Abstract

Jatuhnya syiria ketangan kaum Muslimin, ditandai dengan adanya perjanjian damai antara kedua belah pihak. Pada zaman dinasti Bani Umayyah. Islam di negeri ini berkembang pesat, hal ini dikarenakan Kota Damaskus (Ibu Kota Syiria) menjadi pusat pemerintahan dari daulah Bani Umayyah. Pada masa ini Islam berkembang lebih maju dari pada masa sebelumnya dan Islam menjadi mercusuar peradaban dunia, pusat-pusat pengembangan keilmuan tersebar di berbagai penjuru kota-kota besar, seperti Damaskus, Cordova, Baghdad, Kairo, dan lain-lain. Berbeda dengan perkembangan Islam di masa selanjutnya, Syiria mengalami banyak pergolakan. Hingga saat ini, Syiria masih tidak aman dengan banyaknya konflik yang terjadi, antara lain keberadaan ISIS yang tengah menjadi kontroversi internasional dan konflik politik internal yang terjadi dalam negara tersebut.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM di Kota Solok, khususnya Kelurahan KTK, dalam menyusun dan mengelola anggaran operasional. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah UMKM Hanifah Laundry Express yang belum memiliki sistem penganggaran yang terstruktur. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan langsung oleh tim dosen dan mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Akuntansi Manajemen Lanjutan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman sebesar 75% berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test, serta 80% peserta mulai menerapkan pencatatan sederhana dalam operasional harian mereka. Pendampingan ini membuktikan bahwa intervensi sederhana namun terstruktur dapat membantu pelaku UMKM dalam efisiensi biaya dan perencanaan keuangan jangka panjang

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Investment Opportunity Set, Dividend Policy, and Good Corporate Governance on Firm Value with Profitability as a moderating variable. The population in this study were energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2019-2023 period. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, which resulted in 17 energy sector companies with a total of 85 observations. This study uses secondary data and is analyzed using the panel data analysis method. The results of the study indicate that Investment Opportunity Set and Dividend Policy have no effect on Firm Value, while Institutional Ownership has an effect on Firm Value. In addition, Investment Opportunity Set moderated by Profitability has a significant effect on Firm Value in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2019-2023 period. However, Dividend Policy and Institutional Ownership moderated by Profitability have no effect on Firm Value in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2019-2023 period.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBackground:The proportion of exclusive breastfeeding in the work area of the Olak Kemang Health Center in2023 is 51.85% while the achievement target in Jambi City is 85%. For this reason, researchers want to know andidentify the achievement problems of exclusive breastfeeding in the work area of the Olak Kemang Health Centerin 2023.Objective:This research was conducted to find out the description and problems of achieving exclusivebreastfeeding at the Olak Kemang Health Center in 2023Method: This research was conducted in the work area of the Olak Kerja Health Center using a mix method in theform of interviews and questionnaires. Interviews were conducted with the head of the puskesmas and the officerin charge and questionnaires were given to mothers who visited posyandu, immunization and the IMCI polyclinicat the Olak Kemang Health CenterResults: Of the 30 respondents, it was shown that the frequency of babies who received exclusive breastfeedingfor 0-6 months was 8 people, namely 26.7%, while babies who did not get exclusive breastfeeding for 0-6 monthswere 22 people, 73.3%. Influenced by husband's support (66.7%), lack of family support (56.7%), support fromhealth workers (63.3%), mother's obstacles in breastfeeding (60.0%), and supportive mother's attitude (56.7 %)Conclusion:In this study, it was found that the prioritized problem was the achievement of exclusive breastfeedingat the Olak Kemang Health Center, namely 51.85%.Keywords: Exclusive breastfeeding, Health Center, Jambi

