesan instrumen menggunakan PLS pintar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai t statistik sebesar 2,201 lebih besar dari t tabel (1,645) dan P Values ​​0,014 < alpha 0,05 maka hipotesis terdukung artinya Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Inovasi ; Nilai t statistik sebesar 0,359 lebih kecil dari t tabel (1,645) dan P Values ​​0,360 > alpha 0,05 maka hipotesis tidak didukung artinya kinerja pegawai tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi; Nilai t statistik sebesar 1,021 lebih kecil dari t tabel (1,645) dan P Values ​​0,360 > alpha 0,05 sehingga hipotesis tidak didukung artinya kepemimpinan transformasional tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan budaya organisasi dengan inovasi. Abstract

Objective This research is conducted to design and to develop credit scoring model on conventional bank in order to determine individual loan, the research takes place in PT BPR Sungai Puar, Kabupaten Agam. This model tries to evaluate the credit risk of BPR Sungai Puar.Design/methodology The data are considered as secondary sources as they are taken from BPR Sungai Puar database by classifying them into two analysis tools including discriminant analysis and logistic regression.Results The resuts are presentes inform of model and credit scoring perfection on PT BPR Sungai Puar Kabupaten Agam.Keywords Credit Scoring Model, Conventional Banks, Individual Loan
