Abstract

Peningkatan kenakalan remaja di Indonesia, seperti penyalahgunaan narkoba dan tawuran pelajar, menekankan pentingnya pendidikan aqil baligh untuk membekali remaja dengan kesadaran moral, tanggung jawab, dan pengendalian diri. Program pengabdian ini dilakukan di SMPN 29 Bandung, dengan tujuan memberikan pendidikan aqil baligh yang seimbang secara fisik, mental, dan moral bagi siswa. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan sesi sosialisasi dan permainan boardgame edukatif "The Maturing Path" yang dirancang untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai kedewasaan. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep aqil baligh dan perubahan positif dalam interaksi sosial mereka. Program ini menawarkan pendekatan interaktif yang efektif dalam membangun pemahaman tanggung jawab pada remaja.

Abstract

Indonesia is a large country and has diversity in terms of ethnicity, religion, race, ethnicity, culture, language and so on. The pluralism of Indonesian society is a big challenge in maintaining unity and integrity. The world of education is one of the institutions that plays an important role in maintaining the integrity and unity of society through implementing the values of multicultural education in schools. multicultural education as a perspective that recognizes the political, social, and economic realities experienced by each individual in complex and culturally diverse human encounters and reflects the importance of culture, race, sexuality and gender, ethnicity, religion, social status, economics, and exceptions in the educational process. This research aims to get an in-depth picture of how multicultural education values are implemented in the independent curriculum at SMA Negeri 7 Bekasi City. The approach used in this research is a qualitative research approach with the method used is a case study. In the qualitative approach, researchers used interview data collection techniques, observation and documentation studies at SMAN 7 Bekasi City schools, selecting informants using purposive sampling techniques. The results of the research is the school community's understanding of the concept of multicultural education is very good because the school community already understands the essence of the concept of multicultural education, namely education about the values of diversity that exist in society, including diversity of ethnicity, religion, language, race, culture, gender and including differences in socio-economic background.

Abstract

Pendidikan Multikultural telah menjadi fokus utama dalam praktik pendidikan sebagai upaya untuk mengakui, menerima, dan menegaskan perbedaan yang ada dalam masyarakat. Artikel ini menguraikan pendekatan Pendidikan Multikultural melalui pada mata pelajaran sosiologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literatur review dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) Pendekatan Pendidikan Multikultural dalam pembelajaran sosiologi dapat meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik dengan memanfaatkan metode pembelajaran yang melibatkan interaksi aktif antara guru dan peserta didik, serta menyisipkan nilai-nilai multikulturalisme dalam materi pembelajaran. Dalam keseluruhan, artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa Pendidikan Multikultural merupakan upaya untuk memastikan kesetaraan akses pendidikan bagi semua individu tanpa memandang latar belakang mereka, serta membangun lingkungan belajar yang hidup dan inklusif bagi semua peserta didik.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an in-depth description of the development of children's character through paternal parenting as an effort to overcome the learning loss phenomenon during the Covid-19 Pandemic in the family environment of Women Workers in Kertamukti Village, Tanjungmedar District, Sumedang Regency. The method used in this study is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Furthermore, the data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data using Triangulation. The results of this study are: (1) The typological trend of paternal upbringing in the TKW family environment is authoritative; (2) The character values that were nurtured by the father, especially in an effort to overcome the learning loss phenomenon during the Covid-19 Pandemic, included religious values, honesty, discipline, and responsibility; (3) The different typologies of fathers' upbringing patterns produce different child character tendencies.

Abstract

Pada era pendidikan abad ke-21, tuntutan terhadap perguruan tinggi di seluruh dunia untuk memiliki standar mutu internasional atau menciptakan World Class University (WCU) semakin meningkat. Indonesia, sebagai bagian dari negara-negara yang mengejar hal ini, secara aktif mengundang mahasiswa asing untuk belajar di Indonesia guna mewujudkan mutu pendidikan yang diharapkan. Namun, upaya ini sering kali menimbulkan fenomena gegar budaya yang menjadi tantangan terbesar bagi mahasiswa asing saat memasuki lingkungan pendidikan di Indonesia. Hal ini muncul karena mereka datang dari latar belakang budaya yang berbeda dan harus beradaptasi dengan budaya baru di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk-bentuk gegar budaya dan strategi adaptasi sosial berdasarkan pengalaman mahasiswa asing yang menempuh pendidikan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan analisis sistematik literatur dengan metode PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis) pada 10 artikel jurnal ilmiah yang mengkaji tentang gegar budaya dan strategi adaptasi mahasiswa asing di Indonesia dari tahun 2020 hingga 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada lima bentuk gegar budaya, yaitu kesulitan dalam memahmi bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa daerah, sistem pembelajaran dan birokrasi kampus yang rumit, tantangan menghadapi kebiasaan buruk masyarakat lokal, adaptasi terhadap norma berpakian dan penyesuaian terhadap makanan Indonesia. Adapun stategi adaptasi sosial yang mereka lakukan adalah mempelajari bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa daerah, menjalin relasi sosial dengan mahasiswa lokal dengan mengikuti kebiasaan budaya setempat, aktif mengikuti kegiatan kampus dan masyarakat, serta memperdalam pengetahuan tentang budaya Indonesia dengan membaca berbagai literatur.

