Abstract

The Indonesian Government has ratified Financial Accounting Standards for Entities without Public Accountability (FAS-EWPA, in bahasa Indonesia known as SAK-ETAP) in 2009 as guidelines for financial reporting for entities without public accountability, one of which is cooperative (koperasi).The large number of cooperatives in Cirebon Regency that have carried out annual member meeting but lacking implementation of FAS-EWPA is still considered as a constraint. The purpose of this study is to analyze the acceptance of cooperative administrators towards FAS-EWPA using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This research uses a quantitative method with path analysis using SPSS 20.0 for windows and Sobel Test Calculator to determine the significance of intervening variables. The number of population in this study is 193 cooperatives in Cirebon Regency with a total sample of 65 cooperatives. The results of this study indicates positive correlations on : education towards perceived usefulness, perceived ease, and intention to use; subjective norms toward perceived usefulness and perceived ease; organizational factors toward perceived usefulness, perceived ease, and intention to use; perceived usefulness towards intention to use; and perceived ease towards intention to use.There is no correlation between subjective norms and intention to use. The difference between this research and several previous studies is that the use of external variables such as education and organizational factors influencing TAM is rarely used in previous studies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the effect of service quality, member trust on member loyalty through member satisfaction. The research approach used a quantitative method with path analysis which was processed using SPSS. The subjects of the research were all members of the KSP CU Pangudi Luhur Kasih. The research samples were 96 respondents, with cluster sampling techniques. The results showed (1) there was not a positive relationship between service quality variables on member loyalty, (2) there was a positive relationship between member trust variables on member loyalty, (3) there was a positive relationship between member satisfaction variables on member loyalty, (4) there was not a positive relationship between service quality variables on member satisfaction, (5) there was a positive relationship between member trust variables on member satisfaction, (6) there was not a relationship between service quality variables on member loyalty through member satisfaction, (7) there was a positive relationship between variables member trust on member loyalty through member satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine a) the influence of beliefs, attitudes, subjective norms and perceptions of behavioral control on entrepreneurial intentions; b) the influence of trust on attitudes, subjective norms and perceptions of behavioral control; c) the influence of trust on entrepreneurial intentions through entrepreneurship attitudes, the influence of trust on entrepreneurial intentions through subjective norms, and the influence of trust on entrepreneurial intentions through the perception of behavioral control of students of SMK Negeri 1 Slawi. The results of this study are a) trust has no effect on student entrepreneurial intentions, entrepreneurial attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral control perceptions, have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. b) trust has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurship attitudes, subjective norms, and perception of control c) trust influences entrepreneurial intentions through entrepreneurship attitudes, trust influences entrepreneurial intentions through subjective norms and trust influences entrepreneurial intentions through behavioral control perceptions.

Abstract

Consumptive behavior is an act of consuming goods and services not based on needs but for mere desire and satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of peer groups, economic literacy and the use of social media, both jointly and partially on the consumptive behavior of Social Sciences Department students at state senior high school students in Brebes. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The subjects of this study were all students of class X and XI majoring in social studies at SMA Brebes regency with a population of 664 students and then a random sample of 166 students was obtained. The data collection method uses a questionnaire that is tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate (1) there is a peer group influence, economic literacy and the use of social media, together towards consumptive behavior by 79.30%, positive and significant effect, (2) peer group has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior by 29.05%. (3) economic literacy has a negative and significant effect on consumptive behavior of 21.34%, (4) the use of social media has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior of 9.86%. (5) The results of the regression equation Y = 57.029 + 0.239 X1 - 0.174 X2 + 0.123 X3. Conclusions, (1) there is a peer group positive influence on the consumptive behavior of State Senior High School students in Brebes economic literacy has a negative effect and the use of social media has a positive effect on consumer consumptive behavior (2) there is a peer group effect on consumptive behavior State Senior High School students in Brebes (3) there is a negative influence of economic literacy on consumptive behavior of students majoring in social studies State Senior High School students in Brebes (4) there is a partially positive influence on the use of social media on consumptive behavior of State Senior High School students in Brebes. Suggestions students are expected to choose peer group associations group well in conducting learning activities that are more beneficial for the future, economics teachers must instill about economic literacy so that students are not only expected to master the material, but can apply it in daily life, the need for collaboration between teachers and parents nature pay attention to students in the use of social media so that students use social media wisely and in accordance with their needs, this research is expected to make renewal by expanding the scope of research such as other factors that influence consumer behavior in students such as perception, motivation, culture, conditions parent's economy, and self control.