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of servant leadership and work motivation on employee performance through resilience at the Nanggalo District Office, Padang City. The issue of employee performance, as indicated by attendance rates, lateness, and fluctuating achievement of work targets, highlights the need for a managerial approach based on servant leadership and strengthened work motivation. This research employs a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation for the employees of the Nanggalo District Office. The independent variables in this study are servant leadership (X1) and work motivation (X2), the dependent variable is employee performance (Y), and employee resilience (Z) serves as the intervening variable. The results show that servant leadership and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee resilience. In addition, servant leadership, work motivation, and resilience also directly and significantly influence employee performance. Resilience is proven to be a mediating variable that strengthens the influence of servant leadership and work motivation on employee performance. These findings emphasize the importance of servant leadership, high work motivation, and resilience in improving employee performance, particularly within local government bureaucracy. Therefore, efforts to improve employee performance should focus on strengthening servant leadership, providing motivation, and developing resilience on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

This research investigates the role of job satisfaction as a mediator in the impact of leader member exchange and work-life balance on employee loyalty at PT Batang Hari Barisan. Data were collected through surveys and questionnaires distributed to a sample of 74 respondents. Path analysis was used as the analysis method, with SmartPLS used for statistical processing. The findings show that leader member exchange and work-life balance significantly influence job satisfaction. Furthermore, leader member exchange has a significant influence on employee loyalty, while work-life balance has no direct impact on employee loyalty. Job satisfaction was found to significantly influence employee loyalty. In addition, leader member exchange impacts employee loyalty indirectly through the mediation of job satisfaction, whereas job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between work-life balance and employee loyalty.

Abstract

Pembinaan kreativitas seni tari pada siswa SMPN 2 Kota Bukittinggi dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk pengembangan kesenian khususnya seni tari. Sekolah ini perlu mendapat pembinaan karena minimnya pengetahuan dan apresiasi guru terhadap seni tari khususnya tari kreasi baru. Pembinaan ini dilaksanakan  melalui  beberapa  metode  yang  langsung  diterapkan  kepada siswa SMPN 2 Kota Bukittingi yang dimulai dari apresiasi melalui video- video tari kreasi, penjelasan mengenai teknik kepenarian, pemberian materi teknik secara langsung, memberikan ragam-ragam gerak, hingga penataan tari sampai menjadi sebuah karya tari kreasi baru. Melalui metode ini dapat membentuk kemampuan menari yang bagus pada siswa dalam menciptakan karya tari kreasi baru yang utuh dan diiringi musik pengiring tarian.

Abstract

This study investigates how independent board of commissioners, company size and leverage influence the integrity of financial reports using audit quality as a moderator. The focus is on non-cyclical consumer sector entities listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2018 to 2022, with a sample of 62 companies using a purposive sampling approach. Panel data regression analysis was employed as the analytical method using SPSS 26. The study findings show that an independent board of commissioners has a positive impact on the integrity of financial reports, company size has a negative impact on the integrity of financial reports, as does leverage. Furthermore, audit quality is able to moderate the relationship between the independent board of commissioners, company size, variable leverage and the integrity of financial reports.

Abstract

By using employee engagement as an intervening variable, this research aims to find out how individual career development and competency impact the performance of Bank Nagari Pangkalan employees. The analysis methodology is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), which uses Partial Least Square (PLS), and distributed questionnaires to 74 respondents. The research results show that individual career development and competency have a significant positive effect on employee engagement, individual career development has a significant positive effect on employee performance, while employee engagement doesn’t have a significant effect on bank employee performance. Employee engagement doesn’t mediate the relationship between individual career development and competency on the performance of Bank Nagari Pangkalan employees.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh pemasaran digital dan inovasi produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, khususnya melihat studi kasus Alco Discussion House, dengan intervensi niat beli sebagai variabel. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat SmartPLS 3.0 untuk Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat umum yang pernah menggunakan rumah diskusi Alco. Terdapat korelasi kecil namun menguntungkan antara pemasaran digital dan minat melakukan pembelian, menurut temuan penelitian. Korelasi antara pemasaran digital dan minat melakukan pembelian menguntungkan dan signifikan secara statistik. Inovasi produk dan keputusan pembelian berkorelasi positif dan signifikan. Minat Pembelian dan Keputusan Pembelian berhubungan positif dan signifikan. Dampak pemasaran digital terhadap keputusan pembelian, yang diukur dengan minat pembelian, bersifat positif dan dapat diabaikan. Inovasi produk memiliki pengaruh yang menguntungkan dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap kecenderungan konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian setelah mempertimbangkan semua faktor yang relevan.
