Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out what factors can influence the occurrence of employee welfare in the company, this article aims to examine and synthesize literature studies related to attitudes, Work-Life Balance; Psychological Structure; Employee Resilience; Organizational Commitment to behavioral events as well as to see the results of the research variables to be reviewed and whether there is influence between one variable and other variables partially and/or simultaneously. This study uses a literature review by looking for references related to variables from several international articles from science direct. This study provides an overview of the articles obtained by describing the influence between variables. The results of the research show that several variables influence the evidence of exposure in the matrix. The study of employee welfare in this literature summary article explicitly focuses on supporting variables that can accelerate employee welfare efficiently within a company, namely Work-Life Balance, Psychological Structure, Employee Resilience, and Organizational Commitment. The findings from the research are the formation of a new research framework that has not previously existed in previous studies.

Abstract

The purpose of this literature research is expected to build a hypothesis regarding the influence between variables that can later be used for further research in the scope of financial management. The research article Literature Review Fundamental of Finance: Finance Management, investment, Capital Market, and Funding is a scientific literature article in the scope of financial management science. The approach used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use literature studies or conduct a review of previous relevant articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous research that is relevant to this research and is sourced from academic online media such as Thomson Reuters Journal, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Sage, WoS, National Accredited Journal (SINTA), DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Finance Management plays a role in the Fundamentals of Finance; 2) Investment plays a role in the Fundamentals of Finance; 3) Capital Market plays a role in the Fundamentals of Finance; and 4) Funding plays a role in the Fundamentals of Finance.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between employee resilience, motivation, and organizational development in the context of private organizations, by understanding the dynamics of this relationship, it is hoped that an implementation can be found in a finding in the paper and see from these findings a literature review of effective strategies to increase employee resilience and stimulate organizational development. This paper uses a qualitative method by searching the literature for findings related to the existing papers in this paper that have been implemented in the results of existing papers. The time period of the paper is ten years.  Employee resilience has a central role in facing challenges and influencing organizational development, High motivation in employees can increase their resilience, which in turn supports organizational development. In this paper, the findings from dozens of literatures do not answer all of them, therefore links between variables are taken, and if for directly with three variables, no paper has stated the findings.

Abstract

This paper aims to illustrate the crucial role of trust in building and maintaining customer loyalty in a business context. The paper also highlights unique challenges in the Umrah travel industry in Indonesia, with an emphasis on how companies address potential mistrust. Qualitative by search comes from the literature related to the variables in this paper by looking for findings and providing reinforcement, additional contributions from all results in the literature. The time span of literature in the past eight years. Companies can cultivate a community of loyal customers who invest in a relationship with a brand they trust implicitly, trust emerges as a lived value that fuels an enduring and meaningful relationship between the company and its customers. Companies can strengthen their commitment to building trust, thereby fostering enduring customer loyalty and creating a positive and sustainable brand image in the marketplace.

Abstract

This article specifically aims to present in-depth insights into how organizational culture, work life balance, resilience, Psychological Structure and Organizational Culture and Employee Wellbeing are applied in organizations derived from literature. The method used is qualitative by reviewing papers related to variables that exist for the duration of this paper within eight years. The presentation is related to the paper with the variables in this paper by seeing whether there have been findings in the application paper regarding the variables in this variable. The analysis highlights the pivotal roles of Work Life Balance, Resilience, Psychological Structure, and Organizational Culture in shaping Employee Wellbeing. A holistic approach that recognizes the interconnectedness of these factors is essential for creating a workplace that prioritizes and enhances overall employee wellbeing. Prioritizing these aspects not only benefits employee wellbeing but also contributes to increased productivity, retention, and a positive organizational reputation. Regular evaluation and adaptation are crucial for sustained positive impacts.

Abstract

This research can present an in-depth understanding of how companies and financial institutions deal with market complexity, improve financial performance, and innovate in the face of challenges and opportunities that arise in the current economic context. Using quantitative research methods with statistical regression models as analysis so that it can be used to evaluate the quantitative relationship between LDR, oil prices, and ROE, with the number of respondents of all bank issuers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and submitting complete financial statements. There is a positive and significant influence between the Bank's LDR variable and ROE, both a significant and positive influence between the Oil Price variable and ROE, simultaneously also have a positive and significant effect. This result, although positive, does not mean that there needs to be improvement in management in an effort to improve results for the company.

Abstract

Abstract: The article analyzing employee engagement and employee performance in startup businesses: assessment of psychological structure and discipline is a scientific literature review article within the scope of human resource management science. The purpose of this writing is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables which can later be used for further research within the scope of human resource management. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was obtained from previous research that is relevant to this research and sourced from academic online media such as Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books and Sinta journals. Abstract

The rise of fraud or fraud that occurs in organizations can cause losses to the organization so that the organization is difficult to develop, so there is a need for awareness of the importance of fraud prevention to minimize losses due to fraud. This article aims to examine and review research related to the factors that influence fraud prevention, namely organizational culture and the role of internal audit. This literature review also has the aim of developing hypotheses about the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this research article conclude that organizational culture, and the role of internal audit have a positive effect on fraud prevention. This indicates that the better the organizational culture and internal audit, the better the implementation of fraud prevention in the organization