Abstract

In this millennial era, competition in the banking business is very tight. This competition does not only occur between banks, but competition also comes from other financial institutions that have succeeded in developing new financial products. The problem with the phenomenon that occurs in this research is that the demand for credit in Rural Banks (BPR) is growing rapidly in this millennial era, while People's Credit Banks (BPRs) themselves still have many lacks compared to commercial banks. The purpose of this research is that Rural Banks (BPR) can compete with commercial banks in this millennial era in getting customers. This study used a qualitative approach, in form of descriptive statistical data from the research variables. The population in this study amounted to 144 Rural Banks (BPR) in the Ex-Residency of Semarang. The sampling technique was 65 Rural Banks (BPR) in the Ex-Residency of Semarang. The explanation of the data is accompanied by minimum value, maximum value, mean, variance, and standard deviation. The results of this study are there is a significant and negative influence between the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on credit demand. There is a significant and positive influence between Non Performing Loans (NPL) on credit demand. There is no significant effect between Return on Total Assets (ROA) on credit demand. There is no significant effect between Return on Total Equity (ROE) on credit demand. There is no significant effect between the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on credit demand. There is a significant and negative influence between Operational Expenses on Operating Income on credit demand.

Abstract

Students at SMAN Jambi City, one of which is SMAN 7 and SMAN 11 Jambi City, have fewer entrepreneurial intentions. And research findings that vary from one study to another. The aim of this study was to see whether entrepreneurial knowledge, personality, motivation, and family environment impacted career intentions, both directly and indirectly, using self-efficacy as a mediator. With a sample size of 154 respondents, the study approach used was quantitative. Data collection methods was a questionnaire and documentation. Percentage descriptive and path analysis were used in the data analysis. (1) Entrepreneurial knowledge (X1) and entrepreneurial personality (X2) have a positive and important impact on entrepreneurial intention, according to data analysis. (2), while motivation (X3) and family environment (X4) have a positive and important impact on entrepreneurial intentions. (3) Self-efficacy can significantly mediate the impact of the family environment (X4), entrepreneurial knowledge (X1), entrepreneurial personality (X2), and motivation (X3) on entrepreneurial intentions by mediating the independent variables

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of fund, land area, farming experience, and number of labor on a cocoa production which is moderated by a farming motivation in Subah and Pecalungan, Batang. It is a quantitative descriptive research study. A random sampling technique was used in the sample selection of simple random sampling. The data collection method was using questionnaires. The data were analyzed by a path analysis with moderated regression analysis. Results of the study shows that fund influenced the cocoa production which is moderated by the farming motivation for 0.4976 or 49.76%, land area influenced the cocoa production which is moderated by the farming motivation for 0.4853 or 48.53%, farming experience did not influence on the cocoa production which is moderated by the farming motivation for -0.0151 or -1.51%, and number of labor influenced the cocoa production which is moderated by the farming motivation for 0.5177 or 51.77%. Suggestion for the next researcher is to analyze on another variables that influence the cocoa production, for instance; amount of the productive cocoa trees, weather, and farming technology

Abstract

Vocational Education Package C program implemented by PKBM Bina Warga Kab. Kendal has been proven to have excellent entrepreneurial spirit outcomes. However, there are still major shortcomings in the field of blended learning-based education management. This article describes the picture of the completion of non-formal entrepreneurial learning solutions that are very important to open new jobs. The concept of vocational long-life education is intended as an equality-based education at the level organized by PKBM Bina Warga Kendal. The method of devotion carried out to alleviate the solution is to provide a series of Entrepreneurial Web-based training activities, namely learning websites as well as a web marketing for entrepreneurial training products. The result of the devotion carried out is a new pattern in conducting entrepreneurship and marketing training compared to before the activity was carried out. The new pattern is the existence of digital marketing learning as well as strengthening the character of entrepreneurship through technology. The advice that can be given after the implementation of devotion is the existence of digital marketing training as a strengthening of entrepreneurship in the field of marketing using existing websites and other platforms. Program Paket C Pendidikan Vokasi yang dilaksanakan oleh PKBM Bina Warga Kabupaten Kendal sudah terbukti memiliki outcome jiwa wirausaha yang sangat baik. Akan tetapi masih terdapat kekurangan utamanya dalam bidang pengelolaan pendidikan berbasis Blended learning. Artikel ini menjelaskan gambaran penyelesaian solusi pembelajaran kewirausahaan non formal yang sangat penting dalam rangka membuka lapangan pekerjaan baru. Konsep vocational long-life education dimaksudkan sebagai pendidikan berbasis kesetaraan dalam jenjang yang diselenggarakan oleh PKBM Bina Warga Kendal. Adapun metode pengabdian yang dilakukan untuk mengentaskan solusi tersebut adalah dengan memberikan serangkaian kegiatan pelatihan Entrepreneurial Web based, yaitu website pembelajaran sekaligus di dalamnya adalah web pemasaran untuk produk hasil pelatihan kewirausahaan. Hasil dari pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah adanya pola baru dalam melakukan pelatihan kewirausahaan dan pemasaran dibandingkan sebelum kegiatan dilaksanakan. Pola baru tersebut adalah adanya pembelajaran digital marketing sekaligus penguatan karakter kewirausahaan melalui teknologi. Adapun saran yang bisa diberikan pasca pelaksanaan pengabdian adalah adanya pelatihan digital marketing sebagai penguatan kewirausahaan dalam bidang pemasaran menggunakan Website yang sudah ada maupun platform lainnya.

