Abstract

General Background: The implementation of the independent curriculum in Indonesia aims to cultivate competencies aligned with national educational goals, particularly the Pancasila learner profile (P5). Specific Background: Despite the curriculum's introduction, there is limited research on its practical applications within Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, particularly regarding its alignment with local wisdom and sustainability themes. Knowledge Gap: Previous studies have not adequately explored the effectiveness of the independent curriculum in fostering Pancasila competencies among students. Aims: This study analyzes the independent curriculum as a vehicle for implementing the P5 project at MIN 2 Pasuruan, focusing on its processes and outcomes. Results: Employing a descriptive qualitative methodology, the research identifies that, although implementation is still developing, MIN 2 Pasuruan has effectively integrated local wisdom and sustainable practices into its curriculum. The findings demonstrate that project-based co-curricular activities contribute significantly to developing students' competencies and character in line with the Pancasila learner profile. Novelty: This research provides new insights into the application of the independent curriculum in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah settings, emphasizing local cultural relevance. Implications: The study underscores the importance of continued adaptation and enhancement of the independent curriculum to better support the holistic development of Pancasila learners, offering practical recommendations for educators and policymakers. Highlights: Integration of Local Wisdom: MIN 2 Pasuruan incorporates local cultural themes to enrich the independent curriculum. Project-Based Activities: Co-curricular projects are essential in developing competencies aligned with the Pancasila learner profile. Ongoing Development: While implementation is in progress, efforts to align with the independent curriculum show promise for future improvements. Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) berperan penting di dalam pengelolaan tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan di sebuah lembaga pendidikan. Analisis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja guru serta aspek atau komponen apa saja yang dapat meningkatkan kontribusinya sebagai tenaga pendidik maupun tenaga kependidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Studi Literatur (Library Research), di mana pengambilan data primer analisisnya adalah dari me-review 15 jurnal terpublikasi dan relevan dengan penelitian yang dilakukan melalui platform Google Scholar. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari aspek-aspek MSDM terhadap kinerja guru di lembaga pendidikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide feedback to improve work performance and self-development in educating at Islamic schools. The career development and promotion system is implemented to improve employee skills and achievements so that they can increase self-improvement within an Islamic school institution. This research method is based on library research and collected from various written sources, including magazines, scientific publications, journals and other sources relevant to the research discussed by the author. The research results state that qualifications, recruitment strategies, staff orientation, salary policies, employee regulations, coaching and development, employee evaluation, employee careers and ranks, and welfare are just some of the tasks that make up human resource management in Islamic schools. As well as employee coaching and development is carried out to improve Islamic understanding, personality, pedagogical, professional and social competencies. And employee performance evaluation is carried out based on individual achievements and participation in Islamic school activities so that each educator or teacher can develop and increase the potential of human resources in Islamic school institutions.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana lingkungan kerja dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru dan karyawan. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, penulis melakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode penelitian Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap berbagai artikel ilmiah yang disajikan. Hasil dari 15 tinjauan artikel menekankan bahwa lingkungan kerja yang aman dan menyenangkan berdampak pada peningkatan etos kerja Gukar. Selanjutnya, dari 15 artikel yang diperiksa, penulis menghubungkannya dengan fakta tentang analisis lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru dan karyawan. Penelitian LSR ini dapat digunakan sebagai referensi bagi lembaga pendidikan untuk memperbaiki lingkungan kerja agar guru dan karyawan lebih baik. peningkatan kinerja guru dan karyawan tidak hanya bergantung pada faktor lingkungan kerja; ada banyak faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru dan karyawan di berbagai Lembaga.selain itu lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja tentu berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan disamping itu dapat menciptakan iklim yang kondusif dan kenyaman bekerja, baik langsung maupun tidaklangsung bagi masing – masing orang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penguatan kepada guru agar dapat melakukan pengembangan diri sehingga menjadi lebih profesional dan akan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan yang berfokus pada evaluasi kinerja guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini di PAUD Islam dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini terhadap perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki kemampuan baik dalam perencanaan, namun masih diperlukan peningkatan dalam memilih strategi pembelajaran dan menyusun komponen penilaian. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, guru telah dinilai baik, meskipun terdapat beberapa aspek yang memerlukan perhatian lebih lanjut. Adapun cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru, seperti pendekatan religius, memberikan teladan melalui kepala sekolah, penghargaan, dan penerapan teguran serta hukuman, dapat menjadi panduan dalam mengatasi tantangan tersebut. . Kinerja guru bukan hanya terkait dengan aspek teknis mengajar, tetapi juga melibatkan elemen-elemen seperti komitmen, disiplin, motivasi, dan kemampuan professional.