Abstract

Education provides provisions for navigating life, with education as its main foundation. Interaction between teachers and students is very important in the learning process to create effective communication. Learning strategies are efforts made in learning to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. Learning strategies are increasingly diverse and innovative along with the development of science and technology. One of the learning strategies used is the expository learning strategy, which focuses on the delivery of material verbally from the teacher to students to ensure comprehensive understanding and achievement of the expected learning objectives. This study uses a qualitative method, where researchers conduct descriptive analysis. The descriptive analysis method is carried out by the process of pouring out explanations and descriptions as clearly as possible in an integrated, critical, objective and analytical manner about "The relevance of using expository learning strategies in teaching and learning activities in schools". This study aims to determine the relevance of expository learning strategies in achieving learning objectives. Through this study, it is expected to provide benefits for teachers and students in choosing the right learning strategy.

Abstract

Penyimpangan orientasi seksual lesbian bukanlah perilaku yang muncul secara spontan tanpa sebab. Dianalisis faktor disharmonisasi dalam keluarga, dimana terdapat ketidakselarasan fungsi di dalam sebuah keluarga. Kegagalan satu atau beberapa anggota keluarga dalam menjalankan kewajiban peran mereka menyebabkan kondisi retaknya struktural peran sosial dalam suatu unit keluarga. Peranan yang negative dari ketidakharmonisan keluarga terhadap perkembangan sosial anak mempengaruhi  perkembangan kecakapan-kecakapan anak, salah satunya adalah gangguan emosional dan perilaku penyimpangan orientasi seksual. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk memahami pengalaman dan persepsi remaja lesbian secara lebih mendalam dan kontekstual. Penelitian ini melibatkan remaja pelaku lesbian dan orangtua dari remaja lesbian tersebut dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ditemukan disharmonisasi keluarga sebagai pemicu dan latar belakang remaja menjadi lesbian secara terperinci sebagai berikut: (1). Konflik dan pertengkaran orangtua, (2). Peran Ayah yang tidak ideal, (3). Trauma melihat pengalaman keluarga dan saudara, (4). Pola asuh orangtua yang tidak efektif. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan remaja mencari kenyamanan diluar rumah dengan jalan yang tidak baik, sehingga berdampak pada: (1). Gangguan emosional, (2). Masalah perilaku (3). Rendahnya harga diri dan rasa percaya diri, (4). Gangguan kesehatan, (5). mencapai dalam membentuk hubungan sosial, (6). Respons kesadaran beragama anak. Peran keluarga dalam kehidupan anak sangat penting dan berpengaruh pada perkembangan anak secara keseluruhanKata kunci : disharmonisasi, lesbian, , pola asuh orangtua, remaja

Abstract

The importance of government recognition of customary law as part of Indonesia's cultural diversity. Communication and relations between the Kanekes community and the government are a fixed price that must be carried out through the Seba ceremony in order to maintain peace and harmony for all parties. The aim of this article is to find out the meaning of the Seba ceremony as intercultural communication and the existence of the Kanekes traditional community amidst the diversity of Indonesian society. This article uses a literature review research method. The results of the study show that the Seba tradition contains the meaning of gratitude and respect for the government as their leader. The Seba tradition has the following functions: (1) religious/ritual function, (2) traditional function and local wisdom of Pikukuh Karuhun, (3) social function, (4) political function and (4) cultural existence function.

Abstract

The Osing tribe in Kemiren Village still respects and preserves ancestral traditions such as: Mepe mattress, Barong Ider Bumi, Kebo-keboan, Ithuk-ithukan, Angklung Paglak, Kawin Colong, Mocoan Lontar, Barong Caruk, Gandrung dance etc. From the various kinds of local wisdom that exist in the Banyuwangi community, this can enrich knowledge and of course it can be used as teaching material in the learning process, this is a form of preserving regional culture. The existence of the traditions of the Osing tribal community in the world of education is armed with various forms of local wisdom that exist in the Osing tribe. This is a form of cultural heritage that can be used as a source of learning at the elementary to senior high school levels in Banyuwangi Regency. Local wisdom values ​​can be implemented in all subjects, especially in sociology. Implementation of an educational approach based on local wisdom in sociology learning in schools is one of the solutions related to problems that exist in the community environment. Students are invited to be sensitive to their social environment and with an approach based on local wisdom students are invited to find out what local wisdom exists in their respective areas. Through sociology subjects at school, students are directed to be able to become virtuous Indonesian citizens by upholding local wisdom values, loving cultural differences, and being able to coexist regularly within the community.

Abstract

According to the latest data from the Central Bureau of Statistics in 2021, the interest rate for children in the Bangka Belitung Islands to enter college is low. The participation rate of children aged 19 years and over to go to college in Bangka Belitung is only 15.52 percent (Indarti et al., 2021). One of the factors that influence student interest is parents. This research was conducted in Pangkal Niur Village, Riau Silip Subdistrict, Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands due to the large number of children who should be at that age and based on the level of secondary education that has been completed previously who do not continue their education to college. This study aims to determine the effect of parenting patterns of rubber farmer parents on children's interest in studying at college in Pangkal Niur Village. The approach in this study is to use Quantitative with survey methods through questionnaires. The results revealed that in this study: first, based on 82 respondents, the dominant parenting pattern was 48% or 39 respondents received permissive parenting from their parents. Second, as many as 71% or 58 respondents have a fairly high level of interest in study. Third, that the parenting pattern of rubber farmer parents has an effect of 23% on the interest in continuing education to college in Pangkal Niur Village, Bangka.