Abstract

Madrasah Diniyah (Madin) is one of the applications of Islamic education in pesantren huts. Madin must be managed properly to produce learning quality that can improve santri competence. Asatidz council should be given sufficient provision in implementing learning models, classroom mastery, and learning media development. The problems experienced by partners have been the basis for the FE UNNES community service team to provide solutions in strengthening the learning model of the Madin Al Asror asatidz board held in the neighbourhood of As Salafy Al Asror boarding school, Patemon Semarang. Community service activities have been held on Saturday, July 24, 2021, in the hall room of MA Al Asror. The event was attended by 40 teachers madin Al Asror. The caretaker of Pondok Pesantren As Salafy Al Aror, KH Al Mamnukhin Kholid gave a speech and officially opened the event and delivered a certificate of activity participation to participants. The speakers of the activities are experts in education and development of learning media, Ardhi Prabowo, M.Pd. and Ahmad Nurkhin, S.Pd., M.Si. The model of the implementation of devotional activities is interactive lectures, group discussions and group assignments. Participants follow the exposure of the source and continued by making the learning media in groups according to their needs. Participants presented products made and speakers conducted discussions with other participants and madin managers. Participants are very enthusiastic to participate in devotional activities. Madrasah Diniyah (Madin) merupakan salah satu aplikasi pendidikan Islam di pondok pesantren. Madin harus dikelola dengan baik agar menghasilkan kualitas pembelajaran yang mampu meningkatkan kompetensi santri. Dewan asatidz sudah seharusnya diberikan bekal yang cukup dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran, penguasaan kelas, dan pengembangan media pembelajaran. Permasalahan yang dialami mitra selama ini menjadi dasar bagi tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat FE UNNES untuk memberikan solusi dalam penguatan model pembelajaran dewan asatidz Madin Al Asror yang diselenggarakan di lingkungan pondok pesantren As Salafy Al Asror, Patemon Semarang. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat telah dilaksanakan pada hari Sabtu, 24 Juli 2021 di ruang Aula MA Al Asror. Kegiatan diikuti 40 guru madin Al Asror. Pengasuh Pondok Pesantren As Salafy Al Aror, KH Al Mamnukhin Kholid memberikan sambutan dan membuka acara secara resmi dan menyampaikan sertifikat partisipasi kegiatan kepada peserta. Narasumber kegiatan adalah pakar Pendidikan dan pengembangan media pembelajaran, Ardhi Prabowo, M.Pd. dan Ahmad Nurkhin, S.Pd., M.Si. Model pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian adalah ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok dan penugasan kelompok. Peserta mengikuti paparan narasumber dan dilanjutkan dengan membuat media pembelajaran secara berkelompok sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Peserta menyajikan produk yang dibuat dan narasumber melakukan pembahasan bersama peserta lain dan pengurus madin. Peserta sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, peran komite sekolah, kualitas layanan pendidikan serta pembiayaan pendidikan terhadap kinerja sekolah.Penelitian kuantitatifini dengan sampel 25 sekolah. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan regresi berganda, uji t, analisis jalur, uji sobel dan koefisiensi determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1)terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap mutu proses, (2)terdapat pengaruh signifikan peran komite sekolah terhadap mutu proses, (3)terdapat pengaruh signifikan kualitas layanan pendidikan terhadap mutu proses, (4)tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan pembiayaan pendidikan terhadap mutu proses, (5)terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap mutu lulusan, (6)terdapat pengaruh signifikan peran komite sekolah terhadap mutu lulusan, (7)terdapat pengaruh signifikan kualitas layanan pendidikan terhadap mutu lulusan, (8)tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan pembiayaan pendidikan terhadap mutu lulusan, (9)terdapat pengaruh signifikan mutu proses terhadap mutu lulusan, (10)tidak berpengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap mutu lulusan melalui mutu proses, (11)peran komite sekolah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap mutu lulusan melalui mutu proses, (12)kualitas layanan pendidikan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap mutu lulusan melalui mutu proses, (13)pembiayaan pendidikan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap mutu lulusan melalui mutu proses.
