The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of the principal leadership, education financing, school committes role, and the school environment on school perfomance. The type of this study was quantitative study. The research design employed was ex post facto research. The populations as many 37 at senior high school. This study employed area sampling technique. The method of data collection employed questionnaire and documentation. The technique of data analysis used descriptive analysis, path analysis, and sobel test. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence on the quality of the process on the quality of graduates. There is a positive and significant influence of the principal's leadership on the quality of the process. There is a positive and significant effect of education financing on process quality as much as. There is a positive and significant influence on the role of the school committee on quality. There is a positive and significant influence on the school environment on the quality of the process. The quality of the learning process fully mediates the influence of the principal's leadership on the quality of graduates. The quality of the learning process fully mediates the effect of educational funding on the quality of graduates. The quality of the learning process fully mediates the influence of the role of the school committee on the quality of graduates. The quality of the learning process does not mediate the influence of the school environment on the quality of graduates.

This research aims to determine if there is influence of peer group, parentsâ€™ role, religiosity, and financial literacy towards consumption behavior among the students of Economics Faculty, Universitas Negeri Semarang in the academic year 2013. The population in this research was the students of Economics Faculty of Semarang State University in the Academic Year 2013. The number of the samples in this research was 250 students based on proportional random sampling technique. This research used quantitative approach. The method of data analysis used was descriptive analysis and path analysis. The result of the research based on Amos showed that the peer group influence towards consumption behavior was 34.5%, parentsâ€™ role towards consumption behavior was 12.7%, financial literacy towards consumption behavior was 12.7%, peer group towards financial literacy was 14%, parentsâ€™ role towards religiosity was 22.3%. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that there was influence of peer group, parentsâ€™ role, religiosity, and financial literacy towards consumption behavior, whereas in peer group towards studentsâ€™ financial literacy had no influence. The suggestions were the students should minimize the conformity or interaction level with their friends who cause negative impact and the parents should keep controlling the studentsâ€™ consumption behavior naturally.

The COVID-19 pandemic that occurred around the world with infections that spread so fast has changed patterns of life, including social, economic, education, and health. The impact of the pandemic has changed the health system and requires new policies that can adapt to these conditions. K.R.M.T. WongsonegoroHospital, Semarang City, Indonesia, which is a referral hospital for Covid-19 patients, needs to prepare health infrastructure in COVID-19 services. We report the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on surgical service activities and improving the quality of human resources, especially health workers in the Central Surgical Installation. The hospital is preparing a special operating room for COVID-19 patients so that it does not spread to health workers. There are 18 surgeons and 7 anesthetists. Assisted by 30 surgical nurses and 7 anesthetic nurses. Since the emergence of the COVID-19 case in Indonesia in March 2020, surgery is only carried out in emergency cases and has postponed elective surgery. So that there will be a 50% decrease in the number of surgical services in 2020 compared to 2019. Human resources involved in COVID-19 patient surgery activities must also be trained in knowledge in how to wear and remove Personal Protective Equipment, handling surgical linen and know the flow of patients into and out of the room surgery.

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the implementation of academic supervision in the 3T area in Bengkayang Regency; (2) the influence of academic supervision in the 3T (frontier, outermost, and least developes) areas in particular in Bengkayang Regency on improving teacher competence and professionalism. This research is a mix method research with the Sequential Exploratory model which is a combination research method between qualitative methods first and then strengthened by quantitative methods. The research subjects in this study were school supervisors, school principals and teachers in the Bengkayang Regency area, which were included in the 3T category. The instruments used in this study were interview guides, questionnaires and also observations. The results showed that (1) the process of academic supervision carried out in the 3T area in Bengkayang Regency could not be implemented according to the provisions proposed by the government, because there was limited access to locations with long distances between schools. Another problem with the academic supervision process in the 3T area is the lack of evaluation or feedback given by supervisors to teachers, so that the shortcomings of teachers cannot be conveyed properly. (2) The academic supervision program that has been implemented in Bengkayang Regency has no significant effect on increasing teacher competence and professionalism. Many other factors influence the competence and professionalism of teachers in the Bengkayang Regency area.

