The research methodology used was qualitative using variable-relevant journal mini-reviews of papers and will be completed later in this study. The results of research on various scientific articles, with organizational development in the university environment, also by strengthening with research results from existing scientific articles, the implementation of transformational leadership leadership style is proven in literature studies as well as organizational development for world campuses universities that have been described and answers from scientific article literature studies prove and researchers want to strengthen The results of research that have been carried out. The aim of this scholarly paper is to establish and strengthen the current research outcomes pertaining to the variables examined in this scientific manuscript. The research methodology used is qualitative, using a mini-review of journal articles related to variables, and this will be completed later in this study. A metric table will be displayed to display scientific articles from various journals in Table 1 and Table 2. The results of research in this scientific article from the objectives of existing research then the findings by researchers related to the use of variables in this scientific article are proven, true, and strong with the results of research, and also there are several studies from the findings of researchers also related to objects, namely logistics, so in this scientific article the proof is true, strong, and can be used as a basis for further research. There are several variables that are found as gaps to be used in future research by other researchers in the description of scientific articles found and described in this scientific article

The aim of the study is to analyze and substantiate the papers on the variables of this study using a literature review. In this scientific article, the purpose of the study is to provide an overview of the variables that exist in the research article with existing results, also provide evidence of these results and provide reinforcement by researchers. It is expected that scientific articles provide a gap, which can provide a contribution to scientific results, the research method used is qualitative from the results of analysis of scientific articles originating from journals of national and international reputation with research results that are corroborated by researchers. This article aims to see literature studies related to financial planning with profitability, and given a perception from researchers, The method used in this scientific article is qualitative with literature studies derived from existing scientific articles related to the variables in this study, This scientific article provides reinforcement from the findings of literature studies from the literature of scientific articles and justification of two variables that exist absolutely, especially proprietary articles (Blazek et al., 2023) by saying that there is a correlation between financial planning variables and Profitability, but different objects, where this scientific article discusses the new era post covid 19. This article reviews and looks for the relationship between two variables, namely banking and credit risk management from the results of existing research. The research method used is qualitative by looking at the findings or research results from existing literature derived from reputable journals or other sources found to support this study. In this article explains that banking credit risk management, determinants play an important role in identifying, measuring, and managing credit risk. Factors such as debtor characteristics, quality of collateral, economic and industrial conditions, bank policies and procedures, and legal and regulatory factors affect the level of credit risk. A deep understanding of these factors helps banks in taking better decisions and developing effective strategies in managing credit risk.

This study was conducted in order to find out the impact of profitability, leverage and capital intensity on the effective tax rate in LQ45 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study uses data derived from the economic report of the LQ45 company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2019 period. This study uses quantitative methods, then the data obtained will then be in the form of numbers. The results of this study are the discovery of negative and substantial profitability impacts on the effective tax rate, found negative and substantial impacts of leverage on the effective tax rate and no impact of capital intensity on the effective tax rate on LQ 45 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2016 - 2019.

The purpose of this article is to see the relationship between two variables from existing research results with review literature. The method used is qualitative with a literature review of scientific articles looking for relationships between variables used in this article. Literature review sources come from articles from journals, books, and scientific papers. Shadow banking and commercial banks are two things that exist in the banking world today, the results of research on this variable have not been too much so that with the results of research from this article finished adding a different reference and colour even with the description of several scientific articles from journals, books, and others. There is a significant influence from the results of several scientific articles, including (Tang & Wang, 2015), (Tan, 2017), and (Zhu et al., 2019). Other researchers may continue with the same research variables at some other time, and this article does not refute or counter, only add colour to the results.