Abstract

Objective: This study examines the opportunities and challenges in developing human resources in education within the digital era, focusing on enhancing the quality and technological competence of educational personnel. Method: A literature review was conducted to analyze existing studies on human resource development in education, particularly concerning the integration of digital technologies into teaching and administrative processes. Results: The review identifies opportunities, such as the use of technology to create engaging teaching materials, improve learning effectiveness, and enhance educational efficiency. However, significant challenges include financial limitations, inadequate technological infrastructure, and restricted internet accessibility, which hinder the full realization of these opportunities. Novelty: By synthesizing insights from diverse sources, this study highlights the dual nature of digital transformation in education. It underscores the urgent need for strategic investment in technological infrastructure and ongoing professional development to address these challenges, thereby contributing to a more resilient and adaptable educational workforce.

Abstract

Objective: This study investigates the strategic role of school principals in enhancing the competence and professionalism of educators and educational staff. It focuses on their role in managing infrastructure, providing continuous training, and optimizing technology to address evolving educational challenges. Methods: Using a literature review approach, this research identifies and examines key issues faced by school principals, including budget constraints, underutilization of technology, and the absence of systematic training programs. Results: The findings reveal that principals with transformational leadership styles significantly contribute to creating a positive, collaborative, and innovative work culture. Effective principals act as agents of change, improving the quality of learning and facilitating the integration of modern technological advancements into education systems. Novelty: This research underscores the pivotal role of school principals as transformational leaders and their potential to drive educational institutions toward a progressive future. It provides actionable recommendations for developing managerial and leadership strategies tailored to meet future educational demands.

Abstract

The legal provisions that regulate the management of Civil Servants through the merit system need to be considered for their role in human resource management within the bureaucracy. Therefore, it is important to understand the role of human resource development for civil servants as a driving force in the machinery of government bureaucracy. This research employs a qualitative research method with a desk research approach, utilizing secondary data sources. The findings of the study indicate that through meritocracy, Civil Servants have the opportunity to develop themselves, protect their careers from political influence, and enhance motivation through fair recognition. Additionally, the merit system provides a clear career path, facilitates professional recruitment, and ensures efficient filling of positions. In conclusion, this will contribute to improving the quality of life for the community and creating a government that is more effective, efficient, and free from practices of corruption, collusion, and nepotism.

Abstract

The Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Teachers Association (IGABA) is a community of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers, one of which is in Sidoarjo. In this digital era, educators must master learning methods and technology in education. However, there are quite a few early childhood teachers who still have little knowledge regarding learning methods and educational technology, so the ABDIMAS team program is an effort to overcome the problems faced by IGABA Sidoarjo to provide training to increase creativity in designing posters and flipped classroom learning. The purpose of this activity is to provide assistance to IGABA teachers so that they can develop learning methods and technology in the digital era. The program implementation method is observation, idea planning, activity process, assistance and activity evaluation. This activity was carried out on August 21, 2024 at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo with a mentoring process from August 22, 2024 to August 27, 2024. The results of this activity are posters that have been made and the application of flipped classroom learning that has began to be implemented by IGABA Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Recruitment of teachers in Islamic educational institutions, particularly Rumah Qur'an, plays a pivotal role in achieving effective learning grounded in Islamic values. However, challenges often arise in systematically integrating technical competencies with Islamic values. Moreover, while technology in recruitment processes promises efficiency, the moral and spiritual aspects of candidates are often difficult to assess online. This study aims to explore recruitment strategies based on Islamic values, competencies, and community involvement, as well as to identify the challenges and opportunities of digitalization in these processes. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach utilizing the PICOS framework was employed to review literature from databases such as Scopus and Google Scholar, with thematic analysis conducted on trends, research gaps, and best practices. Findings indicate that Islamic values such as honesty, exemplary character, and commitment to da'wah are key elements in recruitment at Islamic educational institutions. Competency-based recruitment enhances the quality of teachers, while community-based approaches strengthen local engagement. However, digitalization faces challenges such as low digital literacy and limitations in assessing moral values online. This study contributes by offering a strategic framework that integrates Islamic values, competencies, and technology in recruitment, providing solutions to support the mission of Islamic education in the digital era.