ANALISIS DETERMINAN PEMANFAATAN EDMODO DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN UNIFIED THEORY OF ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF TECHNOLOGY (UTAUT) Ervie Sabrina Nuari; Ahmad Nurkhin; Kardoyo Kardoyo

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemanfaatan Edmodo dengan menggunakan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XII SMK Negeri 2 Semarang program keahlian akuntansi, administrasi perkantoran, dan pemasaran sebanyak 319 orang. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 178 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dikembangkan dari model UTAUT. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur dengan bantuan software program IBM SPSS 21.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan performance expectancy dan facilitating condition memiliki pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap use behavior melalui behavioral intention. Hasil lainnya menunjukkan bahwa social influence tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap use behavior dan behavioral intention tetapi memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap use behavior melalui behavioral intention. Effort expectancy tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap behavioral intention dan tidak memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap use behavior melalui behavioral intention. Namun demikian effort expectancy terbukti memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap use behavior. Terakhir, behavioral intention terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap use behavior.Kata Kunci: Edmodo, UTAUT, use behavior, behavioral intention

AbstrakKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan sebagai upaya untuk mengedukasi keuangan syariah guru-guru Taman Pendidikan Alquran (TPQ) di Kecamatan Gunungpati Kota Semarang melalui kegiatan literasi keuangan syariah. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi dengan kenyataan bahwa kegiatan edukasi yang dilakukan selama ini untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan syariah masih belum tersosialisasi dengan baik. Dan belum bisa menyentuh kalangan guru-guru TPQ. Penyelenggaraan TPQ (taman pendidikan al quran) menjadi sangat penting dan mendasar untuk memberikan bekal bagi siswa-siswa TPQ untuk lebih dini mengenal keuangan syariah. Melalui TPQ, guru-guru TPQ dapat mengenalkan dan memberikan pemahaman dengan sangat kondusif. Materi yang disampaikan adalah pengenalan lembaga keuangan syariah. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan dalam bentuk sosialisasi dan penyuluhan. Kegiatan pengabdian telah dilaksanakan dalam beberapa tahap; koordinasi persiapan pelaksanaan, pelaksanaan kegiatan edukasi, dan kegiatan evaluasi kegiatan. Kegiatan pengabdian diikuti 37 peserta guru TPQ. Pondok Pesantren (PP) Al Asror sebagai tuan rumah memberikan dukungan penuh pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dapat meningkatkan literasi keuangan syariah peserta. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan semakin pahamnya peserta mengenai perbedaan bank syariah dan bank konvensional, konsep dasar keuangan syariah dan akad-akad yang digunakan untuk pengembangan produk lembaga keuangan syariah.Kata Kunci: lembaga keuangan syariah, perbankan syariah, literasi keuangan syariah, guru TPQAbstractCommunity service activities are conducted as an effort to educate the shariah finance of TPQ teachers in Gunungpati Sub-district, Semarang City through syariah financial literacy activities. This is motivated by the fact that educational activities conducted so far to increase the literacy of Islamic finance is still not well socialized. And can not touch the TPQ teachers. Implementation of TPQ (al Quran education) becomes very important and fundamental to provide stock for TPQ students to be more familiar with sharia finance. Through TPQ, TPQ teachers can introduce and provide understanding very conducive. The material presented is the introduction of syariah financial institutions. The community service are carried out in the form of socialization and counseling. The community service has been carried out in several stages; coordination of preparation, implementation of education activities, and evaluation activities. The commnity service activities were attended by 37 TPQ teachers. PP Al Asror as the host provides full support for the implementation of community service activities. The community service activities can increase participants' sharia financial literacy. This is indicated by the increasing understanding of the participants regarding the differences between Islamic banks and conventional banks, the basic concepts of Islamic finance and akad-akad used for the development of Islamic financial institution products.Keywords: Islamic financial institution, islamic banking, sharia financial literacy, TPQ teacher

Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah: rendahnya harga produk pertanian dan perkebunan, minimnya pengetahuan sistem pemasaran yang dimiliki narapidana, minimnya sarana dan prasarana dalam pengembangan keterampilan berbisnis, kurangnya kepercayaan diri narapidana, karena takut akan tidak terima kembali di tengah-tengah masyarakat pasca bebas dari lembaga permasyarakatan, kurangnya kesiapan dalam perencanaan hidup menghadapi masa akhir tahanan. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah: memberdayakan narapidana lembaga permasyarakatan terbuka kelas II B Kendal melalui pelatihan e-commerce berbasis web content management system, memberikan kontribusi positif untuk meningkatkan sistem penjualan produk hasil pertanian dan perkebunan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan berupa pelatihan sistem pemasaran melalui e-commerce berbasis web content management system, yang dilakukan dengan metode workshop dan focus group discussion (FGD) serta pelatihan yang menghasilkan keterampilan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian dimulai dari pemetaan kebutuhan yang menghasilkan memorandum of agreement (MoA) untuk melakukan kegiatan pembekalan dan pengembangan diri bagi warga binaan dan pegawai atau pengelola lembaga permasyarakatan. Di kegiatan FGD dan workshop dipaparkan tentang diversifikasi bahan pangan dari bahan baku umbi-umbian dan bahan baku hasil pertambangan serta penggunaan media digital untuk pengembangan bisnis serta strategi digital marketing. Di tahap pendampingan pasca workshop, dilakukan pemantauan pengelolaan website dan instragram. Pengabdian ini dikatakan berhasil karena mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan keterampilan pemasaran warga binaan dan pegawai lapas.

Entrepreneurship education has become a very important thing in the present, not least at Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren). The form of entrepreneurship education is also diverse. Establishment of minimarket, animal husbandry, plantation and other business units in Islamic boarding schools is a step taken in order to improve entrepreneurial skills. However, the understanding and competence of santri entrepreneurship in Islamic boarding schools still requires strengthening and mentoring from academics and professionals. The target of service is the PP As Salafy Al Asror students who are studying at MA Al Asror, especially the XI and XII classes. The method of carrying out service activities is counseling, practice and mentoring. Extension activities are given to provide a real picture of the intricacies of entrepreneurship. Then proceed with the practice of preparing a business plan and mentoring the preparation of a business plan. The service partner gave a good response to the community services team. The community services activities can be carried out twice with the basic concepts of entrepreneurship and the preparation of a business plan. Participants can participate in activities enthusiastically and are able to produce business ideas contained in business plan documents. The first material presented by lecturer from Faculty of Economics UNNES. Whereas the service team provided intensive assistance in the second stage of community service activities.Key words: entrepreneurship education, Islamic boarding schools, business plan

Determinants of Dysfunctional Audit Behavior in the Public Accounting Firms Mardi Mardi; Susi Indriani Sarka; Kardoyo Kardoyo

This study is an empirical examination of the determinants of dysfunctional audit behavior based on professional commitment and organizational commitment, as well as the turnover intention in a public accounting firm. Data were obtained from 100 auditors who have been registered as members of the Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (IICPA) with a minimum period of active duty of one year using online questionnaires. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modelling with LISREL. This study concludes that organizational commitment and professional commitment have a negative effect on dysfunctional audit behavior and turnover intention. Commitment is crucial to avoiding dysfunctional audit behavior since persons who are committed are less likely to engage in such behavior. Conversely, the more the turnover intention, the higher the risk of dysfunctional audit behavior. Thus, it is suggested that auditors have emotional relationships, economic values, religious morals, and ethical attitudes when performing their duties as public accountants.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran co-op co-op berbantu media LCD Proyektor pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development). Sedangkan untuk model pengembangannya sendiri menggunakan 10 langkah pengembangan dari Borg and Gall yang dibatasi pada 5 langkah yaitu persiapan, pengembangan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan revisi. Model ini sebelumnya sudah dinyatakan layak oleh validator materi dan validator media. Adapun diperoleh hasil nilai mean sebelum menggunakan media LCD Proyektor sebesar 31,5 dan nilai mean sesudah menggunakan media LCD Proyektor sebesar 40,1. Sehingga diperoleh hasil peningkatan nilai mean sebesar 8,6. Jika taraf signifikansi 0,025 (p), maka z tabel sebesar 1,96 dan z hitung sebesar 2,81. Jadi karena z hitung > z tabel berarti model pembelajaran CO-OP CO-OP Berbantu media LCD Proyektor “layak” digunakan untuk pembelajaran ekonomi
