Abstract

The purpose of the research conducted is to find out how much influence asset structure, growth opportunity, and profitability have on capital structure with company size. The population used in the research carried out was 214 companies in the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2022 obtained from www.idx.co.id, using porposive sampling techniques and obtaining a total of 59 manufacturing sector companies as samples. The results of the study indicate that asset structure and growth opportunity on capital structure have a positive and significant effect on capital structure, profitability partially has a negative and significant effect on capital structure, company size is able to moderate the effect of asset structure, growth opportunity, and profitability on capital structure in manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This research aims to see whether financial literacy and income affect investment decisions with financial behavior as an intervening variable. The population in this study were 53 SMEs in the services sector in Kec. Padang Barat, Kota Padang. The sampling technique in this research was Nonprobability Sampling using Total Sampling with a total of 53 SMEs Services that are Actively Investing in Kec. Padang Barat, Kota Padang. Analysis of processing data used in SPSS 23. The results of this study are financial literacy has a negative and not significant effect on financial behavior, income has a positive effect on financial behavior, financial literacy has a negative effect on investment decisions, income and financial behavior have a positive effect on investment decisions. Furthermore, financial literacy and income has a negative effect on investment decisions through financial behavior.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan kepada para pedagang di wilayah Harau Payakumbuh. Pengabdian ini mengangkat judul “Implementasi Manajemen Strategis Bagi Pedagang UMKM”. Strategi merupakan suatu pola kegiatan yang mencari cara atau kiat bagi setiap pelaku usaha atau pedagang dalam memasarkan apa yang dijualnya. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengamati dan menganalisis bagaimana dan apa saja yang telah diterapkan para pedagang dalam menerapkan manajemen strategisnya saat ini. Kegiatan dilakukan secara langsung melalui survei, observasi, wawancara, interaksi tanya jawab dalam focus group Discussion dengan membagi tim menjadi 6 kelompok. Dari hasil tanya jawab, wawancara, dan diskusi diketahui bahwa mereka telah menerapkan banyak pola manajemen strategis. Meski terkadang mereka tidak menyadari bahwa mereka telah melakukannya sesuai teori ilmiah manajemen strategis. Hanya saja karena keterbatasan pengetahuannya mereka belum menerapkannya secara lebih terarah dan belum terintegrasi secara struktur.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the factors that are considered when making capital allocation decisions during the abnormal capital market period. whether the investors and the shareholders use the same factors to form an investment allocation. This research uses an exploratory factor analysis model to determine variables that can explain the relationship or correlation between various independent indicators that are observed. Findings, theres five factors that investors consider when allocating their investment, and two factors that are used by shareholders. The single index model is the most important factor for investors to determine capital allocation, and Earnings per shareis for shareholders. Beta stock is important factor for inventors and shareholders when making capital allocation. The greater beta stock provides greater expectations of the risks and return This research is expected to assist investors in determining investment valuation methods by considering five factors in order to achieve the highest rate of return and because shareholders are concerned with the long term and the ultimate goal of increasing the value per share, they should consider the growth of earnings per shares and the value of beta stock.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis Strategi Pemasaran Dalam Menghadapi Persaingan Bisnis Pada PT. FIF GROUP di kec. Ipuh kab Mukomuko. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode analisis SWOT untuk menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT faktor internal dan eksternal dapat diketahui bahwa PT. FIFGROUP di kec. Ipuh kab. Mukomukoberada pada posisi kuadran I (0,38:01) yang artinya PT. FIFGROUP di kec. Ipuh kab. Mukomukodapat memanfaatkan peluang yang ada untuk meningkatkan penjualan dimasa yang akan datang. Strategi yang bisa diterapkan oleh PT. FIF GROUP di kec. Ipuh kab. Mukomuko adalah strategi agresif yaitu dengan memanfaatkan peluang yang ada.

Abstract

Salah satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan investor dalam perdagangan saham adalah bid ask spread terutama bagi investor yang berharap menerima capital gain atas investasinya, hal ini dikarenakan dianggap merupakan biaya dalam perdagangan saham. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat sejauh mana harga saham, volume perdagangan dan return saham mempengaruhi bid ask spread. Populasi dari penelitian yaitu seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2019 yaitu 714 perusahaan dengan jumlah sampel 41 perusahaan. Penarikan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan aplikasi program eviews 9. Temuan dari penelitian ini bahwa harga saham berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap bid ask spread sedangkan volume perdagangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap bid ask spread dan return saham tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap bid ask spread.

Abstract

This ponder points to analyze the affect of natural and corporate social obligation (CSR) as an interrelated variable of mechanical companies on corporate esteem through budgetary execution within the period 2017-2023. This investigation may be a quantitative inquire about covering 205 companies and could be a sampling strategy that points to test 22 companies. The comes about of this think about appear that natural execution contains a positive impact on monetary execution, whereas CSR divulgences have no impact on budgetary execution. Furthermore, natural execution has no impact on firm esteem, but CSR divulgence and money related execution have a positive and noteworthy impact on firm esteem. Subsequently, money related execution plays a part in intervening the relationship between natural execution and money related execution. In any case, monetary execution does not intervene the relationship between CSR and esteem acknowledgment.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the role of profitability in mediating the impact of liquidity and capital structure on stock returns in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. The study population included 29 companies, and the sample taken was 26 companies using purposive sampling method. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between liquidity and profitability, while capital structure has no impact on profitability. In addition, liquidity, capital structure, and profitability are significantly negatively correlated with stock returns. Profitability also does not function as a mediator in the relationship between liquidity, capital structure and stock returns.

Abstract

This study aims to discover the relationship between growth sales, capital structure, and corporate governance on financial performance of consumer consumer non-cyclical firms in Indonesia. Financial performance is observed from market performance (Tobin's Q) and profitability performance (ROA). The population in this study is firms in consumer consumer non-cyclical on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The total population is 113 firms. 39 firms were selected as samples. The data is obtained from the annual report which starts from the period 2018 to 2022. A total of the population was determined as samples by purposive sampling method. Data analysis using panel data regression. The result shows: 1) Growth Sales have a significant influence on market performance; however, it does not have a significant effect on profitability performance. 2) Capital Structure significantly influences market and profitability performance 3) Corporate governance significantly influences market and profitability performance. Suggestions for companies that must strive to increase sales, maintain good corporate governance and pay attention to the company's capital structure in a balanced manner.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk menemukan dan menganalisis pengambilan keputusan jangka pendek yang dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan operasional di usaha kuliner Ampera. Dalam industri kuliner, membuat keputusan dengan cepat dan tepat sangat penting untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan dan peningkatan kinerja operasi. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini melakukan studi kasus pada Ampera 4 saudara dan berkonsentrasi pada hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan operasional harian, seperti manajemen persediaan, penentuan harga, dan peningkatan layanan pelanggan. Hasil Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa analisis tren permintaan, pengaturan rotasi menu, dan peningkatan kualitas layanan dapat berdampak besar pada efisiensi operasional dan kepuasan pelanggan. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini juga menekankan betapa pentingnya fleksibilitas dalam pengambilan keputusan jangka pendek untuk mengatasi perubahan permintaan yang tidak terduga. Tempat makan Ampera dapat meningkatkan kualitasnya dengan menggunakan pendekatan yang tepat.
